배 경 : 본 연구에서는 불면증을 가진 사람들의 방어기제를 조사하고, 이들 중 주요우울장애의 병력이 있는 사람과 없는 사람들 사이의 방어기제 차이를 알아보고자 했다. 방 법 : 불면증 환자 43명(주요우울장애 32명, 일차성 불면증 11명)과 정상 대조군 138명이 연구에 참여하였다. 정신과적 진단평가를 위한 구조화 면담과 불면증에 대한 면담을 근거로 불면증과 주요우울장애를 진단하였다. 연구참여자들의 방어기제을 평가하기 위해 한국형 방어유형질문지를 작성하게 하였다. 결 과 : 불면증 환자들의 경우 정상대조군에 비해 행동화(t=3.25, p<0.01), 소비(t=2.66, p<0.01), 공상(t=3.51, p<0.001), 체념(t=5.42, p<0.001), 억제(t=3.28, p<0.01), 투사(t= 3.92, p<0.01), 분열(t=4.31, p<0.001), 취소(t=2.66, p<0.01), 철수(t=6.72, p<0.001), 격리(t=3.80, p<0.001)의 방어기제를 더 많이 사용하였으며, 전능(t=4.08, p<0.001)과 유머(t= 3.20, p<0.01)는 덜 사용하였다. 일차성불면증이 있는 경우 정상대조군에 비해 취소, 철수의 방어기제를 더 많이 사용하였다. 주요우울장애 병력이 있는 불면증 환자들의 경우 일차성 불면증 환자에 비해 체념, 철수의 방어기제를 더 많이 사용하였으며, 유머는 덜 사용하였다. 결 론 : 본 연구에서는 불면증을 가진 사람들 중 일차성 불면증 환자와 주요우울장애의 병력을 가진 환자에서 서로 다른 방어 특성을 보였다. K-DSQ로 측정되는 방어유형을 파악하는 것이 이 두 군을 감별하는 실마리가 될 수 있을 것이다.

The aim of the study was to compare effects of music and white noise on the recovery of facial blood flow parameters after stressful visual stimulation. Twenty-nine subjects participated in the experiment. Three visual stimulation sessions with aversive slides (the IAPS, disgust category) were followed by subjectively "pleasant" (in the first session), "sad" music (in the second ), and white noise (in the third ). Order of sessions was counterbalanced. Blood flow parameters (peak blood flow, blood flow velocity, blood volume) were recorded by Laser Doppler single-crystal system (LASERFLO BPM 403A) interfaced through BIOPAC 100WS with AcqKnowledge software (v.3.5) and analyzed in off-line mode. Aversive visual stimulation itself decreased blood flow and velocity in all 3 sessions. Both "pleasant" and "sad" music led to the restoration of baseline levels in all blood flow parameters, while noise did not enhance recovery process. Music on post-stress recovery had significant change in peak blood flow and blood flow velocity, but not in blood volume measures. Pleasant music had bigger effects on post-stress recovery in peak blood flow and flow velocity than white noise. It reveals that music exerted positive modulatory effects on facial vascular activity measures during recovery from negative emotional state elicited by stressful slides. Results partially support the undoing hypothesis of Levenson (1994), which states that positive emotions may facilitate process of recovery from negative emotions.

현재 터널을 시공할 때 발파기술의 발달로 설계단면보다 크게 단면을 발파하는 경우는 많지 않으나 지질 특성상 커다란 여굴이 발생하는 경우가 종종 있으며, 또한 발파기술이 낙후된 시기에 시공된 터널은 설계단면보다 훨씬 크게 발파단면이 형성되어 라이닝을 설치한 후에도 상당 부분이 여굴로 남는 경우가 있다. 여굴이 크게 발생한 부분은 절리를 따라 지하수가 스며들면서 점토질 성분이 혼입되어 있는 부분이 비스듬한 각을 이루면서 터널 단면을 절단하고 있는 파쇄대를 형성하고 있다. 절리면에서 쐐기를 형성하고 있던 상부는 작은 진동에도 모두 낙석으로 떨어지게 되며 구조적인 안정성 문제를 야기한다. 기존터널의 여굴이 발파단면내에 위치하지 못하여, 기존터널의 발파영향선이 확장터널의 발파영향선을 변화시키고, 아치(arch)작용이 발생하지 않아 터널의 안정성에 심각한 문제가 발생할 가능성이 있다. 또한, 여굴의 규모가 커서 여굴의 뒷채움을 하지 않으면 토압의 측면에서 매우 불리하며, 안정화되지 못한 여굴의 상부에서 낙반이 발생할 위험이 상존한다. 따라서 공사의 원만한 진행을 위해서는 여굴의 안정화를 이루고 난 후 후속공정을 진행하거나, 낙반에 대한 안전조치를 취한 후 공사를 진행해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 터널의 구조적 안전성과 시공성을 검토하였다.

