Background: The long-term care (LTC) group has higher rates of chronic disease and disability registration compared to the general older people population. There is a need to provide integrated medical services and care for LTC group. Consequently, this study aimed to identify medical usage patterns based on the ratings of LTC and the characteristics of benefits usage in the LTC group. Methods: This study employed the National Health Insurance Service Database to analyze the effects of demographic and LTC-related characteristics on medical usage from 2015 to 2019 using a repeated measures analysis. A longitudinal logit model was applied to binary data, while a linear mixed model was utilized for continuous data. Results: In the case of LTC ratings, a positive correlation was observed with overall medical usage. In terms of LTC benefit usage characteristics, a higher overall level of medical usage was found in the group using home care benefits. Detailed analysis by medical institution classification revealed a maintained correlation between care ratings and the volume of medical usage. However, medical usage by classification varied based on the characteristics of LTC benefit usage. Conclusion: This study identified a complex interaction between LTC characteristics and medical usage. Predicting the requisite medical services based on the LTC rating presented a challenge. Consequently, it becomes essential for the LTC group to continuously monitor medical and care needs, even after admission into the LTC system. To facilitate this, it is crucial to devise an LTC rating system that accurately reflects medical needs and to broaden the implementation of integrated medical-care policies.

This paper aims to analyse the factors influencing the implementation of smart factories and their performance after implementation, using the grounded theory analysis method based on interview data. The research subjects were 21 companies that were selected by the Smart Manufacturing Innovation Promotion Group under the SME Technology Information Promotion Agency in 2020-2021 as the best case smart factory implementation companies, and introduced the intermediate stage 1 or above. A total of 87 concepts were generated as a result of the analysis. We were able to classify them into 16 detailed categories, and finally derived six broad categories. These six categories are "motivation for adoption", "adoption context", "adoption level", "technology adoption", "usage effect" and "management effect". As a result of the overall structure analysis, it was found that the adoption level of smart factory is determined by the adoption motivation, the IT technology experience affects the adoption level, the adoption level determines the usage and usage satisfaction, internal and external training affects the usage and usage satisfaction, and the performance or results obtained by the usage and usage are reduced defect rate, improved delivery rate and improved productivity. This study was able to derive detailed variables of environmental factors and technical characteristics that affect the adoption of smart factories, and explore the effects on the usage effects and management effects according to the level of adoption. Through this study, it is possible to suggest the direction of adoption according to the characteristics of SMEs that want to adopt smart factories.

This study focuses on influencing factors of TAM on personality, subjective norm and then examines the relationship between influencing factors such as KMS usage and system performance. The survey was collected from KMS users by e-mail and on-line questionnaire. Finally, 206 questionnaires were chosen for the analysis of data. It was analyzed by SPSS and AMOS for the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) and SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results were as follows. First, subjective norm is found to be especially important to KMS usage. Second, Extraversion positively moderated the relationship between subjective norm and perceived usefulness. Third, KMS usage is significant to personal performance such as knowledge growth, decision making and the ability of problem solving. This study proposed that the usage of Knowledge Management System positively contributes to the improvement of personal performance.

This study presents a logging method to trace the usage patterns of existing smartphone apps. The actual smartphone app itself, not a specially developed similar app with usage logging, would be used best for the experiment of observing the usage patterns. For this purpose, we used a method of injecting logging codes into existing smartphone app. Using this method, we conducted an experiment to trace usage patterns of a commercial IPTV app, and found that the method is very useful for acquiring detail usage log without influencing participants.

This paper confirms the risk of using smartphone through the analysis of collected usage pattern and proposes the smartphone intervention system in risk situations. In order to check the risk of smartphone usage, we made information collecting application and collected smartphone usage pattern from 11 experiment participants for two months. By analyzing smartphone usage pattern, we confirmed that about 12% of smartphone usage is being used in driving, walking, and on the street. In addition, we analyzed the response rate of smartphone notification in risk situations and confirmed that user responds the smartphone notifications in real-time even in risk situations. Therefore, it is required to present a system that intervenes the use of smartphone in order to protect smartphone users in risk situations. In this paper, we classify risk situations of using smartphone. Also, the proposed smartphone intervention system is designed to periodically detect risk situations. In risk situations, smartphone function can be restricted according to user setting of smartphone. And smartphone can be used normally when safe situation is restored.

