Web 2.0 is a platform which produce various service offered data from many people and it is activity open space depend on user focused community in diversity web environment. Web 2.0 is simple link structure with web site connectivity in informations such as page to page in other words, it is meaning of developing of semantical and circumstantial connection. The core of web 2.0 is user participation. RSS, Mash-up, UCC are main service of web 2.0 which make user directly participate from center of service offer to center of user manufactured an informations and then they offer re-information to other areas, also user freely express what they want through UCC and blogger. However, recently it comes the argument of skeptic of web 2.0 problem. Thus, In this research I will try to give an right comprehension and will try to have more accurate prediction of web 2.0 with the study of open service of web which is the key of web 2.0 success in a future.

Recently, new interests on digital contents and UCC(User Created Content)s are growing fast through the development of internet. However, there have been many side-effects on those interests. The representative problems are perversing illegal copies and the distributions for personal valuable digital contents to unauthorized anonymous users. These decrease creation of good digital contents by interfering with the growth of information technology industry and the content provider#s creative will. To resolve these problems, in the paper, we propose a novel auction system for multimedia contents and bidding processes. The system applies the concept of used goods onto digital contents. Especially, the auction system is based on mobile environment. Finally, the performance evaluation shows that those main auction process algorithms indicate the time complexity of logarithm scale for insertions and searches. Therefore, the performance of the system is not significantly influenced by the amount of contents even though the volume of contents in the system is increasing.

Recently, multimedia applications using internet are increasing by emergency of UCC. The retrieval of photo, video, audio is a main issue to increase utility of access and efficiency of access time. But the exist multimedia applications do not provide the practical ranking system. They provide only simple ranking system using metric. This paper provides "PhotoToc", the user favor-based multimedia ranking system, that can provide differenced view to users. The proposed system has a to retrieve the user centered results.

This study sumed up general rules for measuring damages based on SGA, UCC, CISG, PICC legislated by on the base of English decision of Hadley v. Baxendale Concluding marks as follows : (1) General rule for measuring damages is a standard rule that is developed to place the aggrieved party in as good a position as if the party in breach performed the contract. (2) Damages may also be accompanied by other remedies (3) Damages has alternative character (4) Damages give the aggrieved party full compensation (5) It is enough for the aggrieved party simply to prove the non-performance for damages (6) Occurence of harm must be reasonably certain and a direct consequence of non-performance (7) while Rule for measuring damages an UCC is concrete CISG is comprehensive. (8) Although rule of UCC and CISG for damages measurement is a similar in many aspect but there are in expression and range of damage between them. (9) the result of this study will give researchers the opportunity to develope in depth and their report of research also contribute chance to perform business their effective oversea's trade
