Empirical Validation of Personal Information Violation Risk for Cryptocurrency with Use Intention

  • The purpose of this study is how personal information violation risks affect the intention to use domestic cryptocurrency services. VAM(Value based Adoption Model) model is validated as a theoretical background, selecting perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived security as a benefit factors, and considers perceived cost, technical complexity, and risk of personal information violation risks as sacrifice factors. The method of this study used questionnaire survey to collect 150 data on user's perception on cryptocurrency services, and also performed a structural equation modeling method using by AMOS 23. The result of this paper shows that all hypotheses are accepted statistically significant except 2 hypothesis. This research is concluded that perceived value is affected on statistically positive impact on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived security, and negative impact on risk of personal information violation risk, not statistically perceived fee and technical complexity.

옴니채널 특성이 소비자들의 지각된 가치와 태도 및 이용의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Omni Channel Characteristics on Perceived Value, Attitude, and Intention of Consumers)

  • This study investigated the characteristics of Omni Channel and examined the influence of them on consumers' perceived functional value and emotional value as well as the effect of perceived functional value and emotional value on user's intention of use through Omni Channel. To verify the research model, the questionnaire survey was conducted on 20's to 40's men and women residing in Seoul and the metropolitan area by convenience sampling. The number of copies used for data analysis was 696. To verify the research model, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed using AMOS 20.0. First, Omni Channel characteristics consisted of four factors: instant connectivity, location-based provability, interactivity, and entertainment. Second, the instant connectivity, location-based provability and entertainment positively influenced functional value and emotional value; however, the interactivity was significant only to the emotional value. Third, consumers' perceived value of Omni Channel characteristics had a significant effect on attitude. Fourth, the more favorable the attitude toward Omni Channel is higher for the intention to use Omni Channel.

가치기반수용모델 기반의 로보택시 사용자 수용성 분석 (Understanding User Acceptability Towards to Robo Taxi Based on Value Based Adoption Model)

  • 본 연구는 운전자 개입 없이 운행이 가능한 전기차 기반의 자율주행 택시인 로보택시에 대하여 혜택요인과 희생요인을 전반적으로 고려한 가치기반수용모델 기반의 사용자 수용성 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 지각된 혜택(지각된 유용성, 지각된 즐거움), 지각된 희생(기술적 특성, 지각된 비용), 사용자 경험(차량공유서비스, 택시, 자율주행자동차, 자가용)을 독립변수로 최종 선정하여, 경기도민 429명을 대상으로 지각된 가치 및 수용 의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 지각된 혜택 요인에 해당하는 지각된 유용성과 지각된 즐거움, 지각된 희생 요인에 해당하는 지각된 비용이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 지각된 가치는 로보택시 수용 의도에 영향을 미치고, 일부 사용자 경험이 지각된 혜택 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 가치기반수용모델 결과를 로보택시 활성화를 위한 서비스 설계에 접목시킬 수 있는 중요한 의미가 있으며, 나아가 연구 결과를 효과적으로 이용하기 위한 이론적 근거를 제공할 수 있다.

홈네트워크의 특성이 아파트의 가치인식에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Characteristics of Homenetwork Affecting the Perceived Value of Apartment)

  • Korean homenetwork industry is now faced with problems like low profitability and unclear commercialilzation. In particular, low awareness of homenetwork usefulness is one of the main reasons why homenetwork industry is not developed. Therefore, this study tried to find what kinds of characteristics of homenetwork affected the value of apartment and how. we conducted a survey of residents of apartment with homenetwork installed in it. Surveyed data was analyzed based on the model of extended Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) including perceived enjoyment and perceived trust as new factors. The research result showed that all factors involved in suggested model had positive effects on the behavioral intention of using homenetwork and the value of apartment. Most importantly, homenetwork user's behavioral intention increased perceived housing value of the apartment. The research result can be used in explaining the advantage of homenetwork to the residence of apartment as well as in designing the homenwtwork install of apartment.

중국 공유 자전거 서비스에서 지속 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 선행 요인: 지각된 가치와 신뢰의 역할을 중심으로 (Key Factors Influencing Continuance Intention toward Bike-Sharing Services in China: The Role of Perceived Value and Trust)

