공사실적정보 DB구축을 통한 원가정보 활용방안 (An Application Plan of Cost Information through Actual Date Information DB Construction)

  • 최근 분양가 상한제 시행 ${\cdot}$ 분양원가 공개 등으로 건설 사업비에 대한 사회각층의 관심이 고조되고 있으나, 사회기본시설에 대한 민간투자법 ${\cdot}$ 분양가 상한제 등에서 제시하고 있는 원가체계(구성항목)가 상이하여 혼선이 예상된다. 현재까지 원가관리 및 비용 산정 등에 관련된 많은 연구결과물이 제시되었으나, 지속적인 DB축적 불가 ${\cdot}$ 원가체계의 표준화 미비 ${\cdot}$ 활용방안 제시 미비 등으로 연구개발 이후 사장되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기 수행된 공사의 실적자료를 효율적으로 수집, 관리하고 건설생산 단계에서 활용할 수 있도록 양질의 정보 형태로 가공한 후 DB구축을 통하여 원가정보 활용방안 제시를 목적으로 한다. 궁극적으로는 발주자의 사업에 대한 이해와 설득을 통한 사업수주능력을 극대화하고, 차후 원가관리 업무에 유용한 도구개발의 자료로 활용할 수 있다.

  • The cultural assets of the palaces royal tombs remains institution expanded the convenient facilities for the disabled that can help the disabled to watch, to propel the convenient facility expanding business according to the condition of each facility. However, there has been limitations for the disabled facility users in viewing the cultural assets, as the facilities were not installed or were not installed properly. Due to the uniform installation of the convenient facilities that did not consider the features of the cultural assets, the conservation value of the cultural assets have been depreciated and the convenient use standards of the facility users such as the disabled were simultaneously unsatisfactory. Thus, this study maintains the pre-existing value of the palaces royal tombs remains institution that is the Korean indigenous traditional heritage, and uses a part of the improvement model development study on the palaces royal tombs remains institution of the disabled convenience enhancement to understand the current convenient facility installation and relevant services to find the restricted factors in using the facilities and the main problems. The problems were categorized into 13 types of questions, using the repeated problems occurred within the investigated facilities to look at the actual condition of the facilities, which showed that the facilities were in adequate in the aspects of convenient facility installation and relevant service.

아파트 단지내 휴게시설 및 어린이 놀이터 이용실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on State Residents' Use at Three Rest Areas and Three Playgrounds in an Apartment Complex)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the residents' actual usage at three rest areas and three playgrounds in an apartment complex. This study was conducted with field study in J apartment complex in Incheon from August 14 to August 30, 1998. According to the results of the study, there were more users in playgrounds than in the rest areas. The rest area near the place for the elderly in the complex was used mainly by the elderly females. The playground located near the main entrance of the complex was frequently used because it is the biggest one in size and has an enough space for playing. Furthermore, the condition of shading areas by trees and buildings influenced the rate of use of the residents. Therefore, to increase the usage rate of rest areas and playgrounds, they should be located near to the places which have community amenities and should have accessible entrance for residents. Landscape design of the apartment complex should be done with the plot plan of the complex simultaneously. Moreover, the number and the kinds of trees to be planted in the apartment complex should be considered carefully.

  • The elderly population ratio of domestic is the actual condition where the countermeasure which is various for there is a possibility of saying that is already experiencing the aging society, is considered. The expansion of the elderly welfare facility of the area where is located among the rest in the situation as a matter of metropolitan area of domestic ephemerality and the price of land which the earth has, duplication operation etc. is having a problem point and the ephemerality which are various. About of composition different facility and leads with alternative and expansion and function of function and facility leads and the synergy effect which is various shows. So this study is consequently does the school facility which is located in life circle of the city center in middle of composition of the elderly welfare facility and other facility and in the object and under proposing boil the complex at the time of spatial composition blueprint with the elderly welfare facility and the school.

  • Through this study, I conducted surveys on apartments with western style furniture to investigate perception on the western style furniture and its use. For the subject of survey, I selected three apartment complexes at Suji-gu, Yongin city which has been recently developed as a new town. Out of total 150 copies of survey sheets 142 fully answered copies were adopted as a final analysis data. Considering supply rate and application, sofa and chair of dining table were chosen to refer as western style furniture. As a result, most of the respondents had inconvenience in using western style furniture. Further study on side effects of adopting western style furniture should be followed.

  • This study presented a model of enterprise that operates an integrated system, and studied about an integrated element of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 standard. In addition to this, it grasped what the obstacle elements are in use of an integrated system, and analyzed the effect in use of an integrated system through the survey on 58 enterprises that operate an integrated system, From the result of this study, we have known that the obstacle elements in operation of an integrated system are in lack of understanding of process, in lack of execution ability of system, in unfamiliarity of system and lack of willingness of the executives.

