Lately construction industry tends to prefer remodeling of existing buildings rather than new construction or reconstruction of buildings due to strengthening of several restriction related to real estates along with prolonged depression. And also, remodeling of building costs less and creates less wastes compared to reconstruction and so it is more profitable in financial and environmental view. However remodeling is process of creating new environment with existing building. Therefor remodeling must follow the procedure realizing problem and fix the problem based on through investigation on existing building and users requirement must be faithfully reflected. Specially in case of apartment houses, since vagueness on ownership and management authority on common parts exists. Hereupon, in this study we are to present the procedure of analyzing apartment house remodeling method through user requirement by approaching to several considerable factors in user request side.

One of the major requisites for the success of the smart-TV is to create a circumstance where smart-TV app's are produced and purchased on a large scale. However, the smart TV app's may succeed only under the condition that the user interface of the smart TV is greatly evolved from the typical TV remote controller. Several equipments have been devised to tackle the problem of the poor user interface of the smart-TV; however, they are not satisfactory in the aspects that they usually increase the costs of TV-set and they do not help practically the app developers. The equipments are pre formed so that it is hard for the app developers to design their own user interface using them. In the paper, sMartUX, a method for developing the smart-TV app is introduced. sMartUX provides a new paradigm and development environment for designing, implementing, and operating the user interface of the smart TV app using a smart-phone. With sMartUX, app developers can design their own user interface using the various facilities of a smart-phone, and they need not to care the details of various smart-phones and how to launch their user interface onto a smart-phone.

The purpose of this study is to suggest an effective regression testing method in order to minimize the scope of test resulting from the modification of software and to prevent mismatch of test case and test objects. As a way to improve the efficiency of regression testing which uses a change-centric testing technique, the method flow is analyzed and grasped through a static analysis based on source code in order to identify modified parts. After the order of priority is set according to the results of user action log-based dynamic analysis on identified regression testing objects, test effect can be raised by adjusting the order of priority using code complexity. Quality assurance coverage can be checked using the user action log suggested in this study, and the progress of test and whether or not each function has been verified can be checked, too. In addition, by minimizing test parts and adjusting the order of test, costs and time can be saved, making it possible to conduct regression testing effectively.

The technologies of domestic user programs are not enough to convert address convert information, which was collected via port redirection server, to user traffic. Generally traffic redirection technology is a special purpose technology for I/O traffic via network device. L4 switch needs various additional costs and devices to achieve this special purpose. To solve this problem, there appears need for a central management of control and monitoring by centralizing traffic at one position regardless of network structure and it is necessary to realize redirection function of switch at network layer. Therefore this study offer development of traffic central control system through protocol redirection of client-side.

With the advent of big data and increased costs of SSD(HDD), domestic and foreign Internet cafes and organizations have adopted NDS(No Disk System) solution recently. NDS is a storage virtualization solution based on a kind of cloud computing. It manages Operating System and applications in the central server, which were originally managed by individual computers. Touch panel is mainly applied to pressure type touch panel but it occur a low recognition rate and error during long-term use. So, it is partly applied to capacitive touch panel to compensate for these problems but it also can occur a same problems via pollutions. Touch technology has developed a various method but it is not used because of high costs and difficult installation process. So, in this paper, we proposed an input method of touchless panel using IrDA matrix. This method is conducted using an IrDA Matrix composed of depth sensor. It is possible to offer a various contents for multi user. The proposed technology need a development of a high sensitivity sensing method and high-speed processing method of position information for Seamless operation control. And, it is required high-precision drive technology. Also, we proposed a Seamless user recognition for interactive contents service through a touchless panel using IrDA matrix.

A Smartphone has an ability accessing Internet by URL stored in NFC(Near Field Communication) Tag for storing the information of items, blogs and web pages. Because the system works through the Internet with URL, however, it needs to pay some costs like communication fee and time. If we can store the web page on the tags, we can save the communication overhead. But they have too small memory to store it. In this paper, we introduce the Micro-Webpage technology which can be stored in NFC tag or QR(Quick Response) code. To make a Micro-Webpage, we remove control tags from the web page to leave a user original content. The removed control tags are stored in our smartphone application as a template. The user content is also compressed to a smaller one by an lossless compression algorithm. When a tag is read, the stored content is decompressed and, it is combined with the template to make the original web page. We have implemented a prototype of Micro-Webpage system on Android platform and confirmed that the prototype has reasonable performance improvements in saving memory and loading web page time.

The changes new technologies have brought to banking over the past decade are enormous in their impact on the ways of doing business and providing customer services, most notably in the areas of customer service channels. Banks have been trying to move away from the traditional, branch-based and costly staff-assisted channels toward self-assisted channels, i.e. internet banking and mobile banking, to drive down costs and improve customer loyalty. How internet and mobile have reshaped the user experience of banking service channel? To provide valuable insights for this question, this research investigates and compares customer's channel choice behavior and profit changes from bank's branch closure. Applying the propensity scoring matching method, the results of analysis demonstrates that the mobile channel can be a realistic alternative to conventional branches. Also, the reserch result shows banks can reduce conventional branches while experiencing a positive implications on their profits from the customers. Another significant implication from the research is, to accelerate the shift to digital channels, banks need to put more efforts on developing functions in the mobile channel that will allow friendly interaction with customers and consultation, such as video consultation, interactive chat, and location-based product recommendation.

Equipped with the advantages of flexible access control and fine-grained authentication, attribute based signcryption is diffusely designed for security preservation in many scenarios. However, realizing efficient key evolution and reducing the calculation costs are two challenges which should be given full consideration in attribute based cryptosystem. In this paper, we present a key-policy attribute based signcryption scheme (KP-ABSC) with delegated computation and efficient key updating. In our scheme, an access structure is embedded into user's private key, while ciphertexts corresponds a target attribute set. Only the two are matched can a user decrypt and verify the ciphertexts. When the access privileges have to be altered or key exposure happens, the system will evolve into the next time slice to preserve the forward security. What's more, data receivers can delegate most of the de-signcryption task to data server, which can reduce the calculation on client's side. By performance analysis, our scheme is shown to be secure and more efficient, which makes it a promising method for data protection in data outsourcing systems.

This research proposes a personalized mobile web contents creation method that uses web news channel contents-based analysis. It promptly acquires data through the RSS and RSS-linked web pages which have been supplied by the existing web sites for a news search. And then It applies a personalization method using analysis in contents filtering and generation. The proposed method will make creating mobile web contents easier while lowering wireless contents production costs. Moreover, It can be improved a user satisfaction for contents filtering and access with using analysis that fits in with a matter of user's specific interest.
