전방으로 심하게 돌출된 전상악골로 인하여 구순성형술 및 비성형술의 결과가 악화 될 수 있다. 따라서 변위된 전상악골의 이상적인 위치로 재위치 시키려는 다양한 노력이 시도되어 왔다. 에디오피아와 같은 개발도상국에서는 어른이 되어서도 수술을 받지 못하는 구순구개열 환자가 많이 있다. 성인이 될 때까지 수술받지 못한 양측성 완전 구순구개열 환자에서는 근육, 골, 피부, 점막의 연속성이 없어서 전상악골이 심하게 전방으로 혹은 하방, 좌우측으로 변위된 경우가 대부분이다. 이 경우 구순성형술이 거의 불가능하며, 시도된다 할지라도 돌출된 전상악골 때문에 양쪽 구륜근을 봉합하여 주기가 대단히 어렵다. 따라서 이상적인 결과를 얻기 위해서는 구순성형술 전 혹은 동시에 전상악골의 재위치 술식이 필수적이다. 저자는 한국국제협력단에서 국제협력의사로 선발되어 에디오피아에서 30 개월간 근무하였다. 그 동안 다양한 양측성 완전 구순구개열 환자에서 전상악골의 재위치 술식을 경험하였다. 저자가 경험한 전상악골의 재위치 술식(전상악골의 재위치와 골이식술 동시 시행, 전상악골의 재위치와 구개열 성형술 동시시행)에 대하여 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 쿼드콥터 드론의 충돌방지를 위한 효율적인 자동제어 방법을 제안한다. 이 제어방법은 RC 조종기에서 노브를 이용하여 사용자가 제어하는 신호를 쿼드콥터의 리시버단에서 수신한 뒤 출력되는 PWM 신호들 중에서 쓰로틀, 피치, 롤 제어정보를 필요시 변경하는 방법으로 충돌을 방지한다. 충돌을 예측하기 위해서 전후, 좌우, 상하 6방향에 레이저 거리측정센서를 장착하고 주기적으로 거리를 측정한다. 그리고 측정 거리를 이용하여 장애물 유무를 판정하고 충돌이 예상되면 수신된 PWM 신호를 변경하여 쿼드콥터의 비행제어부로 전달함으로써 충돌을 방지하도록 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 충돌방지 방법을 쿼드콥터에 적용하여 실험을 통해 검증한 결과, 조종자 부주의 혹은 조종 미숙으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 충돌을 방지할 수 있어 안전성이 향상됨을 보였다.

We conducted a user-centered usability testing on the Android-based Mobile Augmentative Alternative Communication(AAC) Software. In this paper, we examined functionality, satisfaction, and ease of information searching for a specific function using a task scenario, and we investigated appropriateness of development purposes, contents, instructional strategies, usability, functions of management mode, and user interface of the mobile AAC to the communication needs of children who are nonverbal. We also examined user requirements, preference, satisfaction, and other personal opinions for the mobile AAC using an open feedback. In addition, we investigated users' preference for the size of mobile devices using 4.3", 5.0", and 7.0" mobile devices.

지역 사업에 있어서 주문 배달 시스템은 고객의 편의 제공 및 Franchise의 수익 구조에 큰 영향을 준다. 주문 배달 시스템에 있어서 중요한 점은 다양하게 존재하는 지역 정보들을 효과적으로 이용하는데 있다고 할 것이다. 현재 국내 사이트에서 구축되어 있는 지역 정보 관리 시스템은 분리된 해당 지역 정보만 제공하고 있는 실정이다. 즉, 통합된 체계의 정보 서비스가 되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 전국의 모든 지역 정보 관리를 시행하는 사이트는 전무한 상태이다. 본 논문의 부 프로세스에서는 지역 사업을 하는 데 있어 필요로 하는 다양한 지역 정보를 데이터베이스화하고 그에 따라 여러 가지 형태의 UI(User Interface)를 제공하고, 또한 상점에서 사용하는 사용자 프로그램의 개발과 상점의 특성을 파악하여 그에 맞는 컨텐츠를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 부 프로세스의 개발의 기반 구조가 되는 관리자 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 즉, 지역 사업을 합에 있어 초기 데이터 구축 및 사업권 영역의 확장 및 관리라는 측면을 고려할 때 각 지역을 관리하게 될 MF(Master Franchise)와 F(Franchise)가 협력하여 현지의 현실감 있는 정보를 즉시적으로 반영하며 구축해 나갈 수 있는 관리자 시스템을 개발한다.

