Introduction: The objective of the present study was to investigate the defense style of insomnia patients and to grasp the differences in defense style between primary insomnia patients and insomnia patients with history of major depressive disorder. Methods: Forty three subjects with insomnia (11 subjects with primary insomnia and 32 subjects with major depressive disorder) and 138 control subjects participated in this study. To diagnose insomnia and major depressive disorder, interviews including structured clinical interview for DSM-IV (SCID-IV) were done. To assess the defense style, self-reported Korean version of Defense Style Questionnaire (K-DSQ) were completed by the participants. Results: Compared to normal controls, subjects with insomnia used more acting out (t=3.25, p<0.01), consumption (t=2.66, p<0.01), fantasy (t=3.51, p<0.001), resignation (t=5.42, p<0.001), suppression (t=3.28, p<0.01), projection (t=3.92, p<0.01), splitting (t=4.31, p<0.01), undoing (t=2.66, p<0.01), withdrawal (t=6.72, p<0.001) and isolation (t=3.80, p<0.001), and less omnipotence (t=4.08, p<0.001) and humor (t=3.20, p<0.01). Compared to normal controls, subjects with primary insomnia used more undoing and withdrawal. Compared to subjects with primary insomnia, subjects with insomnia with history of major depressive disorder used more resignation and withdrawal, and less humor. Conclusion: In the current study, there were differences in defenses between primary insomnia patients and insomnia patients with major depressive disorder history. To evaluate the pattern of defenses through the K-DSQ might provide important clues to differentiate these two conditions.

The aim of the study was to compare effects of music and white noise on the recovery of facial blood flow parameters after stressful visual stimulation. Twenty-nine subjects participated in the experiment. Three visual stimulation sessions with aversive slides (the IAPS, disgust category) were followed by subjectively "pleasant" (in the first session), "sad" music (in the second ), and white noise (in the third ). Order of sessions was counterbalanced. Blood flow parameters (peak blood flow, blood flow velocity, blood volume) were recorded by Laser Doppler single-crystal system (LASERFLO BPM 403A) interfaced through BIOPAC 100WS with AcqKnowledge software (v.3.5) and analyzed in off-line mode. Aversive visual stimulation itself decreased blood flow and velocity in all 3 sessions. Both "pleasant" and "sad" music led to the restoration of baseline levels in all blood flow parameters, while noise did not enhance recovery process. Music on post-stress recovery had significant change in peak blood flow and blood flow velocity, but not in blood volume measures. Pleasant music had bigger effects on post-stress recovery in peak blood flow and flow velocity than white noise. It reveals that music exerted positive modulatory effects on facial vascular activity measures during recovery from negative emotional state elicited by stressful slides. Results partially support the undoing hypothesis of Levenson (1994), which states that positive emotions may facilitate process of recovery from negative emotions.

When we build the tunnel, occasionally, the blasted section exceed the designed section because of geological properties and the lack of blasting technologies, and the exceed section is remained as over break after the construction of tunnel lining. When the underground water leaks with silt and clay through the cracks of rocks, the large over break cause a structural stability problem in tunnel, and the back charging of over break is very important subject, because the undoing of back charging cause the drop of crashed rocks and serious problem in the stability of tunnel lining. Therefore, the theory of blast is studied and purpose the structural analysis of back charging and propose the safe method about the drop of crashed rocks.

Vincent van Gogh is a Dutch postimpressionism artist that is one of the most influential painter of the 20th century with his vivid colors and sensibility. 'The Bedroom at Arles' is the art piece that van Gogh himself had admitted to be a great artwork, which also reflects the story of his life and inner thoughts. The spacial characteristics of 'The Bedroom at Arles' are amanufactures the following. First, the space shown at 'The Bedroom at Arles' exhibits the phenomenon of undoing the law of perspective by authorizing individual existence to the objects and space, instead of fitting in the objects into the space in the order given by the law of perspective; entirely rearranging the reminiscent space from past. Secondly, the expression 'bedroom' reflects that the subject was about his own experience with the space and a representation of his imagination, which is a metaphorical symbol. Thirdly, van Gogh used strong colors and brush touches to express his subjective opinion, which aren't the actual shades of the scene, but chosen only to approach the space and objectives with his own symbolic interpretation from his heart. Through a synthetic overview of the characteristics of van Gogh's 'The Bedroom at Arles', it could be told that he holds an essential Space perception system, in hir inner self. The space is intentionally rearranged and strangely altered to form an entirely new relation, breaking the tension from the systematically stable rules and orders. 'The Bedroom at Arles' seems to express an unique and symbolic sensation and experience through the combination of its colors and spacial structure.

Sanitary management with step-by-step working process and dietician's perception against them at 98 food service institutions located in Jeollabuk-Do were surveyed. Food service institutions included 13 hospitals, 38 schools,40 enterprises, and 7 others. Practice ratio of sanitary management items at purchasing and receiving step of food and food materials in food service institutions were 59.2-98.0%, and they were higher than those of other steps. In pre-treatment step, practice ratio of 'Undoing treatment of foods on the ground' in hospital was higher (53.8%) than those of enterprise (32.5%) and school (34.2%), and needed the improvement of pre-treatment procedure in enterprise and school. Practice ratio of all sanitary management items in cooking step were below 30%, and needed the improvement of cooking procedure. In storage step, the improvement of cooking procedure in school and enterprise were needed. Practice ratio of all sanitary management items in distribution step were low, and needed the improvement of this working procedure. However, in spite of low practice ratio on these items, dietician's perception against sanitary management items in all steps was low. Therefore, we estimated that the improvement of working processes and the conversion of dietician' perception on sanitary managements in food service institutions were needed.

This article aims to deconstruct the mechanism of male domination that constantly reproduces the hegemonic class of men. In order to overcome misogyny, we should no longer deny the ontological dimension of the reality of women's oppressions and the pre-eminence of the material condition of women's existence. In addition, the possibility of the category of women as a modality of resistance should be taken into consideration. First, I will highlight the correlation between penis and phallus according to which the phallus refers to the penis which is malleable and fragile and which disappears without being castrated by the external factor. From here we could deduce the fragility and imperfection, the non-absoluteness of the phallic order. Secondly, I will analyze the mechanism of penis-narcissism, which is the modality of the constitution of the individual identity of man. The penis is not only a physiological organ, but a site of self-estimation and the validity of the succession of power and authority of the father's law. With this penis-narcissism, man is constituted as a hegemonic body that can let itself go without worrying about the reactions of others. Thirdly, I will focus on the mechanism of the penis-cartel which is the modality of the formation of the collective identity. The penis-cartel is reinforced by the mutual affirmation of the superiority of men among themselves, but also by the permission and the tacit agreement of their absurdity and lack of rationality and corruption. Because the privilege of men is not monopolized by a small part of the elite, but is consciously and unconsciously shared by all men who are part of the hegemonic and collective category. In order to deconstruct the penis-narcissism and the penis-cartel, it is necessary to demonstrate that the penis is not a self-sufficient body, nor a closed and impermeable body, but that it is a porous body where the organ serves both ejaculation and urinary ejection. The penis is a porous body that is at once the site of sublimity and degradation, purity and impurity. In addition, the penis is no longer an all-powerful and aggressive organ, but it is a malleable and fluid flesh that constantly changes its shape. Linked to a phallus-organ that is the notion of Jacques-Alain Miller, it is a site of deficiency and vulnerability that is not the axis of the penis-cartel. It is through the notion of the double porosity of the penis and the phenomenology of the flesh of the penis, I try to provide the modality of undoing the reproductive mechanism of predatory masculinity. Because this would be an effective strategy to overcome misogyny.