본 연구는 학생들의 성장에 따른 미디어 교육 활용 특성 종단적 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 미디어의 교육적 활용 특성을 학습이용, 정보이용, 그리고 게임이용으로 구분하였다. 잠재성장모형을 적용하여 학습이용, 정보이용, 게임이용의 종단적 변화를 탐색하였다. 이후 3가지 미디어 교육적 활용 특성의 종단적 변화에서 성별 차이를 검증하였다. 한국청소년패널조사(KYPS)의 중등2패널을 활용하여 4년간 반복 추적 조사한 3,499명의 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구결과 (a) 학년이 증감함으로써 미디어의 학습이용과 정보이용의 변화율은 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. (b) 여학생의 미디어 학습이용과 정보이용의 초기치와 변화율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. (c) 학년이 증가함으로써 미디어의 게임이용은 변화율이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. (d) 미디어 게임이용에서는 초기치에는 남학생이 여학생보다 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 변화율에는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

The application of mindfulness is increasing in corporation for business innovation. However, the influence of mindfulness has not been confirmed for employee in detail. Mindfulness is the awareness that arises from paying attention in the present. We often experience uncertainty abounds about what the information technology is, how well it works in the process of using information technology. According to the definition of mindfulness, mindfulness can deepen employee's thoughts and understanding of information technology and will provide a clue to the solution of the issue. This study focusses on impact of mindfulness on IT usage behavior, particularly on IT continuance usage. Research question of this study is whether mindfulness impact perceived factors related to IT continuance usage. The study of relationship between IT and mindfulness will have meaningful results because both IT and Mindfulness are aimed at corporate innovation. Based on most recent theory in IT continuance usage, called by Decomposed Expectation-Disconfirmation Model, we established hypotheses and examined the impact of mindfulness on perceived factors in process of IT continuance usage. For empirical analysis, we collected 303 employee samples and conducted Structural Equation Modeling for path analysis. We showed that mindfulness has a positive impact on perceived usefulness, usability and usefulness confirmation, usability confirmation. We also confirmed that antecedent of satisfaction is perceived usefulness, perceived usability and usefulness confirmation, usability confirmation, and satisfaction is the cause of IT continuance usage. We suggested academic and practical implication based on empirical analysis results. In academic perspective, we found the role of mindfulness in process of IT continuance usage. From practical point of view, we suggest to use of mindfulness program for IT continuance usage in corporation.

Computer technology in mathematics teaching-learning is not for teaching computer but for improving mathematics teaching-learning with computer. It is shown the use of computer technology comparing with traditional approach provides students more opportunities in order to approach abstract structure. Computer activity provides not only understanding concepts of analysis and opportunity to investigate theory but also effective background in teaching analysis. We analyze students' computer usage level on analysis education by using computer usage level according to role of computer technology. We try to get an useful educational implication on analysis education applying MATLAB through qualitative research.

Mobile banking brings about a progressive change in the field of banking sectors in Bangladesh. To create a sustainable banking environment, technological implementation is important. As a part of this, many organizations as well as modern banks propelled mobile banking systems in Bangladesh. The customers' attitudes towards mobile banking are fascinating in Bangladesh. So, it is important for mobile banking authority to know what factors influence customers' positive attitude towards mobile banking usage and whether they are facing problems in using mobile banking. To evaluate the customers' attitude toward mobile banking usage in Bangladesh is the main objective of this study. People who use mobile banking have been considered for the study. Respondents were reached out based on their online activities. Around 400 questionnaires have been sent to respondents, but only 200 were returned with responses. A quantitative research design was used for this study. As regards statistical analysis tools, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and regression analysis have been adopted for analyzing the research study. The results revealed that usage benefits, shopping benefits, and psychological factors influence customers' positive attitude toward mobile banking usage in Bangladesh. Besides, some problems with mobile banking usage are identified by the respondents.

오늘날 많은 서비스 지원이 웹 사이트를 통해 제공되고 있다. 웹 사이트의 이용 및 효율성을 최적화하기 위하여 방문자들의 이용 패턴 분석이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 BPI Challenge 2016에서 제공하는 웹 사이트 접속 로그를 분석하여 이용 패턴 분석 및 이용자 그룹별 비교 분석 연구를 수행하였다. 이 데이터는 네덜란드 고용보험사(UWV)의 IT 시스템의 웹 사이트 접속 로그를 제공하며, 고객의 인적 정보, 해당 기관의 웹 사이트를 사용할 때의 고객 행동을 설명하는 클릭 데이터 등의 대한 정보를 포함하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 프로세스 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 사용 고객의 사용 패턴과 고객 그룹 간 특징을 분석하여, 궁극적으로 웹 서비스를 이용하는 고객들을 대상으로 서비스 품질을 향상시키고자 한다.
