The data were analyzed using SPSS for windows(version 12.0). The results are summarized as follows. From the results of the factor analysis in evaluating the contract foodservice's websites, 7 factors were generated and were defined as technology & interactivity, customer service, interface, design & convenience, contents, communication, and offering of information. Of these, technology & interactivity(p<0.05), customer service(p<0.01), interface(p<0.05), design & convenience(p<0.001), content(p<0.01), communication(p<0.01), and offering of information(p<0.01) had a significant effects in terms of the on satisfaction with a website. Since the beta of the "design & convenience" factor(0.319) was the largest, it had the greatest effect on satisfaction. In the importance performance analysis, the respondents showed high recognition on the importance, but low recognition on the performance, of aspects such as menu composition, attraction of the website, offering a FAQ section, and the operation of Q&A. Also, the importance score for 'offered relevant websites' was significantly higher than the performance score. Therefore, contract foodservice companies should take into account these aspects for improving their websites.

  • The main channels of the financial industry are rapidly changing to mobile. In this environment, banks are focusing on information and communication technology to secure their competitiveness, and rapid innovation is being pursued especially in the payment settlement sector. In October 2019, Korea also introduced open banking services to accelerate the financial innovation, such as the open conversion of financial settlement networks and the expansion of the use of simple payments. In this paper, an empirical study was conducted on the effect of domestic open banking quality factors on usage intention. The service quality factors for open banking were classified into interface design, innovation, security, and data sharing, and the technology acceptance model (TAM) was used to verify whether it has a significant effect on perceived convenience, usefulness and intention to use. According to the analysis results, while innovation and security did not have a significant effect on convenience and usefulness, interface design and data sharing were found to have an effect on perceived convenience. The results would provide implications for some quality issues for companies seeking to introduce open banking services as well as for the related academic arena.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors of dominant design attributes on the intention of continuous use of Smartphone users. Predictor factors were selected perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use suggested on extended the technology acceptance model. The concept model was completed by selecting the dominant design attribute as a mediator. Participants of this study were 135 Smartphone users in Busan Gyeongnam and Iksan Jeonbuk province in accordance with convenience sampling. IBM SPSS Statistics 19 were employed for descriptive statistics, Smart PLS (partial least squares) was employed for confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis of casual relationship among variables. Therefore, when moderating mediated factor of dominant design and attitude, factor of continuous usage intention showed 76% explanatory power.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of individual difference toward technology and situational influences on use intention of Self-Service Technology. While the previous research related to SSTs focuses on individual tendency toward technology, little research has been done on the impact of situational influences on usage intention of SSTs. This study proposed Technology Readiness Index for measuring individual tendency toward technology and categorized situational influences into two dimensions: location convenience, employee presence. The empirical testing of the research was conducted on 20' users who have prior experience in using SSTs except for ATMs in bank. This study demonstrated that the people who are favorable emotions positively affect SSTs. Also this study confirmed that it is effective to build strategies to form favorable attitude and usage intention of knowledge of SSTs rather than method through service employees. Finally, SSTs were distributed for customers.

  • This study aimed to analyze beverage usage motives according to selection attributes of beverage shops. Questionnaires were completed by 509 persons living in the Seoul, Gyeonggido area. The results show significant differences by gender, age, and monthly income. Female customers stayed longer and spent more money than males. Younger customers (20's, 30's) stayed longer and visited beverage shops to meet friends. Those with higher incomes stayed shorter and visited beverage shop with company staff. In the factor analysis of selection attributes of beverage shops, there were four factors: 'physical environment', 'economic benefit', 'specialized service', and 'approach convenience'. Two clusters, derived from selected attributes of beverage shops, were 'highly involved group' and 'low involved group'. The 'highly involved group' was high income and highly educated, whereas the 'low involved group' was low income and low educated. 'The highly involved group' drank beverages in the office and school while the 'low involved group' drank beverages at home. The 'highly involved group' cited safety, comfort, pleasure, and happiness more than the 'low involved group' at beverage shops. Beverage shops should develop health beverages such as caffeine or sugar-controlled beverage for 'the highly involved group'.
