균형성과표를 활용한 전자의무기록시스템의 성과측정 모형개발 (Development of the Performance Measurement Model of Electronic Medical Record System - Focused on Balanced Score Card -)

  • The purpose of this study are suggest to performance measurement model of Electronic Medical Record(EMR) and Key Performance Index(KPI). For data collection, 665 questionnaires were distributed to medical record administrators and insurance reviewers at 31 hospitals, and 580 questionnaires were collected(collection rate: 87.2%). Regarding methodology, Critical Success Factor(CSF) and index of the information system were derived based on previous studies, and these were set as performance measurement factors of EMR system. The performance measurement factors were constructed by perspective using BSC, and analysis on causal relationship between factors was conducted. A model of causal relationship was established, and performance measurement model of EMR system was proposed through model validation. Analysis on causal relationship between performance management factors revealed that utility cognition of the learning & growth perspective factor had causal relationship with job efficiency(${\beta}=0.20$) and decision support(${\beta}=0.66$) of the internal process perspective factors, and security had causal relationship with system satisfaction(${\beta}=0.31$) of the customer perspective factor. System quality had causal relationship with job efficiency(${\beta}=0.66$) and decision support(${\beta}=0.76$) of the internal process perspective factors, all of which were statistically significant(P<0.01). Job efficiency of the internal process perspective had causal relationship with system satisfaction(${\beta}=0.43$), and decision support had causal relationship with decision support satisfaction(${\beta}=0.91$) and job satisfaction (${\beta}=0.74$), all of which were statistically significant(P<0.01). System satisfaction of the customer perspective had causal relationship with job satisfaction(${\beta}=0.12$), job satisfaction had causal relationship with cost reduction(${\beta}=0.53$) of the financial perspective, and decision support satisfaction had causal relationship with productivity improvement(${\beta}=0.40$)of the financial perspective(P<0.01). Also, cost reduction of the financial perspective had causal relationship with productivity improvement(${\beta}=0.37$), all which were statistically significant(P<0.05). Suitability index verification of the performance measurement model whose causal relationship was found to be statistically significant revealed that $X^2/df=2.875$, RMR=0.036, GFI=0.831, AGFI=0.810, CFI=0.887, NFI=0.838, IFI=0.888, RMSEA=0.057, PNFI=0.781, and PCFI=0.827, all of which were in suitable levels. In conclusion, the performance measurement indices of EMR system include utility cognition, security, and system quality of the learning & growth perspective, decision support and job efficiency of the internal process perspective, system satisfaction, decision support satisfaction, and job satisfaction of the customer perspective, and productivity improvement and cost reduction of the financial perspective. In this study, it is expected that the performance measurement indices and model of EMR system which are suggested by the author, will be a measurement tool available for system performance measurement of EMR system in medical institutions.

서비스 만족지수를 고려한 서비스 설계 (On the Service Design Using Service Satisfaction Index)

  • This paper proposed a service satisfaction index in the service design. We utilize the service blueprint as the basic tool for the service process analysis, construct a service flow fishbone diagram which consists of the encounters representing the interaction between customer and service deliverer. To evaluate the service satisfactions of the service element a service satisfaction function is used. The service satisfaction function has the generic properties of the prospect theory with the probabilistic utility value in order to evaluate the service bundle which Is constructed by tangible and intangible service elements. A numerical example using the A/S service of Electronic Co. is presented for the verification.

  • The evaluation items to assess the consumer needs are thought to be varied depending on their age, education and income. It should be noted that consumer needs are getting too diversified to notice them in time due to the rapid economic, social and cultural development. It is, therefore, considered improper to try to assess the level of consumer satisfaction and correct consumer needs by employing one evaluation method for the vastly diversified consumer types. This research is going to conduct a written questionnaire survey to the apartment dwellers in order to identify like dweller groups according to their age, income and education. Then the scope of personal characteristics of each group will be identified and the importance assessment model will be developed. Then the items on the POE will be weighted according to the assessed importance. Finally a method of developing the customer satisfaction index will be produced to quantify how much the consumers are satisfied with the project.

