I found following idea, as a result of researching his Science idea, mainly, by translation of the "$Zh\bar{a}ng$ xi $ch\acute{u}n$ $Xu\acute{e}$ $Sh\acute{u}$ ssu $hsi\acute{a}ng$ "(張錫純 學術硏究). $Zh\bar{a}ng$ xi $ch\acute{u}n$ regarded $ch\tilde{u}ng$ $ch\bar{u}ng$ $ts'\bar{a}n$ $hs\bar{l}$' (衷中參西) as the core idea of The Chinese-Western medical combination. He didn't segregate philosophy of the West from One of the Orient. He persued to harmonize each other and thought that the Western medicint theory is included in the Chinese one in many parts. besides, He recognized that it is bad to reject each other, for the medical science's purpose is to save a life, and united The Chinese-Western medicine theory, by $ch\acute{u}ng$ $ch\tilde{u}ng$ $ch\bar{u}ng$ $ts'\bar{a}n$ $hs\bar{l}$'(衷中參西) idea which refers to consult the Western medicine on the basis of the Chinese one. Medical basic theory of $Zh\bar{a}ng$ xi $ch\acute{u}n$ brought up new views of the theory : Dae-gi(大氣), gi-Hwa(氣化) theory, Nongangubgan byung juing chi(論肝及肝病證治), Eum her chijung ja bi(陰虛治重滋脾). Lim Sangeung yong(臨床應用) of Hyul Her gub(血虛及)-Hwal Hyul Hwa $\breve{u}$ bub(活血化瘀法), on the basis of classics, such as, "$N\breve{e}i$ Ching"(內經), "Chin Kue $\breve{i}$ $y\bar{a}o$ $l\ddot{u}{\bar{e}}h$, "Shen $n\acute{u}ng$ $p\breve{e}n$ $t\acute{s}{\check{a}}o$ ching"(新農本草經) etc. I'll sum up $Zh\bar{a}ng$ xi $ch\acute{u}n's$ clinical idea now He unified Sang Han(像寒)-On Byung(溫病) with Yuk Kyung Byung Jung(六經辨證) and It was noticiable to utilize a kinds of Baek Ho Tang(白虎湯). He gave a detailed description about a method of grasp the symptoms of the cause of the internal medicine diseases and pathology and, he left abundant views of theory about using remedy and experience of clinic.

It has been well known that mushroom polysaccharide extracts have superoxide and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities. So we studied the efficacy and anti-oxidative effect of mushroom(Auricularia auricula U.) in rats treated with water and ethanol extracts of Auricularia auricula U after inducing dryness of skin by the application of detergent. The results of the research for of the efficacy and anti-oxidative effect Auricularia auricula U. are as follows thats. Weight gain and feed intake in animals treated with water extracts and ethanol extracts are significantly higher(p<0.05) than animal treated with detergent. Animals treated with water extracts of Auricularia auricula U. compared to animals treated with ethanol extracts have the higher HDL-cholesterol levels in the blood and the lower LDL-cholesterol levels in the blood. SOD-like activity of the ethanol extracts of Auricularia auricula U. was $27.39{\pm}1.61%$ at 2000ppm.

유비쿼터스 IT시대에 우리사회가 적절하게 대응하여 국민의 삶의 질을 향상시킴은 물론 새로운 성장 동력을 마련하는데 도움을 줄 수 있도록 u-City 서비스에 개발에 대한 움직임이 강하게 일고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 u-City내에서 발생할 수 있는 교통상황에 대하여 시민들에게 정보를 제공 할 수 있도록 교통정보관리 서비스에 관한 정의서를 작성 하였다. U-Transportation 교통정보관리 서비스의 프로세스, 서비스 주요기능을 정의하고, 비즈니스 모델 및 R&R, 시스템 구성 및 주요 기술, U-Space 공간적용을 분석하였다. 이를 통하여, u-Ctiy 내의 새로운 서비스 모델을 적용하고자 한다.

It is well-known fact that Korean medicine is related to Taoism. Dong-$\breve{u}$ibogam(東醫寶鑑) was written by Heo-Jun(許浚) in Jo-seon(朝鮮) dynasty. Heo-Jun complied all of past studies on Korean medicine in this book. On the basis of Naegyoung(內徑), he accepted the theory of four eminent physicians of the K$\breve{u}$m and Won Dynasty(金元時代) in ancient China and Eubangyouchui(醫方類聚), $\breve{U}$irimch'waryo(醫林撮要), Hyang-yakjips$\breve{o}$ngbang(鄕藥集成方) in Jo-seon. Especially, Dong-$\breve{u}$ibogam is so characteristic of Taoism than any other medical books written in China or Korea before. In this study, I researched the relation between Dong-$\breve{u}$ibogam and Taosim on the views of authors, organization, reference hooks, contents.

