The general description concerning the multi-line systems with the switching rules have been presented by Ahn. In this paper we derive some steady state probabilities for three mainly different kinds of systems. We assume that all of the systems are to have poisson input with the finite mean $1/\lambda$ and two servers with the negative exponentional service distribution where each has its own mean $1/u_i$. The notations follow the paper (Ahn, 1979).

Spectroscopic observations were made to study 42 emission line objects. The analysis of these long slit spectra shows that 15 out of 42 galaxies are blue compact galaxies. Among the 42 objects, 9 galaxies show the spectra of the typical starburst galaxy.

Objectives: The study recognizes the seriousness of depression in youth with atopic dermatitis, and tries to identify factors that affect depression. Methods: Data were obtained from the 2014 Korean Youth Health Behavior Risk Behavior On-line Survey. In this study, 17,232 people who were Atopic dermatitis without missing variables were included in the final analysis. It conducted frequency, chi-square and logistic regression analysis by SPSS 20.0. Results: An analysis of factors affecting depression showed that subjective health level, subjective happiness satisfaction, subjective sleep satisfaction, subjective stress level, smoking, and drinking had an effect. Conclusions: The factors affecting youth depression with atopic dermatitis revealed health status, life behavior. These results are thought to require attention and research on youth with atopic dermatitis, along with the development of practical treatment programs and systematic management by applying them to teenagers in an appropriate time and method.

In this paper, two new circuit structures for European and U.S. ultra-wide band(UWB) bandpass filters(BPFs) with sharp roll-off characteristics are introduced. We show first that the ultra-wide bandpass property is obtained from a $\lambda$/4 open T resonator with a capacitively coupled $\lambda$/4 short-circuited line, which provides two attenuation poles at lower and upper cutoff frequencies. Then, two identical capacitively coupled input/output lines, which can be $\lambda$/4-length open ends or $\lambda$/2-length short ends, with the T-resonator, are adopted to suppress lower and higher frequency components outside of the pass band. There is coupling between the input and output lines providing two additional transmission zeros in the lower and upper transition bands of the filter. Since the coupling between the T-resonator with the $\lambda$/4 short-circuited line and the input/output lines limits the bandwidth of the filter to the European UWB band, both the $\lambda$/4 short-circuited line and the input/output lines are inserted between the two stacked T-resonators for the U.S. UWB band. The filter structures are simulated with ADS and HFSS and realized with low-temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) green tape which has the dielectric constant of 7.8. Measurement results agree well with HFSS simulation results.

Methanolic and aqueous extracts from 37 seaweed species (10 green and 27 brown seaweeds) collected from Jeju Island coast were prepared at high ($70^{\circ}C$) and room ($20^{\circ}C$) temperatures and examined for cytotoxic activity against 4 tumor cell lines: U937 (human monoblastoid leukemia cell line), HL60 (human promyelocytic leukemia cell line), HeLa (woman cervical carcinoma cell line) and CT26 (mouse colon carcinoma line). Both MeOH extracts of Desmarestia tabacoides and Dictyota dichotoma possessed strong cytotoxic activities against all the tumor cell lines tested, but the aqueous extract exhibited no activity. On the other hand Ecklonia cava showed strong cytotoxic activities for the $20^{\circ}C$ aqueous extract against the three tumor cells except HeLa cell. Sagassum coreanum and Sagassum siliquastrum $20^{\circ}C$ aqueous extracts also exhibited strong cytotoxic activities against U937, HL60, HeLa cells. Even though green seaweeds showed less activity than brown seaweeds, $20^{\circ}C$ aqueous extracts of Codium contractum and Codium fragile exhibited strong cytotoxic activities against HL60 or CT26 cells, respectively.

Methanolic and aqueous extracts of 26 red algae species collected from Jeju Island coast were prepared at a high $(70^{\circ}C)$ and a room temperature $(20^{\circ}C)$ and were examined for their cytotoxic activity against 4 tumor cell lines: U-937 (human monoblastoid leukemia cell line), HL-60 (human promyelocytic leukemia cell line), B-16 (murine melanoma cell line) and HeLa (woman cervical carcinoma cell line). $20^{\circ}C$ methanolic extract of Polysiphonia japonica showed cytotoxic activity of over 50% against U-937, HL-60 and B-16 cells. On the other hand, the $20^{\circ}C$ aqueous extract of Scinaia okamurae and $70^{\circ}C$ aqueous extract of Chondrus crispus showed cell growth inhibition activity of more than 50% against HL-60 and B-16 cells. The highest cytotoxic activity was observed in the $20^{\circ}C$ aqueous extract of Scinaia okamurae against B-16 cells (80.55%).

The multiple ear and tiller line (MET), which was selected from a local maize collection and has been selected for earliness by selfing for five generations, was compared its plant characteristics with four U.S. leading hybrids. 1. The general plant growth was a little retarded by poor soil fertility and structure. 2. The fresh weight of the MET line was about 97.8% of the U.S. check varieties. 3. The dry weight of the MET line was also about 94.5% of the check U.S. hybrids (1,695 kg / 10a.). 4. The tillering and eating habits of the MET line had contributed toward increasing fresh and dry weight of the MET line. 5. The average plant height of the MET line was much less than those of the check varieties, due to the selfing depression manifested by the MET line, (234.7cm. of the MET vs 250.7cm. of the check) 6. Apparent differences of disease resistance was observed among varieties studied. The degree of plants infected with the black stripe mosaic virus was over 20% for the check U.S. hybrids, while less than 5% of the MET line was infected with the disease. 7. The grain yield per 10 a of the MET line was far below the check hybrids due to the inbreeding depression of the MET line. However, the kernel number per unit area of the MET line with small size kernel was much greater than that of the check hybrids. The 100 kernel weight of the MET line was around 10 grams. 8. The average fresh and dry matter weight of the three ($sorghum{\times}sudan$ grass) varieties was very much alike with those of the MET line. 9. In conclusion, the use of the MET line for silage production may have dual adventages because of its low seed price and of its small size kernels, which may reduce the amount of seeds required for planting in an unit area.
