본 논문은 수신된 채널 정보를 이용하여 각 사용자의 성상도와 전력, 송신 안테나를 선택함으로써 중저속 이동체를 위한 환경에서의 MIMO 다중 사용자 시스템에서 성능을 분석한다. 각 사용자의 성상도와 전력, 선택되는 송신 안테나는 주어진 목표 심벌 에러 확률에서 각 사용자의 정보량과 채널의 추정 정보에 따라 MMSE, V-Blast 수신기에서 요구되는 SNR이 최소화 되도록 결정한다. 또한 중저속 이동체 환경에서의 MIMO 시스템의 상향링크 채널을 통해 기지국으로부터 유저들에게 전송하는 무선 채널 정보를 안테나 선택기법으로 전력제어를 할 때 시스템 성능을 분석한다. 모의실험을 통해, 송신 안테나를 모두 사용하여 데이터를 전송하는 것보다 선택 알고리즘을 사용하여 데이터를 전송하는 것이 독립 페이딩 채널뿐만 아니라 상관 채널에서도 상당한 성능 개선이 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the user-oriented housing interior space sensibility evaluation tools: The user-oriented housing interior space sensibility evaluation tools shall be developed through the systematic selection process of the extracted housing interior space images, which were linked with the adjectives of sensibility evaluation selected for the housing interior space preferred by the user from the specific words of the sensibility extracted to identify the characteristics of the user's sensibility which is recently being changed. In the results of analyzing the words of sensibility for the residential space preferred by the users with 48 pairs of adjectives. The user-oriented sensibility assessment tool was built by extracting 8 sensibility factors of 'cozy', 'practical' 'cheerful', 'traditional', 'unique', 'congenial', 'sensuous', and 'gorgeous' in the exploratory factor analysis. The image scale was constructed in two-dimensions of the sense of space and the type of space for the residential interior space images. The dimension of the 'sense of space' is explained by the axis of open-closed and the dimension of 'type of space, is explained by the axis of 'natural-artificial'. Such a structural model of the residential interior design attributes were divided into 8 groups. And the 42 images representing each group were selected and the user-oriented residential interior space image tool was built by adding user's selective elements.

컴퓨터 네트워크 장비의 객관적 선정을 위해서는 통신 서비스 품질(Quality of Service : QoS) 개념의 이해와 적용이 요구된다. ITU-T E.800 권고안은 공급자와 고객관점의 서비스 품질 및 만족도 평가 기준을 제시하고 있기 때문에 네트워크 제품 평가 및 선정에 이용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 QoS를 고려한 LAN 스위치 평가모형과 선정을 위한 소프트웨어 도구를 개발하였다. 이를 위한 구체적 평가방법으로 효과적인 집단 의사결정을 위한 다기준 평가 모형에서 유용하게 이용되는 Saaty의 계층적 분석방법(Analytic Hierarchy Process : AHP)을 적용하였다. 선정 평가를 위한 자료는 네트워크 전문가들에 대한 설문조사와 현장 조사 방법으로 수집하였다. 그리고 제안된 LAN 스위치 평가 모형에 따라 선정 도구를 구현하고 적용 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 LAN 스위치 선정을 위한 의사결정시 유용한 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 아울러 컴퓨터 네트워크와 관련된 QoS 기반의 평가 및 선정을 위한 의사결정에 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, we propose a new feedback scheme called mode selection-based feedback by scheduling probability prediction (SPP-MF) for channel state feedback in OFDMA downlink system. We design the scheme such that it determines the more desirable feedback mode among selective feedback by scheduling probability prediction (SPP-SF) mode and bitmap feedback by scheduling probability prediction (SPP-BF) mode, by calculating and comparing the throughputs of the two modes. In both feedback modes, each user first calculates the scheduling probability of each subchannel (i.e., the probability that a user wins the scheduling competition for a subchannel) and then forms a feedback message based on the scheduling probability. Specifically, in the SPP-SF mode, each user reports the modulation and coding scheme (MCS) levels and indices of its best S subchannels in terms of the scheduling probability. In the SPP-BF mode, each user determines its scheduling probability threshold. Then, it forms a bitmap for the subchannels according to the scheduling probability threshold and sends the bitmap along with the threshold. Numerical results reveal that the proposed SPP-MF scheme achieves significant performance gain over the existing feedback schemes.

