  • The study aims to understand undergraduates' and graduate students' perceptions and satisfaction with online learning platforms and to verify the relationship between usability factors and satisfaction with online courses. The literature review facilitated the summarization of major factors to be considered in the online learning platform development process and established the research model. The follow-up survey verified the perceptions of university constituents regarding the fulfillment of the university online learning platforms' user interface principles, platforms' usability, satisfaction with platforms, and satisfaction with online courses. Causal relationships between variables were tested and modeled by analyzing survey results. We also confirmed that the same model can be applied to different types of learners and various types of online learning methods. This study is significant in verifying that the fulfillment of the platforms' user interface design principles can affect satisfaction with online courses using the platforms based on learners' evaluation results. We expect that the research model proposed in this study can contribute to the improvement and development of online learning environments in the future.

  • This study aims to improve the quality of distance learning by developing webcast-based e-learning media and integrating it into an e-learning platform for functional job training purposes at the National Research and Innovation Agency, Indonesia. This study uses a Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to assess and predict user perceptions of information systems using webcast platforms as an alternative to conventional applications. The research method was an online survey using Google Forms. Data collected from 136 respondents involved in practical job training were analyzed using structural equation modeling to test the technology acceptance model. The results showed that the proposed model effectively explained the variables associated with the adoption of web-based e-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia for participants engaged in functional job training. These findings suggest that users' perceptions of ease of use, usefulness, benefits, attitudes, intentions, and webcast usage significantly contribute to the acceptance and use of a more effective and efficient webcast-based e-learning platform.

  • Online financial technology products are an important consumer finance innovation. While a large body of previous research has focused on initial adoption and consumer willingness to use these products, little research explores the continued use of these products beyond the initial adoption phase. In particular, special attention should be paid to how users' trust and perceptions of privacy and security affect continued use behavior. This paper integrates the expectation confirmation model of information system continuance (ECM-ISC), the information system success model (ISSM) and the security and trust literatures to investigate continued use of online financial technology. To test the research model, we collected 398 valid questionnaires from Ant Credit Pay users. The research results show that system and service quality positively impact users' expectation confirmation, while information quality has no significant impact. Expectation confirmation and perceived usefulness positively affect user satisfaction. Moreover, the user's perception of privacy and security plays a vital role in user satisfaction. Satisfaction and perceived trust jointly promote users' continuance behaviors. Findings of this study indicates the importance of the information system success factors and security factors due to their influence on the continued use of Fintech products. This conclusion has implications for enterprises in improving the product qualities and enhancing the degree of security to meet user needs.

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the perceptions that ports and port users in the supply chain have on the variables of Supply Chain Security Orientation construct. This paper also aims to provide directions and insights to the perceptional issues on supply chain security that have emerged as an independent area of research within SCM and logistics. Starting from the explanation on Supply Chain Security Orientation research model, this paper mainly explored and analyzed the different perceptions of variables in the research model between port group and port user group. Primarily, it explores the descriptive statistics from the questionnaire, and does not analyze the causal relationships of proposed research model. It aims to serve as a guide to the supply chain security managers who are interested in policy issues related to security measures to better performance of the organization.

  • This study aims to look at overall adolescents' perceptions of library and reveal the relevance of search engine sources and library sources compared each elements of them and find out any related issues of perceptions of library and information use of them. The data for this study were collected through survey and analyzed descriptive statistics and correlation analysis using the data. The result shows the population users preferred search engine over library as their information search tool, and they used library as primarily a source of information for printed materials such as books and most of them don't use the library often. Also the result shows the population users tend to select information when it is easy to get and fast to access. Correlation analysis such as ${\chi}^2$ and Spearman were implemented and the result of the correlation shows that many factors of this study covered-such as comparison of information sources- have significant differences each other.

  • The introduction of Smart technologies such as Artificial Intelligence(AI) systems are have a powerful impact in a variety of industry fields. Some experts predict that smart technology will completely change people's daily life and work styles, causing technological innovation, productivity improvement, and discovery and emergence of new fields. On the one hand, this vision cannot ignore negative views and concerns. Despite many social debates about employment, such as job loss and rising unemployment, there have not been many studies based on employee experience that provide a fundamental solution to the conflict between AI and employment. Therefore, this study finds out the effects and related factors of AI concierge robots for hotel employees, focusing on the hotel industry, and how employees' perceptions of AI concierge robots affect user resistance and turnover intention. This study, conducted a questionnaire survey of 322 hotel employees who had experience working with AI concierge robots in China, and used SPSS and SmartPLS statistical analysis programs to draw conclusions. We found that hotel employees' perceptions of AI concierge robots were significantly related to user resistance and turnover intention, and this association was related to employee self-efficacy, perceived organizational support, quality of AI services and new tasks. In addition, it was found that the quality of AI concierge robots directly or indirectly had the greatest influence on user resistance and turnover intention. The findings of this study provide theoretical implications for academia and practical implications for industry practitioners.

The survey results reveal that three groups of in-campus (internal) user group, external user group and interlibrary loan librarian group has highly perceived the service quality and satisfaction of the FRIC. Two user groups have statistically significant different perceptions on the service quality, loyalty, and satisfaction. Internal user group perceived more highly than external user group, in 6 items of satisfaction, 1 item of loyalty, and 7 items of service quality. Structural equation models of satisfaction and loyalty on two user groups were proved to be appropriate. Material factor including success rate of copied text and general physical status of the copy influences significantly on the user satisfaction in both groups.

  • The purpose of this study was to research the relationships among utilitarian perceptions, hedonic perceptions, perceived usefulness and behavioral intention. Recently, consumers rely heavily on user-generated contents of social media channels to support their purchase decisions, such as electronic word-of-mouth. Electronic word-of-mouth helps consumers to evaluate items before making purchase, to reduce purchase risks and to support their purchase decisions. This study was based on both the analysis derived from a hypothesis and literature reviews and data collected from 255 travelers who had used travel review website at least once. The results of empirical analysis showed as follows. First, Utilitarian perceptions(information quality) has a significant impact on the perceived usefulness of a travel review website. Second, Enjoyment has a significant impact on the perceived usefulness of a travel review website. Third, Curiosity fulfilment has a significant impact on the perceived usefulness of a travel review website. Finally, Perceived usefulness of a travel review website has a significant impact on behavioral intention. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.
