Advanced Intelligent Network Intelligent Peripheral (AIN IP) is one of the AIN elements which consist of Service Control Point (SCP), Service Switching Point (SSP), and IP for AIN services, such as play announcement, digit collect, voice recognition/synthesis, voice prompt and receipt. This paper, featuring ISUP/INAP protocols, describes the procedures for call setup/release bearer channels between SSP/SCP and IP, todeliver specialized resources through the bearer channels, and it describes the structure and procedure for AIN services such as Automatic Collect Call (ACC), Universal Personal Telecommunication (UPT), and teleVOTing(VOT). This study intended to analyze whether the system of voucher system, which was introduced as a policy tool to expand social services, was dependent or evolving through the research methodology of historical institutionalism. The voucher system is being introduced to emphasize the user's focus in the existing supplier-centered service provision system, but problems with the existing system have been found so far. We found that despite the shift in welfare paradigm from the remaining welfare supply to universal welfare in the past, the company was partially following the existing supplier-centered social service system. However, We found that new instruments for establishing legal systems and the path evolution factors are now being developed and matured within the voucher system. In other words, it was possible to predict that the voucher system would become more positive and mature in the future through logical changes in the system. Based on the results of the analysis of the voucher system, policy suggestions for policy values and objectives that were initially oriented toward the system were presented.

The current participative government has started to carry out Residents Service Reform that transforms the transmission system of suppliers' oriented convenience to one-stop tai for made civil and governmental integral ion service for the purpose of realizing universal Social Benefits in responding to increasing desires of people according to the changes of social and economic conditions by overcoming the existing limit of transmission system. This study has analyzed the status and problems of local autonomous organizations according to the innovation of support for the life of residents and in order to solve these problems, I present the implementation strategy of transmission system of civil and government cooperation tailor-made integral ion service through the project of "30 experiencing hall for Social Benefits, " which is a joint project of civil and government dove loped by Jungrang-gu. In addition, it aims for the completed accomplishments of this project to settle as eight largest services market ing brand in 30 method and also as the best strategic brand for the "establishment of network of civil and governmental cooperation" with suppliers of public services, suppliers of civil service, and residents, who are suppliers as well as potential customers, for solving problems of local communities.

With the advancement of technology, the market size of online bookstores is constantly increasing in Korea. Despite the importance of the quality of services provided by online bookstores as many customers use online bookstores, many existing studies have approached only from a linear perspective that satisfying service quality factors will lead to customer satisfaction. In addition, the service quality of online bookstores has only been addressed in general and universal service situations, such as SERVQUAL and e-SERVQUAL and WebQual, or online situations. This study was conducted to consider the specificity of online bookstores and to establish specific strategies for improving service quality. In this study, we present six higher dimensions of service quality for online bookstores and 25 lower dimensions to measure it, and we confirm strategic direction for service quality elements through IPA analysis. As a result of the analysis, a total of 12 factors were included in the first quadrant, which required maintenance of service quality due to the high importance and satisfaction perceived by customers. Next, the importance of customers is high, but their satisfaction is low, so the second quadrant that should be improved first had a total of two factors. Third, the third quadrant was an area where customers perceived low importance and satisfaction, and a total of nine factors were involved. Finally, the fourth quadrant was an area where the customer was satisfied but perceived low importance, with a total of two factors. The results of this study can be used as basic data for strategic use of online service quality factors.

The purpose of this study is to suggest how to improve the public library service for the disabled, by analyzing stakeholders' needs for it. To this end, it analyzed stakeholders' needs, by conducting an analysis on the current condition of the public library service for the disabled, and IPA on and FGI with the disabled, beneficiaries of the service and service provides, employees in charge of it. The findings show that the current condition of the public library service for the disabled is very poor in terms of disabled users, budget for the service for the disabled and special data for the disabled. For the analysis on the needs for the service for the disabled, the results of IPA suggest that it is necessary to improve relevant policies and manage integrated programs reflecting users' needs, and those of FGI indicate that perceptions on disability need to be improved among the disabled, the non-disabled and employees, and that the usage guidance and publicity are required for disabled users to generally use the public library service.

