This systematic review aimed to analyze the clinicopathological profile and relevant prognostic factors of head and neck rhabdomyosarcoma in pediatric patients. The search was carried out in the electronic search portals PubMed, Lilacs, Embase, Scopus, and Web of Science. The search yielded studies that were then analyzed regarding study topic, data extraction, and risk of bias using the STROBE (Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies) guidelines. Finally, three studies were included for qualitative analysis. Most of the cases involved embryonic and alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma. Expression of MYOD1 was highly correlated with diagnosis of spindle cell/sclerosing rhabdomyosarcoma, which appears to have a poor prognosis in children. Furthermore, tumor size <5 cm and absence of metastasis accompanied by complete resection and administration of adjuvant therapies such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy favored a better prognosis.

슬관절내 결절종은 무증상에서 부터 동통, 운동장애 등의 다양한 형태의 증상으로 나타나며, 자기공명영상이 진단적 도구로 이용된 후 진단율이 높아지고 있으나, 여전히 드문 질환이다. 특히 후방십자인대 주위의 결절종은 십자인대 후방과 후방 관절막 사이에 위치하는 것이 대부분이며, 후방십자인대 내부에 위치한 예는 아직 보고된 바가 없다. 본 예는 간헐적 동통 및 굴곡 구축을 주소로 내원한 12세 환아에서 자기공명영상 검사에서 후방십자인대 내의 결절종으로 진단되어 후격막 통과 도달법으로 후방십자인대를 분열하여 낭종 제거 후 2년 추시 관찰에서 우수한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하고자 한다.

Purpose: Limitation of motion of the elbow joint due to stiffness affect on life quality of the patients. So contracture of the elbow should be treated as soon as possible. Among the many treatment modalities, we described the result of arthroscopic treatment. Materials and Methods: From Mar. 2000 to Mar. 2003, 40 patients, who received the arthroscopic treatment by author for contracted elbow, were the subjects. We estimated the range of motion (ROM) of elbow joint before and after surgery by goniometer. The clinical result was evaluated by Severance elbow scoring system. The final ROM was evaluated at the point of no further increasement of joint motion. Male ware 30 cases, female ware 7 cases, average 42.6 years old and mean follow up period were 31 months. During arthroscopic treatment we had done release of the joint capsule or resection, synovectomy, removal of loose bodies. We used traditional portals. Results: The avarage preoperative ROM of elbow joint was 72.5 degree(range, 5 - 132 degree) and the increasement of ROM was totally 49.3 degree in flexion 26.5 degree and extension 22.8 degree. There was no other complication. Conclusion: Arthroscopic treatment for contracted elbow permit early joint ROM and it decrease the secondary injury to the elbow joint. Also there are few complications. It is thought to be a good treatment modality in contracted elbow joint.

Two-port laparoscopic ovariectomy (Lap-OVE) has been performed in small dogs, using 3-mm and 5-mm portal sites, and is associated with reduced surgical stress and postoperative pain. However, extension of the incision is often needed to extract the ovaries. In this study, we aimed to minimize invasiveness by using smaller-sized cannulas as well as a novel technique for ovary extraction. Lap-OVE was performed on six, healthy female dogs (range, 3 to 7.2 kg) using two 3-mm midline portals. The middle finger of a size M nitrile glove was cut at its base and sterilized preoperatively. The ovary was suspended at the body wall using a 1-0 blue nylon needle, and the ovarian pedicle and ligaments were transected using a 3-mm bipolar forceps. To facilitate the glove passing through the 3.9-mm port, it was turned inside out to expose the smooth inner surface, before being inserted into the abdominal cavity with an applicator. Both ovaries were placed inside, and the mouth of the glove was exteriorized through the port with a laparoscopic grasping forceps. The ovaries were morcellated inside the glove, using Adison-Brown tissue forceps and iris scissors, which enabled safe extraction without incision enlargement. Median incision lengths were 4.3 mm (3.5-mm cranial cannula) and 4.8 mm (3.9-mm caudal cannula). An advantage of this procedure was that there was no need for skin sutures. In conclusion, using our novel technique, sutureless Lap-OVE was possible in small dogs using two 3-mm portal sites without additional incision.

Purpose: This study investigated the linking words of nurse which were presented together with nurse on phrase, clauses or sentence of documents or conversations in the Internet portals and social media. Methods: The linking words with nurse were calculated by the number of presentation on conversations or documents, in Google, Daum, Naver, Twitter and Facebook. The changes of characteristics and the trend of yearly changes of major linking words of nurse were investigated by the type of media. In order to identify the meaning of the words, clustering of the collected linking words by categories was analysed and the characteristics of each cluster were classified. Results: A total number of reviewed linking words was 17,399,711 and the most frequently presenting words were hospital, work and person. The words related to people were the most highly presented and the next were those of emotion, professional and place respectively. Conclusion: With analysing the trends of changes and characteristics of words by yearly base and clusters, we attempted to investigate the image of nurse that the public think and feel about nurse.

