본 연구는 U-City기반시설을 효율적으로 관리운영할 수 있는 절차와 적용 가능한 기술 제시를 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해서 기존 도시기반시설물의 관리운영 절차를 분석하고 이를 토대로 U-City기반시설의 관리운영의 절차를 제시하였으며, U-City기반시설의 관리운영 절차는 정기점검, 정밀 및 긴급점검, 정밀안전진단 그리고 일상업무와 긴급업무로 구분하였다. 또한 이러한 U-City기반의 시설물 관리운영에 필요한 기술들을 분석하고 적용 가능한 기술들을 제시하였다. 향후 본 연구를 토대로 U-City기반시설에 대한 관리운영 절차가 확립된다면 시설물 관리운영의 효율성과 안전성이 크게 개선될 것이다. U-City기반의 시설물의 관리는 결과적으로 대시민 서비스의 질 향상과 도시경쟁력 제고로 이어질 것이며, 이는 시민들이 안전하고 편리한 생활을 영위할 수 있는 환경 구축의 토대가 될 것이다.

The u-City construction plan being executed presently involves such problem that services are provided in a suppliers-oriented direction while there are not much discussions on what u-Services citizens should be provided with and what u-Services that city government the supplier shall provide. In order to implement citizen-friendly u-Services the type of u-Services that offer just the right services efficient and convenient for citizens, u-Services should be provided based on active researches on the citizens' use and utilization of u-Services rather than u-Services being provided in suppliers' perspective as so far. To that end, there need be recognition and well-organized methodology that u-Services should be provided through humane, social and scientific analysis of the citizens that are to be provided with u-Services. Thus, in this study, the process of u-Services being transmitted was re-interpreted as background theory to deduce and apply services appropriate for u-Residential Space, and service science for u-Services the scientific and overall approach to seek for service innovation was applied to the development of u-Service deduction method based on such background theory. The u-Service methodology developed based on service science is judged able to deduce and provide u-Services appropriate for the intended services through scientific analysis of citizen-friendly u-Services.

클라우드 환경이나 빅데이터 환경에서의 역할기반 또는 속성기반의 접근제어에는 계층적 모델을 표현하는 적당한 수학적 구조가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 역할기반 또는 속성기반의 접근제어의 계층적 모델을 구현할 수 있는 격자함의 대수에서 멀티플라이어와 단순 멀티플라이어의 개념을 정의하고, 모든 멀티플라이어는 단순 멀티플라이어임을 증명한다. 또한 격자함의대수 L의 멀티플라이어와 준동형사상의 관계를 조사하고, 각각의 $u{\in}L$에 대하여 격자 [0, u]와 격자 $[u^{\prime},1]$이 동치임과 $u{\vee}u^{\prime}=1$인 $u{\in}L$에 대하여 L과 $[u,1]{\times}[u^{\prime},1]$이 격자함의대수로써 동치임을 보인다.

As the ubiquitous computing technology (uT) is prevailing, applying uT is more likely to transform the legacy way of doing business to a new way with the goals of ubiquitous computing: strategic use of information resources by using them everywhere, every time, with any devices for any services. These opportunities naturally require the provision to assess the degree of the transformation from the legacy IT-based e-business to the uT-based business. However, research about assessing the degree of u-transformation has been still very few. Moreover, even deciding what is ubiquitous or not is obscure. Hence, this paper aims to propose the methodology for assessing the degree of u-transformation oriented by the teleology of ubiquitous service, which intends to fully make use of uT in creating new business of next generation. Through the literature review, we developed the methodology to check whether the provided service is ubiquitous or not based on the capabilities that technologies have. and then, the methodology developed to assess the technical requirements that the uT should have when the transformation is considered through the focus group interview based on the literature review of the capability. A two-layered approach is introduced to assess not only the level of ubiquity but also the degree of u-transformation.

