IT 기술의 발전으로 전 세계적으로 M2M시장이 급부상 하고 있는 가운데 언제 어디서나 이용할 수 있도록 정보통신기술을 토대로 제공되는 보건의료 서비스인 U-헬스케어 서비스에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있다. 그와 더불어 국내외 적으로 U-헬스케어 시장의 확산에도 불구하고 U-헬스케어 장치에 대한 보안 시스템의 구축은 아직 미흡한 편이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 U-헬스케어 서비스의 새로운 비즈니스 모델과 정보를 주고받는 네트워크상의 문제점과 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.

An Airport is important space and even stands for the country because diverse people from other countries use a variety of facilities in the gateway to the country. Therefore, It is urgent for those people to increase efficiency and convenience of its usage. But we have a problem with process of passenger and this paper with the object of finding the solution in case study. This paper focus on information system, especially Intelligent Airport Information System to streamline process of passenger. There are a few of countries adopted this system in process. Therefore, IIAC(Incheon International Airport Corporation) establishing u-Information HUB System. It is unique and differential characteristics to Facilitation and increase passenger's satisfaction. u-Information HUB system unified stakeholder's process of Facilitation in Air Traffic Sides. u-Information HUB system gets the highest state of efficiency to Facilitation. 21세기 새로운 IT 혁명인 유비쿼터스 환경을 목표로 여러 IT 분야들은 모든 사물의 지능화를 위해 여러 기술들을 탐구하고 있다. 그 중의 하나인 RFID 시스템은 비접촉 대상물 인식을 수행하는 무선 통신 기술이다. Tag와 Reader간의 비접촉인식을 이루는 RFID 시스템은 Reader IC인 U2270B 칩이 핵심이다. 효율적으로 U2270B의 사용을 위해서는 RFID reader의 안테나 설계, 안정화된 전력공급, 그리고 작동모드 제어 등의 전반적인 기술적 이해가 필요하다. U2270B의 동작을 위한 구성은 안테나를 통한 전자장 형성과 전자유도 결합으로 동작하는 Tag와의 통신이다. 본 연구에서는 저주파수 대역 RFID Reader에 사용되는 U2270B의 구성에 대한 기본 개념과 H/W 구현에 대하여 설명하고, 실제 구현된 시스템과 각 부분의 실측 파형을 제시함으로써 환자 인증용 RFID 시스템 적용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Sex education in the U.K. follows an ideal model, co-operation where ever possible between homes, schools, and communities, whereas in Korea schools are mostly responsible for sex education. Moreover, Central Government and LEAs are deeply involved in school sex education in the U.K., in contrast, the concrete help at Government level is very limited in Korea though the necessity of sex education is acknowledged. These differences be accounted for by the different social and cultural backgrounds of the two countries, especially given the different thoughts of the people-oriental and occidental-. In the U.K., sex education has been a compulsory subject in secondary schools since 1994 (by the Education Act 1993), and it is well managed with the support at Government level as compared with that of Korea. Sex education in the U.K. may give some lessons for practising and developing sex education in Korea because the people in both countries have similarly conservative thinking about school sex education and it is implemented very carefully in the U.K.. In this article, a general comparison of background, policy, aims, content, management, teacher training, and materials of sex education between the two countries is made.

In Korea, livestock has grown into the most value-added business in the agricultural and forest industry. But due to the recent outbreak of deadly infectious diseases such as foot-and-mount disease and avian influenza (AI), the demand for IT-enabled cutting-edge management system is getting stronger. As for humans, pilot projects and researches concerning U-healthcare have been carried out since early 2000. So this study explored the current progress of U-healthcare introduction, and suggested the strategies to develop technologies of collecting, processing, and utilizing information; to apply elements for a service model development and prioritization; to provide policy and institutional support. Therefore it is expected to vitalize the livestock U-healthcare in the future through continuous study based on these results.

새로운 미디어와 창의적인 발상으로 유비쿼터스 기반 상거래에 대한 요구는 날로 증가하고 있다. 사용자 참여형 U-commerce 비즈니스 시나리오를 구성하고, 이에 따라 디지털 아이템 상거래에 필요한 요구사항을 정의한다. 이를 위하여, 각 단계 별로 수익모델을 중심으로 서비스 흐름을 고찰하고, IPTV를 비롯한 휴대폰, 텔레매틱 단말, PDA 등 각종 U-Commerce 서비스가 가능한 단말에서의 양방향 서비스를 고찰하며, 설계된 분류체계를 SOA 기반 U-commerce의 실질적인 운영에 이를 활용가능하게 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히, 본 논문에서는 UCC와 같은 P2P를 중심으로 하여 SOiVA(Service Oriented interactive Video Application)를 활용한 U-commerce 운영 서비스 요구사항을 연구하였다.

The first full-scale u-City operation has started in Dongtan u-City. As local cities take over and operates the u-City, unexpected issues arise such as securing the budget of operating costs and self-providing the costs with business models utilizing the u-City assets. The paper presents a strategy for solving these issues. The strategy provides a foundation(infrastructure) for long-term operation models which may reduce the long-term operation costs. In order to establish the economic operating framework of u-City, suggested are some cost-reduction models based on the operating costs structure. For each model, a base framework with comparative analysis of operating costs is provided. With these models, each u-City may select a relevant model according to the characteristics of it. We hope that the framework provides the foundation for efficient and sustainable u-City operations.

This paper presents the strategies of implementing the u-business standardization efficiently in Korea. To do this, it outlines the architecture of various u-business technologies, identifies the current situations and problems of each sub-technology, and suggests five implementation strategies that could be useful for Korea to catch up with the advanced countries and then stand as a global leader in the u-business industry.

To control the sphere, it required a strategic understanding to sphere and a power for overcome to it. In the early 20th century, the Pacific-War is a confrontation between the U.S. and the Japan for holding supremacy a pacific ocean sphere, building on maritime geopolitical perception. The Pacific ocean is a large of sphere, so if a country pursues a Pacific region supremacy, it needs a strategic perception and capability to control the sphere. After the U.S. has unified the continental, it has formed geopolitical perception in the Pacific ocean and by the way to control the Pacific ocean selected a naval power. The U.S. must have overcome a Pacific sphere for getting through to the Pacific region, this concept has developed the War Plan Orange(war plan relations with the Japan). Meanwhile, at this point of time, the Japan has recognized to a geopolitical point of view about security environment in the Pacific ocean. like as the U.S. has the War Plan Orange in mind for building on geopolitical perception of the Pacific ocean, the Japan also has learned geopolitical perception from the U.S. Because of this, the Japan has established the Interception-Attrition strategy(war plan relations with the U.S.). If we don't have overcome a sphere of the Pacific ocean, we don't hold hegemony of the Asia-Pacific region. So the analysis of perspective maritime geopolitics about the Pacific war is a meaningful study.
