Nowadays, the lighting of urban nightscape has become important for improvement in city. Lighting the outdoor is different that lighting an interior. Outdoor lighting designs should be designed to minimize glare, light trespass, light clutter and energy conservation to avoid light pollution. Mokpo city launched into a large scale project of the city beautification using outdoor lighting. However, outcomes of outdoor lighting project have faced strong opposition from environmental groups. This study aims to analyze the light pollution of outdoor lighting in Mokpo-si for creating a health night environment. The Radiant Imaging Prometric-1400 was used to measure the luminance of Yudal Mountain, Goha Island and Luminarie Street. The result showed that the all the outdoor lighting produce light pollution and some places like mountain and island did not need a lot of lighting all the time.

Outdoor lighting is an important factor of urban scape. As a night image of the city, outdoor lighting acts important roles. Cities of developed countries have already had night images of their cites. About this, government is encouraging outdoor lighting of building by various ways. However, in present, outdoor lighting of headquarter buildings was not activated more than that of public buildings in our country. From this point of view, this paper presents a method to measure outdoor lighting effects as quantitative aspects for outdoor lighting activation. Presented the method of outdoor lighting effects is difficult to apply all buildings. Therefore, this paper limits the target to the headquarter buildings.

Regarding this, government encourages outdoor lighting of building by various ways to building owners. However, in present, owners of private buildings have not been up and coming about outdoor lighting more than those of public buildings in our country. From this point of view, this paper suggests a quantification method for economic effects of outdoor lighting and analyzes economic effects of outdoor lighting in advertising. A suggested measurement method of economic effects is difficult to measure all economic effects of outdoor lighting. Therefore, this measurement method limits the target to the private buildings.

빛은 인간 생활을 결정하는 중요한 요소이다. 인류가 인공적으로 빛을 다룰 수 있게 된 이래 조명은 도시의 야간문화와 경관을 획기적으로 바꾸어 놓았다. 야간 경관은 도시의 정체성에 지대한 영향을 미친다. 시민들의 야간 활동이 늘어나면서 조명에 대한 다양한 요구가 늘어나는 추세이지만, 정작 경관을 다루는 조경 분야의 계획 설계과정에서 조명계획은 비중 있게 다루어지지 않았다. 본 연구는 우리나라 도시공원의 야간경관의 실태를 분석하기 위해 공원의 계획 및 조성 과정과 제도적 측면의 문제점을 파악하고, 여의도공원을 대상으로 도면 분석과 현장 조사를 통해 문제점을 도출하였다. 현재 도시공원의 야간경관과 관련한 실태 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공원의 계획 설계 과정에서 조명계획은 설비 분야에 포함되어 개략적인 수준으로만 다루어져왔고, 이는 실제 공원의 단조로운 야간경관을 초래했다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 공원의 분석-계획-설계-시공-관리 과정에서 야간경관의 연출을 적극적으로 수용할 수 있는 방법론이 개발되어야할 것이다. 둘째, 현재 도시공원에 적용 가능한 기준은 한국산업규격(KS A 3011)의 수평조도 규정에 그치고 있어 야간경관 평가와 계획의 세부 기준 항목을 다양하게 개발할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 성장하는 수목과 복합적인 자연생태계의 특성을 고려할 수 있는 야간경관 설계 및 관리 방안이 필요하다. 넷째, 공원의 공간별 특성에 맞는 세부 디자인 가이드라인과 관련 기준이 필요하다.

