증강현실기반의 패션제품 어플리케이션 특성요인과 사용의도와의 관계에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Augmented Reality-based Fashion Product Application on Intention to Use)

  • With the technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution integrated into the industry as a whole, digital transformation (DT) is becoming an innovative and essential element of corporate survival in the fashion industry, and it is expected that the paradigm shift in shopping will become an unavoidable reality, especially based on the AR. Therefore, in this study, the characteristics of augmented reality were presented separately as perceived realism, interaction, pleasure, and usability, and the influence of augmented reality by immersion parameters on the user's satisfaction and intended to reveal the relationship between satisfaction and usage through the characteristics of augmented reality. For the purpose of this study, a structured questionnaire was conducted, and the available 209 responses were collected and used for empirical analysis. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. First, while immersion has the greatest effect on satisfaction, the effect on use intention has a stronger effect on satisfaction than immersion. This indicates that purchase occurs when the user's immersion leads to satisfaction, and when the satisfaction falls, the intention to use is also lowered. Second, interactivity, enjoyment, and ease of use among the various characteristics of fashion applications have a positive effect on immersion. Among them, ease of use had a strong effect on immersion. In light of this, it can be seen that ease of use should be considered first when creating an application based on augmented reality in the future fashion industry. However, the perceived reality is low in the degree of immersion, and the effect on satisfaction is also lowered, so it is difficult to be connected to intention. Considering that this study was conducted through indirect experience through video viewing, this study expects the development of research through a more practical research model in the future, as the impact is considered to be a relatively low measurement.

골프장 서비스품질, 고객만족과 재이용 의도간의 관계 (The Relationship of the Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Re-use Intention in Golf Culb)

  • This research analysed the Interaction which focus on service quality perception, customer satisfaction, re-use intention in the golf club. First of all, we review the existing literature on measurement of service quality and management. As a result of this review and survey of the employer in golf club, thirteen factors emerged as important to the service management of the golf club; Reservation and Access(RSNA), Golf Course and Convenience Facilities(GCNF), Personal Services(PSER) and After Services(ASER). The structural equation model was utilized for analyzing the influence of service quality factors upon the customer satisfaction and re-use intention. Results show that service quality factors have a statistically significant impact on the customer satisfaction of the golf club. RSNA and GCNF investigated the factors influencing on the satisfaction degree of the customers. But the GCNF and PSER were not significant. Especially, GCNF factors directly influenced on the customer satisfaction and also indirectly impact on the intention of using again.

  • 최근 생성형 AI 기반인 ChatGPT는 상업적·교육적 활용 가능성과 높은 효용가치 기대로 급격히 발전함과 동시에 여러 가지 우려와 문제점도 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 ChatGpt의 품질이 사용자의 활용만족과 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 부산경남지역 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 총 155명의 응답을 표본으로 SPSS 28.0 프로그램을 이용하여 검증하였다. 연구 결과, ChatGPT 품질 요소 중 신뢰성과 안정성은 활용만족과 지속적 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. ChatGPT의 활용만족은 지속적 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. ChatGPT의 신뢰성과 안정성, 지속적 이용의도간에에 활용만족은 긍정적인 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과로 ChatGPT의 품질요소 중 사용자의 지속적 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 제시함으로서 ChatGPT의 이용 촉진에 필요한 교육적·정책적 방향 제시에 기여고자 한다.

초등학교 고학년 아동의 부모-자녀관계와 사이버폭력 가해 간의 관계에서 시간사용만족도와 도덕성의 다중매개효과 (The Multiple Mediating Effects of Time Use Satisfaction and Morality on the Relationship between Upper Elementary Students' Parent-Child Relationships and Cyberbullying Perpetration)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the multiple mediating effects of time use satisfaction and morality on the relationship between children's parent-child relationships and cyberbullying perpetration. To achieve this a convenience sample of 465 fifth and sixth-grade students from six elementary schools located in D City and G Do Province was recruited. The data collected for this study were analyzed using IBM SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs for descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and path analysis. The principal results were as follows. First, parent-child relationship significantly influenced time use satisfaction and morality. Additionally, children's time use satisfaction and morality were found to have a significant impact on cyberbullying perpetration. Secondly, in the relationship between parent-child relationships and cyberbullying perpetration, the total mediating effect of time use satisfaction and morality, as well as the individual mediating effects of time use satisfaction and morality, were also significant. These findings emphasize the significance of the parent-child relationship in addressing cyberbullying perpetration and suggest that both home and school education should guide children to use their time satisfactorily. Supplementing this, various educational programs should be developed to enhance children's morality.