  • 본 연구는 스쿠버 다이버의 특성에 따른 다이빙 활동 전과 활동 중 안전 준수 실태를 파악하여, 안전교육의 방향을 제시하고자 시도하였다. 2012년 9월 21일부터 2013년 8월 16일까지 스쿠버 다이버 227명을 대상으로 동의를 받은 후 설문조사를 시행하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS PC/21.0을 이용하여 기술통계와 $X^2$-test로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 다이빙 활동 전 안전준수 항목 중 '음주', '준비 운동 여부', '호흡기 질병 시 다이빙 여부'의 항목은 주로 경력 또는 자격 수준이 높은 경우 잘 지켜지지 않고 있었다. 반면에, 다이빙 활동 중 안전 준수 항목 중 '신체 이상 시 중단 여부', '상승 시 안전 정지 여부', '상승시 수면과 주변 확인 여부' '분당 상승 및 하강 속도 인지 여부', '알파 깃발 또는 부표 사용 여부'의 항목은 주로 경력 또는 자격 수준이 낮은 경우 잘 지켜지지 않고 있었다. 따라서 스쿠버 다이버들의 안전사고 예방을 위해 다이빙 경력과 수준을 고려한 차별적이고 정기적인 교육과 점검이 필요하다.

가족생활주기에 따른 수납 의식 및 요구 비교 (A Study on Residents' Perceptions and Needs for Storage according to the Family Life Cycle)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine residents' perception and needs for storage according to the family life cycle. In order to achieve our goal, the questionnaire survey is used. We sample the questionnaire surveys of 250 apartment households in Seoul. The data collect by the questionnaire survey was analyzed by examining the frequency, percentage on the SPSS/PC+ Statistics package. The results of the study are obtained as follows: 1) In research on the actual storage condition, residents tend to feel constraint on storage of the season goods and the storage satisfaction on the service area is founded lowest. Therefore, it is needed more efficient space plan on the balcony storage and the interior storage for the season goods. 2) In research on the storage consciousness and attitude, residents tend to keep the goods of no use and prefer to arrange neatly rather than use conveniently. Therefore, it is needed more efficient space in the balcony for the storage of the goods of no use and the colsed furniture rather than the open furniture is suited for arrangement. 3) In research on the storage needs, needs for the built-in furniture in all family life cycle show highly and residents want to a space for the exclusive use of the storage. 소형 임대주택 가구특성 및 실내공간 이용실태 조사 연구 (A Study on the Residents Characteristic and the Inner Space Use of Small-Sized Rental Multi-family Housing)

  • As the provision of National Rental Housing has led the consciousness on rental housing changed, it becomes more necessary to improve the quality of rental housing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the inner space use of a unit and residents' consciousness on the results of surveying the residents in order to construct rental housing which provides comfort residental environment for the residents. Data was collected through questionnaire surveys(459 residents) from 5 estates including 3 estates of National Rental Housing and 2 estates of Public Rental Housing, which is $36m^{2}\;and\;45m^{2}$ of net area of a unit, for the actual use conditions and their requirements on the inner space of a unit. The results are as follows ; 1) The rental housing differentiated according to the needs from the residents' characteristics should be developed. 2) The main demand household for rental housing is established to that of 4 families including a 40s year-old couple and that of 3 or 4 families including a 30s year-old couple, and a double income family. But the type of household becomes more diverse than before. 3) It is necessary to plan the living room for the Multi-functional inner space emphasizing commom space 4) The various and efficient storage space and system for the residents' demands.

지각된 근골격계 문제를 가진 여성노인의 건강기능식품 이용행태 (Dietary Supplement use among Elderly Women with Self-perceived Musculoskeletal Problems)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to clarify the characteristics of musculoskeletal problems in elderly Korean women and their actual and current use of dietary supplements by conducting a descriptive survey. Methods: The 1-month study began on April 3, 2012. A total of 150 elderly women from City D responded to the survey questionnaire used in this study. Results: Among the respondents, 55.3% used dietary supplements, although they had not consulted a physician for a definitive diagnosis of their condition but reported a self-perceived musculoskeletal problem instead. In addition, they engaged in healthy behaviors such as exercising and dietary supplement intake, without receiving any medical treatment. Compared with the nonusers, the dietary supplement users self-perceived a relatively more serious musculoskeletal problem (t =4.566, p<.001). Among the most commonly used supplements, multivitamins ranked first, followed by glucosamine and omega-3. Conclusion: Nurses should thoroughly monitor and maintain a positive attitude toward their patients' use of dietary supplements in order to appropriately educate them about the proper use of supplements.