The Linux-based embedded systems such as mobile telephones. PDAs and MP3 players are widely in use. USB(Universal Serial Bus) is the interface for data communication between the computers and these peripheral devices. Some embedded systems like intelligent home networking and multimedia streaming require guaranteed QoS(Quality of Service), which is needed for real time transmission of UDP/IP messages through USB. Although USB Ethernet driver is supported by USB Gadget API in Linux, it is unable to provide the desirable QoS required by each type or small embedded systems due to the unpredictability or TCP/IP Stack in Linux. This paper proposes IP-Over-USB to improve QoS of UDP/IP message transmission in the embedded systems using USB in Linux system.

Recently, various home appliances are inter connected in wired/wireless network to provide a single service, but their interfaces are not uniformly integrated. In order to get a service in such an environment, users have to figure out how to control each appliance and the way of combining its functions with others. Even worse to the users, many buttons are barely used to control the complicated functions of the appliances on the remote controllers, and controllers have very similar shapes in each other. In this paper, based on the definitions of a task as a unit of services provided in the environment of multi-connected appliances, we propose a markup language for home appliances, called HAML (Home Appliance Markup Language), for generating task-based user interfaces to help controlling multi-connected appliances as one pleases. The proposed method generates interfaces by gathering the buttons frequently used and necessary for tasks, and provides automatic settings of multi-connected appliances. The proposed method is verified with an analysis of scenarios and usability tests.

Various tries are in progress to expand the usability of wireless telecommunication harminized internet technology. The most typical example among those services is LBS(Location Based Service). Nowaday, Standards for telecommunication system of LBS centers round on 3GPP(3rd Generation Partnership Project) and 3GPP2. In this paper we compare the telecommunication system of 3GPP and 3GPP2 in order to make domestic standards of telecommunication system to provide LBS. First, we investigate network models and interfaces of GSM(Global System for Mobile) and ANSI(America National Standard Institute)-41/PCS1900 - Telecommunication type of 2nd generation. Also we consider those of UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunication System) and cdma2000 - Telecommunication type of 3nd generation. Then we analysis function components for LBS of each network models details.

Background: Primary health care (PHC) plays a major role to ensure the basic right and equal distribution of the essential health care services. This study presents comparative analyses of PHC in Korea and Uzbekistan, discusses the existing scenario and the challenges, and provides recommendations. Methods: This study reviewed secondary data from Korea's National Statistical Information Service and the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Statistic, regulatory legislation, research reports, and policy papers by research and international institutions. We focus on comparing input and outcome health data, PHC structure, and health expenditure. Results: Overall health status of the population in Korea is better than in Uzbekistan; both countries achieved more than 95% immunization coverage. The reforms implemented in both countries provide initial health care service delivery. However, there are several challenges such as the distribution of the staff between urban and rural areas and interest of the graduates on specialization rather than working in PHC system. Conclusion: PHC plays an important role in the provision of medical services to the population, addressing both health and social problems; it is the best tool for achieving universal coverage for basic health needs of the population. The community health practitioners in Korea and nurses in Uzbekistan plays main role in universal coverage through providing essential health care services. Continuous reform of the PHC system should be directed to strengthen the capacity of the PHC staff in health promotion knowledge and activities as well as to encourage population to improve their own health.

With the advent of a new services environment based on high-speed mobile networks and high-performance mobile devices, users in real life require content-centric services that provide personalized information conveniently and efficiently. These services are defined as ambient services. To implement and support sustainable ambient services, there is a critical need to conduct research regarding practicable models and methodologies. This paper proposes an effective model for ambient services based on the personalization of real-life space. The model consists of Public Info-space, Universal Info-space and Private Info-space. We also show a methodology for implementing the model with currently available techniques in order to prove that the model and methodology constitute an applicable solution to developing true ambient services. Finally, a kind of role-playing game which is built on a real university campus is presented to show the model to be available, where the test bed infrastructure consists of wireless mesh networks and real-time location systems (RTLSes).