  • 최근 국내외 택배업체들은 가격경쟁에 의한 수익성 악화로 서비스의 차별화를 통한 고객 및 수익성 확보에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 따라서, 택배 서비스의 품질 개선을 통한 고객만족도를 높이는 노력이 어느 때 보다 중요한 실정이다. 하지만 기존의 택배서비스 품질 측정은 오프라인 설문조사로 이루어져 많은 시간과 비용을 들어간다는 한계를 지니고 있다. 이러한 한계는 온라인상의 소셜 빅데이터 분석을 활용한다면 보다 적은 비용과 노력으로 극복 가능할 것이며, 택배업체 경쟁력 강화에 크게 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 SNS상의 빅데이터를 활용하여 국내외 택배업체들에 대한 의견을 수집하고, R을 통해 각 택배업체들의 고객만족도를 분석하고 이를 미국고객만족도(ACSI), 한국국가고객만족도(NCSI)와 비교하여 검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과 SNS 분석 결과와 고객만족도가 뚜렷한 양적 선형관계를 형성하였다. 이는 향후 실시간 소셜 네트워크의 정보를 이용하여 간편하게 고객만족도 결과를 예측할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다.

  • DEA모형에 의한 운영효율성 분석결과로부터 얻을 수 있는 시사점은 다음과 같다. 정부의 "산지유통종합평가" 제도의 개선을 통해 사업실적 위주의 규모화 전문화 조직화에 초점을 맞춰 이루어져온 것을 경영효율성 위주로 전환해야 할 것이다. 산지유통센터의 목적도 농산물의 부가가치를 높이는 것이고 이를 평가할 수 있는 지표를 개발하여 평가함으로써 농산물 산지유통센터 구성원들에게 실질적인 인센티브와 다양한 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 그리고 농산물 산지유통센터가 종합평가에 경영의 중점을 두고 있기 때문에 이를 개선, 보완하기 위해 유통부가가치를 평가할 수 있는 지표의 개발, 평가에 대한 고객만족도 지표의 개발, CRM(Customer Relationship Management)시스템 도입을 통한 고객관계 유지 실적을 평가할 수 있는 지표의 개발 등도 추진되어야 할 것이다.

  • 최근 소매금융시장에 제1금융권의 진출로 인해 그동안 제2금융업의 주된 영역이었던 서민층과 개인고객 중심의 소매금융시장에서도 경쟁이 가속화되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 상황에서 생존을 위해 가장 핵심적인 요소는 고객만족을 통해 고객의 이탈을 방지하고 우수고객을 유치하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 고객만족경영이 가장 핵심적 생존전략으로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 상황에서 수협 상호금융업을 중심으로 서민층 중심의 소매금융업에서의 고객만족 요소가 무엇인지 확인하고, 조사를 통해 고객만족도, 충성도, NPS(NPS)를 산출한다. 이를 바탕으로 CS Portfolio분석을 통해 고객만족 제고를 위한 전략적 개선 요인을 도출하여 고객만족 경영을 위한 전략적 추진 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

균형성과표(BSC)개념을 적응한 학교급식 운영성과 측정지표 개발 (Development of Performance Indicators Based on Balanced Score Card for School Food Service Facilities)

