With the rapid development of digital media, there has been a huge change in a way of communication, a process of information diffusion and a role of traditional media. Not like mass media, social media enables users to generate and tap into the opinions of a larger world. From that reason, social media is impacting marketing strategies. However, still social media marketing researches just focus on case study, analysis of users motivation or analysis of power user's usage pattern. Word-of-mouth has always been important especially in marketing area. In social media, word-of-mouth depends on each user that's why this research focuses on individual user's activity in SNS. I defined 4 factors (produce, diffusion, network size, activity of network size enlarge) that are effect on activity and verified hypothesis by multiple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and moderated multiple regression.

This exploratory study addressed the issue of effective EUC management, based on the sociotechnical theory. Extensive literature review gave birth to a set of critical success factors in EUC. With those factors, a basic EUC model was developed. Then the model was tested in the domestic industry to find its validity. It was also attemped to develop a structural equation model in which critical factors for sucessful implementation of EUC are arranged by the result of empirical survey. In the final model, technical support, computer experience, user control, and top management support were included as exogenous factors. Thses contructs were found to influence directly or indirectly three endogenous factors, user satisfaction, computer use, and performance.

Factors influencing the success or failure of information systems(IS) have been discussed in many literature. However, limited theoretical development or empirical research have examined the effectiveness of hospital information systems(HIS). This study set out the research model of influencing factors and the performance of HIS through theoretical studies based on Management Information Systems, and then empirically tested hypotheses related to the model. The model was tested using LISREL analysis on the sample of 274 respondents who have worked with the HIS. The major results of this study are as follows: First, system characteristics and organizational characteristics have a statistically significant influence on user satisfaction. Second, the hypothesis 3, proposing that computer self-efficacy would relate positively to user satisfaction, was not supported by the results, though. According to these results, system quality, information quality, service quality and support of top management are very important variables for IS success. The study's findings also indicate DeLone and McLean's model is correct in proposing that the indirect relationship between influencing factors and organizational effectiveness, mediated by user satisfaction, is an important one.

A novel authentication mechanism is biometric authentication where users are identified by their measurable human characteristics, such as fingerprint, voiceprint, and iris scan. The technology of biometrics is becoming a popular method for engineers to design a more secure user authentication scheme. In terms of physiological and behavioral human characteristics, biometrics is used as a form of identity access management and access control, and it services to identity individuals in groups that are under surveillance. In this article, we review the biometric-based authentication protocol by Althobati et al. and provide a security analysis on the scheme. Our analysis shows that Althobati et al.'s scheme does not guarantee server-to-user authentication. The contribution of the current work is to demonstrate this by mounting threat of data integrity and bypassing the gateway node on Althobati et al.'s scheme. In addition, we analysis the security vulnerabilities of Althobati et al.'s protocol.

본 논문에서는 이용자중심의 정보서비스를 제공하는 도서관경영과 사서와 이용자간의 관계를 통해 고객 만족도를 높이는 정보서비스 방안을 제시하기 위하여 CRM을 수행하였다. 또한 도서관 고객의 요구사항의 특성과 일반적인 CRM 시스템의 설계를 고찰하고, 도서관에서의 CRM 시스템에 대한 개념적 모델링 설계와 데이터사전, 이벤트 클레스를 작성하여 도서관 CRM 구축 방안을 제시하였다.

This study is intended to identify the factors affecting the successful information warehouse (IW) implementation through the technology acceptance model. As the IW has played an important role with the organizations, it has become a strategic management tool. However, because the building of an IWS requires a great amound of financing and a multi-period, managers should consider identifying the variables as a predictor of IWS success. The related research areas, such as TAM , TRA, and innovation diffusion theory, and previous research associated with the EWS success factors are reviewed in this paper. Based on the hypotheses presented , the study will empirically test the relationships between six external variable-user involvement, computer self-efficacy, OLAP characteristics, problem difficulty , user training and top management support-and system utilization via user's perceptions of ease of use, unusefulness. This study semmes to be a first attempt in this research area, and its results will provide general guidclines for IWS project managers to enhancement the like hood of system succes.

본 논문에서는 가상공간에서 다중 패스워드 관리와 변경을 수행하는 슈도피아 함수를 이용하여 효율적인 다중 패스워드 관리방안을 제안한다. 사용자와 웹사이트가 주어지면 슈도피아는 웹사이트에서 익명의 계정을 설정하는데 필요한 사용자 이름과 패스워드를 자동적으로 생성한다. 제안 방안에서 사용자는 자신의 경험과 연관된 "개인 엔트로피"를 사용하여 패스워드를 보호할 수 있다. 또한 본 방안은 전자상거래, 인터넷 뱅킹 시스템과 같은 인터넷 관련 응용에서 폭넓은 도구로 적용될 수 있다.

Recently, the development of the smart home field provides a range of services to install and keep the smart home appliance in a user's residential environment pleasantly. However, the conventional system method is not convenient enough to use properly because users have to select a device and manually operate the device on their own. In this paper, we propose a system to set the priority of the devices selected by the user and proceed with the task. When a user selects a device, the system recommends an optimal device associated with the device. The system compares and sets the priority of each device, carrying out the task one by one according to the set priority. Therefore, the proposed system is expected to provide users with increased convenience and more efficient task management.

It is necessary to correspond to building users' claims rapidly as much as possible in order to satisfy user's need, because the final tarket of building maintenance service is user of building. This paper investigates the time taken for receiving users' claims and the time taken for the service organization to respond to the claims in the office building; types of claims and service responses are analysed, through which the response characteristics of the maintenance management organization are evaluated with respect to users' claims. Throughout extensive simulation analysis, important performance measures such as mean time to repair and utilization of maintenance personnels have been investigated.

This paper is about the development of kiosks that provide four types of service. Simple UI and educational videos solve the complexity of existing kiosks and provide an intuitive and convenient screen to users. In addition, the AR function, which is a three-dimensional form, shows directions and store representative images. After storing user information in the DB, a learning model is generated using user-based KNN collaborative filtering to provide a recommendation menu. As a result, it is possible to increase user convenience through kiosks using metaverse and AI recommendation services. It is also expected to solve digital alienation of social classes who have difficulty using kiosks.