The research carried out on thorium-based fuels indicates that these fuels can be considered as economic alternatives with improved physical properties and proliferation resistance issues. In the current study, neutronic assessment of $UO_2$ in comparison with two $(Th-^{233}U)O_2$, and $(Th-^{235}U)O_2$ thorium-based fuel loads in a heavy water research reactor has been proposed. The obtained computational data showed both thorium-based fuels caused less negative temperature reactivity coefficients for the modeled research reactor in comparison with $UO_2$ fuel loading. By contrast, $^{235}U$-containing thorium-based fuel and $^{235}U$-containing thorium-based fuel loadings in the thermal core did not drastically reduce the effective delayed neutron fractions and delayed neutron fractions compared to $UO_2$ fuel. A provided higher conversion factor and lower transuranic production in the research core fed by the thorium-based fuels make the fuel favorable in achieving higher cycle length and less dangerous and costly nuclear disposals.

This study is to suggest basic data for the policy on the energy demand and management of an U-based city compliant with characteristics of regions and districts in future city by conducting research on the energy consumption and management of an U-based city, considering city energy demand characteristics focused on the center district of Daegu metropolitan city. U-based city energy consumption and management solution is considered to be effective in establishing the guideline of environment-friendly urban architecture planning as well as the assessment of energy consumption characteristics in a city.

본 논문에서는 u-헬스케어 환경 상에서 안전하고 효율적으로 환자 인증 및 환자 개인 의료 정보를 보호할 수 있는 RFID 기반 환자 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안한 RFID 기반 환자 인증 프로토콜은 강인한 보안성과 효율성을 제공하여 주어, u-Hospital 및 u-Healthcare 같은 첨단 의료 환경상에서 환자 인증뿐만 아니라 환자 개인의 의료 정보를 안전하게 보호할 수 있음으로 실용적으로 사용되어 질 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 위치 기반 서비스로서의 U-Learning에 적용할 수 있는 구성 및 온톨리지 이론을 정의하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 위치 기반 서비스로서의 U-Learning에 대한 확실한 비전을 제공하고자 하였다. 상황 인식을 적용한 전형적인 U-Learning을 소개하였으며, 핵심 아이디어 및 기술적 개념을 포함한 학습 환경 구조도 소개하였다. 고급 정보통신 기술의 원리를 적용하여, 위치 기반 서비스로서의 U-Learning을 위한 인공지능 기반 상황 인식 개념도 정리하였다. 본 논문에서 언급하는 위치 기반 서스비로서의 U-Learning 및 하위 개념들은 새로운 패러다임을 제공할 것이며, 학습 환경 구조에 포함된 하위 요소들도 모두 제안하였다.

본 연구는 국민 친화적인 공공서비스를 발굴하고, 유비쿼터스 관련 산업의 발전을 도모하고자 우리나라에서 정책적으로 추진하고 있는 u-공공서비스의 정책 현황을 살펴보고, 본 정책의 계속적인 활성화를 위한 비전 및 추진전략을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 첫째, 본 연구는 u-기반 공공서비스 활성화 방안을 마련하고, 둘째, 실용중심의 핵심과제를 발굴하며, 셋째, 향후 u-공공서비스 활성화를 위한 산 학 연 관 협력 체제를 도출하는 데 목적이 있다.

심층 신경망(Deep Neural Network) 기반 음성 향상에서 입력 음성의 글로벌 정보와 로컬 정보를 활용하는 것은 모델의 성능과 밀접한 연관성을 갖는다. 최근에는 다중 스케일을 사용하여 입력 데이터의 글로벌 정보와 로컬 정보를 활용하는 중첩 U-Net 구조가 제안되었으며, 이러한 중첩 U-Net은 음성 향상 분야에도 적용되어 매우 우수한 성능을 보였다. 그러나 중첩 U-Net에서 사용되는 단일 skip connection은 중첩된 구조에 알맞게 변형되어야 할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문은 중첩 U-Net 기반 음성 향상 알고리즘의 성능을 최적화하기 위하여 다중 레벨 skip connection(multi-level skip connection, MLS)을 제안하였다. 실험 결과, 제안된 MLS는 기존의 skip connection과 비교하여 다양한 객관적 평가 지표에서 큰 성능 향상을 보이며 이를 통해 MLS가 중첩 U-Net 기반 음성 향상 알고리즘의 성능을 최적화시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 최종 제안 모델은 다른 심층 신경망 기반 음성 향상 모델과 비교하여서도 매우 우수한 성능을 보인다.
