새로운 기술이 끊임없이 나오고 있으며 새로운 기술이 도입되는 초기에는 기술적인 관점에서 많이 접근해왔다. 아무리 새로운 기술도 고객이 외면하면 효용성이 없으므로 고객의 관점에서 이러한 새로운 기술을 어떻게 수용하고 있는지에 대한 연구는 매우 중요하다. 이러한 기술수용에 관한 연구는 지속되어 오고 있으며 다양한 연구 모형이 존재하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Venkatesh 등이 제안한 UTAUT1과 UTAUT2를 모형이 적용되는 맥락, 모형에 사용된 변수, 요인간 영향력의 차이 관점에서 비교분석하였다. 이를 통해 어떠한 모형도 모든 산업에 그리고 모든 상황에 적용되기는 현실적으로 불가능하며, 각 모형이 가장 적합하게 사용될 수 있는 맥락을 찾고 여기에 맞게 적용하는 것이 중요함을 제시하였다. 외생변수, 내생변수, 새로운 매개 및 조절변수, 새로운 결과 메카니즘을 끊임없이 찾아 그 적합성을 높일 필요가 있다.

Purpose: This study tests the suitability of a new technology acceptance model for a mobile payment system by checking how statistically significant the change is from the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) and UTAUT 2 models. Research, Data, and Methodology: We surveyed 250 students at Incheon University who are using the mobile payment system. The analysis was conducted on 243 valid questionnaires. The survey was conducted for one month in October 2018. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and hierarchical regression analysis was applied. Results: Using hierarchical regression analysis, this study confirmed whether the newly added hedonic motivation, switching cost, and perceived risk variables in the UTAUT2 model are good explanatory variables. Mobile payment usage experience was found to have a moderating effect on mobile payment reuse intention. According to the analysis, the UTAUT2 model brought about more influential change than the variables of the UTAUT model. Conclusions: This study found that consumers' psychological factors added in the UTAUT2 model greatly influenced the reuse intention for mobile payment. As an implication of this study, mobile payment providers need to develop strategies that could meet hedonic motivation, switching cost and perceived risk for their customers.

본 연구는 확장된 UTAUT2 모델을 이용하여 웨어러블 디바이스의 주요 잠재적 수용자인 대학생들의 웨어러블 디바이스 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 고찰하였다. 구체적으로 인포테인먼트 기능으로서의 웨어러블 디바이스에 대한 사용자의 사용의도에 대한 분석을 위해 기존의 UTAUT 모형에서 상정하고 있는 핵심변수 네 가지 즉, 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건 외에 쾌락적 동기, 가격 효용성, 인지된 위험을 추가한 확장된 UTAUT2 모델을 설계하고, 이를 적용하여 실증적으로 검증해 보았다. 그 결과, 기존의 UTAUT 모델의 주요 변인인 성과기대, 사회적 영향 및 촉진조건이 웨어러블 디바이스 사용의도에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것을 발견하였다. 또한 UTAUT2 모델에서 추가된 변인인 쾌락적 동기와 가격 효용성이 웨어러블 디바이스의 사용의도에 영향을 미쳤음을 발견하였다. 한편, 본 연구의 주요 목적 중 하나는 UTAUT2 모델의 이론적인 검증이었는데, UTAUT1 모델의 주요 변인들뿐만 아니라 UTAUT2 모델에 새롭게 추가된 변인인 쾌락적 동기 변인과 가격 효용성 변인이 모두 웨어러블 디바이스의 사용의도를 잘 설명하는 변인임을 확인함으로써 UTAUT2 모델이 새로운 ICT 기술의 수용을 타당하게 설명할 수 있는 모델임을 밝혔다. 따라서 UTAUT2 모델에 관한 이론적인 검증은 새로운 ICT 기술 수용 및 다른 다양한 연구주제에 관한 연구를 통해서 계속 진행될 필요가 있음을 보여 준다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to explain users' wearable healthcare device adoption using performance expectancy, effort expectancy, the hedonic motivation and price value of UTAUT2, and to identify the causal relationship between intention to use wearable healthcare device and innovation resistance formed by perceived risks. Design/methodology/approach The research model proposed in this study is based on UTAUT2(Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) and MIR(Model of Innovation Resistance). In specific, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, hedonic motivation and price value of UTAUT2 and innovation resistance formed by perceived risks of MIR are adopted in our research model. To validate the research model, we carry out the analysis of the survey data using Smart PLS 3.0 to test the hypotheses. Findings According to the empirical analysis results, this study confirms that the performance expectancy, effort expectancy, hedonic motivation, and price value have significant effects on the intention to use wearable healthcare devices. It also finds that perceived risk affects innovation resistance and in turn, innovation resistance affects the intention to use wearable healthcare devices.

