In this paper, we present that Virtual Reality (VR) is a type of media that has attracted interest in storytelling and media utilization. VR was first discussed as a specific narrative medium with traditional story medium. Via this discussion, The innate difference of VR is that the role of the media users in which the narrative is communicated were active in the development of the narrative unlike that of most classical narrative media. We also discussed specific features related to VR based on the theories of traditional literary criticism, movie reviews, and plays. Through these discussions, we aruged two directions of VR storytelling production as an narrative medium, its specificity, and its expressiveness for VR producers. First, story processing and characters can be introduced as part of continuing a new narrative by altering the interaction history that appears in VR stories to user interest ratings. Second, VR interaction responds intuitively to the idea that it represents a trajectory across the story surface of all possible interactions. More specific theories and controvercials are discussed.

일반적으로 지역주민들의 문화적 욕구를 해소하고, 지역간 교육 및 문화적 격차를 해소하기 위한 공공도서관의 기능이 확대되고 있다. 본 연구는 공공도서관이 지역주민을 위한 평생교육기관으로 그리고 지역 문화컨텐츠의 중심기관으로 역할을 수행하기 위한 기능들을 확대하기 위하여 필요한 구체적인 방안들을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 지방자치단체 산하의 전국 공공도서관을 대상으로 문화 및 교육적 기능을 수행하기 위하여 현재 운영되고 있는 관련 프로그램들을 조사$\cdot$분석하여 문제점을 제시하고, 이를 토대로 공공도서관의 문화 및 교육적 기능 활성화 방안을 제안하였다.

Supply chain management(SCM) helps firms in integrating their business by collaborating with other value chain partners to meet the unpredictable demand of the end user. Agility is the fundamental characteristic of a supply chain needed for survival in turbulent and volatile markets, which are becoming norms as product life cycles shorten and environmental forces create additional uncertainty resulting in higher risk in the supply chain management. Literature reviews reveals various factors that could affect the agility. The objective of this study is to derive interdependence, partnership, quality of information, joint problem solving, modelize the mutual influential relationship between them, and look into the influential relationship influencing the agility. To test the proposed model, we used a data set generated from survey. Date analysis was conducted using 122 respondents. We used structural equation model (SEM) implemented in partial least square(PLS). The results of this study can be summarized as follows. Interdependence had a significant impact on partnership. Partnership had a significant impact on quality of information and joint problem solving. Quality of information had a significant impact on joint problem solving. Quality of information and joint problem solving had a significant impact on agility. This study diagnoses that Inter-organizational relationship characteristics are important for supply chain agility. Inter-organizational relationship characteristics are considered as an essential factor for supply chain agility.

소셜 메타데이터는 정보를 기술하는 메타데이터에 사회적 기능이 부여된 것을 말한다. 본 연구는 국내 대학도서관의 소셜 메타데이터와 관련된 현황을 살펴보고 이용자의 상호작용을 통해 공유와 협력을 도모할 수 있는 소셜 메타데이터의 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 173개의 국내 대학도서관의 웹 사이트를 조사하여 실제 활용되고 있는 소셜 메타데이터의 유형을 살피고 유형에 따른 활용방식을 조사, 분석하였다. 대부분의 도서관에서 소셜 메타데이터는 제공하고 있는 콘텐츠에 대한 이용자의 의견을 자유롭게 제시하는 표현형 참여 수준에 그치고 있으며, 이용자의 상호작용과 협업을 촉진하는 보다 적극적인 참여 수준에는 미치지 못함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 소셜 메타데이터의 개괄적인 분석의 결과는 대학 도서관에서 소셜 메타데이터를 활용하는 데 기본적인 틀을 마련하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The objective of this study is to investigate factors influencing trust on internet shopping mall and to examine whether these factors on trust have differences between Korean and Chinese users. Based on the literature reviews, this study employs six factors in two groups of influencing factors, web-site characteristics and individual characteristics as key determinants of trust in internet shopping mall. Analysis of 470 responses (Korean: 320 users, Chinese: 150 users) of survey questionnaire indicates the following: In terms of the relationship between web-site characteristics factors and the trust, the results showed clear differences between Korean and Chinese samples. For the Korean samples, transaction security and interactivity were the only significant influencing factors. For the Chinese samples, perceived reputation and perceived size were the only significant factors. In terms of individual characteristics factors, the influencing factors were found identical for the samples. Both propensity to trust and familiarity were significant factors in both Korean and Chinese samples. Based on the findings, managerial implications are discussed in building user trust in internet shopping mall in Korean and Chinese market.

