여대생의 향수 소비행동에 관한 연구 -향수 사용도에 따른 소비자집단별 특성을 중심으로- (Perfume Consumption Behaviors of Female College Students - Based on the frequency of perfume usage -)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship among the frequency of perfume usage and perfume attitude. perfume consuming behaviors and demographies. The data were collected from 352 female college students using questionnaire. Three groups including Large amount users(30.1%), Medium amount users(33.8%), and Small amount users(36.1%) were identified by the frequency of perfume usage. The results were summarized as follows : 1. There were significant differences on perfume attitudes and perfume consuming behaviors among the three groups. The more they use perfume, the more they feel pleasure and self-confidence. Most subjects preferred overseas prestige and popular perfume. And they obtained perfume informations through magazine ads and article. 2. There were significant differences demographic characteristics among the three groups. The older and the higher social status frequently used perfume. This study will provide useful marketing data and implications for activation of domestic perfume market.

초고속인터넷 요금제 유형에 대한 비교 검토 : 정액제, 종량제 (Comparative Study on Internet Pricing : Flat-rate vs. Usage-based)

  • There is a controversy on Internet pricing, flat-rate vs. usage-based. This study gives a comparative analysis between flat-rate and two-part tariff which is realistic alternative of usage-based pricing. In a basic economic model, two-part tariff based on ISP's cost structure satisfies allocative efficiency and relatively expand the number of subscribers. But the characteristics of Internet service like consumers' uncertainty on cost, measurement cost of traffic and network externality induce increase of cost or decrease of marginal utility. The analysis shows that small impact of these can make flat-rate more efficient.

스마트폰 사용 특성별 잠재적 고객만족 개선지수 분석 (An Analysis of Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement Index of Smart Phone by Usage Characteristics)

  • This paper is a follow up to the previous study which reveals that smartphone users are divided into three subcategories according to their usage characteristics. In this paper, these groups are called as 'general', 'entertainment', and 'work-assistant', taking into account their respective characteristics. The 'general' is a group whose smartphone usage characteristics are not focused on a specific purpose, the 'entertainment' is focused on music, internet, SNS, picture, and e-banking, and the 'work-assistant' is on work, GPS, diary. Inter-relation between the importance and satisfaction for the purchase determinants to the groups is investigated. In addition, Kano analysis of quality attributes is also performed, which includes quality type, satisfaction/dissatisfaction index, and PCSI (Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement) index. The analysis result are as follows. Firstly, inter-relation between importance and satisfaction differs by user group. 'Internet', 'Ease of use', and 'Performance' purchase determinants are evaluated as competitive determinants in 'work-assistant' user group. Secondly Kano quality types of quality characteristics also differs by user group. 'Application' was classified as an attractive (A) types to 'entertainment' group and so on. 'Internet' 'Failure/Bug', 'Touch response rate' and 'Charging' are located in 'Nice' Region of S-PCSI Diagram and have to be considered as strategic quality characteristics. The results of this study is expected to give some helps in establishing a customer tailored quality strategy.

IPTV 무료VOD이용자와 유료VOD이용자 간 차이에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (An Analysis of Distinct Characteristics Between Free VOD and Paid VOD Users)

  • IPTV VOD 이용률이 증가하면서 VOD 이용패턴에 대한 심도깊은 연구의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이 논문은 VOD이용자를 유료VOD이용자와 무료VOD이용자로 구분하고 이용동기, 다양한 이용행태, 인구통계학적 변인 등 요인들이 이 두 그룹의 차이에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석했다. 연구결과 유료VOD이용자와 무료 VOD이용자 간 차이에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회적 동기, VOD 만족도, 홀드백 종료후 이용, 광고스킵 지불의향, VOD이용비중, VOD이용포기경험, TV시청시간, SVOD이용시간 등이었는데, VOD만족도를 제외한 모든 변인들이 유료VOD이용자의 특성을 정(+)적으로 예측했다. 추가로 VOD와 SVOD(유료OTT서비스) 이용간 관계를 분석결과 유료VOD이용자가 무료이용자보다 SVOD를 VOD의 대안서비스로 이용하는 비중이 더 높았다. 선행연구들에 비해 이 연구는 그동안 파편적으로 진행되었던 VOD 이용관련 변인들을 종합적으로 고려했다는 점에서 차별성을 갖는다.