계속적으로 변화하는 방대한 양의 EMS 데이터를 실시간 취득하여, 사용자가 원하는 데이터만 추출해서 원하는 포맷으로 저장하여 추후 활용할 수 있는 HDMS 시스템에 대하여 소개한다. HDMS 시스템은 K-EMS 과제의 일부분으로 개발되었다. 공유메모리를 사용하여 데이터를 처리하는 실시간 DBMS로부터 추출된 대용량 데이터를 고속으로 디스크 DBMS로 입력하고, 데이터 손실에 대한 Risk를 감소시키기 위하여 동적인 파티션 추가삭제를 통하여 자동으로 분산저장하며, 자동 백업 기능을 제공하여 사용자의 편의성을 증진한다. 데이터를 장기간 보관하고, 보관된 데이터에 대한 데이터 검색 기능을 제공하기 위하여 백업과 관련된 메타데이터를 관리한다. 관리된 메타데이터를 이용하여 사용자의 요구에 의해 백업파일을 시스템에 자동으로 복구하여 온라인 보관주기가 경과한 데이터에 대해 조회가 가능하도록 한다. HDMS시스템은 CIM 기반으로 데이터베이스가 구축되어 향후 K-EMS 외의 타 시스템과의 데이터 통합 및 연계가 용이하고 여러 분야에서 데이터 재활용이 가능할 것으로 예상된다.

Recently, the production process system is largely composed automatic system using the wired network. The production process system using wired network has disadvantages that take place expense when the installed and inspected production of equipment was replaced. The each equipment happens to repair cost for control and management in production processes. In this paper, the industrial equipment that applied for IEEE 802.15.4(ZigBee) technology solves a complicated space at the plant. And then when the industrial equipments replace wired network with wireless network, this paper studied its user interface.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of employee competence on the relationship between the utilization of non-regular workers and firm performance. Design/methodology/approach - This study utilized 427 firm level data from HCCP. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and the multiple regression analysis were conducted to verify the hypotheses. Findings - We found that the utilization of non-regular workers is not significantly related to firm performance. However, the utilization of non-regular workers had a negative relationship with employee competence, and that employee competence mediated the relationship between the utilization of non-regular workers and firm performance. Research implications or Originality - As environmental uncertainty and competition between firms intensify, more and more firms are utilizing non-regular workers. Research on the relationship between the utilization of non-regular workers and firm performance is continuously conducted, but research on the process of explaining the specific relationship between them is still insufficient. Our study contributes the related research area by identifying the mediating role of employee competence on the utilization of non-regular workers and firm performance relationship.

The aim of this study was to investigate changes in the weight of Zophobas morio larvae and mass of polystyrene foam when the larvae were fed polystyrene for 27 days. Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometry was used to determine whether the polystyrene was broken down by the larvae. Forty Z. morio larvae (four replicates with 10 larvae per replicate) were reared in a chamber under controlled conditions with polystyrene foam blocks as their sole diet. The weight of the Z. morio larvae and mass of the polystyrene foam decreased as a function of time. The average weight of the larvae and mass of the polystyrene foam blocks decreased by 16.3 and 6.5%, respectively, over the 27-day period. The FTIR spectrum of Z. morio larvae fed with polystyrene foam did not reveal the unique peaks associated with polystyrene. In conclusion, this study suggests the possibility of using Z. morio larvae as a management technology for degrading waste plastics without a negative environmental effect. The purpose of this study is to examine the the effect of organizational reputation on company commitment, turnover intention and the moderating effect of employer trust. Despite the progress of organizational reputation studies, There is a shortage of employee-perspective studies. This study considered the limitation of previous study and the help to the company. This study built a exploratory model that there is causal relationship of organizational reputatio to company commitment, turnover intention and the moderating effect of employer trust on the effect of company commitment, and turnover intention. To test hypotheses empirically, the data was collected from 239 iron and steel company's workers in Po-hang. The study showed following results. First organizational reputation had the effect on the company commitment and turnover intention significantly. a positve reputation in an organization is associate with commitment and negative reputation in an organization is associate with turnover. Second perceived employer trust played the role as the moderating variable in relation with the effect of reputation on the company commitment. The implication of these results to the union and the company, the limitation and the direction of future study were suggested.

Purpose: Infection with HIV-1 virus has become a critical worldwide public health problem. The oral complications of HIV infection with its progression of impairment of the host response to combat infection present unique challenges to the periodontists. Material and Methods : Medline research was carried out to find relationship of the progression of HIV infection to the occurrence of oral lesions including the HIV-related periodontal diseases. Results: The linear gingival erythema, necrotizing ulcerative periodontitis, necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis and oral candidiasis are common lesions in HIV-infected individuals. The linear gingival erythema and necrotizing ulcerative periodontitis lesions in HIV-infected subjects were found to have a similar microbiological profile. There are several general considerations in the periodontal management of the HIV-infected patient with or without periodontal disease. The altered immunity and host response in patients with HIV infection may also affect the incidence and severity of other common forms of periodontal disease not associated with HIV infection. Conclusion: Periodontal diseases in HIV-infected individuals present unique challenges in diagnosis, monitoring, treatment and maintenance. Therefore exact HIV staging, geographic location, antiviral and antimicrobial therapies and oral habits should be taken into consideration when treating HIV-infected patients.
