21세기 남북한 교류·협력은 정보기술, 정보산업 위주로 추진함으로써, 남북한 통일은 앞당길 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해서는 남북한 및 한반도 지역을 종합적으로 연결하는 정보통신 네트워크의 구성이 필요하다. 미래의 통일을 대비하기 위해 북한지역의 정보통신 인프라 구축은 위한 방안을 대내외적 여건에 대한 객관적인 면과 전망에 근거하여 실현 가능한 통신망 구축 전략을 제시하였다. 따라서 북한지역의 통신망 구축을 위해서는 다원성, 경제성, 중계성 등을 고려하여 망을 구축하여야 하며, 향후 통일비용을 최소화하는 관점에서 검토되어야 하고, 그에 따른 망의 구성, 구축방안을 기술하였다.

남과 북으로 이원화된 현 번호체계는 향후 남북 통일시 남북한 정보통신교류에 있어 상당한 걸림돌이 될 것으로 전망된다. 따라서 장기적으로 볼 때 남북한간 번호체계는 통신수요와 통신서비스의 발전을 충족 할 수 있으면서, 주어진 통신환경에서 가장 효율적이고 적합한 번호의 구조와 체계를 설정하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문은 새로운 통신망과 통신서비스의 출현 등 미래의 통신발전에 대비하여, 통일 후 남북한 정보통신 통합에 필수적인 번호체계에 대한 통합방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This research aims to predict and analyze green building certification market of Korean Peninsula after unification. First, it analyzes prospected unification time period, then it forecasts number of new residential and non-residential buildings to be constructed based on estimated number of residences in short at the time in North Korea. There exists a good chance that North Korea's new building market forms similar to that of South Korea, as unification would thoroughly proceed which would result levels of economic culture social politics in quasi-equal state. Thus, assuming the ratio of residential and non-residential building against population is similar in both Korea's, the number against North Korea's house supplied population can be estimated. Based on the expected numbers in North Korea, number of proceeded Building Energy Conservation Plan, Building Energy Rating Certification, and Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design (G-SEED) are predicted. The research shows certification market related to green building in united Korean Peninsula to be \660 billion over 10 years. Not only certifications to newly built buildings but also including existing buildings, this market is to grow to a considerable extent. As this would largely influence eco-constructive materials, energy plant/equipment, and other relevant markets as well, it would require to make thorough preparations. In sum, to stabilize green building market even before the unification, the research proposes the necessities of appropriate systems in consideration of North Korea, through in-depth discussions and establishment of technology and policy directions in green building sector, such as building energy management and emission reduction technology.

Unification of neural network with a hierarchical pattern recognition is presented for recognizing large set of objects. A two-step identification procedure is developed for pattern recognition: coarse and fine identification. The coarse identification is designed for finding a class of object while the fine identification procedure is to identify a specific object. During the training phase a course neural network is trained for clustering larger set of reference objects into a number of groups. For training a fine neural network, expert neural network is also trained to identify a specific object within a group. The presented idea can be interpreted as two step identification. Experimental results are given to verify the proposed methodology.

지리정보와 이것의 기반이 되는 측량 성과는 중요한 국가 인프라이므로 체계적인 방안을 수립하고 대응하지 않을 경우 통일이후, 막대한 비용과 사회적 혼란이 야기될 것이다. 통일이후 한반도의 효율적인 국토활용과 국토공간에 대한 지형도 제작 등 통일을 대비한 측량정책 제도의 기본방향을 수립하여 통일비용과 혼란을 최소화하기 위한 목적으로 본 연구에서는 인터넷 자료조사 및 측량 전문가 면담, 관련 기관 방문과 세미나 개최를 통해 남북한의 측량관련 현황 및 통일 독일의 사례를 분석해 보았다. 우선 통일이후 변화하는 환경을 예측하고 이에 따른 측량 관련 법 제도 및 측량기준을 통합하는 측량정책을 수립해야 할 것이며, 2007년 세계측지계 도입을 바탕으로 한 남북한 기준점 개편 및 성과 통합 방안을 강구해야 한다. 이를 위해 한반도 및 인접국의 지도와, 북한의 도시지역 우선으로 대축척지도를 제작할 필요성 및 통일을 대비한 국토지리정보원의 위상과 역할을 제시하였다. 이러한 적극적 준비와 방안 모색으로 통일에 대비한 측량정책 및 제도의 기본방향을 수립하고 통일비용 최소화라는 목적을 달성할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

A small apartment housings in Korea, which is built mass-product from 1980s, are dissatisfied, in spite of good condition, due to the growing living areas and changing lifestyle of the residents. Many of them confronted with slum areas and the kinds of housing stock accumulated much more in Korean contexts. For the existing small houses, it could be discuss an adaptation model to the increasing requirement standards of the house residents; wider living area, new facilities and a style of new residence. A social policy for elderly people who are handicap in physical and economical aspects, is home stay system rather than national support. But it is not easy to find the three generation family house in Korea context, specially apartment house. This paper deals with the vertical unification typology of two dwelling units to one, in order to supply three generation houses by remodel existing small apartment houses constructed by Korea National Housing Corporation. The use of convert houses into vertical expansion are expected to be a house of three generation family, it can also enhance privacy against conflictive activities in a house. And also the merging types of two dwelling units into one can be used as a device to get rid of the monotonous characteristics and gain diversity in the declining stock housing.