  • This study raised the necessity of developing performance indicators for measuring the management efficiency and effectiveness of school food service, and as a means of helping its implementation, a balanced score card (BSC) approach developed by Norton and Kaplan was adopted. This study established BSC in seven phases through literature: Phase 1 Defining a school food service and the scope of working activities, Phase 2 Establishing the vision of a school food service, Phase 3 Setting strategic goals, Phase 4 Identifying critical success factors (CSFs), Phase 5 Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Phase 6 Extracting cause and effect relationship, and Phase 7 Completing a preliminary BSC. The preliminary BSC was fumed into a survey, which was administered to food service related people working at the Office of Education and School Food Service including 16 offices,209 dietitians, 48 school administrators both from self-operated and contract-managed, and 9 experts in areas related to school food service. They were asked questions about strategies from 4 different perspectives,12 CSFs, 39 KPls, and the cause and effect relationships among them. As a result, among the CSFs based on 4 different perspectives, all factors other than ' zero sum on profit/loss ' from the financial perspective turned out to be valid. In terms of KPIs, manufacturing cost percentages, casualty loss count/reduction rates, school foodervice participation rates, and sales goal achievement rates were found to be valid from the financial perspective, while student satisfaction index, faculty satisfaction index, leftover ratio, nutrition educational performance count, index of evaluating nutrition education, customer claim count/reduction rate, handling customer claim count/reduction rate, and parent satisfaction index were found to be valid from the customers' perspective. Besides, nutritional requirement sufficient ratio, nutritional management score, food poisoning outbreak count, employee safety accident count, sanitary inspection assessment index, meals per labor hour (productivity index), computerization ratio, operational management index, and purchase management assessment index were also found to be valid from the perspective of internal business processes. From the perspective of innovation and learning, employee turnover ratio/rate of absenteeism, annual education and training count, employee satisfaction index, human resource management assessment index, annual menu-related customer feedback, food service information index for employees and parents/schools were also found to be valid. The significance of this study is to present indices for measuring overall performance of school lunch food service operations without putting any limitation on types of school food service management, and to help correctly assess the contribution of the current types of school food service management to schools and students. 금융업에서의 서비스품질에 관한 연구 (A Study on Service Quality in Financial Industry)

  • This study examines the competitive strategy of service quality in financial industry. Service quality has been suggested as the approach for service organizations to be service and customer oriented. Recently, the issue of internal service quality has been one of topics widely discussed in financial industry. The purpose of the current study is to examine the internal service quality which is believed to increase such organizational performances as customer satisfaction, retention and revenue. Internal service quality index is used to measure service quality in service industry. In this paper, the methodology for measuring the degree of service quality which has been adopted in service quality research area was used. This paper proposes internal service quality index in financial industry. In this paper, we show the application method of internal service quality index.

An Application of TAM and TRI on the Factors Affecting Internet Banking Adoption in Bangladesh

  • This study assesses the Internet banking adoption tendency by existing bank customers of Bangladesh. Currently, almost all the leading banks in the country have implemented Internet banking platforms. However, the active user count remains relatively low and there hasn't been any conclusive research on the drivers and inhibitors of Internet banking. This study evaluates the reasons and quantitatively establishes the factors leading to the adoption and usage continuance of internet banking by existing bank customers. Responses from 460 bank account holders were collected via online questionnaires using a purposive sampling approach, and a core conceptual framework based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Technology Readiness Index (TRI) was used. The study concluded that internet banking adoption is significantly impacted by the ease of use, customer service, and technology familiarity. Similarly, customer satisfaction is affected by the perceived value and the perceived risk. Through regression analysis, it was found that usage continuance is 89% explained by adoption and customer satisfaction. Multi-group moderation showed significant impact by groups divided based on usage frequency, income level, and age. Perceived risk weakened the impact of perceived value and technology familiarity on usage adoption. Additionally, perceived risk reduced the impact of consumer satisfaction and usage continuance.

  • Logistics companies are worrying about securing of differential competitiveness so as to be competitive companies in keen logistics market. The ground is how users are satisfied by sell-established service system to respond not only economic feasibility of logistics costs but also diversity and advancement of logistics needs. The competitiveness of logistics companies is also caused by customer satisfaction of service and only companies finding and satisfying customer needs continuously may be more competitive. For the competitiveness, it's the most important to analyze demands of current and potential customers and their pursuing value properly. Therefore, this researcher grasped PSL for online logistics service users with 5-point Likert-scale and quality-level decision method that consider the weighted value based on Kano model, measured customer's potential Demand for service through PCDI, and suggested methodology for deciding the priority of the improvement with loss function of Taguchi.
