본 연구는 일반적 질적 연구를 통해 정신병원에 근무 중인 정신건강사회복지사의 소진 경험을 연구하였다. 연구자들은 자료 수집을 위해 서울 경기지역 소재의 정신병원에 5년 이상 근무한 정신건강사회복지사 4명을 대상으로 두 번의 심층면담을 진행하였으며, 수집한 자료를 분석하고 핵심 주제를 도출하였다. 연구결과 정신건강사회복지사의 소진 경험은 '전문가로서 인정받지 못함', '사회복지사의 역할에 회의감', '환자와 보호자들과 거리를 둠', '현실적인 문제와 한계를 느낌'으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 정신건강사회복지사들의 소진 경험을 파악하고 소진을 예방해 나갈 수 있는 기초적 자료로 활용되기를 되기를 기대한다.

팬데믹으로 인해 생활의 중심이 집으로 이동함에 따라 집을 다양한 활동에 최적화된 공간으로 만들어줄 수 있는 가정용 로봇의 개발이 활발하다. 이 연구는 로봇이 작업을 수행하는 상황에 따라 피드백을 하기 위한 접근 또는 회피 움직임이 사용자 경험에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 작업 수행 상황과 움직임 조건에 따라 6가지 시나리오를 구성하여, 각 조건에 따른 호감도, 인지된 지능, 친밀감, 부정적 태도, 행동 예측가능성을 측정하였다. 실험 결과, 작업 수행 상황에서는 인지된 지능과 친밀감, 행동 예측가능성에서 주효과가 나타났고, 움직임 조건에서는 호감도, 인지된 지능, 친밀감에서 주효과가 나타났다. 상호작용 효과는 호감도와 인지된 지능에서만 나타났다. 결론적으로 로봇의 움직임에도 접근-회피 경험을 적용할 수 있고, 회피에 따른 부정적 효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 기억에 남는 관광경험을 구성하는 요인을 규명하고 기억에 남는 관광경험과 관광목적지 브랜드 자산 및 관광목적지 충성도 간의 영향관계를 파악하는데 있다. 연구의 범위와 방법은 방한 외국인 관광객을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 수집한 자료를 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 요인을 도출하며, 신뢰성 분석과 타당성 분석을 진행하고 요인들 간의 관계를 회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 개인관심 이국적 즐거운 경험, 현지 가이드에 대한 경험, 개인자아 발견 경험, 예상하지 못한 즐거운 경험, 지역전통 고유문화 경험, 여행 동반자 유대강화 경험, 지역주민 환대경험연구결과, 기억에 남는 관광경험 요인 중 개인관심 이국적 즐거운 경험, 현지 가이드에 대한 경험, 지역주민 환대경험만 관광목적지 브랜드 자산에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 학문적·실무적인 시사점을 제공하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out the personal characteristics of physical therapists, dementia awareness and dementia attitude, and to find out what relationship is there between personal characteristics and dementia awareness and dementia attitude. Methods: Participants in this study surveyed physical therapists who are members of the Association of Korean Physical Therapists on their awareness of dementia, and conducted online surveys from January 28 to February 27, 2021. The survey questions used in the survey consisted of 29 questions in total, including 9 general characteristics of the participant, 10 questions on perception of dementia, and 10 attitudes toward dementia. All 104 participants were surveyed, and 100 surveys were analyzed, excluding 4 surveys with insufficient responses. Results: In this study, the correct answer rate for all items in the dementia awareness sub-item was 65%, and the dementia attitude-related sub-items were generally positive. However, there was no significant correlation between personal characteristics such as gender, age, educational background, treatment target, treatment experience and dementia awareness, and no correlation with dementia attitude was significant. Conclusion: Regardless of personal characteristics such as gender, age, treatment target, and treatment experience, a positive attitude and correct recognition of dementia can improve the quality of treatment with dementia patients and increase the reliability of patients and caregivers.

