Background : Mutual understanding between North and South Korea is essential for the engagement of Inter-Korean exchange and cooperation. However, the two Koreas have been divided for 70 years where Korean evolved differently within the two countries. This created a gap in the most basic foundation for mutual understanding, language. Fostering exchange and cooperation in the traditional medicine field requires a higher understanding of the specialized traditional medicine terminologies. Objectives : The purpose of this study is to formulate a future management plan for the "Comparative Terminology of Korean Medicine in South and North Korea," providing a foundation for standardizing Korean medicine terminology of the two Koreas. Methods : The study collected case studies of Korean medicine terminology management and standardization from government and international organization websites and documents. It provided future terminology management strategies based on this data. Results : The project for the standardization of Korean medicine terminology between North and South Korea can be divided into 4 stages according to the level of exchange and cooperation. The first step is to "establish a foundation for terminology standardization." The second step is "term comparison." If the exchanges and cooperation between North and South Korea, the third step will be to promote the "terminology standardization" project through Inter-Korean dialogue. Finally, after incorporating discussion on terminology standardization, the Inter-Korean Medicine Terminology can be published. Conclusions : This requires a system to support and facilitate Inter-Korean medicine exchange and cooperation. It is important to provide a support system that can provide results in a timely fashion by training relevant experts, collecting data and information, communicating with experts in the industry, academia and research institutes. This system will be able to ensure the continuity of the terminology standardization project.

The Two Nations One Mind film contest was launched by the collaboration between Pukyong National University (PKNU) in Busan, The Republic of Korea (South Korea) and the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC) in Bangkok, Thailand. The project was funded mainly by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, South Korea. The intention of the project was to increase the recognition of Korea in Thailand through co-production filmmaking between university students from the two countries. This paper aims to look at the feedback from the project participants from both nations as to how international co-productions resulted in cultural exchange and international youth cooperation. The paper also examines the films produced from the project, Blossom, Different (Yet) the Same, Two Taste, Two Nations and When I Was There, for how they reflect the elements of transnational cinema. The comments from the films' audience were also taken as part of the data.

The purpose of universities is diversifying, such as education and research for the transfer of knowledge and technology, and training talented people with the competencies required in industrial sites. Therefore, universities are attempting various forms of industry-academic cooperation to maintain organic relations with companies and to conduct research activities, technology sharing, technology development, technology transfer, and human resources training. In particular, in the field of engineering education, various industry-academic cooperation programs such as field training, interns, and start-up support are actively developed and operated. Accordingly, the Engineering Education Innovation Research Information Center developed an online industry-academic cooperation capstone design matching platform for engineering education to enable collaboration between universities and companies nationwide. The industry-academic cooperation matching platform was developed under the theme of capstone design. Capstone design is a project-oriented and problem-based learning method that combines the knowledge and experiences acquired by the undergraduate department and designs and produces them. The subject of the Capstone design project was to solve corporate difficulties and allow companies and universities to collaborate. This study developed an online industry-academic cooperation capstone design matching platform according to analysis, design, development, evaluation, and execution procedures. This study is meaningful in that it has developed a channel through which students and companies, who are the subjects of industry-academic cooperation, can carry out projects and communicate organically through an online matching platform.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of conflicts and cooperation on project performance in the nuclear power plant construction project, thus contributing to the successful performance of project participants and the achievement of project objectives. Methods: This study used a method of conducting a survey of participants in the nuclear power plant construction project and verifying the hypothesis statistically. Results: The results of this study are as follows; First, role conflicts and relationship conflicts have negative effects on collaboration. Second, role conflicts have a negative effects on project performance, but conflict in relation has no significant effects on project performance. Third, collaboration has a positive effects on project performance. Finally, the communication quality in the relationship between conflict and collaboration has been shown to have a Moderated effect. Conclusion: In order to achieve the goal in the nuclear power plant construction project, the level of collaboration should be improved based on conflict management among project participants.

The aim of this paper is analyzing the economic outcome of development aid project on closed mine and submitting the policy alternatives to seek for substitute industries which lead independent growth of that area. Despite the aid project deployed from 2001 to 2010, the economic result appears to be fragile. It is obvious that the contents and magnitude of aid projects has its own limitation to build independent economic structure in closed mine area. Conclusively, to overcome the regional restrictions, it is important to establish the aid project scheme to make a strategic and systematic resource distribution under the regional circumstances.

본 연구는 국내 건설 산업에서 현장프로젝트조직 사업 참여자를 대상으로 프로젝트 참여자간 간 통제유형에 따라 협력과 프로젝트 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 통제 구분을(산출통제(Output Control), 과정통제(Process Control), 사회통제(Social Control))의 통제 유형에 따라 현장프로젝트 참여자간 협력과 현장프로젝트성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치며 또한, 국내 건설산업에서 현장프로젝트조직의 특징을 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the mediating effect of team efficacy between interpersonal competence and perceived learning in project learning for pre-service early childhood teachers. Based on a literature review, team efficacy and interpersonal competence were identified as variables having an effect on project learning. The data were collected from 172 students who participated in a project learning course offered by a university located in Seoul, Korea, and were analyzed by Baron & Kenny's (1986) framework. As a result, team efficacy was found to act as a partial mediator between the two variables, understanding of and consideration for other people and perceived learning. This study suggests that team efficacy and understanding of and consideration for other people should be facilitated in project learning courses. The possibility that some teaching strategies could enhance the project learning effect for learners and pre-service teachers is discussed.

Modern company faces an uncertain future and a competitive environment and are seeking new technologies and creative products to ensure the corporate growth and survival in the market through continuous innovation. "University Industry Cooperation(UIC)" is a point of contact for overcoming the crisis faced by companies and universities in this era and a cooperation platform for mutual prosperity. As a subsidiary of a university, "Technology Holding Company(THC)" is attracting attention as a new window for UIC in Korea. The role of THC is to establish and foster the business opportunities of their subsidiaries and to return investment profits to the university ecosystem again. But recently, the life cycle of technology is getting shorter, and the development cost is steadily increasing. In particular, with the increase of hybrid projects based on convergence and combination, the risk of conducting research(R&D) and new product development(NPD) projects is gradually increasing. A PMO refers to a project management organization that can contribute to improving the success rate of projects with increasing uncertainty by supporting project visibility and appropriate decision-making. The purpose of this study is to raise a research question on whether THC's corporate performance can be improved when "Project Management System(PMO Service)" is introduced into the subsidiary incubation system of THC. This study proposes several research methods to identify the relationship between the introduction of PMO and the corporate performance of THC.