This study investigated factors affecting the use intention of podcast service users based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation, innovativeness, and media credibility were used as independent variables in the model. The survey data from the users of the podcast portal 'podbbang' were analyzed with Smart PLS 2.0 to test the structural equation model. The results revealed that the podcast service user's effort expectancy, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation, and media credibility have a significant influence on use intention. However, the relationship between the podcast service user's performance expectancy, social influence, innovativeness, and use intention were not identified as significant.

This study was undertaken to explore the determinants affecting behavioral intention to adopt airport self-service. Based on the theoretical model incorporating the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), in this study, a revised and extended model was proposed in order to better explain Airport Self-service adoption. Moreover, the aim was to determine the mediating effect of hedonic motivation on Airport Self-service adoption. The proposed model was empirically tested using survey data provided by 323 respondents and was analyzed using a multiple regression analysis.

통합기술수용모형(UTAUT)은 기술수용모형(TAM, Technology Acceptance Model)의 한계점을 개선하기 위해 8가지의 기존 이론을 종합하여 제시된 것으로, 최근 신기술의 수용 및 확산과 관련된 다양한 분야에서 활용되어지고 있다. 본 연구는 메타분석을 통하여 UTAUT를 이용한 연구의 주요요인에 대해 분석과 연구모형의 일관성에 대한 검증을 하였다. 이를 통해 주요요인의 관계와 추가적 요인에 대한 결과를 제시하고 해석하였다. 아울러 선행연구와의 비교분석을 통해 차이점과 시사점을 제시하였다. 메타분석 결과, 추가적 요인으로 만족감, 쾌락동기, 태도, 지각된 즐거움이 중요한 것으로 분석되었으며, 이 결과를 바탕으로 확장된 UTAUT 모형을 제시하였다. 또한, 국내 연구의 경우 행동의도를 높이는 활동이 실제 행동으로 이어지는데 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 신기술이나 신제품의 수용 및 확산을 연구하는 연구자 및 신제품을 출시하고자 하는 기업에 도움을 제공할 것으로 예상한다.

Airlines are promoting self-service based technology by introducing mobile check-in, Kiosk and self-back drop systems, which will help customer satisfaction and efficiency. This study is about the usage intension to use Technology-based Airline Self-Service, the purpose of this study is to examine the key variables affecting Unified Theory of Acceptance (UTAUT2) in using Technology-based Airline Self-Service. According to the results of the ANOVA, there was a significant difference among the groups according to the experience of the self-service device. And analysis results using Structural Equation Model(SEM) was suggested that the performance expectation and hedonic motive of UTAUT2 model were found to have significant influence on initial trust. Also, initial trust affects the intention to use. There are some moderating effects on the structural equation by groups according to the experience of the self-service device. This research has significance in that it can help establish a marketing strategy of airlines to expand the self-service based on the airline technology.

본 연구는 웨어러블 헬스케어 기기 사용자들의 수용의도를 보다 효과적으로 설명하기 위하여, 개인 혁신성에 따른 수용의도를 살펴보고 이를 확장된 통합기술수용모형(UTAUT2, Extended UTAUT) 이론에 적용하여 실증분석을 실시하고 그 결과에 따른 학술적·실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안된 가설들을 검증하기 위해 PLS 3.0을 사용하여 구조모형을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 개인 혁신성이 웨어러블 헬스케어 기기의 성과기대와 노력 기대, 촉진조건, 쾌락적 동기, 가격 효용성에 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 해당 기기를 수용하고자 하는 태도에 성과기대, 노력기대, 쾌락적 동기, 가격 효용성이 웨어러블 헬스케어 기기를 수용하고자 하는 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose In this study, in order to understand the effects of NTIS users' behavioral scientific behaviors and determinants, an integrated model of the UTAUT(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model and TTF(Task-Technology Fit) model, which are frequently used MIS field, was presented and empirical analysis was conducted. Design/methodology/approach In this study, an online survey was conducted on researchers from organizations carrying out national R&D projects, institutions, universities, and dedicated management institutions and the collected data verified hypotheses established using the SPSS 25.0 statistical package and structural equation model using AMOS. Findings The results showed that NTIS users' business activities had a positive(+) effect on task-technology fit and task-technology fit had a positive(+) effect on performance expectation, effort expectation, and continuous intention-to-use intention. In addition, the performance expectation, effort expectation, and promotion conditions presented in research model had a positive(+) effect on the continuous intention-to-use. The research results derived through this study are expected to contribute substantially to subsequent research in the field related to information sharing platforms.