아파트단지 옥외휴게공간의 이용행태와 만족도 (Residents' Behavior and Satisfaction for Outdoor Rest Space in Apartment Complex)

  • This study aims to analyze the actual state, the satisfaction index, and the satisfaction factor of the residents in the apartment adopting thematic outdoor rest space design. This study also proposes the basic data for the standard of resident-centered rest space design, not designer-centered or fashion-followed design. The results are as follows : First, most residents use near by rest space, and more use occur during the evenings; 17 hr. ∼ 21 hr. Most of residents use the rest space with their children, partner, or family. Residents usually take walks and take a rests in the rest space. Most residents use the rest space quietly. Of the rest facilities in the outdoor rest space, benches are most used, walks and pergolas are more frequently used. But waterscape facilities are not particularly used. The satisfaction index of the outdoor rest space is generally low. However, the satisfaction index of the rest space and facilities type shows that the evaluation of rest facilities(e.g. benches) is high. The satisfaction index of the decoration shows that the evaluation for the color and design of facilities is high. In the satisfaction index of the physical environment, the item about the size of rest space is highly appreciated. In the mental satisfaction index of the rest space, the item about whole atmosphere is highly appreciated. Of the factors affecting the general satisfaction index with outdoor rest space, the factor of physical environment is the most important independent-variable. Physical environment and facilities are more important influential factors than the atmosphere of outdoor rest space. In the future, the practical study searching for the preferences of the residents and the activation of use should be preceded.

노인의 시간배분 유형에 따른 시간사용만족도의 차이 (Differences in Time Use Satisfaction by Time Allocation Types of the Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore a typology of time allocation, investigate determinants of time allocation types, and analyze differences in time use satisfaction by the types of time use of the elderly. The data source for this research was the 2009 Time Use Survey conducted by the Korea National Statistical office (KNSO). The 4,699 time diaries (3,552 for weekday, 1,147 for Sunday) completed by the elderly over the age of 60 were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, chi-square, cluster analysis, ANOVA analysis, Duncan test, and multinomial logistic regression analysis. Time allocation of the elderly was classified into four types: personal care oriented, work oriented, leisure oriented, and balanced type. Gender, age, education, employment status, income, and the presence of spouse were identified as determinants for each type. According to the types of time allocation, time use satisfaction was different on week days.

  • Purpose: As mobile devices are commonly used and contact-free services are widespread due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the recent distribution environment, this study suggests retail strategies for consumers using high-speed railways. To this end, we analyzed how consumer perception on technologies necessary for use of mobile apps is related to the attitude that drives consumers to continue using the app services. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the extended unified theory of technology acceptance and use of technology model by Venkatesh, Morris, Davis and Davis (2003), we added variables proposed by existing theories that studied the technology acceptance model from multiple perspectives and empirically analyzed the relationship between user satisfaction and use intention with structural equation modeling. Results: As expected, factors necessary for the use of app services such as performance expectancy, social influence, price value, facilitating conditions, security, and aesthetics had positive effects on user satisfaction, whereas the effect of effort expectancy on user satisfaction was rejected. And user satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on intention to use. Conclusions: The results provide implications that strategic retail management of the above factors can motivate passengers to continuously use high-speed railways.

  • 전화를 거듭하고 있는 IT산업의 그 중심에서 스마트폰이 활약하고 있다. 국내 시장에서도 스마트폰은 급속하게 확산되고 있지만 현재까지도 소비자들이 왜 스마트폰을 사용하는지에 대한 실증적 분석을 통한 선행 연구는 드물다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템의 사용자 만족과 습관이론을 바탕으로 스마트 폰 사용에 대한 원인과 결과에 관해서 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구는 스마트폰 사용자 278명을 대상으로 분석하였고 인지된 유용성과 사용 용이성이 스마트폰 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 흥미로운 발견은 사용자 만족이 스마트폰 사용 습관과 탐색적 사용에 (+)정의 영향을 주지만 충분한 활용에는 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다는 것이다. 이는 습관이라는 매개 효과가 충분한 활용에 영향을 주고 있으며 자기효능감의 통제변수가 영향을 주기 때문이라고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 스마트폰을 사용하면 할수록 사용자는 탐색적으로 새로운 스마트폰 기능에 관심을 기울이는 것으로 조사되었다.

모바일 러닝의 특성이 만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향: 성별에 따른 분석 (An Effect on Satisfaction and Loyalty of the Characteristics in Mobile Learning: According to Gender)

  • This study analyzes a model appling value in the mobile learning. We investigate the interaction, ease of use, hedonic value, and utilitarian value considering importance factors in the mobile learning, and the customer values are found to influence the customer satisfaction. We analysis a relationship between these factors and the customer satisfaction, and the relationship between the customer satisfaction and the loyalty. Finally, we research difference among gender of the satisfaction on the mobile learning. To fulfill this purpose, the research model was designed from literature review, and the structural equation modeling technique was used to evaluate hypotheses. The major results of this study are as follows. First, the ease of use, hedonic value, and utilitarian value positively influenced the satisfaction, and the satisfaction had positive influences on the customer loyalty. But the interaction didn't have positive influence on the satisfaction. Second, gender difference was found for some path coefficient. Male user's interaction and ease of use has effect on the satisfaction, and Female user's hedonic value and utilitarian value have influenced the satisfaction. When it consider the market share or the growth potential of the mobile learning industry, the results of this study will provide the useful information to manage mobile learning.

교육서비스품질이 고객만족 및 재이용에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구 - E평생교육센터 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study on effect of Education Service Quality which Influence Re-Use and Customer Satisfaction - Focusing on E life-long Education Center -)

  • In this research, we study on to find the inter-relation among education service quality and customer satisfaction and re-use focusing on E life-long education center. Education service quality consists of four factors such as training center's facility, trainer, employee's service and operating service. As like the results of this research, we found that three factors of education service quality such as facility, trainer and operating service give a positive effect to customer satisfaction and also we found that customer satisfaction gives a positive effect to re-use.
