도시공원에서 벤치의 시각적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Visual Satisfaction of Benches at Urban Park)

  • The objective of this study is to evaluate the preference and visual characteristic of users according to the location of benches at urban community parks. The types of benches are separated into four patterns and located in four representative places at urban community parks. Each relations between visual preference and adjective related factors are calibrated by the estimated results of Pearson correlation coefficient. Moreover, the factors which affect the visual preference are obtained by multiple regression analysis and to calibrate the each factors significant level, the method of multivariate variance analysis is applied. The results of this study are summzrized as belows: 1. Four types of factors which consist the visual characteristic are classified as emotional factor of visual images(aesthetic factor(F1), texture related factor(F2)) and physical factor(physical factor(F3), transformable factor(F4)). Each factor's eigenvalue is appears as 5.27∼1.78 and the eigenvalue of emotional factor of visual images is more higher than the physical factor. 2. The correlation coefficient between visual preference according to the location of benches(X21) and aesthetic factor(f1) is estimated as 0.79, which is highest value among the four factors. And the correlation coefficient of texture related factor(f2), physical factor(F3) and transformable factor(F4) is estimated as 0.14, 0.04 and 0.08 respectively. 3. The visual preference of users according to the location of benches is greatly affected by the emotional factor of visual images(F1, F2) and the physical factor(F3, F4) are poorly related. The results of this study suggest the effective guidelines for the location of leisure facilities. Moreover the design and planning of leisure facilities at the urban community park have to be reexamined. What must be examined from now on is as follows: First, the preference research of rest facilities in the urban park through the multiple approach must be carried out continuously. Second, the research about the visual quality of the environmental sight observed in sitting on the bench as well as the visual quality of the showed object and place needs to be supported. Nevertheless, through this study the utilization into the useful data of the plan and the design for the systematic disposition of landscape architecture equipments centered on the users can be expected.

도시특성 요인의 다중선형회귀 분석을 이용한 물순환상태추정모델 개발 (Development of water circulation status estimation model by using multiple linear regression analysis of urban characteristic factors)

  • Identifying the water circulation status is one of the indispensable processes for watershed management in an urban area. Recently, various water circulation models have been developed to simulate the water circulation, but it takes a lot of time and cost to make a water circulation model that could adapt the characteristics of the watershed. This paper aims to develop a water circulation state estimation model that could easily calculate the status of water circulation in an urban watershed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The study watershed is a watershed in Seoul that applied the impermeable area ratio in 1962 and 2000. And, It was divided into 73 watersheds in order to consider changes in water circulation status according to the urban characteristic factors. The input data of the SHER(Similar Hydrologic Element Response) model, a water circulation model, were used as data for the urban characteristic factors of each watershed. A total of seven factors were considered as urban characteristic factors. Those factors included annual precipitation, watershed area, average land-surface slope, impervious surface ratio, coefficient of saturated permeability, hydraulic gradient of groundwater surface, and length of contact line with downstream block. With significance probabilities (or p-values) of 0.05 and below, all five models showed significant results in estimating the water circulation status such as the surface runoff rate and the evapotranspiration rate. The model that was applied all seven urban characteristics factors, can calculate the most similar results such as the existing water circulation model. The water circulation estimation model developed in this study is not only useful to simply estimate the water circulation status of ungauged watersheds but can also provide data for parameter calibration and validation.

인천시의 효율적인 도시물류정비를 위한 화물물동량 및 화물차의 유동특성분석 (A Analysis of Freight Volume and Freight Truck Flows for Efficient Urban Goods Movement at Incheon City)