본 연구는 지방자치단체의 "작은도서관 설치 및 운영 지원에 관한 조례"에서 규정한 작은도서관의 시설규정과 운영방식을 분석하고, 현재 작은도서관을 이용하고 있는 이용자들을 대상으로 서비스에 대한 만족도와 요구들을 조사, 분석하여 작은도서관의 효과적인 운영방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로는 단행본 논문 법률자료 인터넷사이트 등을 이용한 문헌연구법과 만족도조사를 통한 설문지법을 병행하였다. 연구결과로 작은도서관의 효과적인 운영방안을 시설 자료 인력 프로그램 네트워크의 다섯 가지 영역으로 구분하여 제안하였다.

근세이전의 역사자료를 정보원으로 하는 역사정보시스템은 자료의 형태적, 내용적 특수성으로 인하여 일반적인 정보시스템과는 차별화된 추가적인 정보서비스의 제공이 요구되며 이는 이용자의 입장에서 이용자의 정보요구에 기초하여 고려되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 문헌조사를 통하여 온라인 역사정보 서비스의 다양성을 분석하는 기준을 제시하였으며 제시한 분석기준을 바탕으로 국내외 역사정보서비스의 제공현황과 이용현황을 조사하고, 이용자의 정보요구를 파악하여 이용자 중심의 역사정보서비스 개선방안을 제시하였다.

The modern era of water quality modeling in the United States began in the 1960s. Pushed by advances in computer technology as well as environmental sciences, water quality modeling evolved through five broad periods: (1) initial model development with mainframe computers (1960s - mid 1970s), (2) model refinement and generalization with minicomputers (mid 1970s - mid 1980s), (3) model standardization and support with microcomputers (mid 1980s - mid 1990s), (4) better model access and performance with faster desktop computers running Windows and local area networks linked to the Internet (mid 1990s - early 2000s), and (5) model integration and widespread use of the Internet (early 2000s - present). Improved computer technology continues to drive improvements in water quality models, including more detailed environmental analysis (spatially and temporally), better user interfaces and GIS software, more accessibility to environmental data from on-line repositories, and more robust modeling frameworks linking hydrodynamics, water quality, watershed and atmospheric models. Driven by regulatory needs and advancing technology, water quality modeling will continue to improve to better address more complicated water bodies and pollutant types, and more complicated management questions. This manuscript describes historical trends in water quality model development in the United States, reviews current efforts, and projects promising future directions.

본 연구는 미국의 공공도서관 과제지원서비스가 지역사회 청소년을 지원하는 도서관 프로그램으로서 갖는 의의를 고찰하고, 공공도서관 과제지원서비스의 운영 현황과 특성을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 문헌조사를 통해 미국 공공도서관 과제지원서비스의 사례와 동향을 살펴보고, 과제지원서비스를 제공하는 공공도서관을 대상으로 이메일 설문조사를 실시하여 과제지원서비스의 운영 현황 및 전반적인 특성을 조사 분석하였다. 본 조사에 참여한 도서관을 대상으로 이용자, 장서, 공간, 홍보 및 인적 자원의 측면에서 과제지원서비스의 현황과 특성을 분석하였다. 공공도서관 과제지원서비스의 운영 현황 및 특성에 대한 분석 결과는 과제지원센터의 계획 및 도입에 있어 서비스 방향 도출을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 국내에서 발표된 전자저널 관련 선행연구들을 분석하여 이 분야의 연구동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 2002년부터 2011년까지 10년간의 석 박사 학위논문 및 학회지에 발표된 연구를 대상으로 주제별로 조사 분석하고, 연구의 흐름을 파악하였다. 분석에 사용된 논문에는 전자저널의 이용자측면 연구와 전자저널 수집과 관리측면 연구들이 포함되었다. 이러한 시도는 전자저널에 대한 이해를 증진시키고 이 분야의 연구에 기초를 제공하며 궁극적으로 전자저널 서비스를 위한 개선 방안을 강구하는데 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.