  • 최근 공유 경제가 활성화 되면서, 자전거 분야에서도 공유 자전거 서비스가 큰 인기를 끌고 있다. 공유 자전거 서비스는 환경 오염을 줄이고, 저렴한 가격에 자전거를 빌려 쓸 수 있다는 특징이 있다. 본 연구에서는 공유 자전거 서비스 환경에서 지속 사용 의도 형성 메커니즘에 대해서 살펴보고자 하였다. 지속 사용 의도의 주요 선행 요인으로 지각된 가치와 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰를 고려하였다. 그리고 지각된 유용성, 지각된 이용 편리성, 지각된 즐거움이 지각된 가치와 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰에 미치는 영향도 살펴보았다. 본 연구 모형은 중국에서 공유 자전거 서비스를 이용한 271명을 대상으로 검증하였다. 지각된 가치와 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰는 지속 사용 의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 지각된 유용성은 지각된 가치와 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 지각된 이용 편리성과 지각된 즐거움은 지각된 가치와 제공 업체에 대한 신뢰 모두 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구 결과는 공유 자전거 서비스에 대한 학문 및 실무적 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Organizations have attempted to develop Knowledge Management Systems for achieving competitive advantage by effectively managing organizational knowledge. However, if Knowledge Management Systems are not user-oriented, organizations may not attain desired goals. That is, it must be utilized and accepted by organizational members to be successful systems. This study proposes an extended Technology Acceptance Model and empirically validates it. For that purpose, a research model is set UP that consists of antecedent variables, perception moderators, and intention to use the system. Empirical data analysis found significant relationships among research variables, as suggested in research hypotheses. The results of the analysis indicated that perceived usefulness, ease of use, job relevance and information quality should be considered as important factors in designing Knowledge Management Systems. In addition, perceived value, incentive, affect, self-efficacy, and image were found to influence the perception of users in the usage situation.

Influence of Public R&D Information Service Image on the Value and Satisfaction of Users

  • The aim of this study is to investigate the relative impact of the image of information service on customer's perceived value and satisfaction of R&D information. It also seeks to assess the moderating effect of service users' skills on the value of the service image on the customer. For this purpose, a field study was conducted on users of a public R&D information service called NTIS (National Technology Information Service) in Korea. The findings show that the information service image has a significant impact on customers' perceived value and satisfaction. In addition, customers' perceived value is found to be an important indicator in strengthening customer satisfaction. Findings also reveal that individual personal computer skills moderate the relationship between service image and information value. Further research is needed to strengthen the independent variable in view of the increasing pressure to improve public service quality and customer management.

가치 기반 수용모델에 기반한 지능형 개인비서 서비스 사용에 대한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Use of Intelligent Personal Secretary Service Based on Value-based Acceptance Model)

  • Recently, individuals are interested in a variety of products and services based on artificial intelligence. Among those products and services, an intelligent personal assistants are attracting many attention from IT companies as a next generation platform. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to investigate effects of intelligent personal assistant's benefits on user's value formation and adoption behavior based on Value-based Adoption Model. In addition, the moderating effect of personal innovativeness is examined through empirical analysis. Based on the analysis with the data from actual users, the results show that usefulness, enjoyment, technicality and cost advantage have significant influences on perceived value and correspondingly have an effect on intention to adopt. Personal innovativeness is related to the relationship between perceived value and intention to adopt. These findings may provide important insights to the relevant field regarding the use and spread of intelligent personal assistants.

UCC 활용교육에 관한 학습자 태도 연구 - 초등학교 재량교육 사례를 중심으로 - (A Case Study on the Students' Attitude toward User-Created Contents in Discretionary Classes of Elementary School)

  • UCC의 활용은 네티즌 상호간의 정보와 즐거움 공유라는 측면에서 급속한 양적 질적 확산추세에 있다. 그렇지만 학교에서 교육적 목적을 위한 UCC 활용에 대한 연구는 미진한 편이다. 본 사례연구는 초등학교 학생들의 UCC 활용교육에 대한 인지적 태도와 관련 영향요인을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 UCC 활용교육의 교육적 가치, 제작과정의 용이성, 사회적 영향요인, 협동성, 재미, 컴퓨터 자기효능감, 집중력 등을 태도에 영향을 미치는 선행요인으로 설정하고, 초등학교 5,6학년 246명의 설문응답 결과를 토대로 모형의 타당성을 통계적으로 검증하였다. 분석결과, 교육적 가치와 용이성 및 사회적 영향은 모두 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 용이성, 재미, 협동성 등 교육적 가치의 선행요인도 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 용이성의 선행요인으로 도입한 재미, 효능감, 집중력도 모두 통계적으로 유의한 요인으로 판정되었다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 초등학교에서의 UCC 활용교육 활성화에 대한 시사점도 제시하였다.

A Study on the Interface Design of Preschool Children Educational Course-ware Based on User Experience and TAM

  • The purpose of this study is to help preschool children in the interface design of educational game APP at the psychological level. The conceptual model is constructed through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to explore the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use when children are playing educational game APP. The empirical study was conducted in the form of questionnaires collected after children used game. The research subjects were 3-6 years old children, and the research tool was the game app. Data collection under the guidance of their parents. The research shows that children educational game experience elements can effectively increase preschool children's psychological perception of educational games. Perceived ease of use also increases trust in educational games for children. The results were as follows: 1. Cronbach's Alpha and KMO were 0.969 and 0.955, and the P value was significant, which passed the reliability and validity test. 2. Through confirmatory factor analysis (Model fit index, Composite reliability, discriminant validity), we found that user experience is closely related to perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. 3. The path analysis of the relationship proves that perceived ease of use play a key role in trusting preschool children educational game APP.
