As our society is becoming an aging society, there is an increasing number of the elderly. Recently, mobility handicapped like the elderly and the disable take part in many social activities. It is required public transportation systems for them. Already, the traffic policy for mobility handicapped including pregnant woman and child, has been established in many cities. Particularly, the convenience of mobility for the handicapped in the urban rail stations is depend on a pedestrian facilities like escalators and elevators. The pedestrian facilities have been built in urban rail stations without rules for mobility handicapped. To make the more convenient and more safe stations, the more study about mobility handicapped and non-mobility handicapped is needed. This paper preferentially discusses the pedestrian facilities with other convenience facilities in urban rail stations. This paper explains also their preference, relative satisfaction and importance for the convenience facilities including the a pedestrian facilities in urban rail stations and makes clear the difference between both groups.

Currently, urban mobility is rather two-dimensional: Connections between transportation solutions like elevators, escalators, moving walks, and metro stations are static. In the future, urban mobility will require a holistic view: Seamless transportation, enabled by innovative IoT technology, is a necessity. A dialogue between the city, its buildings and transportation systems, considering the specific needs and preferences of each and every citizen, must be adopted. Travelling through the city will become a lot more individualized, interactive and customized to specific requirements.

미국 항공우주국(NASA)은 저고도의 공중을 새롭게 구축하고자 도시의 단거리 항공 운송 생태계를 새로운 개념의 도심항공모빌리티(Urban Air Mobility, UAM)을 제시하여 현재 UAM이라는 용어가 전 세계적으로 통용되고 있다. 이러한 패러다임은 우리나라 정부에서도 2025년까지 도심항공교통 서비스 상용화를 목표로 추진하고 있는 실정이며 더 나아가 급변하는 미래 작전환경 및 전장 공간의 확장으로 공중기동·수송능력 확보 필요성이 대두되고 있어 우리나라 군 조직에서도 필요성이 제기되는 부분이다. 즉, 본 연구는 미 공군의 'Agility Prime' 프로그램을 소개하여 군사적 필요성과 군사적 운용방안에 대해 제시하고자 출발한 연구이며 연구의 체계는 도심항공 모빌리티 배경 및 개념, 한국형 도심항공 모빌리티 발전 추세, 미 공군의 'Agility Prime' 프로그램 분석 순으로 구성하였으며 본 연구에 이어서 후속연구로 진행되길 기대한다.

이동행태를 분석하기 위해 시.공간이론 중 3가지 제약조건인 능력제약, 조합제약, 권위제약이 공간특성에 따라 성별, 연령이 이동에 어느 정도 영향을 주는지를 분석하고 적 정 이동군집수를 결정하고자 한다. 이중 권위제약은 사회적 제약조건으로서 도시시설물이나 교통수단의 이용에 있어 사회적 신분이나 규약에 의해 이동영역이 통제되는 것을 의미한다. 공간특성에 의한 이동의 통제는, 도시와 농촌으로 구분하였을 때 도시지역 사람들은 농촌지 역 사람들에 비해 첨두시간대의 이동 참여율이 높으며, 이동군집수 결정에 있어서도 여러 연령층이 유사한 이동행태를 지니고 있음을 알 수 있다. 도시지역 사람들은 공간특성상에 따른 이동의 다양성이 군집수 결정에 상관되었으며, 이는 공간특성에 따라 이동행태가 달라 질 수 있다고 볼 수 있다. 성별 및 연령에 의한 통제 역시 사회적 제약조건으로서 이동행태 에 영향이 있음을 알 수 있다.

The resulting rapid urbanization in the several decades caused increasing residential mobility. The purpose of this study is to analyse systematically the effects of residential mobility on the family quality of life and the factors that cause residential mobility. For this purpose, 976 housewives were sampled from the households in Seoul. The data were analysed by such statistical methods as multiple regression, crosstabulation, ANOVA test and path analysis. The main results obtained are as follows; 1) A significant proportion of the urban households are experienced frequent residential mobility. 2) Among the factors that affect residential mobility, the most important factors are family income, tenure type, and residential satisfaction. 3) Residential satisfaction is an important intervening variable in residential mobility. 4) It has been observed that family quality of life was affected by residential mobility patterns. Analysis has revealed that quality of life de eloped remarkably by changing for residential location, especially in education environment for their children.