In this paper, we propose an automatic cosmetic foundation recommendation system that suggests a good foundation product based on the user's skin color. The proposed system receives and preprocesses user images and detects skin color with OpenCV and machine learning algorithms. The system then compares the performance of the training model using XGBoost, Gradient Boost, Random Forest, and Adaptive Boost (AdaBoost), based on 550 datasets collected as essential bestsellers in the United States. Based on the comparison results, this paper implements a recommendation system using the highest performing machine learning model. As a result of the experiment, our system can effectively recommend a suitable skin color foundation. Thus, our system model is 98% accurate. Furthermore, our system can reduce the selection trials of foundations against the user's skin color. It can also save time in selecting foundations.

Markov Chains has proven to be effective in predicting human behaviors in the areas of web site assess, multimedia educational system, and driving environment. In order to extend an application area of predicting human behaviors using Markov Chains, this study was conducted to investigate whether Markov Chains could be used to predict human behavior in selecting mobile phone menu item. Compared to the aforementioned application areas, this study has different aspects in using Markov Chains : m-order 1-step Markov Model and the concept of Power Law of Learning. The results showed that human behaviors in predicting mobile phone menu selection were well fitted into with m-order 1-step Markov Model and Power Law of Learning in allocating history path vector weights. In other words, prediction of mobile phone menu selection with Markov Chains was capable of user's actual menu selection.

모바일 웹 서비스 사용자가 증가함에 따라 품질을 고려한 모바일 웹 서비스 선택이 중요한 이슈로 여겨지고 있다. 품질계약은 서비스 품질의 수준을 명세한 웹 서비스 제공자와 웹 서비스 사용자간의 협약으로 웹 서비스 사용자는 품질계약을 통해 명세한 서비스 품질의 수준을 보장받을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 품질을 고려하여 모바일 웹 서비스를 선택하기 위하여 중개자 기반의 프레임워크를 제안한다. 모바일 사용자들은 무선망에서 서비스 중개자를 통하여 웹 서비스를 요청할 수 있다. 서비스 중개자는 에이전트를 이용하여 웹 서비스 품질을 모니터링하며 서비스 품질계약에 위반사항이 발생하면 웹 서비스 제공자와 사용자에게 위반사항이 발생하였음을 통보함으로써 서비스 품질을 관리한다. 본 논문에서는 모니터링을 위하여 신뢰성, 응답시간, 그리고 가격 품질요소들을 사용하였으며 모바일 사용자들은 서비스 중개자를 통하여 품질 좋은 웹 서비스를 선택할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the hypothesis that the end-user's standards of the selection over retrieved documents affect the selecting of relevant documents after online bibliographic databases searching. To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, online-questionnaires were distributed, via e-mail, to end-users of using online bibliographic databases.

LTE(Long Term Evolution)-Advanced에서는 저전력 피코셀(picocell)과 같은 소형셀을 중첩하여 배치해 시스템 성능을 향상시키기 위한 HetNet(Heterogeneous Network)에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 또한 HetNet에서 데이터 오프로딩 효과를 증대시키기 위해 셀 영역 확장(CRE: Cell Range Expansion) 기술이 소개되었다. 본 논문에서는 최적의 오프로딩 효과를 위해 SINR(Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio) 기반 셀 선택 기법을 제안한다. 셀 확장 영역에 존재하는 사용자의 간섭 관리를 위해 ABS를 사용하며, 스펙스럼 효율을 증가시키기 위하여 동적인 ABS 비율을 사용한다. 모의실험 결과, 제안한 기법에서 피코셀뿐만 아니라 매크로셀 사용자의 스펙트럼 효율이 향상되어 전체적인 사용자의 성능이 향상 된 것을 볼 수 있다.

It is usually difficult for a single user to have all the essential knowledge on various Rapid Prototyping processes and techniques. It is therefore necessary to capture knowledge and experience of users of expert level into a decision-support system which provides quicker and more interactive way to select proper RP process and/or machine. rather than reading reports on benchmarking studies and comparing tables and graphs. In this paper two algorithms are presented, which may be used in such a decision-support system. together with its applications. The one is an extended PRES(Project Evaluation and Selection) algorithm which applies weighting factors of each attribute. The other is a LCE(Linear Confidence Equation) algorithm which is proposed to apply user's input requirements as well as weighting factors.