  • 도시물류개선을 위해서는 물류시설정비나 화물차관리 등이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 도시내 공간상에서 화물물동량과 화물차의 유동특성을 파악하고 특성의 도출이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도시물류정비를 효율적으로 수행하기위한 기초자료로서 활용하기위해 도시내의 화물물동량과 화물차 유동특성을 파악하여 특성을 이해하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 인천시의 화물물동량과 화물차 유동 파악, 영향인자 고려 등으로 물동량 및 화물차 운행특성을 심층 분석하였다. 본 연구대상인 인천시는 항만과 공항의 소재지이면서 서울과 인접지역 도시로서 다양한 도시물류활동을 내포하고 있는 지역임을 감안하여 선정하였다. 그 결과 화물물동량 및 화물차의 유통패턴에 대한 파악과 특성을 상세히 분석할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과가 인천시내 화물물동량과 화물차 운행현황의 이해하고 나아가 도시물류개선을 위한 기초자료로서 활용 될 수 있고 화물차 관리정책 등에 일부나마 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

원격탐사자료와 GIS를 활용한 도시 표면온도의 공간적 분포특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Spatial Distribution Characteristic of Urban Surface Temperature using Remotely Sensed Data and GIS)

  • 본 연구에서는 도시표면온도를 추출하기 위하여 다시기 Landsat TM band 6 영상을 이용하여 과학기술부의 4가지 모델 즉 two-point linear model, linear regression model, quadratic regression model, cubic regression model에 대하여 각각 공간분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과를 AWS(automatic weather station) 관측자료와 상관 및 회귀분석 함과 동시에 GIS 공간분석 기법을 이용하여 도시 표면온도의 공간적 분포특성을 규명하였다. Landsat TM band 6으로부터 추출된 표면온도를 기초로 하여 토지피복별 표면온도 분포를 분석한 결과 도시 및 나지 지역이 가장 높은 온도분포대를 형성하고 있었으며, 표면온도와 NDVI간의 상관분석결과 평균 -0.85 정도의 음의 상관성을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 향후 기상환경 특성을 고려한 도시계획수립에 있어 중요한 인자로 작용할 것으로 사료된다.

  • 대규모로 진행되는 도시환경정비사업의 경우, 다수의 참여주체의 요구 및 내/외부적인 요인에 의하여 사업의 환경, 주체, 법규, 계획 등이 빈번히 변화되는 특성을 지닌다. 이처럼 대규모로 진행되는 도시환경정비사업에서는 다수의 변화의 가능성을 가지고 있는 만큼, 전체 사업의 업무프로세를 기반으로 변화요인을 정의하여 사업추진단계별로 발생 가능한 변화요인을 사전에 인지하고 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도시환경정비사업과 같이 다수의 변화 가능성이 내재된 사업의 체계적인 변화관리를 위하여, 업무프로세스를 기반으로 주요 변화관리 요인을 도출하였다. 또한 ANP방법론을 활용하여 도출된 변화요인들에 대한 외적, 내적 특성을 반영함으로써 사업 추진단계별 특성화된 주요 변화요인들의 중요도를 정량적으로 제시하였다.

TECHNICAL PROPOSAL BASED COST REDUCTION BIDDING SYSTEM FOR SUPPLYING AFFODABLE HOUSING

  • Best value is the ultimate goal of the owner and can thus have diverse meanings according to the project characteristic, owner's purpose, user groups' payment capability, etc.. Recently, resettlement problems of the marginalized members in the urban regeneration area have been issued in Korea because they have no capability to purchase (or lease) redeveloped housing (or apartment). It means that a minimized production cost for reducing supply price of housing is a key factor in establishing the best value of the marginalized members. The lowest-price bidding system serves the purpose of ensuring a minimized production cost, but due to the low-cost investments, it creates various problems, such as sloppy construction, lowered quality, an increased LCC, and worsening profitability for builders. Thus, to help them resettle, it is necessary to supply affordable housing geared towards a certain appropriate quality and minimum construction costs. Towards this end, this study aimed to propose a cost reduction bidding system based on a technical proposal. The proposed technical-proposal-based cost reduction bidding system consists of the following components: work-unit-based, project-unit-based, and construction-period-reducing technical proposals. These components are evaluated to select the best bidder for a given project. The technical proposal based cost reduction bidding system proposed herein is expected to provide facilities with appropriate supply prices and appropriate quality levels, to bolster the technological competitiveness of builders.

