In this study, using structural equation modeling, a policy acceptance evaluation model was developed to evaluate the service items of roadsthat affect the acceptance of the Safety Speed 5030 policy. The relationship of influence on policy acceptance was found to be as follows: In the driver group, satisfaction with mobility (0.411), economy (0.217), safety (0.181), and environment (0.089) are in the order of top priority; and in the non-driver group, satisfaction with safety (0.466), mobility (0.223), environment (0.194), and economy (0.111) are in the order of top priority. From these results, in order to increase acceptance of the Safety Speed 5030 policy, it is necessary to differentiate the provision of services according to the characteristics of each road user type. This infers it is important to improve mobility for roads with a high hierarchy mainly used by driver groups, and to improve safety for roads with low hierarchy mainly used by non-driver groups. Therefore, the evaluation model for acceptance of the Safety Speed 5030 policy suggested in this study can be used as basic data for activating the Safety Speed 5030 policy in the future by reflecting the qualitative evaluation of users.

As a next-generation communication technology, 5G networks are capable of handling large amounts of traffic based on higher speeds, shorter communication delays, and higher connectivity compared to 4G networks. In this 5G network environment, base stations are installed all over the city at high density due to their characteristics, and are connected to user terminals to provide services. Therefore, if the base station is damaged by a malicious attacker, it is expected to cause great damage to users and society as a whole. So the need for secure communication equipment such as 5G base stations has emerged. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the security functional requirements derived using threat modeling, a systematic methodology for 5G base stations, and the security assurance requirements at the level that can cope with the backdoor issues. The security requirements proposed in this paper can be used for base station design and development to construct a secure network environment as a security evaluation standard for 5G base stations.

The image processing device sold by the market, which increases the comfort of the driver Around-View of the camera. This system while driving or when parked, came about to prevent accidents caused by driver error or disable the visibility of the system. However, it did not spread widely to the driver due to the problem of the high installation cost and complex installation process from the system for easy operation. Due to problems such as first, expensive equipment and second, the development environment is difficult and third, inconvenient installation process, it is not out because of the prohibitively high cost burden and difficult development environment, programmers and operators. I think if this is solved even one problem of this system would be able to access the user are a little more affordable. In this paper The AVM(Around-View Monitoring) system is proposed, the two problems that minimize expensive equipment, the installation process is inconvenient problem of the three aforementioned systems. Solved the problem caused by a lot of the cost by using low-cost USB device, and a rear camera. Was developed to facilitate the installation is possible by considering the inconvenient installation. Reducing the price paid by consumers because of the system.

Floating platforms made of PE (PolyEthylene) are often located in shallows of seas, rivers or lakes. They are widely used for marine pensions, marine pontoons, marine bridges, etc. These products are characterized by good flexibility, recyclability, chemical resistance and weatherability with corrosion resistance. Existing PE floating platforms have a simple structure in which one pipe is fastened to one bracket, but this has limited application, even if a user modifies the arrangement. Therefore, we developed a structure that allows buoyancy pipes of various sizes to be fastened to one bracket and verified the structural safety of the product using the finite element method. From the results of structural analysis for buoyancy pipes of different diameters, the maximum stress ratio was 0.78 compared with allowable criteria of 1.0, which represented sufficient safety for a model with 500 mm diameter pipes. Based on the results of this study, further research to evaluate the structural safety of various floating platforms can be carried out in the further; it will also be necessary to establish related evaluation criteria.

The purpose of this study is to draw safe environmental project factors for enhancing the safety of children in peripheral space around children's park and suggest environmental project measures for peripheral spaces around children's parks, based on the survey of children's park users' consciousness on peripheral spaces. Physical space range for this study was limited to low-rise housing area wihtin the radius of 250m, as peripheral spaces around children's parks in which children's playgrounds were built. In addition, the target areas for examining users' consciousness on peripheral spaces around children's parks were selected according to following criteria. 1)areas with highter portion of children; 2) those with higher portion of single-family houses/multi-housing/tenement houses, which constitute low-rise housing areas; and 3) those with higher safety accident rate of children, which was measured based on criminal and traffic accidents. The finding are as follows: first, users' consciousness on safety accidents that are likely to occur in peripheral spaces around children's parks was examined to show that there is most prominent difference between satisfaction and necessity. This result suggests that users are clearly conscious of the necessity of environmental improvement rather than the satisfaction with the current peripheral environment around children's park.; second, for the difference between satisfaction with and necessity of environmental project factors for access/boundary spaces around children's pakrs, there is most significant difference between the satisfaction with and the necessity of establishment of facilities against illegal parking for clear visibility of community roads, for access spaces, and the separate establishment of bicycle racks around main entry into parks, for boundary spaces. Users' necessity of the establishment of them is judged to be derived from the fact that the safety of children and even adults is threatened, because bicycles invaded into the deep inside of children parks. This study analyzed a correlation between satisfaction and necessity through factor and IPA analysis, and should be initially considenred if the future environmental improvement project would be conducted to promote safe environment in peripheral spaces around children's parks in the future. It will be necessary to provide practical environmental project factors through a field investigation.