목적: 저자들은 견갑하 건 단독 파열에 대한 쇄골하 삽입구를 이용함으로써 봉합나사못을 보다 적절한 각도로 삽입하고 충분한 작업공간을 확보하여 봉합갈고리를 이용한 건 봉합을 용이하게 할 수 있었다. 대상 및 방법: 기존의 방법은 일반적으로 전방 및 전외측 삽입구를 이용하여 견갑하 건의 견인과 부착부 족문 (footprint)의 변연절제술을 시행한 후 봉합나사못을 삽입하여 복원술을 시행하고 있으며, 저자들은 삽입관을 따로 위치시키지 않고 쇄골하 삽입구를 이용하여 피하 (subcutaneous)로 봉합나사못 삽입과 봉합고리를 이용한 봉합사 통과작업을 시행하고, 전방 삽입구에만 삽입관을 위치시켜 봉합사를 결찰하여 견갑하 건 복원술을 시행하였다. 결과 및 결론: 이 술식은 간단하며 견갑하 건의 부분 파열이나 퇴축이 많이 되지 않은 전 파열에 용이하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

본 연구는 급변하는 대학환경에 대응하기 위한 전략으로 문헌정보학과에 대한 인지도 및 선호도를 조사할 뿐만 아니라 문헌정보학과의 진로에 대한 인식을 높이고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 고등학교 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라 고등학생들의 사서 및 문헌정보학과에 대한 인지도는 보통 이하로 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문헌정보학과의 진로에 대한 인지도와 선호도를 조사하였으며, 문헌정보학과를 졸업한 후 진출할 수 있는 직장으로 생각되는 기관에 대해 공공도서관, 국가도서관, 대학도서관, 학교도서관 순으로 응답하였으나, 취업하고 싶은 직장은 방송국 자료실, 국가도서관, 학교도서관, 대학도서관, 공공도서관, 포털업체 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 문헌정보학과의 진로에 대한 인지도는 문헌정보학과에 대한 선호도에 매우 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 문헌정보학과에 대해 들어본 적이 있는 학생들이 문헌정보학과를 선택할 확률이 높다고 예측할 수 있다. 본 연구결과는 문헌정보학과의 진로에 대한 인식을 높임으로써 문헌정보학의 경쟁력을 높이는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

목적 : 진구성 후방, 후외측 또는 후내측 회전 불안정성에 대한 수술시 후방 관절막 파열을 발견할 수는 있으나 이에 관한 관절경적 치료 방법에 대한 보고는 아직 없다. 저자들은 후내측 또는 후외측 관절막 파열을 후방 경격막 도달법을 이용한 새로운 관절경적 봉합술을 소개하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 슬관절의 관절경적 기본검사 후, 후내측 도달법과 후외측 도달법을 개설하여 후방 경격막 도달법을 확보한 후 관절경적 시야 하에서 봉합용 갈고리를 이용하여 파열된 후내측 또는 후외 측 관절막을 봉합한다. 결론 : 후방 십자인대 재건술 또는 후외측 회전 불안정성에 대한 재건술시, 후내측 또는 후외측 관절막 파열을 후방 경격막 도달법을 이용한 관절경적 봉합술은, 충분한 시야 확보로 파열된 관절막을 정확히 봉합할 수 있었으며 불안정성을 현저히 감소시킬 수 있어 보다 우수한 수기로 판단된다.

비약적인 모바일 기기의 기술 발전에 따라 PC 모니터부터 스마트 워치까지 다양한 형태의 디스플레이 환경이 제공되고 있다. 이에 웹 콘텐츠 생산자들은 하나의 콘텐츠를 다양한 디스플레이 환경에 최적화된 형태로 제공할 필요성을 갖게 된다. 디바이스별 콘텐츠 제작 대응은 제작 시간과 비용의 증가로 이어질 수밖에 없다. 이를 극복하기 위한 기술로서 반응형 웹이 제안되었는데, 이는 디스플레이 종류에 따라 화면의 크기가 자동으로 최적화되도록 조절되는 웹페이지를 의미한다. 국내 포털의 콘텐츠 검색 영역에서도 반응형 웹 방식이 많이 구현되고는 있으나 아직까지 PC용 또는 모바일용으로 이중으로 콘텐츠를 구현하는 경우가 많다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 포털의 개별형 콘텐츠 검색영역의 반응형 웹 구현 형태를 조사하고, 반응형 웹이 적용되지 않은 콘텐츠에 대하여 효율적인 새로운 UI를 제안한다.

This study focuses on analyzing a subset of consumer activities (especially social medium) in their wedding preparation. The focus of this study is on wedding online communities and understanding the impact of communities on selective behavior for information-acceptance. Data was compiled based on female consumers in their 20s and 30s who actively participate in online community forums. It included female consumers preparing for their weddings and individuals interested in weddings. A total of 211 questionnaires were collected from January $10^{th}$ to $23^{rd}$ in 2012. The online communities were identified from Naver, Yahoo, and online search portals; subsequently, they were rank-sorted based on number of members, visitors, and forum posts. We identified four different characteristic based on the findings from the analysis of on-line wedding communities. The characteristic of these communities were divided into sharing experience, functionality of the webpage, informativeness, and interactivity; consequently, use of these online communities is based on trust and significant personal relationships between the members online. Out of the four different community characteristics, sharing experience was found to have a greater impact for the selective behavior of wedding dresses and information- acceptance than the functionality of the webpage, interactivity, and informativeness. We conclude that trust in information provided by members with marriage process experience is the foremost important factor in the behavior of individual consumers wit iexplore.exe -extoff hout marriage process experience. Therefore, the impact of these online communities catering to would-be brides is based on the trust of posters and how well it is articulated.
