DNA fragments, homologous to the dTDP-D-glucose 4,6-dehydratase gene, obtained from the genomic DNA of Streptomyces antibioticus $T\ddot{u}99$, a producer of the unusual macrolide antibiotic chlorothricin, were cloned and sequenced. This dehydratase gene was designated as oxil. The coding region of the oxil gene is composed of 987 bp, and analysis of the DNA sequence data reveals sequences for the gene products of 329 amino acids (molecular weight of 36,037). The deduced amino acids are 59% identical to the StrE, dTDP-D-glucose 4,6-dehydratase from the streptomycin pathway. The oxil's function was examined by expressing it in E. coli using the T7 RNA polymerase/promoter system (pRSET) to produce an active fusion protein including a his tag. This enzyme shows specificity of substrate, specific only to dTDP-D-glucose.

Subnormality of bounded weighted composition operators on $L^2({\Sigma})$ of the form $Wf=uf{\circ}T$, where T is a nonsingular measurable transformation on the underlying space X of a ${\sigma}$-finite measure space (X, ${\Sigma}$, ${\mu}$) and u is a weight function on X; is studied. The standard moment sequence characterizations of subnormality of weighted composition operators are given. It is shown that weighted composition operators are subnormal if and only if $\{J_n(x)\}^{+{\infty}}_{n=0}$ is a moment sequence for almost every $x{{\in}}X$, where $J_n=h_nE_n({\mid}u{\mid}^2){\circ}T^{-n}$, $h_n=d{\mu}{\circ}T^{-n}/d{\mu}$ and $E_n$ is the conditional expectation operator with respect to $T^{-n}{\Sigma}$.

This study developed learning content and web pages providing information on Health/Functional Food (HFF) for consumers who come across information indiscriminately from a variety of advertising media such as the Internet and TV. After coming to an understanding of the current situation through literature review and fact-finding, we collected information and commercials on HFF that are exposed to consumers. Focusing on advanced countries such as the U.S. and Japan, we examined the current status of consumer education programs, especially in terms of HFF industry. Further, we referred to the guidelines for consumer education provided by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and monitored the information from a web site that sells dietary supplementary products in the U.S. In addition, we surveyed consumer information on foods for special health use provided by the Japanese National Institute of Health & Nutrition, and investigated a DB of raw materials of function food (functionality/safety documents). Upon a literature review, the 13 functions of HFF were classified. As a result of conducting interviews with consumers, we developed content that was fit for consumers' perspectives. Through this research, we established a web page to enable people to search for information by function and then by raw material. After searching for information by raw materials, searching products by raw materials can be done in cooperation with E-marketplace. Subsequently developed content and education programs were offered on an HFF web page, which has been in operation since 2005. Therefore, it is expected that appropriate information on HFF will be available.

In this paper, we investigate the high order difference counterpart of $Br{\ddot{u}}ck^{\prime}s$ conjecture, and we prove one result that for a transcendental entire function f of finite order, which has a Borel exceptional function a whose order is less than one, if ${\Delta}^nf$ and f share one small function d other than a CM, then f must be form of $f(z)=a+ce^{{\beta}z}$, where c and ${\beta}$ are two nonzero constants such that $\frac{d-{\Delta}^na}{d-a}=(e^{\beta}-1)^n$. This result extends Chen's result from the case of ${\sigma}(d)$ < 1 to the general case of ${\sigma}(d)$ < ${\sigma}(f)$.

Paperless trade is a new trade paradigm that has innovated on traditional trade procedures, which relied on manual work in the past, and applied an IT-based e-document standard. To realize paperless trade in Korea, a lot of efforts have been made. Korea has overcome many difficulties, a lack of awareness, trials and errors, etc. at the initial introduction stage and strived to establish a stable infrastructure through the government's policy support and active cooperation with the trade business communities and related organizations. Now, Korea became a well-known leader in IT industry, especially in the paperless trade infrastructure and strategic policies. The one-stop trading system named 'uTradeHub' is operated by a paperless trade service provider, Korea Trade Network(KTNET). uTradeHub includes trade finance and settlement, customs clearance and export and import logistics, improving trading procedures and reducing related expenses. Private-Public joint efforts from Korean government and private sectors which have respectively fulfilled their role and function with market-oriented practical policies and strategies has lead Korea a world leading country in paperless trade. Moreover, Korea expended its efforts to the global areas. Korea has started to activate multi-national paperless trade alliances such as PAA(Pan-Asia e-Commerce Alliance), ASEAL(Asia Europe Alliance for Paperless Trading) as well as established the bilateral cooperative networks with China and Taiwan. The one-stop trading system, uTradeHub should keep close cooperations between nations since trade itself is implemented in a cross-border ways. In the near future, it is expected uTradeHub can achieve best results in the simplification of procedures and cost savings when an international linkage is completely established with international cooperations.

