본 논문에서는 N-스크린 환경에서 세션 이관 및 분리을 통해 사용자의 이종의 단말 간 유동적으로 컨테츠를 이동하고, 서비스 단말을 변경 할 수 세션 제어 구조와 방안을 제안한다. N-스크린 서비스에서는 사용자가 스크린 해상도, CPU 능력, 액세스망 인터페이스 등이 다른 복수의 단말을 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 사용자가 서비스 사용 중 단말을 변경하거나, 한 명의 사용자가 다중 스트림(One User Multi Stream)을 사용할 수 있어야 하므로, 이종의 다중 단말 간 컨텐츠를 이동시키거나 서비스 단말을 변경할 수 있는 등의 N-스크린 서비스를 위한 구조와 서비스 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는, N-스크린 환경에서 세션 분리 및 이관 등을 제어할 수 있는 세션 관리 및 제어를 위한 노드들을 제안하고, 이 노드들과 사용자들 간의 인터랙션을 통해 이종의 다중 단말간 유동적인 컨텐츠 이동과 서비스 단말 변경이 가능한 N-스크린 환경에 적합한 세션 제어 구조를 제안한다. 제안된 방안은 단말 사양에 맞추어 세션 이관의 지연을 최소화하고 또한 서버의 부하를 최소화하도록 한다. 시뮬레이션의 결과를 통해, 제안하는 구조를 와 방안에 대한 효율성 및 성능을 분석하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 오픈액세스서비스에 대한 이용자의 만족도를 분석하여 향후 오픈액세스 활동의 활성화 및 발전방안 수립을 위한 전략과제를 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 오픈액세스코리아 서비스의 이용자를 대상으로 만족도 조사를 실시하였다. 서비스별 품질을 나타내는 이용자의 만족도 지표는 해당 서비스에 대해 이용자들이 지각하는 품질을 측정할 수 있도록 설계하였으며, 품질지수, 만족지수, 성과지수로 구성되었다. 분석결과 사회적 품질, 사회적 만족 등의 항목은 상대적으로 높게 산출되어 국내 연구자들의 오픈액세스서비스에 대한 사회적 기여도 및 공익성 측면에서의 긍정적인 평가와 기대를 확인하였다. 반면, 서비스 과정품질 항목은 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 보여주었으며 국내 오픈액세스 콘텐츠의 부족에 대한 의견이 다수 도출되어 국가 차원의 전략수립 시 콘텐츠 개발 및 확보 전략에 대한 고려가 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 오픈액세스에 대한 정책적 지원, 오픈액세스 저널 출판 및 리포지터리 운영, 거버넌스체제 구축 및 오픈액세스 홍보활동을 통한 연구자들의 참여 유도, 글로벌 공조체제 구축 등이 전략과제로 제시되었다.

The tactical computer is currently being developed and installed in armored vehicles and tanks for reinforcement. With the tactical computer, Korea Army will be able to grasp the deployment status of our forces, enemy, and obstacles under varying situations. Furthermore, it makes the exchange of command and tactical intelligence possible. Recent studies showed that the task performance is greatly affected by the user interface. The U.S. Army is now conducting user-centered evaluation tests based on C2 (Command & Control) to develop tactical intelligence machinery and tools. This study aims to classify and regroup subordinate menu functions according to the user-centered task performance for the Korea Army's tactical computer. Also, the research suggests an ergonomically sound layout and size of main touch buttons by considering human factors guidelines for button design. To achieve this goal, eight hierarchical subordinate menu functions are initially drawn through clustering analysis and then each group of menu functions was renamed. Based on the suggested menu structure, new location and size of the buttons were tested in terms of response time, number of error, and subjective preference by comparing them to existing ones. The result showed that the best performance was obtained when the number of buttons or functions was eight to conduct tactical missions. Also, the improved button size and location were suggested through the experiment. It was found in addition that the location and size of the buttons had interactions regarding the user's preference.

본 연구의 목적은 최근 급부상하고 있는 O2O서비스의 특성을 이해하고 이를 활용할 수 있는 방안을 모색 하는 것에 있다. 최근 스마트폰의 ICT기술을 활용한 다양한 O2O서비스의 출현으로 소비자들로부터 각광을 받고 있다. 그러나 시장에 적응을 하지 못하고 사라지는 서비스들이 나타나고 있다. 그래서 O2O서비스의 특성요인을 분석하고, 그 특성요인이 사용자만족에 미치는 영향을 이용안전성이라는 매개효과를 통해서 어떻게 변화하는지를 알아보았다. 본 연구는 구조화된 질문지를 이용하여 수행하였으며, 전국에 있는 일반인 421명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 가설을 검증한 결과 O2O서비스특성 4가지는 모두 사용자만족에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이용안전성을 매개변수로 적용하여 회귀분석을 한 결과에서 정보정확성과 유희성이 유의한 영향을 미치고 있어 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과들을 정리하고 이론적 실무적 함의를 논의한 후, 후속 연구의 방향을 제시하였다.