Vincent van Gogh is a Dutch postimpressionism artist that is one of the most influential painter of the 20th century with his vivid colors and sensibility. 'The Bedroom at Arles' is the art piece that van Gogh himself had admitted to be a great artwork, which also reflects the story of his life and inner thoughts. The spacial characteristics of 'The Bedroom at Arles' are amanufactures the following. First, the space shown at 'The Bedroom at Arles' exhibits the phenomenon of undoing the law of perspective by authorizing individual existence to the objects and space, instead of fitting in the objects into the space in the order given by the law of perspective; entirely rearranging the reminiscent space from past. Secondly, the expression 'bedroom' reflects that the subject was about his own experience with the space and a representation of his imagination, which is a metaphorical symbol. Thirdly, van Gogh used strong colors and brush touches to express his subjective opinion, which aren't the actual shades of the scene, but chosen only to approach the space and objectives with his own symbolic interpretation from his heart. Through a synthetic overview of the characteristics of van Gogh's 'The Bedroom at Arles', it could be told that he holds an essential Space perception system, in hir inner self. The space is intentionally rearranged and strangely altered to form an entirely new relation, breaking the tension from the systematically stable rules and orders. 'The Bedroom at Arles' seems to express an unique and symbolic sensation and experience through the combination of its colors and spacial structure.

There was to purpose of this study improves analyzing cause that prosthesis brings bite engaging that is inaccurate in patient's mouth, when supposed that all conducts that do in operatory and dental laboratory are perfect. Impression did check bite by alginate impression material and polymerization style silicon impression material that use usually in presence at a sickbed Irreversibility, hydrocolloid, alginate impression material washed in flowing water and poured anhydrite after wait about 8 minutes so that region that charge interest after impression check bite may become undoing. And hydrophile property addition polymerization style impression material poured anhydrite after blow 30 considering impression material dwell time and H2 gas occurrence time (5~15 minute) after have washed in flowing water. I got each 7 models, result that manufactures total 28 and measures by third dimension measuring instrument (Meteo, Korea) following sequence curing in tray holder and floor 1, By Alginate impression when is hardened in tray holder and when is hardened in the floor after do check bite, SPH 4, SPH5 all as there is synonymy appeared(P<0.05). By in case do not use average 0.1741 in case use tray holder in 0.0447 SPH5s in case do not use average 0.2838 pastas in case use tray holder in SPH4 0.0309, When did not use both SPH4 and SPH5 tray holder, when used tray holder, 1 appeared more greatly. 2. By amity sex addition polymerization style silicon impression when is hardened in tray holder after do check bite and when is hardened in the floor SPH 4, a11 of the SPH5s very big synonymy be(P>0.05). Study finding of above when see synthesis Alginate certainly tray holder use must and I could know that hardening method does not exert big influence on volume stability if remove impression sieve of excess because amity sex accessory penalty silicon passes over tray, Also, Alginate impression material previewed can get heading a conspiracy style that volume stability of accessory penalty silicon impression material degree is if use tray holder.