철도 비상대응계획 수립에 관한 지침에 의하면 도시철도차량의 비상상황에 대한 자동방송 및 조명시스템에 대한 설비가 반드시 필요하다. 도시철도차량 안전기준에 관한 규칙에 의하면 비상상황이 발생하였을 때 비상조명은 30분 이상 정상동작할 수 있어야 하고, 비상방송은 승무원에 의해 안내되어야 한다. 하지만, 현재 운영되는 비상시스템은 운영기관 마다 설치여부 또는 설치된 제품이 다르며, 유지보수 및 관리가 되고 있지 않아서 동작여부를 판단하기 어렵다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 비상시스템의 표준화를 위한 모듈화 방안에 대해서 연구를 수행한다. 도시철도차량의 사고 상황과 사고 발생 시나리오를 분석을 기반으로 기존 비상시스템을 대체할 수 있는 비상방송 및 조명의 모듈화 방안을 도출하였다. 각 방안의 장단점을 비교한 결과 유지보수와 비용을 고려한 최종 모듈화 방안을 확정할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 야간 시간대의 농기계 주행시 등화장치 장착여부에 따른 운전자의 야간시인성분석을 목표로 하였다. 야간시인성 분석을 위해 등화장치에 대한 휘도측정실험과 안구운동측정기기를 활용한 주시시간측정실험을 수행하였다. 휘도측정실험결과, 농기계와의 상대거리가 가까워지며 등화장치의 상태가 양호해질수록 휘도 값이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 주시시간측정실험에서는 주행속도에 상관없이 등화장치의 상태가 양호해질수록 농기계에 대한 총 주시시간이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과, 농기계에 등화장치를 장착할 경우 농기계에 대한 운전자의 야간 시인성이 향상되어 농기계사고의 예방에 큰 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, rapid development of technique and change of lifestyle during nighttime has activated the urban outdoor lighting and renovated consideration of nightscape. As the interest of nightscape increases more widely, outdoor lighting has been installed more and more in the cities. Nightscape comes in diverse forms. So, there is no absolute standard for outdoor lighting. But only bright outdoor lighting is not necessarily a good nightscape. Installation lighting without master plan or excessive outdoor lighting may cause a inharmony. This study aims to analyze the luminous characteristics of facade in shopping complexes. For the purpose, four large-scale shopping complexes located in Dongdaemun area were selected. Building facade composition, outdoor lighting composition, and lighting equipment of each shopping complexes are surveyed, and luminance of building facade were measured with Prometric 1400. The result of the study are as follows; (1) Horizontally large-scale shopping complexes emphasize the building entrance and shape of the building at night by outdoor lighting. (2) Non cut-off luminaries installed in building entrance and shop front caused the potential of light pollution.

도시 건물 외부에 조명을 비추기 시작한 이래로 건물경관조명의 중요성은 날로 증가되고 있는 추세이며 이에 따라 본 연구는 서울시의 경관조명을 대상으로 휘도측정, 문헌조사, 설문조사외 분석을 통하여 건물 경관조명 설계 기법을 제사하는데 있다. 본 연구의 결과로 건물상황조사, 건물 상황분석, 경관조명 가능성 선경, 시공 및 후속조치로 이루어전 경관조명 설계 기법 모델올 제시하였다.

Recently, the outdoor lighting of architectural Facade has increased for the improvement of night-scape in urban and coastal resort. The purpose of this research is to analyze lighting characteristics; Luminance, Illuminance, Color Temperature, Chromaticity in Gyengpo Park of Eastern famous coastal resort. The result of this paper is as follows: 1) The Luminance ratio was measured that compare to the 1:10 criterion(IESNA) was in excess to the most building except "K". Because of these condition, Luminance environments was injurious to visual health the overuse of the outdoor lighting or glare to the eyes. 2) The level of vertical Illuminance value was insufficient 33.3% among the cases of survey with 4Lux standard of CIE. 3) The kinds of outdoor lighting of BLDG were increased lighting emitting diode(LED), metal halide(MH) instead of reduction trend of neon, fluorescent light, halogen. As the crisis of Energy resources we will be investigate adapt method of outdoor lighting, which design is based on economical efficiency by the use of optimum lighting.

Changing to a 24-hour urbanistic life style, a night time activities constituted for a major portion. Important of a beautiful exterior lighting as well as safety, and security concerns become increasingly. However, the removal or control of the excessive lighting is considered more important then increasing the brightness of the lamps to achieve bother safety and security. Representing a cheerful and leisure environment from the exterior lighting can also harmonize two aspects of energy saving and sustaining green environment. Designing of exterior lighting at the ＯＯ Agricultural & Fishery Circulation center symbolizes the suitability, convenience and production. It's design and analysis represent the optimum urban night time environment.