It is childhood yet in uTradeHub system practical use. According as company's necessity of cost-saving is increased according to trade terms aggravation such as uncertainty of international money market, commodities prices rise, necessity of e-trade practical use in company is increased. Use is inevitable by state that link with e-Nego and e-B/L service with related presentation e-L/C banks is not made. At the present users are doing specification only service this main point, and practical use activation through public information and marketing about service is needed situation because most of, companies which is not using service, do not know about existence availability of uTradeHub system, usage, availability. This study presented five such as early materialization of user center's link and integration, medium and small enterprises e-trade participation extension, utilization ratio raising through government's public information, e-trade cooperation business activation between the country, electronic documents standardization etc. by prompting competition about practical use of uTradeHub system.

In this paper, a new splicing method was applied to design the girder section of bridges with the span length of 25m, 30m, 35m, 40m and 45m. A U-type precast prestressed section was also determined for each bridge. Additionally, the sectional area, beam depth and Guyon's efficiency factor of the spliced U-type sections in each span were analyzed in comparison with the present I-type PSC bridges. As a result, in spite of an increase of 31%∼50% in the sectional areas compared with the I-type precast girders, the spliced U-type the beam depth of the spliced U-type girder was designed as 2,050 mm compared with the I-type precast girder of 2,600mm in a 40m span bridge. The sectional efficiency factors of the spliced U-type sections were analyzed as 0.76∼0.99. It shows that the spliced U-type sections ar of a superior structural efficiency in contrast to the average sectional efficiency factor of 0.66 value in the I-type girders.

Neuromedin, a neuropeptide, which is involved in various functions that include contractile activity on smooth muscle, controlling the blood flow and ion transport in the intestine, increased blood pressure and regulation of adrenocortical function. It is involved in the pathophysiology of various immune mediated inflammatory diseases like asthma. In this study, we have performed protein-protein docking analysis of neuromedin U - neuromedin U receptor 1 complex. We have developed homology models of neuromedin U, and selected a reliable model using model validation. The model was docked with the receptor model, to analyse the crucial interactions of the complex. This study could be helpful as a tool in developing novel and potent drugs for the diseases related with neuromedin U receptor 1.

This paper presents numerical estimation of burst pressures of axial cracked U-bend tubes, considering the U-bending process analysis. The validity of the FE simulations is confirmed by comparing with published experimental data. From parametric analyses, it is shown that existing EPRI burst pressure estimation equations for straight tubes can be conservatively used to estimate burst pressures of the U-bend tubes. This is due to the increase in yield strength during the U-bending process. The degree of conservatism would decrease with increasing the bend radius and with increasing the crack depth.

In this article, we study the existence and multiplicity of homoclinic solutions for the following fourth-order differential equation (1) u⁽⁴⁾(x) + ωu''(x) + a(x)u(x) = f(x, u(x)), ∀x ∈ ℝ where a(x) is not required to be either positive or coercive, and F(x, u) = ∫^u₀ f(x, v)dv is of subquadratic or superquadratic growth as |u| → ∞, or satisfies only local conditions near the origin (i.e., it can be subquadratic, superquadratic or asymptotically quadratic as |u| → ∞). To the best of our knowledge, there is no result published concerning the existence and multiplicity of homoclinic solutions for (1) with our conditions. The proof is based on variational methods and critical point theory.

최근 E-러닝 발전과 함께 U-러닝에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있으며 이와 관련된 다양한 관련 표준들이 채택되고 있다. 기존의 E-러닝 관련 기술들이 웹에 기반한 학습을 지향하였다면 U-러닝에서는 다양한 환경에서 학습자가 학습의 맥락을 이어가며 학습을 하는 것으로서 언제, 어디서나, 누구나 학습을 진행하여 생활의 학습화를 지원할 기술을 필요로 한다. 즉, U-러닝에서는 다양한 사용 환경에서 학습이 이루어지므로 사용 환경에 적합한 학습이 이루어져야 하고, 이를 위해 사용 환경 맞춤형 콘텐츠 적응화 기술이 필요하다. 크게 사용 환경 맞춤형 콘텐츠 적응화 기술은 다양한 단말기 정보를 포함한 사용 환경 정보를 표현할 수 있는 기술과 사용자의 사용 환경 정보를 분석하는 기술, 사용 환경에 적합한 콘텐츠를 구성하는 기술로 구성된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지식서비스 USN 산업원천 기술개발 과제의 세부과제인 'U-러닝 환경 표준 및 표준 명세 개발 및 검증' 과제에서 콘텐츠 적응화를 위해 연구 개발된 사용 환경 정보를 표현하는 U-러닝 프로파일에 대하여 소개한다.
