중간지원조직으로서 도시재생지원센터의 역할과 운영 방안 - 충청북도 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Roles and Efficient Operations of Urban Regeneration Support Center as Intermediary Organization - Focused on the Chungcheongbuk-do -)

  • 최근 도시재생사업을 실질적으로 추진하는 도시재생지원센터에 대한 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그 이유는 역할과 권한이 명확하지 않고, 각 지자체 센터별 운영 경험이 축적되지 않아 많은 시행착오와 부작용이 따르고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구는 충북지역 도시재생지원센터를 대상으로 운영 현황을 분석하여, 향후 바람직한 도시재생지원센터의 운영 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 기초현황과 설문조사 자료를 활용하였으며, 특히 관계자 심층면담을 통한 현장중심의 연구를 수행하였다. 충북지역 도시재생지원센터는 첫째, 광역센터·기초센터·현장센터간 역할 및 업무분담이 명확하지 않다는 점, 둘째, 센터 운영 방식의 한계와 운영 자율성 및 독립성이 확보되지 않은 점. 셋째, 도시재생 참여주체로써 행정에 비해 상대적으로 매우 낮은 권한과 위상을 갖고 있다는 점. 넷째, 도시재생 관련 전문 인력 확보 부족과 직원 고용의 불안전성이 전반적인 문제점으로 도출되었다. 따라서, 향후 도시재생사업이 더욱 체계적이고 효율적으로 추진되기 위해서는 우선 현장의 목소리에 귀를 기울여 각 지역마다 실제적 여건이 반영될 수 있는 안정적인 운영시스템 구축이 반드시 필요할 것으로 보인다.

  • 본 논문은 도시유역의 최적 배수관망설계를 위한 위험도-안전도계수 관계를 설정하는 것이다. 배수관망의 신뢰도 분석을 위하여는 하수관의 용량과 하중을 결정하는 식을 구성하는 여러가지 매개변수들의 불확실성이 고려되어야 하며, 이에 따른 위험도를 결정하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 신뢰도 분석기법을 유역면적 $381,000m^2$인 성산 유수지 유역에 적용하였다. 하수관망의 용량을 결정하는 식으로는 Darcy-Weisbach식을, 하중을 결정하는 식으로는 합리식을 사용하였으며, 하수관의 용량과 설계유량과의 비로 나타나는 안전도계수를 구하여 이를 하수관망의 위험도와 상관시켰다. 이에 따라 재현기간별 위험도-안전도계수를 얻었으며, 이는 배수관망의 최적설계에 이용될 수 있다.

  • In this article, we look at the application of BIM (Building Information Modeling) in sustainable infrastructures. In response to global warming, energy shortages, and environmental degradation, people are trying to build eco-friendly, low-carbon cities and promote eco-friendly homes. A "green" building is the entire life cycle of a building that includes maximizing the conservation of resources (energy, water, land, and materials), protecting the environment, reducing pollution, providing people with healthy, comfortable, and efficient use of space, and establishing harmony between nature and architecture. In the field of ecological and sustainable buildings, BIM modeling can be integrated into buildings with analog energy, air flow analysis, and solar building ecosystems. Using BIM technologies, you can reduce the amount of waste and improve the quality of construction. These technologies create "visualization" of digital building models through multidimensional digital design solutions that provide" modeling and analysis "of Scientific Collaboration Platforms for designers, architects, utility engineers, developers, and even end users. Moreover, BIM helps them use three-dimensional digital models in project design and construction and operational management.

농촌 마을과 주택의 통합적 접근에 의한 농촌주택 조사체계 정립방안 연구 (A study on the Survey System of a Rural Housing through the Integrated Approaching on Rural Village and Housing)

  • This study intends to establish a system to investigate and analyze various impacting factors to Rural Housings such as the relationship of characteristics of Rural Housings located in a Rural Village to the Village and a Unit Housing, to the External and Internal Spaces inside the Unit Housing and the Village, and to Living Characteristics of the Residents and Space from an integrated point of view. The results of this study are largely summarized as following four kinds. Rural Housing Survey System can be largely classified into three stages, and they are a Preliminary Survey, Basic Survey and In-depth Survey. Along with these, the scope of the survey contents can be divided into a survey result by a unit of village, of land, of housing, and of resident's opinion survey. Secondly, the surveys by village unit are on location properties, Village Identity, Street Network, Land Use, Landscape Features and Public Facilities, and consist of Literature, Discussion and Field Survey. Thirdly, the land Unit Surveys are on a Driveway, Gate Location, Housing Placement, Outer Space Design in a Yard and Outer Space Use Characteristics, and consist of Questionnaire and Field Surveys. For the fourth, the Housing Unit Surveys are on an Internal Space Design and Placement, and consist of Questionnaire and Field Surveys. Finally, the Resident Questionnaire Survey consisted of Entire Discussion Survey and a Household one, and then the Entire Survey was on the Village's History, Village's Characteristics, Cultivation Characteristics and Community Activities while an individual one was on Main Living Characteristics, Satisfaction and Utilization Characteristics.

까를로 스까르파 미술관 건축에 있어서의 컨버전디자인 수법과 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristic of Conversion Design Methods by Carlo Scarpa's Museum Architecture)

  • Museum Architecture, passing through modem times, have been requested to make changes in order to respond to the necessities of current times as well, so that they come to develop various kinds of programs other than a mere exhibition. That is, museum began recognizing the diversity of activities available in the spaces and the openness to the public. And tried to keep up with the changes by linking the museum buildings with local community in urban architecture as a result. Conversion design is methodology aims at reforming old buildings into a museum or revitalizing buildings of historical significance into exhibition center, so that it made possible to utilize the texts of historical, cultural cities, which in turn contribute to the diversity of urban architecture and protection of buildings in environmental crisis. In the sense, the paper analyzes the life-long contribution and dedication of Carlo Scarpa, an Italian architect, in the conversion of museum architecture, and studies the style, techniques, and features witnessed from his architectural works, and finally offers an insight and a directing post to take advantage of diverse ways likely applicable in our urban architectures. Scarpa's features in his museum architecture are classified as follows: First, contrasting expression of reiteration and side by side to express the continuity of time Second, he conveyed implicated meanings through inserting contracted factors of the locality and traditionality. Third, his interest in formative works and handicraft had an influence on shaping conversion space Finally, expression of accidentally to change of a point of view.

