A Recently elevator accidents were occurred and increased due to carelessness of user and violent behavior. The accident of door detachment in elevator platform by electronic motor scooter show a example of safety concerns and insensibility for safety awareness. In this report, we review the cause of accident of door detachment in elevator platform by electronic motor scooter, and show some suggestions of preventing from the safety concerns about this case.

Recent architecture of church purport to develop churches that are open towards regional society, and volunteer program are executed to benefit diverse regional societies. As a means of various programs, church-affiliated of kindergarten, the awareness that it does not merely benefit and satisfy the needs of regional residents. accordingly, diverse forms and structures are emerging within the protestant church both in term of education and construction. Accordingly, this research conducted by fousing on the User's Satisfaction of Church-affiliated Kindergarten. The result are summarized as follow.

This study intended for Cheongryongsan Community Garden in Gwanak-gu, one of the demonstration places for 'Community Garden' Project recently implemented by the Seoul Government. This study had two major purposes: investigating the current status of the management and usage and identifying its characteristics; investigating users' awareness to consider the construction and operation directions of sustainable community gardens. This study was conducted based on several surveys such as an investigation into the spatial configuration and the management system of parks through a field study, a use survey through a questionnaire survey for vegetable garden users and an awareness survey about the construction direction of gardens direction preferred by users through the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). As a result of a questionnaire survey for vegetable garden users, the usage status was summarized as follows: Considering the common trends in the 2012 and the 2013 user survey, women used Cheongryongsan Vegetable Garden more than men. Over fifties used it most of all users. Users were mostly neighborhood residents. They used to visit there three to five times a week and stayed for about 30 minutes to one hour. Users differently responded to the question related to the order of priority for the use of the garden in the 2012 and the 2013 survey. They had increasingly used it for individuals' production activities more than social exchanges. As a result of making an AHP analysis for general park users, vegetable garden users there were clear differences in the targets which each subject put emphasis on in relation to the construction and operation of vegetable gardens. General park users recognized a vegetable garden as a park where park functions and the functions of the vegetable garden coexisted. On the other hand, vegetable garden users viewed it as a space where they attached importance to the functions of the vegetable garden like an allotment. Last, this study contemplated subjects related to the construction and operation of vegetable gardens which had to be considered in the future. Vegetable gardens tended to be biased as personal hobby places. It was viewed that the main reason was insufficient support activities for vegetable garden education and exchange programs originally planned when vegetable gardens had been constructed. Vegetable garden users recognized vegetable gardens as places for individuals' farming activities like allotments. For the desirable operation of vegetable gardens, it would be necessary to give priority to the park management before the production activities in individuals' vegetable gardens. The important role of the government would be to build the base through the provision of education and opportunities so that a local resident organization could actively participate in the management of a vegetable garden after a vegetable garden was constructed. It would be necessary to make a use survey and an awareness survey for users conducted in this study on a regular basis because the surveys could be important basic data in the decision-making process for the sustainable operations of the vegetable garden.

국산 의료기기 산업에 대한 다양한 투자와 신기술 도입에 따라 국내의료기기 산업은 비약적인 증가를 하고 있으나 국내 대형의료기관의 국산의료기기 사용률은 여전히 저조한 것으로 조사되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 대형병원에서의 국산 의료기기 사용률과 사용자 및 관리자의 인식조사를 수행하여 국산의료기기의 개선점을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 국내 4곳의 국립대학교병원을 대상으로 전체 의료기기의 종류와 국산 의료기기 사용률에 대한 조사를 진행하고 이를 바탕으로 의료기기 중 중점조사 대상 의료기기를 선정하였다. 중점조사대상 의료기를 대상으로 고장통계와 사용자 인식조사를 수행하였으며 이를 통해 중점조사대상 의료기기의 개선사항을 제시하였다.

The performance of smartphone applications are usually constrained in user interactions due to resource limitation and it promises great opportunities to improve the performance by exploring the smartphone built-in and embedded sensing techniques. However, heterogeneity in techniques, semantic gap between sensor data and usable context, and complexity of contextual situations keep the techniques from seamless integration. Relevant studies mainly focus on feasibility demonstration of emerging sensing techniques, which rarely address both general architectures and comprehensive technical solutions. Based on a proposed functional model, this investigation provides a general architecture to deal with the dynamic context for context-aware automation and decision support. In order to take advantage of the built-in sensors to improve the performance of mobile applications, an ontology-based method is employed for context modelling, linguistic variables are used for heterogeneous context presentation, and semantic distance-based rule matching is employed to customise functions to the contextual situations. A case study on mobile application authentication is conducted with smartphone built-in hardware modules. The results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed solutions and their effectiveness in improving operational efficiency.