The purpose of this study is to provide an environment that can support the development of the virtual asset industry. The limiting factors and countermeasures currently possessed by the virtual asset industry were considered in terms of legal and institutional aspects, technical aspects, and market aspects.Small businesses classified as virtual asset operators have difficulty meeting the government's requirements.Accordingly, SMEs with insufficient funds and manpower are withdrawn from the market, creating an environment where only large-scale enterprises with capital power survive.It is difficult to develop desirable technologies and markets in the virtual asset technology industry. In addition, small and medium-sized companies may be expelled from the market, causing damage to current users. Therefore, in terms of legal and institutional aspects, there is a lack of an exact scope of virtual asset providers, and thus it is necessary to respond to the controversial elements of virtual asset providers. In terms of technology, it is necessary to cope with the slowdown of the P2P method, the difficulty in recovering errors, and the absence of operational experts. Therefore, technology standardization and stabilization are required, and efforts must be made to cultivate operational technical personnel who can support them.In terms of the market, it is necessary to prepare measures to protect users of virtual assets and to establish countermeasures for companies operating virtual assets against weak user protection, inadequate application of the AML method, and limitations of taxation. This study is expected to contribute to active utilization support or related policies in the virtual asset industry.

The purpose of this study is to present an analysis and implications for the metaverse-based virtual real estate transaction service. Through blockchain-based technology and metaverse, the world we live in is expanding naturally. Therefore, changes in the environment and perceptions of market participants are also very important factors. The concept and thinking about the existing asset value change and investment are also changing. This means that you can generate profits through value and investment in intangible assets. The service user aspect is a case of investing in the future value of virtual real estate that if more users participate rather than the present value, the principle of supply and demand will be applied to increase the number of consumers and the price will naturally rise according to the principle of scarcity. The service provider provides a technical platform for the service to directly transact the portion of the virtual area considered of interest directly through the virtual real estate purchase business. As the number of participants increases as well as funds and transaction fees, various revenue models such as advertisements can be discovered and provided. It plays the role of providing jobs and information through new services. As a stakeholder, governments can exploit the emergence of new technologies and products to create people and services and secure economic benefits. Of course, various institutional supports should be provided so that new services can settle in the market while mitigating risk factors. This study is meaningful in that it contributes to the establishment of a domestic metaverse-based environment and related research and is utilized in the study of virtual space real estate services.

Jinhae Bay is used as a major typhoon shelter in the southeastern region of Korea. However, when a typhoon strikes, the Jinhae Bay is facing the possibility of marine accidents caused by dragging anchors and the increased number of ships. This paper suggested ways to safely and efficiently manage the port of Jinhae Bay when a typhoon strikes from Vessel traffic service operators in the sea, derived relative importance by conducting an Analytic Hierarchy Process assessment to ship operators, and suggested safety measures reflecting manager and user opinions. In order to select safety measures factors for the AHP survey, VTS operators analyzed the evaluation of measures when a typhoon strikes in Jinhae Bay. As a result of conducting a survey based on the selected safety measure factors, it was found that ship operators consider the safety of ships more than twice as important as efficient management, and comprehensively consider them in the order of management of evacuated ships, management of anchorage area, management of evacuation information, preparation regulations and guidelines, improvement of system equipment, education, publicity, and notification activities. Through the measures and relative importance identified in this paper, it is believed that Jinhae Bay can serve as the basis for safely and efficiently managing typhoon shelters.
Although the use of kiosks is increasing recently, the digital divide for the elderly who uses them is not decreasing. We live in an environment where the use of kiosks is becoming a necessity rather than an option. In such an environment, the digital alienation of the elderly is becoming a problem directly related to the quality of life. Even if a kiosk is developed considering the elderly, the verification of its effectiveness is ambiguous, or in most cases, it depends on the designer's experiential ability rather than the consideration of usability. In this study, the usability of the kiosk was analyzed for the development of kiosk contents for the elderly. The metrics were defined as availability, usefulness, efficiency, attractiveness, and visibility. And the measurement method of the measurement index was developed, and the usability of the kiosk for the elderly was confirmed by performing usability evaluation. This is a method to verify whether the kiosk in the development process can support the elderly or whether the improved kiosk actually increases the usability of the elderly. As a result, it is expected to contribute to improving the accessibility of the kiosk.

The presence informations of users of Instant Messaging System In SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) environment are obtained by presence server, and message waiting indication event package is used to provide various message informations stored in the message server. In this paper, I have proposed a new method in which Extended CPL(Call Processing Language) has been applied to presence service to provide various functions to the users. A user of Instant Messaging System subscribes presence information and CPL scripts which describe his requirements, and presence server executes CPL scripts when instant messaging service is subscribed and notifies presence informations. Several CPL operation tags are added, and therefore various services which combine presence service and call processing can be provided in this system. Furthermore a new method has been proposed in which message server and presence server correlate in Instant Messaging System. When changes of message status informations occur, message server send these informations to the presence server, and presence server provides both presence informations and message status informations in extended format. As this method can be a substitute for message waiting indication event package, the system operating efficiency can be increased. The performance of this proposed system is evaluated by experiments.