The Planning of Urban Green Space System and Sustainable Development

  • In order to answer the challenge that development gave to environment, Chinese cities are making up and putting into effect the green space system planning. The planning main keys are: set down standards and scope of green space; bring the characteristics of every types of green space in to full play and made into basic units of the system; formed powerful links of the system; make full use of the natural system of city, constituted the urban and countryside as a organic whole green space system, therefore give full play their function and ecological effect. In fact, this green space system is a complex system. It is the main body of city ecological system, a main container of the citizen activities of leisure and recreation and a leading factor for making characteristic city landscape. Therefore it is a system carrying city's environment sustainable development.

  • In order to solve the problem of traffic holdups and environmental pollution(contamination), several metropolises are operating the subway and many local government plans hereafter the light rail vehicle operation and it is in the process of preparing. This point of time, it need to evaluate the comfortable characteristic of the seat which is closely connected with passenger and it should be reflected to the product design through the data analysis. The methods of the comfortable characteristic evaluation should be considered to various methods from physical factor to psychological factor. Among these, the most universal and possible quantitative measurement estimate through 'Body pressure measurement system'. From this paper, it was measured the body pressure of the subway seat which is in the process of operating in a domestic and it will be compared and analyzed the material & seat shape, so we evaluated the comfortable characteristic of the short-distance transportation railway vehicle. It was operated the man and woman who belongs in standard shape of Korean, we compared and analyzed the Peak position where the body pressure is visible and body pressure spread out.

도시 유형별 도시특성요소와 온실가스 배출량 간의 관계 분석 (Analysis of the Relationship between Urban Characteristic Elements by Type of City and GHG Emissions)

  • 본 연구는 전국 도시를 도시특성에 따라 유형화하고, 유형별 대표 도시를 선정하여 도시 유형별 도시특성 요소와 탄소 배출량, 에너지 소비량 간의 상관관계를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 도시 유형화를 위해 우선적으로 도시의 특성을 나타내는 도시특성요소들을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 우선적으로 문헌고찰을 실시하였다. 다음으로 이러한 도시 특성요소들 중에서 변수를 축소하기 위해 요인분석을 실시하였고, 분석 결과 도출된 계수의 절대값을 기준으로 하였다. 이 변수들을 이용하여 전국의 도시들을 유형화하였으며, 각 유형별 특성을 비교하기 위해 유형별 대표도시를 선정하였다. 유형별 도시 특성과 온실가스 에너지 사용량 간의 관계를 분석하기 위해 온실가스 배출량, 전력 사용량, 석유 사용량을 기준으로 각 유형별 대표도시와 비교, 분석을 진행하기 위해 상관분석을 실시했다. 그 결과 유사한 배출량과 소비량을 보이더라도 유형별 대표도시의 특성요소에 따라 원인이 상이할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의결과는 기존의 온실가스와 도시특성 요소 간의 관계를 밝힘에 있어서, 우선적으로 도시 유형화를 실시할 필요가 있고, 그에 따라 상이한 결과가 도출될 수 있다는 점을 밝혀냈다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

복사난방패널 방열량실험의 제어오차요인 분석 (Analysis of Control Error Factors of a Thermal Output Experiment for Radiant Heating Panels)

  • As a radiant heating panel gets more popularity, the need to study on evaluation method of thermal output of the panel also becomes increasing. Generally, the chamber using method is applied to evaluate the thermal output through an experiment. However, the chamber using method cannot be used due to the limitations on space and cost. EN1264 addresses the test equipment to evaluate the thermal output by using simpler experimental setup, and introduces application method in detail. However, there is not enough description of control methods to meet the experiment condition, and it is difficult to meet this when practical experiment. Therefore, this paper analysed the control error factors of when the thermal output experiment is performed. When EN1264 method is applied to evaluate the thermal output of the radiant floor heating panel, the error factor which is caused by the characteristic of test equipment cannot be removed by the control methods of chamber using method. In addition, the error factor can be occurred at the element which is located out of the control system. These possible error factors are defined as the characteristic error factors.
