인공지능 기술이 결제 서비스 분야에도 적극 도입됨에 따라 말로 하는 결제 서비스 '음성결제(Voice Payments)'가 언택트 결제 서비스의 트렌드로 주목받고 있다. 음성결제 서비스는 인간의 가장 자연스러운 소통 수단인 '목소리'를 통해 결제를 더 빠르고 직관적으로 실행할 수 있는 서비스이다. 본 연구에서는 인공지능 에이전트와의 신뢰 형성을 위한 요인으로 '구체성', '친밀감', '자율성'을 선정하였으며, 각 특성들이 음성결제 상황의 음성 인터페이스에 적용되었을 때 이용자의 신뢰가 형성되는지 알아보고자 하였다. 실험 결과 음성결제 인터페이스의 구체성과 자율성은 높을수록, 친밀감은 낮을수록 신뢰가 높아졌다. 또한 구체성과 자율성의 이원상호작용효과가 유의하였다. 수집된 주관식 답변들을 분석 및 종합하여 이용자들이 음성결제 서비스를 접할 때 느끼는 불안 요인들을 파악하고, 음성결제에 대한 신뢰를 높일 수 있는 음성 인터페이스 디자인 방안들을 제안하였다.

소프트웨어 정의 네트워킹(SDN)은 스위치의 데이터 플레인에서 컨트롤 기능을 분리해 프로그램 가능한 네트워크 관리법을 제시하는 차세대 네트워킹 기술이다. 하지만 SDN 스위치는 패킷 포워딩에 쓰이는 플로우 테이블의 부족한 용량으로 인해, 플로우 엔트리를 충분히 수용하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 이는 플로우 테이블의 오버플로우 등을 야기해 네트워크 성능을 저하시킬 수 있으므로, 본 논문은 비활성화된 플로우를 적시에 방출해 플로우 테이블 사용량을 최적으로 유지할 수 있는 정책을 제안한다. 특히, 사용자 데이터그램 프로토콜(UDP) 플로우 엔트리들의 정보를 주기적으로 샘플링하여 비활성화된 엔트리들이 조기에 방출될 수 있도록 한다. 트래픽에 기반한 실험을 통하여, 우리는 본 정책이 Random, FIFO 정책과 비교해 오버플로우 및 플로우 재설치 발생 횟수를 크게 감소시키는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

최근 금융권 해킹사례를 통해서 알 수 있듯이 공격자는 금융회사를 직접 해킹하기 보다는 보안관리가 허술한 수탁자를 대상으로 해킹공격을 시도하고 있다. 이로 인해 위탁자는 수탁자에 대한 보안점검 및 통제를 강화하고 있으나 영세 수탁자의 경우 전산설비 부족 및 보안장비 도입 시 과도한 비용 발생으로 인해 정보보호 투자에 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 신용카드사들로부터 개인정보를 제공 받은 영세수탁업체의 보안강화를 위해 개인정보 라이프 사이클 기준으로 취약점에 대해 알아 보고자한다. 취약점 해결방안으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스에 소송관리시스템을 구축하여 사용하고 데이터 전송구간은 가상사설망을 설치하여 기밀성 및 무결성을 확보한다. 또한 사용자 보안강화를 위해 사용자PC에 PC방화벽, 출력물 보안등의 설치를 통한 개인신용정보 처리 보호방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Records in Contexts(RiC)은 ICA의 네 가지 기술표준을 통합, 정규화하여 개발한 국제적 기술표준이다. RiC은 기록 기술을 다차원적으로 바꾸고 기록의 맥락을 드러내며 이질적 시스템 간 데이터 상호운용성을 확보할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 RiC을 아카이브 시스템 설계의 핵심 도구로 설정하고, 데이터베이스 구현을 위한 '논리적 데이터 모델링'을 수행한다. RiC의 개념 모델인 RiC-CM(Conceptual Model)은 데이터 참조 모델로 활용할 수 있기 때문에, 사용자 요구사항에 맞는 데이터 모델로 개발이 가능하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이를 두 가지 데이터 모델, '관계형 데이터 모델'과 '그래프형 데이터 모델'로 구현하고자 한다. 관계형 데이터 모델은 대부분 레거시 시스템의 데이터베이스가 적용하고 있는 만큼 범용적이다. 한편 그래프형 데이터 모델은 정보 '개체(entity)' 사이의 '관계(relationship)'를 중심으로 개체를 유연하게 확장할 수 있다.

4차 산업혁명시대에 있어 학습자는 의사소통, 논리적, 창의적 사고 등의 영역에서의 발전이 요구된다. 이에 대학도서관은 이용자들이 새로운 사회적 상황에 적합한 인재로 성장할 수 있도록 새로운 서비스들을 개발할 필요가 있다. 하브루타는 이러한 필요를 채울 수 있는 교육 접근법으로서 대학도서관이 적용가능한 방안 중 하나이다. 이에 본 연구는 하브루타의 개념 조사, 국내외 대학도서관의 하브루타 기반 서비스 사례 조사, 선행 국내 대학도서관 하브루타 기반 서비스에 대한 인터뷰를 통해 대학도서관에 적용할 수 있는 하브루타 서비스를 제안하여 하브루타에 대한 인식, 하브루타 서비스의 공간 및 콘텐츠, 하브루타 서비스의 제공 및 이용 의사에 대해 운영자와 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 설문조사 분석 결과, 하브루타 서비스의 하브루타 주제 제공, 그룹 조직, 교재 대여, 공간 예약 간소화, 자료 공유, 동기부여 체계 영역에서 시사점을 도출하였다.