MICE 산업의 SNS 이용의도에 미치는 영향: 성별차이를 중심으로 (The Influence of Usage Intentions of Social Network Services in MICE Industry: Focused on the Gender Differences)

  • 본 연구는 MICE 산업(회의, 포상여행, 컨벤션, 전시 및 이벤트)에서 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 성별차이를 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구에서는 MICE 산업, SNS 특성 그리고 기술수용모형(TAM)의 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였다. 본 연구에서는 MICE 참여경험을 가지고 있는 SNS 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 가설검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보제공성, 편리성, 서비스 품질, SNS 이용경험은 SNS 이용태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, SNS 이용태도는 SNS 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 정보제공성과 서비스 품질은 남성이 여성보다 SNS 이용태도에 미치는 영향력이 더 크게 나타났고, 편리성과 SNS 이용경험은 여성이 남성보다 SNS 이용태도에 미치는 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 SNS 이용태도는 남성이 여성보다 SNS 이용의도에 더 큰 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 MICE 산업에서 SNS 이용의도와 관련된 다양한 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

스마트TV 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (An Exploratory Analysis of Contributors to Smart TV Usage)

  • 방송통신융합 미디어인 스마트TV가 글로벌 시장에서 OTT 비디오 서비스를 주요 콘텐츠로 제공하면서 유료방송의 대안으로 부상했다. 한편 국내에서 스마트TV는 확산이 느려 연구가 거의 진행되지 않았다. 하지만 글로벌 스마트TV 성장이 국내에도 영향을 미칠 것으로 예측됨에 따라 스마트TV 이용자의 특성 및 이용행태 등에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 이에 이 연구는 미디어패널데이터를 활용하여 인구사회학적 특성 및 유료미디어 이용행태가 스마트TV이용에 미치는 영향을 탐색하였다. 연구결과 연령, 가구형태, 가구소득, 거주지역규모 등이 스마트TV 이용과 관련이 있었고, 유료플랫폼 중 IPTV 가입자가 스마트TV를 보완적으로 이용했으며, VOD 지출액이 클수록 스마트TV 이용가능성이 컸다. 영화VOD 지출액이 큰 IPTV 가입자는 스마트TV로 대체할 가능성이 낮았다. 이 연구는 소홀했던 스마트TV에 대한 연구를 재점화하고 사업자들에게 전략적 시사점을 제공하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

한약재 사용량 데이터 분석을 통한 한국, 중국, 일본 전통의학의 이론적 특성 비교연구 (Identifying Theoretical Characteristics of Traditional Medicines in Korea, China, and Japan through the Herb Usage Data)

  • Traditional medicines (TM) in Korea, China, and Japan share most of the theories and therapeutic tools, but there are also differences due to their unique histories and cultures. Here, we aim to identify the differences in the utilization of TM theory between three countries by analyzing herb usage data in terms of the related traditional theories. Herb usage data of each country was collected from "Investigation of Korean medicine use and herbal medicine consumption survey" (Korea), "Analytical report on circulation of key Chinese medicinal materials" (China), and "Survey report on raw material crude drug usage" (Japan). Fifty five herbs with sixty features belonging to five theoretical categories (four properties, five tastes, targeting meridians, treatment strategies, and herbal parts) were selected and analyzed. Weight Sum Model (WSM) and Network-Based Group Features (NBGF) were used to compare the theoretical characteristics of TM between three countries. For the statistical evaluation, we developed and applied Herb Set Enrichment Analysis (HSEA) for WSM and NBGF results. HSEA for WSM results revealed the kidney meridian were targeted more in Korea than Japan, while the spleen meridian were targeted more in Japan than Korea. Herbs with sour taste were used more in Japan than China. HSEA for NBGF results found that NBGF including warm, neutral, sweet, and tonifying features were more dominant in Korea and than Japan, while NBGF including cold, bitter, heat-clearing features were more dominant in Japan than the others. These results suggest that TM in Korea, China, and Japan have unique aspects of practice patterns and theoretical utilization.

