RFID를 이용한 도시시설물 관리시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Urban Facility Management System using RFID)

  • The aimed to development general management system that can manage diverse facilities of city using RFID. Defining data format of items in each management, type and code for the urban facilities, the researcher designed database of urban facilities through the process of establishing logic model and data modelling. By inputting designed database into RFID Tag of each urban facilities and using RFID Reader and PDA, the researcher developed system that can efficiently manage the basic attributes and information and management information of urban facilities. Further, it was found that the characteristics of RFID Tag and GPS should improve the optimal hardware combination and PDA performance for the surrounding environmental influence and system performance.

  • 도시 기반 시설중 하나인 상하수도는 도시 규모의 확대와 인구의 증가, 그리고 시설의 노후화로 인한 기존 관리 방법에 많은 한계가 나타나고 있는 실정이다 또한 최근에는 하수에 의한 지하수의 오염과 수도관 파손 등에 의한 사고시 신속한 대응능력의 부족으로 행정적인 문제가 빈번히 발생하고 있는 현실이 GIS에 의한 시설물관리의 필요성이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 감안하여 시설물관리 방법으로 GIS기법을 이용하여 체계적이고 합리적인 시설물 유지관리가 가능할 수 있는 계기를 마련하고자 한다. 끝으로 상하수도 시설물관리에 GIS기법을 활용하므로써 합리적이고 체계적인 시설물관리가 가능함을 제시하고 시설물관리의 응용방안을 제시하여 실무자의 업무 효율을 극대화하므로써 본 연구의 목적을 달성하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this paper was developing a development density control model for urban growth management, using system dynamics modeling. The density control model was developed to see how urban growth, transition, and decay occur depending on the interaction among population, houses, industry structure, land and urban infrastructure such as road, water supply, and sewage treatment facilities. Suggesting adequate level of development density control using the model was another purpose of this paper. The model was applied to An'yang city to estimate the maximum number of population, industry structures, houses, and cars that can be adequately sustained with the current An'yang city's infrastructur capacity. The computer simulation results shows that the city is overpopulated by some 90,000 people. To reduce the population to the adequate level that the current urban infrastructure can sustain, the current city regulation on floor area ratio are needed to be strengthened at least 20 to 35%.

국내 공동주택단지 자연 순응형 빗물관리시설 사례 분석 (Nature-adapted Rainwater Management Facility Cases in Korean Apartment Complexes)

  • In Korea, an environment-friendly concept of "rain re-cycling" was initially introduced in apartment complex planning and designs in the late 1990s. Although its application cases are extremely few, with the growing importance of rainwater utilization, introduction of rainwater management facilities in urban areas began to drawn keen attention. In urban areas also, plans to introduce rainwater management facilities in apartment complexes as infrastructure improving living environment, such as sewage treatment facilities are very urgently required. In order to introduce rainwater management facilities as infrastructure in an apartment complex, apartment complex cases that had introduced the facilities were reviewed first. In this study, a few applied rainwater management facilities in an apartment complex were surveyed(Infiltration barrel, Rubble porosity storage tank, Underground storage tank). As a result, problems in introducing rainwater management facilities in apartment complexes in Korea were identified.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate suitability of Underground Facility Construction in great land development area. Because there are the construct of national integration information control system and the advance of information technique, the necessity that construct the UIS to manage the urban space systematically is enlarged. In the purpose that we prepare the base of underground facility management system by driving the step digitalizing facilities buried underground and protect urban safety accident, we introduce the GIS in land development area. This study proposes the improvement direction by examining the outcome through the driving method and the outcome analysis.

단독가구노인의 주거만족도에 관한 연구 - 도시.농촌지역간의 비교를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Housing Satisfaction of Elderly Living Alone or with Spouse - A Comparision between Urban and Rural Area -)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the main factor which influences the housing satisfaction of elderly who lives alone or with spouse and to make it sure that housing satisfaction is an important factor to life satisfaction of elderly. The specific purpose of this study is as follows; 1) How does the locus of control of elderly influence a housing satisfaction\ulcorner 2) How does the housing characteristics of elderly influence on the housing satisfaction and this relationship has any difference between urban and rural area. 3) Which variables influence upon the housing satisfaction and life satisfaction of elderly and how much do they influence \ulcorner The locus of control scale, housing satisfaction scale. life satisfaction scale were composed on the basis of precedent researches. For this study 202 elderly sho live in urban and rural area ere interviewed. To analyze the data, such as F-test, t-test, two-way ANOVA, Multiple regression analysis were used with SPSS program. The results are as follows; 1) The interrelation between locus of control and housing satisfaction is as follows. Namely , if he believes in his deeds and will rater than his fate, he feels more housing satisfaction. 2)the housing satisfaction of the elderly was found to be influenced by location, Namely, the elderly living in the urban area feels more housing satisfaction, especially he lives in apartment and unshared house. On the contrary, the elderly living in the rural area was not affected by housing type and the number of household who live together, The housing satisfaction of the elderly living in the rural area or the urban area equally influenced by the housing tenure, heating system, bathroom facility, flush toilet, and convenient service form the outside. 3) The main factoers which influence the housing satisfaction of the single household elderly are bathroom facility louse of control and income. When we concern about the location in urban area the housing satisfaction of the elderly were mainly influenced by income, but in the rural area, they were influenced by the service facility from the outside. As a Conclusion, the main factor which influenced life satisfaction of the elderly proved to be housing satisfaction inn both rural and urban area.

  • 본 연구에서는 GIS기반에서 대용량 BIM 형상 객체를 효과적으로 표현하기 위한 경량 형상 포맷 구조 개발에 초점을 맞춘다. 최근 건물관리 유스케이스 관점에서 GIS기반에서 수많은 BIM 객체를 관리하고 필요한 정보를 표현하고자 하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이를 효과적으로 구현하기 위해서는 IFC와 같은 BIM정보표준모델을 도시차원에서 GIS상에 효과적으로 표현해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 BIM 정보를 포함한 경량화 된 BIM형상 가시화 방법과 포맷 구조를 제안하고 파일럿 테스트를 위해 프로토 타입을 구현해 본다. 파일럿 프로세스에서는 연구를 통해 도출된 설계 내용에 따라 3개 지역의 모델 데이터에 대해 일반적인 IFC파일과 경량BIM형상 포맷을 각각 구성한 후, 데이터 용량, 화면 로딩 시간 등의 성능을 비교하였다.

u-City 도시시설물관리 서비스모델 분류체계 연구 (A Study on Classification System of Urban Facilities Management Service Model in u-City)

  • 본 연구는 u-City 구축사업의 지원 및 국가공간정보의 선도적 기술개발을 목표로 진행되고 있는 지능형국토정보기술혁신사업의 일부 내용으로, 새로운 도시환경인 u-City에서의 도시시설물관리 서비스모델 분류체계를 제시하고자 하였다. 먼저 기존 u-City 도시시설물 서비스모델 관련 연구사례를 조사 분석하였으며, 이를 토대로 u-City 시설물 관리에 적합한 분류체계로서 업무서비스(Action)에 의한 분류체계 및 시설물종류(Object)에 의한 분류체계를 제시하였다. 또한 분류체계안의 각 단위서비스의 정의 및 역할을 제시하였으며, 향후 구축될 u-City 도시시설물관리체계를 위한 적용방안을 도출하였다.
