An Investigation of Technical Methods to Solve the Internet Negative-Function (인터넷 역기능을 해결키 위한 기술적 방법론에 대한 검토)

  • The network community provides people a new area which is called a cyber area, not physical area. However, today in the cyber area, the negative function has been causing social problem. In fact, it has not been causing by original function. Specifically speaking, main reason why it's leading to the negative function is that teenagers are logging into inappropriate sites (such as: violent, adult sites) to unnecessary sites (such as: e-mails with unknown signs combined with words, inappropriate language used in certain web board). Not only that, private password and ID's are being used by unknown user to accomplish illegal access. If this problem does not get solved through immediate development of technologies method, the cyber crime will increase in short period of time. The purpose of this paper is to understand each analyzed method which can cope with negative internet function, to discuss suitable management in certain web board an to check with fuzzy intercommunication mood.

  • As hardware performance rises, game users demand higher computer graphic, more convenient UI(User Interface), faster network, and smarter AI(Artificial Intelligence). At this time, however, AI development is accomplished by a co-development team or only one developer. For that reason, it's hard to verify that AI performance and basic game AI technology is lacking for developing high-level AI. Searching the merits and demerits of existing game AI platforms, we investigate main points to consider when designing game AI platforms in this paper. From this we suggest Darwin, a game platform, based on agent that developers embody AI easily and capable of proposing AI test with module that makes them find strategic position. And then evaluate achievement results through making agent used strategic module that Darwin offers.

Fuzzy Neural Networks-Based Call Admission Control Using Possibility Distribution of Handoff Calls Dropping Rate for Wireless Networks (핸드오프 호 손실율 가능성 분포에 의한 무선망의 퍼지 신경망 호 수락제어)

  • This paper proposes a call admission control(CAC) method for wireless networks, which is based on the upper bound of a possibility distribution of handoff calls dropping rates. The possibility distribution is estimated in a fuzzy inference and a learning algorithm in neural network. The learning algorithm is considered for tuning the membership functions(then parts)of fuzzy rules for the inference. The fuzzy inference method is based on a weighted average of fuzzy sets. The proposed method can avoid estimating excessively large handoff calls dropping rates, and makes possibile self-compensation in real time for the case where the estimated values are smaller than real values. So this method makes secure CAC, thereby guaranteeing the allowed CDR. From simulation studies we show that the estimation performance for the upper bound of call dropping rate is good, and then handoff call dropping rates in CAC are able to be sustained below user's desired value.

  • With the increasing availability of medical sensors and Internet of Things(IoT) devices for personal use, considering the interaction with users, it is planned to add intelligent function design to the fashionable jewelry, and develop composite multi-function intelligent jewelry through sensors identification. By means of IoT technology, while possessing communication function of intelligent jewelry, the function of intelligent jewelry can be expanded to the linkage network. In order to rapidly manage the mass data produced by intelligent jewelry sensors based on IoT, an intelligent jewelry system for health management is designed and an ontology model of intelligent jewelry system based on IoT is worked out. After the state of the services through the smart phone application is shown. The application provides a personalized service to the user and to determine the risk to show the guide lines according to the disease.

  • In this paper, we have developed a UPnP-OSGi Bundle for digital convergence based on UPnP middleware. UPnP-OSGi bundle is demanded sustaining realtime monitering system based on UPnP middleware that is possible multimedia ability of a piece with a multiplicity of service and joint user data , service lifecycle , management division service for home network system offered convergence service. This bundle is possible a multiplicity of control and monitering service segmentation so develop a multiplicity of service is easy. and provide zero-configuration system.

  • Mobile device will be able to use the various contents from the advancement of the wireless Internet and mobile device manufacture technique. Each devices HTTP headers about under using provides terminal information to contents provider which is provided the contents which is suitable in device. But there is not a standard for a terminal information proηsion and when using the contents of service network outside, interoperability problems mobile communication it will provides terminal information in different method. International Organization for Standard OMA UAProf about under using it solved interoperability problems from outside. But about under using it provides terminal information, MMS support and Smart Card support, against an external storage space supporting information it is not seen clearly UAProf not to be, it will not be able to provide terminal information which is complete. This paper hereupon it designed UAProf in base which provides the contents which has become optimize to the mobile device of domestic environment the mobile device description language which expresses device information which is necessary.