Objective: In this case report, we address the case of a 22-year-old man complaining of generalized tonic-clonic seizures due to drug-resistant epilepsy. Methods: A patient was treated with Korean medicine, including herbal medication, Shihogyeji-tang (SGT), and acupuncture. We evaluated improvements in symptoms using the Korean version of the Epilepsy Self-Efficacy Scale and quality of life. Results: After 37 days of Korean medicine treatment, there were improvements in the patient's quality of life and self-efficacy in seizure control. Conclusions: This case report suggests that SGT and acupuncture might be effective in drug-resistant epilepsy via action on neurons. SGT showed excellent tolerability for drug-resistant epilepsy patients. Our experience provides evidence that SGT and acupunctue may be used as alternative treatment options when antiepileptic drugs do not work in epilepsy patients.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality of life related to fall experiences in chronic stroke patients. METHODS: This cross-sectional study included 117 patients with stroke from 3 hospitals in D metropolitan city. General characteristics, including fall experiences and quality of life, were assessed through a face-to-face interviews conducted in a quiet place using a questionnaire. Measurement of quality of life in stroke patients was conducted using the Korean Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale (SS-QOL). To identify the SS-QOL items related to fall experiences, the items of the SS-QOL were considered as independent variables, and the variables that were significantly different according to fall experiences were identified using a univariate analysis. A binary logistic regression was then performed using fall experiences as the independent variable. RESULTS: According to the univariate analysis, self help activities, social role, and upper extremity function were significantly lower in the fall group than that in the non-fall group (p<.05). The findings of the binary logistic regression confirmed that social roles and upper extremity function were the SS-QOL items that were related to fall experience in chronic stroke patients. CONCLUSION: These findings suggest that social roles and upper extremity function may be risk factors for fall experience in patients with chronic stroke.

Compose circuit of most suitable that is verified before mix parts by various kinds method and compose circuit by board level because can do simulation with software and software that is optimized to hardware and offer flexibility that can test. Therefore, can shorten expense that is cost in development and time. Embody development platform for 8051 systems for verification of development platform, and compose and verified system in various kinds structure.

Infrastructures in Japan constructed mostly in high economic growth period become elder & elder, and the troubles & accidents caused by the aging increase. Though investment for the renewal is necessary, the shortage of public fund delays the action. Besides, we expect the decrease of the population that means the decrease of the engineers who take care of social infrastructures. Thus, it is necessary for us to develop Advanced Management system of social Infrastructures (AMI) to realize the efficient and economical operation. Our concept of AMI consists of using ICT, PI (Public Involvement) and establishment of O&M diagnosis system. We expect AMI will support to realize the appropriate repairing, preventive maintenance based on the actual performance, accidents & dangerous experience and education & training of the workers. In this paper, development of AMI for the waste disposal facility as a first example of infrastructures will be shown.

The efficiency of port operations is an important indicator of port development. Moreover, there is excess handling capacity in Chinese ports, which results in a slower speed of development. Under the detrimental environment of the international shipping market, it is necessary to improve the operation efficiency of ports for long-term development. This paper provides an assessment of the competitiveness of Chinese seaport companies using the Boston Consulting Group's matrix, and efficiency measurements using a data envelopment analysis and the Malmquist method. This analysis showed that highly efficient companies reformed their development strategies, which should be a solution considered by less efficient companies, such as Shenzhen Yan Tian Port Holdings Co., Ltd.. Although, having high throughput should be reformed in the investment structure. This research will assist port companies in gaining effective operating experience, and governments in establishing strategic planning to enhance the efficiency of port development.

본 논문에서는 중국의 만화영화(애니메이션)가 발전해 온 역사에 대해 연구하였다. 이 연구를 통해 만화영화의 경력, 시기, 작품, 수상경력 등의 역사를 연구해보았다. 중국 만화영화의 4시대(굴기 시대, 휘황 시대, 암흑 시대, 재생 시대)를 연구하면서 중국 만화영화의 현황과 발전 방향을 설명했다.
