모바일 쇼핑의 소비자 구매행동에 관한 연구 - 사용자 특성, 플로우 경험, 지각된 위험, 관여 유형를 중심으로 - (A Study on Consumers Purchasing Behavior of Mobile Shopping - User Characteristics, Flow, Perceived Risk, Involvement -)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 쇼핑에서 소비자가 제품을 구매하기 위한 구매행동 및 의사결정에 대한 요인에 대해 알아보고, 모바일 소비자 행동을 알아보기 위해 문제인식, 정보탐색, 대안평가, 구매행동 단계로 구매의사결정과정을 정의하고 각 단계별 요인이 소비자 구매결정에 어떤 역할과 영향을 미치는지 실증 분석을 통해 모바일 쇼핑의 소비자 구매행동을 규명하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 정보탐색의 사용자 특성은 플로우에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정보탐색 단계의 사용자 특성과 대안평가의 지각된 위험 관계에서 이익인지가 높을수록 시간손실에 대한 지각된 위험은 낮아지고 기술수준이 높으면 지각된 위험이 높아지며, 혁신성은 위험지각에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 부분 채택 되었다. 셋째, 플로우 경험과 구매의도 관계에서는 원거리존재감과 도전은 구매의도에 영향을 미치지 않고 흥분, 주의집중, 통제는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 부분적 유의하며, 지각된 위험과 구매의도는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 실용적 관여와 감각적 관여의 관여 유형에 따라 소비자 구매행동의 차이를 분석한 결과 사용자 특성과 플로우, 지각된 위험은 제품 유형에 따라 탐색과정에 차이가 있으며 구매의도가 달라지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의했다.

블록체인 기반 금융 플랫폼 특성과 사용 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Blockchain-Based Financial Platform and the Intention to Use)

  • 본 연구에서는 블록체인 기반 금융 플랫폼의 이용자 특성과 기술적 특성이 금융 소비자의 사용 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 이러한 영향 관계에서 상대적 이점과 인지된 위험이 사용 의도에 어떠한 인과 관계가 있는지를 분석하였다. 2021년 6월 1일부터 7월 30일까지 블록체인 기술이 접목된 금융 플랫폼을 사용한 경험이 있는 대상자를 표본으로 비대면 자기기입식 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고, 187부로 연구를 진행하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도 분석, 탐색적 요인 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중 회귀분석, 3단계 매개 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 통계값의 유의 수준은 95% 미만으로 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이용자 특성에서 혁신성과 유용성이 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술적 특성에서 적합성과 신뢰성이 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이용자 특성과 사용 의도의 관계에서 상대적 이점과 인지된 위험은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기술적 특성과 사용 의도의 관계에서 상대적 이점과 인지된 위험은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 인증서 사용 경험에 따라 이용자 특성의 편재성, 기술적 특성의 적합성, 사용 의도에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구의 결과가 사물인터넷을 기반으로 한 금융 플랫폼 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

이동통신 서비스 이용자의 전환의도에 관한 연구: 개인 혁신성에 따른 집단 간의 차이를 중심으로 (A Study on Switching Intention of Mobile Telecommunication Service User: Focused on Group Differences Based on Innovativeness)

  • Recently, the researches to explain Switching Behavior through Theory of Planned Behavior have been discovered. Many researches say that System factors of mobile telecommunication service(MTS) is positively associated with Switching Intention. But There is no difference of system factors between mobile telecommunication services because of IT technique Development. Thus, this study investigated whether switching cost and alternative's attractiveness influence switching intention concerning mobile telecommunication service by adopting Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as an underlying theoretical premise. The study also attempted to determine the moderating effects of personal innovativeness on switching intention. For these purposes the author has developed several hypotheses as follows: H-1. The switching cost of different MTS is associated with the attitude of MTS which is using. H-2. The switching cost of different MTS is associated with the subjective norm of MTS which is using. H-3. The switching cost of different MTS is associated with the perceived behavior control of MTS which is using. H-4. The alternative's attractiveness of different MTS is associated with the attitude of MTS which is using. H-5. The alternative's attractiveness of different MTS is associated with the subjective norm of MTS which is using. H-6. The alternative's attractiveness of different MTS is associated with the perceived behavior control of MTS which is using. H-7. The switching cost of different MTS is associated with the switching intention. H-8. The alternative's attractiveness of different MTS is associated with the switching intention. H-9. The attitude of MTS is associated with the switching intention. H-10. The subjective norm of MTS is associated with the switching intention. H-11. The perceived behavior control of MTS is associated with the switching intention. H-12. The personal innovativeness has been a moderating effects to switching intention. Data has been collected from 403 respondents for this study using a questionnaire method. The survey for the actual analysis of the research was done and analyzed with the customers who have an experience of using Mobile telecommunication service and the samples were selected among the middle and high school students who live in Seoul area, the university students who live in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungcheng Provinces, and the ordinary workers who are working in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The survey was done for 23 days from March 28, 2008 through April 12, 2008. The positive analysis was done with SPSS 12.0K statistics package and visual PLS program using the analysis techniques of frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and factor analysis. In addition, structural equation modeling was conducted using AMOS 5.0. The data was analyzed by frequency analysis using SPSS 12.0 and structural equation modeling using AMOS 5.0. The result of the overall model analysis is as follows: Chi-Square=378.306, d.f.=107, p-value=0.0, GFI=.904, AGFI= 0.863, IFI= 0.939, NFI= 0.917, RMSEA= 0.079, TLI= 0.922. The results of the overall model analysis were coherent. The following study results were revealed: First, switching cost was related positively to attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control, three components of TPB. Second, alternative's attractiveness was related negatively to subjective norm but positively to perceived behavior control. Third, switching cost and attitude was related negatively to switching intention, while perceived behavior control was related positively to switching intention. Finally, the study found the moderating effects of personal innovativeness on switching intention. Based on the results, the study offers marketing strategic implications for mobile telecommunication service industry.