  • Real-time Video communication technology using a Web browser today is on the rise. Video communication system The existing A method of providing an Video communication via a program for a specific server on the service provider, respectively. By using the server of the company that provides an Video communication solutions, were limited by using its own network that you can use to build a separate server for performing Video communication another, using specific software and user groups it was a mechanism for using the Video communication environment. In addition, must be installed separately and ActiveX, plug-in and, use of the service has become possible. Therefore, in this paper, utilizing the real-time Video communication Web-based technology without installing the plug-in, real-time through a Web browser or Active-X of another using a script HTML5 and the Web on the Internet Using HTTP in an environment in the Internet is possible, I've implemented a system capable of Video communication.

  • 최근 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 언제 어디서나 정보를 누구라도 손쉽게 전달하고 볼 수 있는 수단으로 각광받고 있다. 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 주요한 특징은 사람과 사람, 사람과 정보, 정보와 정보 간의 관계 네트워크로서, 사용자가 능동적으로 참여한다는 것이다. 하지만 범람하는 수많은 정보들 속에서 사용자가 직접 정보를 검색 및 분류해야 하는 과정은 사람과 정보간의 관계 네트워크 측면에서 소셜의 의미를 충족하지 못한다. 이러한 기존의 정보 활용법은 사용자의 선호도에 따른 맞춤형 정보의 수용과 공유를 제시하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서 설계된 사용자 맞춤형 서비스 시스템은 사용자의 상황인식 속성정보와 이에 따른 선호도를 평가하는 알고리즘을 기반으로 하여 보다 효율적인 커뮤니티 공간이 제공될 수 있는 맞춤형 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템을 설계 제안한다. 제안된 시스템에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서 사용자가 텍스트를 읽거나 작성하는 행위를 바탕으로 사용자의 관심사를 제공된 알고리즘으로 분석하여 사용자의 선호도에 따른 정보를 분류하고, 사용자의 인적정보로부터 선별한 유사 사용자들을 통해 신뢰성이 높은 정보를 우선적으로 선출한다. 따라서 사용자의 속성과 선호도를 고려한 상황인식 정보를 제공함으로써 사용자가 직접 정보를 검색 및 분류하는 과정을 단축하고 정보의 신뢰성을 향상할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 이러한 상황인식 기반의 맞춤형 커뮤니티 서비스 시스템은 실시간으로 많은 정보가 공유되는 서비스에서 다양하게 적용되어 인터넷 신문, 타겟 마케팅 광고 등의 응용분야에서 다양한 정보제공 서비스 시스템으로 적용될 수 있을 것으로 본다.

  • A novel hybrid multiple access system, TD-BCDMA, where Binary CDMA that maintains a constant amplitude by clipping the summation of input signals multiplied by the orthogonal codes is transmitted over a TDMA frame structure, was Nosed. In every time slot of TDMA, binary CDMA modulated multiple channel signals are transmitted with the same waveform of TDMA. TD-BCDMA has all the advantages of TDMA. Flexible adjustment of the data transmission rate In demand is possible by adjusting the number of codes and time slots assigned to each user. This property was used to show an example of Ad Hoc network applications. To obtain a proper synchronization scheme for TD-BCDMA, the Receiver Operating Characteristics performance and the false alarm probability and false dismissal probability under various channel environment of two different schemes, a preamble scheme as in TDMA and a synchronization channel scheme as in CDMA were compared. It was proved that the preamble scheme is more practical and suitable than the synchronization channel scheme for the hybrid multiple access system.

  • Though the FTP(File Transfer Protocol) has been used widely and stable, It has the structural weakness that can't support current file transmissions so that we have to wait the completion of previous file transmission when try to transmit another file. If try to transmit multiple files concurrently using this FTP, It has to forking multiple FTP servers and clients in each user's PC and ISP's host machine it would result in the waist of memory, resource of network and the high workload of system. In order to solving previous problem, in this paper I have designed the new model of FTP which based on multi-thread and created NFTP(Next-Generation FTP)protocol so that may reduce the workload of system and support current file transmission effectively. I have implemented NFTP and also applied to real service, as a result It have provided reliable service by reducing the workload of system and saved the waiting time which would happened.