포용도시를 위한 사회적·물리적 지표의 구축과 활용방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment and Application Plan of Social and Physical Indicators for the Inclusive City)

  • 최근 국제사회에서는 사회 계층의 위계와 상관없이 모든 사람들이 도시 안에서 평등한 삶을 누릴 수 있도록 하기 위한 정책 및 계획 수립의 중요성을 인식하고 있다. 이에 '포용도시'의 개념을 도입하고 있는데, 포용도시는 도시계획에서 물리적 요소와 사회적 요소들을 총괄적으로 고려하여 접근해야 하는 개념이다. 이에 본 연구는 포용도시 개념을 도시계획적으로 접목시키기 위한 실효성 있는 지표를 구축하고, 구축된 지표를 실제 도시공간에 적용하여 포용성을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 지표를 도출 후 AHP분석을 시행하여 지표의 우선순위를 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 도시설계적 요소와의 연계성을 조사 분석하여 향후 포용도시 조성을 위한 효율적이고 실효성 있는 방안을 제언하고자 한다.

국내 최초 TBM선굴진 2-Arch터널 설계사례 연구 (The First Case Study of TBM Pre-Excavation Type 2-Arch Tunnel in Korea)

  • 근래 들어 도심지 지하공간 개발에 대한 수요가 증가함에 따라 도심지 터널계획이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 도심지 구간에는 주민 생활환경을 고려하여 지하정거장이 계획되며, 기존 구조물의 안정성 및 환경훼손 저감 등을 위해 2-Arch터널 정거장을 적용하고 있다. 그러나 도심지 구간은 심한 풍화작용에 따라 불량지반의 심도가 깊게 발달되어 터널 안정성 확보를 고려한 신중한 계획이 요구된다. 이뿐만 아니라 도심지의 복합적인 지반상태를 고려하여 본선터널에 TBM 기계굴착 공법을 적용하는 경우, 기존 NATM형 2-Arch터널과는 시공연계성을 확보할 수 없게 된다. 본 연구에서는 쉴드TBM과 2-Arch터널을 조합한 형태인 TBM선굴진 2-Arch터널을 국내 최초로 적용한 설계사례를 중점으로 기술하고자 하였다. 중앙터널 굴착후 좌우터널 시공을 고려하여 쉴드TBM 세그먼트 설치 및 해체를 위해 고려한 설계사항을 설명하고, 수치해석을 활용한 안정성 검토를 통해 TBM선굴진 2-Arch터널의 설치효과를 검증하였다.

도시유역의 부유고형물 유출평가를 위한 쓸림모형 개발 (A Development of Washoff Model for Suspended Solids in Urban Areas)

  • Suspended Solid (SS) is one of the main pollutants and discharges with attached other pollutants such as heavy metal and toxic substance. It is very important to estimate and forecast the release characteristics of SS for water quality improvement. The current studies assumed that SS release rate is proportional to the rain intensity and suggested exponential washoff models. These models related to the shear force of flow. In this study, a new washoff model is suggested based on relation with SS release rate and mean flow rate of the basin surface which is closely related to the shear force. The proposed model is applied to the Goonja drainage district in Seoul, Korea. The new washoff model simulates the SS discharge more accurately in the various rainfall types. The model can be widely applied to the real problems such as the management of non-point source pollutant and the design of treatment facilities.

  • In the recent trend where crime types are being diversified along with urban expansion, we are facing the reality of a 'taking-it-out-on-somebody' crime, which targets the public rather than a specific person with criminal intent, like a 'random target crime.' A park, which is a public space for urban dwellers' and residents' leisure and rest in the midst of social changes, can be called the spot where various crimes occur. This is because it is a space without boundaries, available for the influx of many and unspecified persons, thus making it difficult to specify users. For the purpose of keeping a park safe from crime and providing users with psychological stability, this study carried out its research to get basic knowledge of the introduction of CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) concept in park development. The park development guideline contents are analyzed based on the six principles of CPTED theory as per the space composition element of a park. As a result, this study found out a problem was that most guidelines applied to the space composition element of a park were fragmentary in applying the six principles of CPTED theory, and were focused on arrangement and installation of facilities.

도시 쓰레기 소각재를 혼입한 시멘트 모르타르의 특성 (Chracteristics of Cement Mortar Mixed with Incinerated Urban Solid Waste)

  • Differently from fly ash, the bottom ash produced from incinerated urban solid waste has been treated as an industrial waste matter, and almost reclaimed a tract form the sea. If this waste material is applicable to foam concrete as an fine aggregate, however, it may be worthy of environmental preservation by recycling of waste material as well as reducing self-weight of high-rising structure and long-span bridge. This research has an objective of evaluating the effects of application of bottom ash on the mechanical properties of foam concrete. Thus, the ratio of bottom ash to cement was selected as a variable for experiment and the effect was tested by compression strength, flexural strength, absorption ratio, density, expansion factor. It can be observed from experiments that the application ratios have different effects on the material parameters considered in this experiment, thus major relationship between application ratio and each material parameter were finally introduced. The result of this study can be applied to decide a optimal mix design proportion of foam light-weight concrete while bottom ash is used as an fine aggregate of the concrete.