This study summarizes the results of tests on 18 two-slab push out specimens. The main purpose of tile survey was to evaluate the capacity and behavior of stud shear connectors embedded in high strength normal concrete (F$\sub$c/=260～390kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$). The normal concrete was made with crushed stones and natural sand near the Han River. Two different diameters (ø19mm, ø16 mm) of stud shear connectors were used for push out specimens. The following conclusions were drawn from this study. 1) The shear strength of stud connectors embedded in high strength concrete (F$\sub$c/=260～390kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$) was influenced by tensile stress of the stud shear connectors. The following empirical function described the test results: q$\sub$u/=0.5A$\sub$s/√F$\sub$c/E$\sub$c/$\leq$0.7A$\sub$u/F$\sub$u/ 2) The maximum load in this study was reached at slips varying from 2.5～6mm.

Background: The presence of visuospatial impairment can make patients slow functional recovery and impede the rehabilitation process in TBI patients. Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate effects of prism adaptation treatment for functional outcomes in patients following traumatic brain injury. Methods: The subject received prism adaptation treatment for 2 weeks additionally during traditional rehabilitation for 4 weeks. The Patient has prism adaptation treatment while wearing wedge prisms that shift the external environment about $12^{\circ}$ leftward. The patient received 10 sessions, 15-20min each session. Outcome measures were visuospatial deficit(line bisection, latter cancellation), Visual and spatial perception(LOTCA-visual perception and spatial perception), motor function of upper extremity(FMA U/E; Fugl-Meyer motor assessment upper extremity, ARAT; Action research arm test), balance(BBS; Berg Balance Scale), mobility(FAC; Functional ambulation classification) and functional level(FIM; Functional independent measure). All Assessments took place on study entry and post-treatment assessments were performed at discharge from the hospital. Results: After prism adaptation, the visuospatial impairment scores improved as indicated in the line bisection(-15.2 to -6.02), latter cancellation(2 to 0) and LOTCA- spatial perception scores(7 to 9). The upper motor function improved as indicated in the scores of affected FMA U/E(21 to 40) and ARAT(4 to 22). Ambulation and balance improved as indicated in the BBS scores(25 to 38) and FAC scores(0 to 4). ADL function improved as indicated in the FIM total scores 54 to 70(motor 34 to 61, cognition 20 to 29). Conclusion: Prism adaptation did improve functional level such as motor functions and ADL abilities in TBI patient. Further research is recommended.

Terzaghi's theory of one-dimensional consolidation is restricted in its applicability to relatively thin layers and small incremental loading. Because it is assumed to infinitesimal strain and linear material function. For this reason, Gibson et al established a rigorous formulation for the one-dimensional nonlinear finite strain consolidation theory. There are some difficulties in the application of finite strain consolidation theory. The developed program consisted of several forms and modules. These forms and modules with graphic-user-interfaced format are used in analysis of consolidation practices. For the purpose of verification of developed program. the results of case study and prediction of developed program are compared. The results of comparison is fairly well with prediction and measured data. And with varying finite strain consolidation parameter, g(e) or λ(e), the sensitivity of predicted values were examined.

In this paper, we studied on the effective structure of an e-Learning Korean Support System for foreigner based on computer systems which is to obey the rules of IMS/AICC International Standard regulations based on LCMS and SCORM. The most important task on this study is to support the function of self-study module through the review of the analysis and results of Korean learning and learning customs. We studied the effective PMS detail modules as well as the Standard Competency Module Management System, which related to LMS/LCMS, Learning an Individual Competency Management System, Competency Registry/Repository System, Knowledge Management System based on Community Competency Module, Education e-survey System and Module learning Support Service System. We suggested one of standard Effective Model of learning Korean Support System which is adopted in a various techniques for foreigner.

In this thesis I analyzed that V5.2 protocol function is effective to fulfill all of the services that are provided at the existing local exchange. I analyzed this in five methods that refer to ETSI inside patronage. I experimented turnaround time by Start-up method and verified V5.2 protocol function when Start-up. Also I confirmed stability of system by the reconstruction-ability experiment related E1 switch over. I verified V5.2 protocol function through PSTN call process that uses a special service test and local call simulator. As a result of experiment, I confirmed the best method when simultaneous Start-up. V5.2 protocol function was excellent and It becomes switch over at 1/1000 seconds when E1 is out of service. V5.2 protocol function was effective to fulfill all of the special services that are provided at local exchange and its long call process ability was superior to KT standard with 4 fails in 20000 calls. Through the experiment, it was proved that V5.2 interface will become a significant element of communication network when after LE side expanse of v5 interface ID with TDX-100 exchanger and the AN occurrences OOS by message transmission limit and call disconnect when E1 switch over are improved.