이 연구에서는 재난문자에 대한 이용자 인식에 대해 알아보았다. 이용자 인식조사는 재난 발생 시 주 이용매체, 재난문자 길이, 재난문자 수신 량, 재난문자 내용 만족/불만족을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 우선, 재난이 발생하였을 때 주로 이용하는 매체는 휴대폰이 가장 높게 나타났다. 다음으로, 현 재난문자의 길이(90자)가 적당하다고 생각하고 있는 반면에 재난문자의 수신 량은 많다고 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 재난문자 내용에 불만족하는 이유로는 '일반적으로 알고 있는 내용을 받는 것'이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to analyze the current situation of and issues in the structure of urban neighborhood parks and park facility installation in cities in Gyeonggi-do. Then, based on its findings, plans to improve the space structure of the parks were examined and suggested to raise the city environment improvement function and green area base function of urban parks and fully satisfy users' needs for pleasant rest, recreation and cultural activities. The findings showed that, within parks, the area of grass where access was restricted reached about 24.4% in average. In other words, only 75.6% of total park area could be freely used by park visitors. As for an improvement plan, the grass area where access is limited may be converted into a gras area that can be freely used to raise the park use area, which currently stands only at 75.6%, to 100%. The result of cross analysis through Chi-Square Test regarding lawn use as well as regarding (dis)agreement with reduction of lawn, based on the investigation of cognition, showed a significant agreement of park users with reduction of green areas. Therefore it is considered that lawn space must be reduced according the result of the analysis, to set up plans for facility space that would meet the desires of users. The analysis of user behaviors revealed that many of them used square spaces and walks; therefore it is considered that re-structuring of space is necessary according to local characteristics. This study also made some policy suggestion. urban parks must be a base of city green areas to counter climate changes. When developing a park creation plan, a user demand survey must be conducted in advance. In addition. grass construction methods should be improved to tolerate foot pressure.

지진, 태풍, 산사태, 건물 붕괴와 같은 대규모 재난 사고 발생시 신속한 현장 상황 파악과 실시간 재난 정보 공유는 현장 통제나 주민 대피 등 재난 대응과 재난 관리 의사결정 단계에서 핵심적인 역할을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 긴박한 재난 사고 상황에서 효과적인 현장 대응과 재난 사고 현장에서 취득된 관측 데이터와 분석정보를 실시간적으로 연계하고 공유하기 위하여 기존의 국립재난안전연구원에서 운용 중인 재난 사고 현장조사 시스템을 LTE-VPN 기반의 개선된 무선 통신 시스템 환경으로 구축하고, 통신 트래픽 데이터 전송 실험을 통해 현장 조사 시스템의 무선 통신 전송 요구 성능을 분석, 평가하였다. 개선된 무선통신 시스템의 현장 데이터 전송 성능 실험을 수행한 결과, 재난 현장과 끊김 없는 영상 회의 시스템을 보장하기 위해서 최소 4.1 Mbps 이상의 UDP(User Datagram Protocol) 대역 폭이, 현재 조사 차량에 탑재된 조사 장비간 통신과 현장 데이터를 원활하게 공유하기 위해서 약 10 Mbps의 무선 통신 대역폭이 확보되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구의 목적은 병원이용 경험이 있는 일반인과 의료종사자 사이의 개인의료정보의 중요성, 개인의료 정보 관련 법규, 의료정보시스템에 관한 인식차이와 이를 토대로 병원이용 편의성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 선행연구 고찰 이후 연구모형을 설정하였고, 일반인 150부, 의료종사자 150부 총 300부의 설문을 회수 후 분석을 실시하였다. 먼저 집단 간의 차이분석에서 일반인과 의료종사자 간의 인식의 차이가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 그리고 성별, 연령별, 거주지별 집단 간에도 인식의 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 병원이용편의성에 있어서도 의료종사자들은 개인의료정보보안에 대한 인식이 강화되면 병원 이용 편의성이 향상된다는 인식이 일반인에 비해 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 가설 검정 결과에서는 개인의료정보의 노출 및 의료정보시스템에 관한 인식이 높을수록 의료기관 활용에 있어서 의사결정 편의성이 높아짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 반면 개인의료정보보안 관련 법규에 관하여는 인식이 높아질수록 병원 이용의 의사결정 편의성과 거래 편의성에 영향을 주지 않음을 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 개인의료정보보안에 대한 인식의 강화는 의료서비스를 제공받고 선택함에 있어서의 의사결정과 거래편의성을 향상시킨다는 것을 실증분석 했다는 것이다.

번들 소프트웨어(이하 번들 SW)는 사용자가 새로운 PC를 구매할 때 함께 포함되어 설치되는 SW를 의미한다. 이러한 번들 SW는 제조사 측면에서 하드웨어(이하 HW) 뿐만 아니라 SW를 무료로 제공함으로서 제품의 효용성이나 가치를 올려, 경쟁 제품과의 변별력을 높일 수 있는 요인으로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 사용자들은 제공되는 번들 SW를 인지하지 못하는 경우가 많고, 번들 SW가 사용자에게 불만요인으로 분석 보고 되면서 제품에 부정적 영향을 미치는 경우도 있다. 본 연구는 제조사에서 판매되는 컴퓨터 중 사용자층이 넓은 노트북 PC에 설치된 번들 SW에 대한 사용자들의 이해와 수용도를 파악하고 이 결과를 바탕으로 보다 효용성 있고 사용자에게 가치 있는 번들 SW를 제공하기 위한 방법을 모색하기위해 진행 되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들에 착목하여 주요 4개국(미국, 독일, 중국, 한국) 노트북 컴퓨터 사용자 총 3,000명 대상으로 조사를 수행 하였다. 조사방법은 정량조사평가를 실시하였으며 온라인 설문 방식을 취하였다. 본 조사를 통해 서로 다른 연령대, 성별, 사용패턴에 따라 그룹화 된 사용자들의 번들 SW에 대한 이해를 분석함으로서 각 번들 SW에 따른 사용자 수용도를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 노트북 PC의 번들 SW가 사용자에게 효과적으로 제공 될 수 있는 방향을 확인하였으며 올바를 번들 SW의 배포를 통한 제조사의 가치 또한 높아질 것으로 기대된다.