급격한 도시화는 전 세계적으로 도시화가 빠르게 진행되면서 교통 혼잡 및 환경오염, 소음 공해 등의 도시문제가 대두하고 있으며, 이러한 도시 집중화 현상으로 시간 낭비와 이로 인한 경제적 손실이 발생하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 도심 항공 모빌리티(UAM; Urban Air Mobility)는 3차원 미래형 도시 교통수단으로, 도로·철도·개인교통수단과 연계한(Seamless) 교통서비스(MaaS; Mobility as a Service)로 스마트시티의 중요한 교통축으로 자리 잡을 전망이다. 그러나 2023년 7월 현재, UAM 운용을 위한 공역체계, 버티포트 설계, 항법, 통신 등과 관련된 연구는 활발히 이루어지고 있으나, 조종사 교육·훈련에 대한 개념 정립, 교육·훈련 프로그램에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지고 있지 않은 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 미국과 유럽의 수직이·착륙(VTOL) 조종사 교육·훈련 프로그램을 SWOT 분석 방법을 통해, 국내 조종사 양성체계에 적합한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Urban air mobility (UAM) is emerging as an innovative transportation solution for cities. However, the potential noise impact on urban life must be carefully examined. Continuous exposure to UAM noise, with its unique frequency characteristics and temporal variability, may adversely affect citizens' health by causing sleep disorders, cardiovascular disease, and cognitive impairmenet, particularly in children. NASA has formed a UAM Noise Working Group to study this issue comprehensively. In Korea, the Seoul Metropolitan Government's UAM demonstration project is expected to accelerate related research and development. Scientific analysis, including noise measurement, prediction modeling, and health impact assessment, must be prioritized. Measures to minimize noise should be established based on this evidence, such as optimizing flight modes, developing noise reduction technologies, and establishing new noise management standards. Transparency and social consensus are crucial throughout this process. Expert review and open communication with civil society are necessary to address related concerns. Sharing demonstration project results and providing opportunities to experience UAM noise through digital twin simulations can help address public concerns and build social consensus. Proactively and scientifically tackling noise issues is essential for the sustainable development and successful integration of UAM into daily life.

As around the world, ground and underground transportation capacity is reaching its limit, centering on urban areas. As urban traffic becomes congested, time and cost are astronomical, and environmental destruction caused by urban pollution is becoming increasingly serious. As a way to solve this problem, the means of flying over the air are in the spotlight as the next generation of future transportation, and the concept of urban air mobility (UAM, Urban Air Mobility) is defined as systematic planning. The development of an electric-powered vertical take-off (eVTOL) aircraft that obtains electric power through a battery using a personal aerial vehicle (PAV) as a means of transportation has accelerated. As the aircraft development of new technology aircraft in the evtol method is actively carried out, the need to prepare systems such as aircraft certification standards, pilot qualification systems, and qualification management is emerging. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), which lead international standards, announced new special technical conditions and temporary regulations SCVTOL-01, respectively. However, the pilot qualification system for operating the uam aircraft has not yet been clearly announced. Therefore, this paper analyzes the recently announced FAA regulations and EASA regulations to identify differences and directions in perspectives on UAMs and study the existing vertical take-off and landing aircraft (VTOL) pilot qualification system to present directions for qualification classification.

According to the statistics, Korea is expected to reach a super-aged society in 2025. In preparation for an aging society, The government is making efforts to improve in social activity and welfare for the elderly people. But in case of people who live in urban-rural mixed cities, They can not benefit from traffic convenience that is essential in social activities. For example, surveys and interviews show that, The dwellers(65+ of some urban-rural mixed cities) have many restrictions on social activities because of mobility disadvantage. Therefore, We propose that expansion for the people who need to use the voucher taxi, Increase of the public bus service and rebuilding of the bus stop terminal. We are looking forward to this study will be used as basic data for transportation policy of urban-rural mixed cities across the country.

The paper is intended to develop a typology of residential mobility and systemizes the many empirical analysis of reasons for moving. An integrated conceptual framework of decision making process for residential mobility is proposed. the traditional behavioral approaches were evaluated for its explaining power, and the results and constraints were testified. For the conceptual framework, the role of external opportunities and constrains on households was emphasized. Finally, it is suggested that the housing needs, housing constraints, and housing opportunities of urban households should be considered together form the integrated model.
