In this work, we propose an analytic framework for dimensioning the link capacity of broadband access networks which provide universal broadband access services to a diverse kind of customers such as patient and impatient customers. The proposed framework takes into account the flow-level quality of service (QoS) of a connection as well as the packet-level QoS, via which a simple and systematic provisioning and operation of the network are provided. To that purpose, we first discuss the necessity of flow-aware network dimensioning by reviewing the networking technologies of the current and future access network. Next, we propose an analytic model for dimensioning the link capacity for an access node of broadband convergence networks which takes into account both the flow and packet level QoS requirements. By carrying out extensive numerical experiment for the proposed model assuming typical parameters that represent real network environment, the validity of the proposed method is assessed.

Objective: This study is concerned with the user interface (UI) design of touch screen based on the reaction time of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) user. Background: Adopting the touch screen technology, the ATM service has recently established a new user interface different from the existing button-type interface. Method: Experiments were conducted by simulating ATM touch screen layouts, and layouts were focused on location of menu buttons (left and right, top and bottom), number of menu buttons (8 and 12 buttons). Results: The results show that there are significant differences in correction ratio and reaction time by user groups, types of menu location, and the number of buttons. Conclusion and Applications: The results of this study can be used to provide baseline information for the interface design of ATM touch screen and the age differences in reaction time.

In the past few years with the popularization of the Internet using mobile devices such as the universal in the field of information technology has made rapid development and spread, the width and speed of change is also expected to grow much. As a result Internet telephony (VoIP) was to emerging, VoIP as a leader in next-generation converged services, the proliferation of IPTV services, including the successful introduction and subsequent convergence of the early to gauge whether the settlement is much distance in terms of importance. Therefore, this research using the Internet and telephone customer satisfaction survey, and Kano analysis is important from the perspective of the customer requirements by looking at what the Internet phone service in the development and improvement priorities are supposed to be able to stand.

본 논문에서는 홈 환경에서 정보가전 장치와 각 장치가 제공하는 서비스를 발견하고 일괄적으로 제어할 수 있는 시스템 (HSC: Home Service Controller)을 제안한다. 기존 연구에서는 서비스마다 각기 다른 인터페이스가 요구되었고, 한 번에 하나의 서비스만 수행해야 하는 제한이 있었다. 제안된 HSC에서는 UPnP (Universal Plug and Play)구조에 기반 하여 자동으로 발견된 서비스를 사용자에게 알리고, 제안된 통합 인터페이스로 다수의 서비스를 제어한다. 또한 PDA를 통해 제공되는 입체적인 3D GUI화면과, 여러 서비스를 일괄적으로 수행할 수 있는 서비스 일괄 수행을 지원함으로써, 사용자에게 보다 넓은 행동 범위와 편리를 제공한다. 이러한 시스템은 다수의 장치와 서비스가 네트워크로 연동되는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 사용자가 장소와 시간에 구애받지 않고 다양한 서비스를 일괄적으로 제공받는데 활용될 수 있다.

Many of the newest network suers are gaining their fist network experience as users of the Internet. Because of the universal nature of this exciting new experience, millions of new users are driving the demand for increasingly multimedia oriented applications, especially in communication area. Since the communication via the Internet can use various media forms including audio, video and graphics, it can e very efficient communication system on the Internet, which allows Internet users to communicate, collaborate, and associate with others. Webber provides various communication services, like ACS(Audio Conference System), VCS(Video Conference System) and Virtual Space, in an integrated environment. Webber consists of Service-PUBs(Processing Unit Plug-in), which process each service, and Framework, which manages these PUPs. PUP is so highly independent of each other that it's easy to add, maintain, delete services and also optimally configure the system to user's terminal performance or network status.

3GPP (Third Generation Partnership Project) is defining UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunication System) releases which span the transition from GSM/UMTS coexistence to All-IP UMTS networks. The deployment of an UMTS network depends, in the first place, on the intended service offerings and the release an operator chooses to start service with. Other key decisions in-fluencing UMTS deployment relate to the timing of the functional enhancements and capacity increases along the economic life of the network. This paper gives an overview on the architectural and technical options for UMTS deployment. It also outlines the methodology underlying the business plan aimed at estimating the returns from investments in the UMTS infrastructure, thus helping to tune operators’ strategies for UMTS deployment.

This is from robota, robotnick of the Czech Republic. Karel Capek, a playwriter of the Czech Republic use of this letter at 'Rossum's Universal Robots. The service of U-Health is the fusion of Information Technology and Medical Service. The U-Health provides for doing about household's medical behavior. Conclusionally, the Chungbuk has merit on establishment of national consilience complex such as Medical Robot and U-Health.

This paper examines the impact of the regional cash subsidies which were granted in some districts in addition to the national universal stimulus payment in South Korea related to the COVID-19 pandemic. We evaluate the effects of the cash distribution per resident on aggregate credit and debit card sales and sales by industry using the difference-in-difference method. The increment in card spending due to the cash subsidy is about 1.58%p in total, and this effect is concentrated within a single month. The consumption stimulating effect is prominent among (semi)-durable goods that do not require close interactions between customers and sellers. In contrast, the effect is relatively small in the high-contact face-to-face service sectors and restaurants, areas the COVID-19 pandemic hit directly. On the other hand, some service sectors where customers could wear face masks, such as education and fitness, experienced a substantial sales boost due to the cash subsidy.

We can foresee the rapidly growing of users by development of VoIP service what can transmit a audio traffic with low cost among a lots application using internet. VoIP needs a standardized protocol that is able to do signaling for offering high quality of services such as mobility, universal number, multiparty conference, voice mail, automatic call distribution. At the present time, a base composition elements of SIP(Session Intiation Protocol) are developing for offering VoIP based SIP in the inside and outside of the country, because SIP of IETF which has a strength from 'fast connection', 'parsing' & 'easy to compile' points of view. This paper suggests a type of Hybrid SIP Server for providing some services as 'a reducing load of SIP server that process a request method from users', 'efficiency of managing networks', 'offering services to many users'.

The purpose of this study is to investigate historical backgrounds, maintenance, revision and application areas of UDC(Universal Decimal Classification) in order to understand current issues of it systematically. Since 1905, n has been extensively developed and is now administered by UDC Consortium(UDCC). UDCC updates MRF(Master Reference File), an electronic form of the UDC schedules, once a year. UDC updates and publishes standard edition extended edition, and abridged edition according to the degrees of notion abridgement, and is available on the web. UDC can be now applicable to collection arrangement, SDI(Selective Dissemination of Information) service, searching subject bibliographies, switching language or subject gateway and metadata on the Internet, and automatic classification.