Under the pressure of business competition and effectiveness, more and more organizations in the world are likely to apply modern software such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) which can help them to create better organizing practice, better managing capabilities of administrators, and better operations of personnel. In Vietnam, many firms are afraid to install it and the number of firms adopting this software is limited mainly due to the insufficient scientific evidence of the successful implementation of ERP. This study aims to identify and measure the factors influencing the successful implementation of ERP of firms in Vietnam. Qualitative research methodology combined with quantitative research methodology is used. The data are surveyed with 343 administrators of 45 organizations that have successfully deployed ERP in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh cities. Of these 19 were excluded from analyses due to unsatisfactory responses, and only 324 were used for statistical processing. The collected data were processed by using the SPSS software. The result of the study shows that there are six factors affecting the successful implementation of ERP of firms in Vietnam, (ranked in descending order of importance), they are top management commitment and support, business process re-engineering, user involvement, project management board, vendor support, and suitability of software and hardware.

WWW의 폭발적인 보급과 성장으로 많은 사람들이 HTML문서를 작성하여 왔으며 지금도 확장되고 있다. 그러나 웹 상에서 표현하는 것 이외의 다른 분야에서는 사용자들의 요구를 충족시켜주지 못하여 나타난 것이 XML 이다. 본 논문은 XML과 범용 웹의 장점을 활용하여 학생 종합 생활기록부 관리와 모의고사의 결과 분석 등과 같은 학생정보 관리 프로그램 및 프리젠테이션을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이를 위하여 학생 생활기록부용 XML DTD를 정의하고 XML 문서를 제작하여 XMLDOM, DATA-BINDING, XSL 등을 이용하여 개인용 학생기록부를 출력하고, 학급별 인적 사항, 출결 사항 동의 자료를 출력 및 검색할 수 있게 하였다. 그리고, 모의고사 결과 분석을 위해 모의고사용 DTD를 정의하고, 그에 따라 XML문서를 제작하여 개인별 자료를 출력하고 검색할 수 있게 하였다. 또한, XML을 이용하여 적은 데이터로 웹 상에 교육용 자료를 프리젠테이션할 수 있도록 하였다.

이 연구는 국립중앙도서관의 근대문학자료 서비스를 중기 및 장기적으로 링크드 데이터 기반으로 전환하여 서비스하는 방안을 제시하였다. 이는 근대문학자료 서비스를 단순히 현재의 기술적 트렌드인 링크드 데이터로 전환하기 위한 것이 아니라 장기적으로 외부의 다양한 데이터, 정보원과 지속적인 연결관계를 갖고 자동화된 기계처리가 가능한 고품질의 원천데이터를 만들고자 하는 데 있다. 이를 위해서 본 논문에서는 근대문학자료의 서비스 활성화와 유관기관과의 효율적인 데이터 연계를 해결하기 위해서 링크드 데이터를 채택한 해외의 다양한 도서관 및 서지 서비스 사례들을 먼저 검토하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 그리고 검토한 시사점을 기반으로 데이터 관리, 시스템관리, 이용자서비스 관점에서 근대문학자료 서비스의 개편 방안을 구체적으로 제안하였다.

Due to the increasing interest in wellness aroused by the aging population and the pursuing feature of active old age, Korean elderly set importance on long life with their healthy condition. Following the change in the paradigm of the medical delivery system from hospital-oriented, treatment-oriented to personal-centered and self-care, Service design application of Smart Healthcare for the elderly became valuable. Smart Healthcare is a healthcare service provided through the fusion of ICT technologies including mobile/wearable devices, IoT, big data, and information technology, and it is utilized to prevent diseases managing abundant health information and living habits. As a methodology for delivering such Smart Healthcare to the elderly, Service design can be adopted. Therefore, this study would like to present the perquisites of Smart Healthcare design for the elderly through analyzing the results from in-depth interview methods between the elderly and medical staff. As a result of this study, guidelines for Service design application of health vulnerability management for the elderly utilizing smart phones were presented. Therefore, this study presented four prerequisites composed of 'high level of supplementation and ethical decision making', 'improvement of inequality in accessibility and experience', 'resolving problems in policy implementation' and 'user-friendliness' for the Smart Healthcare service design for the elderly. Overall, Service design is expected to play an innovative role in improving the quality of life for the elderly through the process of collecting and delivering information on Smart Healthcare centered on the experience of the elderly.

PURPOSE: To evaluate the usability of a kiosk-based healthcare service that provides a fitness evaluation and customized exercise program for elderly or chronic musculoskeletal system patients. METHODS: To evaluate the usability of the customized exercise service program, healthy adults (n=20) from Welfare B, located in Gwangju, were selected and studied. Subjective safety, operability, and satisfaction of individual users were obtained as data by distributing questionnaires to subjects who experienced this program and having them fill out the questionnaire. For descriptive statistics related to the survey, frequency analysis was used to determine the frequency and ratio of the variable values of the measurement items. RESULTS: As a result of the usability evaluation, the average score was 4.166, and the average score of each item was 4.025 for safety, 4.272 for operability, and 4.143 for satisfaction. Most users obtained high satisfaction and positive impressions. CONCLUSION: The HARUFIT service, a user-customized exercise program used in this study, can be developed into a device that can improve self-management ability and increase understanding of health care by providing customized exercise based on the results of physical fitness evaluation. It is possible to diversify health management methods and maximize the effect of exercise by making exercise a habit of chronic musculoskeletal disease patients or the elderly using these smart devices.