통합경계시스템의 이용의도에 미치는 영향 요인 분석 - 한국군 GOP 과학화 경계시스템을 중심으로 - (The Usage Intention of Combined Guard System - Focusing on GOP Scientific Guard System -)

  • The technology acceptance model (TAM) is a lot of cited in information technology adoption and usage researches. But TAM has been conducted primarily in volitional environments of the adoption of new technology. This paper discusses technology acceptance in accounting information systems to examine TAM with Characteristics of Organizations and Individuals in mandated using Combined Guard System. Combined Guard System is a scientific guard system that is composed of automated surveillance system, automated sensing system and control system. GOP Scientific Guard System is operated by GOP unit in Korean Army O Division from 2006. In this study, using the extended technology acceptance model, we have analyzed factors which affect the usage intention of GOP Scientific Guard System in mandated using environment. Based upon previous researches, we have selected Support of management unit, Training, Perceived Risk, Subjective Knowledge and Computer Self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and usage intention as variables and proposed a research model. We collected 253 survey questionnaires from Korean army officer and soldier who are serviced at GOP unit in O Division, and analyzed the data using SPSS 12.0 and SmartPLS 2.0M3. According to the results by PLS analysis, According to the results by PLS analysis, Training and Subjective Knowledge did not affect Perceived usefulness, but the other hypotheses were accepted. And Perceived usefulness, and Ease of use influenced the Usage intention. The results of this study will increase Characteristics of Organizations and Individuals on GOP Scientific Guard System and eventually contribute to establishing the activation of Combined Guard System.

Traditional Korean Medicine Usage and Perception: a comparative study between the general population and the disabilities

  • Objectives: This study is a comparative analysis of the satisfaction and recognition characteristics for traditional Korean medicine (TKM) in people with disabilities and the general population of Korea. Methods: Here, 5,000 subjects were categorized into two groups based on a disability rating using the data from the 2017 National Survey for the Usage of Korean Medicine. The relationships among the sociodemographic characteristics, TKM usage status, recognition of TKM usage, and recognition of the effectiveness of the TKM treatment were analyzed based on the disease. The response reliability was verified using the chi-square test analysis method. Results: Disabilities corresponded with low rates of high school or higher education (44%, 83.5%) and no jobs (56.9%, 33.5%), mostly the status of the low-income class with a monthly household income of < 1,500 USD (50.9%, 10.5%), poor health conditions (55.2%, 9.8%), high chronic disease prevalence rate (69.0%, 19.9%), high medical care rate (11.2%, 0.5%), and low commercial health insurance subscription rate (44%, 74.2%). Furthermore, people with disabilities visited TKM institutions more often (88.8%, 74.1%) with a high frequency TKM usage rate of ≥ 1-2 times a month (26.2%, 15.3%). They also reported that the cost of using the TKM was very high (14.7%, 8.8%) and that primarily the application of insurance benefits should be improved (52.6%, 47.5%). The treatment effectiveness for diseases was high for musculoskeletal disorders for both people with disabilities and the general population. Conclusion: Preferential application of insurance benefits for musculoskeletal diseases must be extended to the TKM treatment as well, as people with disabilities have a high recognition for these conditions with TKM. It is difficult to perform randomized controlled trials on people with disability. Therefore, large-scale observational and cohort studies should be conducted. We hope this study will help establish a suitable TKM policy for people with disabilities.

과업수행을 위한 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)의 활용에 대한 연구: 과업-매체적합성을 중심으로 (Study on the Use of SNS(Social Network Service) for Tasks :Focus on the Task-Media Fit)

  • SNS가 사회전체에 미치는 영향이 커지면서 기업들도 SNS의 신속성, 공유성, 상호작용성 등에 관심을 갖고, 이를 어떻게 활용할 것인가에 대해 고민하기 시작했다. 본 연구도 SNS의 업무적 활용에 초점을 두고 과업 지원도구인 SNS와 과업과의 적합성, 사용자특성 그리고 성과와의 관계를 실증하고자 한다. 연구를 위해 과업-기술적합모형을 토대로 사회적 요소, 정보기술로서 SNS의 특성 그리고 사용자 특성을 고려하여 연구모형을 제안하였다. 연구결과 과업-매체 적합성에 직무특성, 가상능숙도, 매체특성 모두 유의한 영향관계를 가지며, SNS이용에는 가상능숙도와 SNS 특성 변수가 유의한 영향관계를 보였다. 또한 과업-매체 적합성은 SNS이용과 업무성과에, SNS이용은 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 SNS의 전략적 활용은 업무성과 향상에 도움이 되며, SNS활용 전략 수립시에 개인특성이 고려되어야 함을 시사하고 있다.