전라북도내 병원, 학교, 사업체 등의 집단급식소 98개소를 대상으로 작업 단계별 식품의 일반위생 관리항목의 실행 실태와 영양사의 중요성 인식도를 조사하였다. 식품의 구매 및 검수 단계의 위생관리 항목에 대해서는 59.2-98.0%의 실행율을 나타내어 다른 단계에 비해 상대적으로 잘 실행이 되고 있었다. 전처리 단계에서 '바닥에서 식품 취급 안하기'라는 항목은 병원의 경우 실행율이 53.8%로 나타나 사업체(32.5%)와 학교(34.2%)보다 상대적으로 높았으며, 사업체와 학교 급식소에서의 전처리 작업 방법의 개선이 요구된다. 조리 단계에서는 위생관리 항목 실행율이 모두 30% 이하로 나타나 전반적인 개선이 필요하였으며, 저장 단계에서는 학교와 사업체의 작업 과정 개선이 필요하였다. 배식 단계에서는 전반적으로 위생관리 항목에 대한 실행율이 낮아 개선이 필요하였다. 위생관리 항목에 대한 영양사의 인식도 조사 결과 각 단계별로 전반적인 위생관리 실행에 대한 교육 및 인식의 변화가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

여성혐오를 넘어서기 위해서는 여성이라는 존재론적 차원의 물질성과 현실성을 기각시키거나 저항의 단위소를 무화시키는 것이 아닌, 성별 불평등구조에서 지배계급성을 구성하고 있는 남성성의 작동 메커니즘에 대한 치밀한 분석과 해체로 나아가야 한다. 이를 위해 필자는 첫 번째로 남근질서라는 아버지의 법질서에서 팔루스와 페니스 간의 유착성-팔루스가 초월적이며 절대적 심급이 아닌 스스로 축소되고 사라져버리는 페니스의 유약성에 참조점을 두고 있는 내재적 결핍성의 지점임을 이론적으로 추적해나감으로써 남근질서의 해체가능성을 모색해보고자 한다. 두 번째로 남성지배의 축 중 하나인 페니스 나르시시즘이라는 개인적 정체성화의 작동방식을 분석해보고자 한다. 여기서 페니스는 해부학적 기관에 그치는 것이 아니라 자기애의 온전성을 담지받는 장소이자 아버지의 법질서의 사회문화적 권위와 권력의 계승점을 나타내는 것이다. 즉 남성은 자신의 페니스를 중심으로 페니스 나르시시즘이라는 개인으로서의 남성의 정체성화 양식을 구성해나가고 있으며, 사회문화적으로는 방기하는 몸이라는 권력적 몸, 특권적 몸을 양산하는 것이다. 세 번째로 남성지배의 또 다른 축인 페니스 카르텔이라는 집단적 정체성화의 메커니즘은 남성들의 본래적 우월성의 상호확인에서만이 아니라, 남성들의 자기 완결성의 결여, 무능력함과 형편없음, 비리 축적을 상호 묵인함으로써 더욱 더 강력하게 작동하는 것이다. 왜냐하면 남성 특권구조란 특정한 남성 개개인에게 독점되는 양태가 아니라, 남성이라는 성별 계급으로 범주화된 이들이 의식적, 무의식적으로 나눠가지는 지배적 집합성에서 기인하는 것이기 때문이다. 이러한 페니스 나르시시즘과 페니스 카르텔을 해체하기 위해서 페니스가 자기완결적이며 불침투적인 닫힌 몸이 아님을 드러내어야 한다. 즉 페니스는 사정기관과 배설 기관이라는 다공성의 일체화 구조를 통해 구멍 지어진 몸이자 숭고와 비천, 깨끗함과 더러움 등의 분열적 지점이라 할 수 있다. 또한 우뚝 솟은 불변의 공격성과 능동성, 힘과 권위의 기관이 아닌, 시시각각 형태가 변하는 유동적 살로서의 페니스와 팔루스-기관의 유약성을 연동시켜 사유해봄으로써 페니스 카르텔의 남근다발이 한데 묶일 수조차 없는 결핍성의 지대임을 논증하고자 한다. 남근 이데올로기론이 갖는 임계점을 이론적으로 살펴봄으로써, 폭압적 남성성의 재생산 고리를 끊어내어 여성혐오를 극복해보고자 한다.
