Weather Radar have played an important role in both precipitation observation and hydrological operations over several countries and evaluated its efficient and necessities for the developed flood management and control. This paper describe the factors influencing the design the hydrological radar network in Korea and develop Hydrological Radar Network Simulation Model (HRNSM) based on GIS and UI system. Moreover, the methodologies for geographical and hydrological feasibility analysis for radar network were provided in detail manner.

상용화 서비스를 앞둔 Wibro의 새로운 인터넷 접속 환경의 제공으로 이전의 무선인터넷의 많은 한계를 극복하고 완벽한 유비쿼터스 네트웍 환경의 실현을 목전에 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업에서 기존의 B2B 비즈니스 모델이 새로운 인터넷 접속 환경인 Wibro로 인해 어떻게 변경될 것 인가를 분석하였다. 그리고 Wibro 환경에서 모바일 비즈니스 성공을 위해 해결해야할 여러 가지 제약사항에 대하여 짚어 보았다. 제시한 프로세스 분석 및 평가 방법론은 기업이 Wibro 환경에서 기존 비즈니스 프로세스 변화에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있도록 한다.

본 논문에서는 영어 학원을 대상으로 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템을 적용, 웹(Web)상에서 학원교사와 관리자가 학생 개개인의 프로필, 성적, 출결, 상담 등의 학생관리 업무와 학원비 관련 회계를 동시에 처리 및 관리해 주는 웹 어플리케이션이다. 기존의 사용하기 복잡한 학원관리프로그램을 지양하며, 웹 사이트와 같은 메뉴와 페이지 단위 구성으로 누구에게나 친숙한 UI(User Interface)를 제공한다.

서비스 산업의 비중이 지속적으로 높아지면서 높은 서비스 품질 유지가 기업 성공의 필수과제가 되고 있다. 하지만 서비스 품질의 상당 부분은 주관적 품질이 주를 이루고 있어 이에 대한 정확한 측정이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 접점 서비스의 품질을 측정하는 것이 서비스 품질을 향상, 유지하는데 큰 도움이 될 것으로 판단하고, 기업의 서비스 모니터링 시행에 대한 사례연구를 통하여 서비스 품질측정의 다양한 기준을 제시하고 효과적인 서비스 모니터링 기준을 재정립하고자 한다.

Warranty cost usually involves complex factors paticularly when the product concerned consists of a great deal of parts. In spite of that it can be assessed by means of rather simple mathematical expression, it is possible to realistically appraise the sensitivity to any type of quality policy. This paper thus presents the mathematical concept related to the warranty cost and the general relationship showing that quality policy can be established in connection with the economic quality level.

This paper deals with an economical sampling plan, recently being concentrated on and, namely, investigates how to determine the basic concepts to settle the sampling plan of a minimum cost. On an inspection of sampling, a Linear Cost Model of a cost function which is concerned with the representative cost dements, is established and by the investigation of its possible solution economical single sampling plan for recitying inspection by attribute is suggested.