The Effects of Consumption Value and Consumer Trust on Crowdfunding Participation Intention

  • Purpose: While crowdfunding functions as a purchasing behavior, it is different from other purchasing behavior. It derives from non-existed idea and leads to production and purchase through continuous idea development with participants and participants' support is a proxy for future sales. This study researches on consumption value, customer's trust and consumer's innovativeness to reveal which constructs of consumption value and customer's trust should be considered. Research design, data, and methodology: Crowdfunding participation intentions were examined using consumer's consumption value and trust of platforms as independent variables, and consumer innovation as a control variable. A total of 175 surveys were used for analysis. The hypothesis was tested using hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The results showed economic, epistemic value and ability, benevolence consumer trust to have a significant effect in crowdfunding participation intentions. The moderating effect of innovation was shown to be significant in only economic value and benevolence. Conclusions: The economic and hedonic value of consumers should be emphasized, as well as the evaluation level of the project itself. Moreover, technology or system safety, competency, and product specific information, as well as user benefits for their ideas are core elements in attracting new participants.

The Effect of Airport Self-Service Characteristics on Passengers' Technology Acceptance and Behavioral Intention

  • Purpose - This paper analyzes the effects of the SST characteristics at airports on behavioral intention through technology acceptance and customer satisfaction, and presents a strategic plan for introducing SSTs to airports providing differentiated services. Research design, data, and methodology - We examine the role of airport self-service characteristics and access the influence of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on both customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions towards SSTs. To do this, a survey is conducted with passengers having used self-service technologies(SSTs) at Incheon International Airport. A total of 400 questionnaires are then analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results - According to the results, of the self-service characteristics, customer satisfaction and behavioral intention were affected by optimism through perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived enjoyment and by innovativeness and insecurity through perceived ease of use. Conclusions - According to the results of the study, the purpose of using TBSS in the airport is to save time and convenience. Therefore, it is necessary to closely analyze the differences in technology acceptance by age and generation, increase user self-efficacy, increasing satisfaction through effective management of cognitive and emotional waiting time will have a positive impact on behavioral intentions.

디지털융합서비스의 수용, 사용, 확산에 관한 연구 : 혁신확산에 관한 수용-확산 및 사용-확산의 통합적 접근 (Innovative Converged Service and It's Adoption, Use and Diffusion : A Holistic Approach to Diffusion of Innovations, Combining Adoption-Diffusion and Use Diffusion Paradigms)

  • This study takes a holistic approach to understand the diffusion of IPTV services by combining the adoption-diffusion model and the use-diffusion model of innovation. IPTV service, a leading digital converged application coupling media content with telecommunications, has been recently launched commercially in Korea. We created a structural model of adoption-diffusion, using the perceived easeof-use and usefulness of TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) as mediating variables, and a structural model of use-diffusion, with the rate of use and the variety of use as mediating variables. To empirically analyze these models, non-users of IPTV were surveyed using the adoption-diffusion model to identify factors influencing their intention to subscribe to the service. Meanwhile, users of IPTV were surveyed using the use-diffusion model to determine the factors that influence their satisfaction with the service and their intention to re-use it. Under the adoption-diffusion model, we found that trialability, household innovativeness and perceived risk were the determinants of user satisfaction with IPTV, and perceived ease-of-use, the mediating factors. Under the use-diffusion model, complementarity and communication were shown to be the determinants of users' satisfaction with IPTV, and variety of use, the mediating factor. We also found that consumers' intention to re-use IPTV was strongly influenced by its relative advantage and perceived risk.