현재까지의 개발된 홈네트워크 사용자 인증 및 접근제어 기술은 각 가전의 홈네트워크 내에 보안 시스템이 위치하여, 홈구성원이 직접 보안 관리를 하는 형태가 대부분이다. 이런 형태는 비전문가인 홈구성원이 보안 관리를 함으로써, 보안상의 취약점이 발생할 가능성이 매우 높으며, 보안 시스템이 각 가정의 홈네트워크 내에 위치함으로써 시스템 구축 비용이 발생하며, 보안 시스템의 유지 보수와 관리에 많은 취약점이 발생할 수 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 가격, 서비스의 유연성에서 경쟁력이 있고, 네트워크를 보유한 개인의 전문적 지식과 작업을 요구하지 않고, 아파트 단지, 대형 건물과 같은 집단 주거 형태에 적합한 원격관리서버 기반의 홈네트워크 사용자 인증 및 접근제어 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였으며, 정보가전용 데모 시스템을 제작하여 시험하였다. 시험결과 인증과 접근제어 기능이 안정적으로 동작하였다.

The purpose of this research was to develop an integrated interface for the usability test of systems or products in the design process. It is capable of automatically creating GOMS models which can predict human task performances. It can generate GOMS models to be interacted with the prototype interfaces. It can also effectively manage various design information and various usability test results to be implemented into the new product and/or system design. Thus we can perform usability test for products or system prototypes more effectively and also reduce time and effort required for this test. For usability tests, we established an integrated interface based on GOMS model by the LabVIEW program. We constructed the system that the linkage to GOMS model is available. Using this integrated interface, the menu structure of mobile phone can be constructed easily. User can design a depth and a breath that he want. The size of button and the label of the button is changable. The path to the goal can be defined by the user. Using a designed menu structure, the experiment could be performed. The results of GOMS model and the actual time are presented. Besides, values of operators of GOMS model can be defined as the value that user wants. Using the integrated interface that we developed, the optimal menu structure deducted. The menu structure that user wants can be established easily. The optimal layout and button size can be decided by comparison of numerous menu structures. User can choose the method of usability test among GOMS model and empirical data. Using this integrated interface, the time and costs can be saved and the optimal menu structure can be found easily.

2020년 8월 데이터 3법의 개정으로 마이데이터 산업이 가능해졌으며, 2021년 2월부터 각 개인은 사업자가 제공하는 앱을 통하여 마이데이터 금융거래가 가능하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 중심의 금융서비스 시대에 마이데이터 기반 금융 자산 관리 앱의 사용자경험 동향을 파악하기 위하여 성인 300명을 대상으로 8개 기관의 11개의 앱의 사용성 평가를 진행한 후 평균값 비교, 방사형 그래프 분석, 히트맵 분석을 통하여 선호도 조사를 하였다. 앱 디자인 선호도에서는 자산리스트형이 가장 선호하는 형으로, 다음으로는 자산 비교·리스트형으로 나타났다. 마이데이터를 통해 향후 누릴 수 있는 혜택에 대한 기대인식으로는 '편리한 서비스의 다양화'가 45.3%로 가장 높게 나타났고, 사용자가 느끼는 부정적인 요인으로는 개인정보와 관련한 요소가 71.4%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 마이데이터 플랫폼 사용자 인터페이스 개발과 개선에 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

공개키기반구조(PKI)는 강한 인증을 제공한다. 새로운 인증기술로서 권한기반구조(PMI)는 사용자의 속성 정보를 제공한다. PM의 중요한 기능은 인증이 이루어진 이후에 보다 상세화된 권한과 역할을 부여하는 것이다. 즉, 전자서명에 의하여 사용자를 인증하고 권한을 부여한다. 본 논문은 DB 보안을 위해 PMI 기반의 역할기반접근제어(RBAC)를 제안하였다. RBAC는 보안 관리에 대하여 보이지 않는 유연성을 제공한다. 기존의 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)은 PKI 인증 방식을 사용하여 속성에 따른 접근 인증을 제공하지 못하였다. 또한, 평문 데이터의 전송으로 정보 인권의 사회적 문제가 발생하였다. 제안된 시스템(RENIS)은 속성인증서(AC)를 이용한 RBAC 인증 기능을 가지며, 보안 관리자에서 사용자의 AC에 저장된 역할과 역한 DB의 역할인증서를 검증하여 접근제어를 허가하고 전자서명에 의한 DB 암호화를 제안한다.

In general, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners consider innovation by producers as a primary mode in a market economy. However, the recent research has shown that some of the most important, novel products and processes have been developed by users-both user firms and individual end-users. According to von Hippel [1988], he found that they were the developers who made about 80 percent of the most important scientific instrument innovations as well as the major innovations in semiconductor processing. In this research, we conducted grounded research on user-led innovation at the corporate-level. Also, we analyzed the train development project (SR000) of Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation (SMRT). We focused on identifying the success factors of user-led innovation, and development process.

A feedback echo is a structured restatement of the user's query and informs the user what the system intends to do for the query. This provides backtracking of the user's query so that the user knows how the system has interpreted the query. This study scrutinizes whether the feedback echo, as currently available in the INTELLECT commercial system, can improve the performance of a casual user using a restricted natural language database interface. This study concludes that the particular type of feedback echo available in this commercial system was not effective in terms of overall performance for casual users. It is worth mentioning, however, that the feedback echo was effective for the specific type of error: using wrong conditions for data retrieval.