패션 소셜네트워크(SNS) 사용의도 및 구전의도에 관한 연구 -의복쇼핑성향, 혁신제품태도와 유행선도력의 영향을 중심으로- (A Study on Intention to Use and Word-of-mouth for Fashion Social Network Service)

  • This study locates factors that affect the intention to use fashion SNS (social network service) and intention for word-of-mouth on fashion SNS. Independent variables were fashion shopping orientation, attitude toward innovative products, fashion leadership, and demographics. A questionnaire method was used to collect data on college students while factor analyses, multiple regression, $x^2$ analyses, and Pearson correlation coefficients were applied in analyzing data. Factor analyses resulted in four factors for fashion shopping orientation, three on attitude toward innovative products and two on fashion leadership. Multiple regression analyses showed that information compatibility of attitude toward innovative products had a significant impact on two models of intention to use fashion SNS and two models of intention for word-of-mouth on fashion SNS. Opinion leadership and gender were significant factors for two models of intention to use fashion SNS, which means that women are likely to have more intention to use fashion SNS. Meanwhile, fashion innovativeness was found to be a significant factor on two models of intention for word-of-mouth on fashion SNS. Shopping orientation factors were not important for any model. $x^2$ analyses showed that women rather than men wanted more information on online fashion shows, general fashion information, and user participation programs. Fashion major students wanted more information on online fashion shows and user participation programs than non-fashion major students.

모바일 블로그 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing the Use Intention of Mobile-Blog)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 블로그 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하기 위하여 기술수용모델을 기반으로 독립변수로 모바일 블로그 특성(참여성, 공유성, 즉시성)과 사용자 특성(혁신성, 친숙성)을 제시하여 모바일 블로그 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 하였다. 165명의 표본을 대상으로 실증 분석한 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모바일 블로그의 특성이 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 모바일 블로그 이용자 특성이 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지각된 용이성이 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 지각된 용이성, 지각된 유용성이 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 실증분석 결과를 토대로 모바일 블로그 사용의도를 높이기 위한 전략과 시사점을 제시하였다.

스마트 TV 이용의도에 관한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Study on Intentions to Use of Smart TV)

  • 스마트 TV는 스마트폰, 스마트 패드, PC 등 모든 IT 기기들을 통합하여 스마트 워크와 스마트 홈을 통해 스마트 IT 기기의 허브역할을 수행할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 스마트 TV라는 새로운 기술의 수용 요인과 과정을 분석하기 위해 체계적인 조사와 분석이 필요하다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 스마트 TV 시장의 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 전략 수립이 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 정보기술 수용과 사용의 통합이론을 이용하여 스마트 TV 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들과 그 요인들 간의 관계성을 구조방정식 모델을 이용하여 규명하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 혁신성, 전환비용, 전환이익, 서비스 인터페이스, 사용자 인터페이스와 같은 외생 변인이 노력 기대, 성과 기대, 사회적 영향에 유의적 영향을 미쳐서 최종적으로 이용 의도에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 파악되었다.

The Impact of the User Characteristics of the VR Exhibition on Space Participation and Immersion

  • With the advent of the 5G, networks and information and communication technologies have been continuously developed. In the fields of art galleries, virtual reality (VR) exhibitions that can be visited online have emerged, innovating the way of human-computer interaction and creating new artistic experiences for users. This study explores the three-dimensionality, clarity, and innovative interactions that users experience when viewing a VR exhibit, which affects the exhibit's presence. Besides, in terms of research method, the research sets spatial participation and immersion as dependent variables, with three-dimensionality (high versus low), clarity (high versus low), and innovation (high versus low) in a 2×2×2 design as the base, and explores their interaction effects. The results show that three-dimensionality and innovative interactions affect spatial participation. First of all, in groups with high innovation and low three-dimensionality, spatial participation presents a higher positive factor. Secondly, with regard to immersion, three-dimensionality, clarity and innovation present a tripartite interaction. Groups with low three-dimensionality and high clarity have a higher positive effect on immersion when the level of innovation is low. When the degree of innovation is high, the positive effect on immersion is higher in groups with high three-dimensionality and low clarity. The above results show that in the production of VR exhibitions, it is necessary to increase the three-dimensionality and clarity of exhibited image contents, while taking into account the user's perception and innovativeness. On the other hand, this study puts forward suggestions for the design, content and future development of VR exhibitions, which has important reference significance for the improvement and innovation of future VR exhibitions.
