The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of medicinal plants application as an edible functional food resource. We carried out to develop a traditional functional beverage by using hot-water extraction of 4 medicinal plants (Polygonatun sibiricum, Ophiopogonis radix, Lycii fructus, Schizandriae frutcus) and we examined the effects of drink on physiological response during exercise and recovery phase. The subjects were male baseball players, and exercise protocol was performed with 45 minutes treadmill running and 85% VO$_2$ max intensity. Brix, pH and titratable acidity of developed drink were 9.5%, 3.3 and 0.22%. The approximate nutritional composition of beverage was carbohydrate, 5.98%, total dietary fiber, 0.42%, crude protein, 0.70%, crude fat, 0.20% and crude ash, 0.20%. Developed. traditional functional beverage contained K (4.00 mg%), Na (3.68mg%), Ca (2.54mg%), Mg (1.60mg%) and Fe (0.29mg%). Developed beverage drinking group showed a lowest heart rate during exercise and recovery phase than the other two group (water group and ion beverage group). In the change of blood lactate concentration, developed beverage intake group showed a significant lowest values during exercise and recovery phase. And blood hematocrit values and osmolarity were lowest in the developed beverage intake group. In these results, exercise performance capacity was expected to improve most highly with the developed drink from composition with medicinal plants. Also developed beverage was effective in recovery of exercise-induced fatigue. Thus developed drink with medicinal plants can be used as a functional material improving decrease fatigue effects in beverage industry.

In general, exploratory data analysis consists of three processes: i) assessment of clustering tendency, ii) cluster analysis, and iii) cluster validation. This analysis method requiring a number of iterations of step ii) and iii) to converge is computationally inefficient. In this paper, we propose a density function-based approximate fuzzy clustering method with a hierachical structure which consosts of two phases: Phase I is a features(i.e., number of clusters and cluster centers) extraction process based on the tendency assessment of a given data and Phase II is a standard FCM with the cluster centers intialized by the results of the Phase I. Numerical examples are presented to show the validity of the proposed clustering method.

Image always carry useful information, detecting a text from scene images is imperative. The proposed work's purpose is to recognize scene text image, example boarding image kept on highways. Scene text detection on highways boarding's plays a vital role in road safety measures. At initial stage applying preprocessing techniques to the image is to sharpen and improve the features exist in the image. Likely, morphological operator were applied on images to remove the close gaps exists between objects. Here we proposed a two phase algorithm for extracting and recognizing text from scene images. In phase I text from scenery image is extracted by applying various image preprocessing techniques like blurring, erosion, tophat followed by applying thresholding, morphological gradient and by fixing kernel sizes, then canny edge detector is applied to detect the text contained in the scene images. In phase II text from scenery image recognized using MSER (Maximally Stable Extremal Region) and OCR; Proposed work aimed to detect the text contained in the scenery images from popular dataset repositories SVT, ICDAR 2003, MSRA-TD 500; these images were captured at various illumination and angles. Proposed algorithm produces higher accuracy in minimal execution time compared with state-of-the-art methodologies.
The Morlet wavelet transform method is proposed to analyze a single interferogram with spatial carrier frequency that is captured by an optical interferometer. The method can retain low frequency components that contain the phase information of a measured optical surface, and remove high frequency disturbances by wavelet decomposition and reconstruction. The key to retrieving the phases from the low-frequency wavelet components is to extract wavelet ridges by calculating the maximum value of the wavelet transform amplitude. Afterwards, the wrapped phases can be accurately solved by multiple iterative calculations on wavelet ridges. Finally, we can reconstruct the wave-front of the measured optical element by applying two-dimensional discrete cosine transform to those wrapped phases. Morlet wavelet transform does not need to remove the spatial carrier frequency components manually in the processing of interferogram analysis, but the step is necessary in the Fourier transform algorithm. So, the Morlet wavelet simplifies the process of the analysis of interference fringe patterns compared to Fourier transform. Consequently, wavelet transform is more suitable for automated programming analysis of interference fringes and avoiding the introduction of additional errors compared with Fourier transform.
< TABLE > tags in HTML documents are widely used for formatting layout of Web documents as well as for describing genuine tables with relational information. As a prerequisite for information extraction from the Web, this paper presents an efficient method for sophisticated table detection. The proposed method consists of two phases: preprocessing and attribute-value relations extraction. For the preprocessing where genuine or ungenuine tables are filtered out, appropriate rules are devised based on a careful examination of general characteristics of < TABLE > tags. The remaining is detected at the attribute-value relations extraction phase. Specifically, a value area is extracted and checked out whether there is a syntactic coherency Futhermore, the method looks for a semantic coherency between an attribute area and a value area of a table that may be inappropriate for the syntactic coherency checkup. Experimental results with 11,477 < TABLE > tags from 1,393 HTML documents show at the method has performed better compared with previous works, resulting in a precision of 97.54% and a recall of 99.22% in average.

Scene graphs serve as semantic abstractions of images and play a crucial role in enhancing visual comprehension and reasoning. However, the performance of Scene Graph Generation is often compromised when working with biased data in real-world situations. While many existing systems focus on a single stage of learning for both feature extraction and classification, some employ Class-Balancing strategies, such as Re-weighting, Data Resampling, and Transfer Learning from head to tail. In this paper, we propose a novel approach that decouples the feature extraction and classification phases of the scene graph generation process. For feature extraction, we leverage a transformer-based architecture and design an adaptive calibration function specifically for predicate classification. This function enables us to dynamically adjust the classification scores for each predicate category. Additionally, we introduce a Distribution Alignment technique that effectively balances the class distribution after the feature extraction phase reaches a stable state, thereby facilitating the retraining of the classification head. Importantly, our Distribution Alignment strategy is model-independent and does not require additional supervision, making it applicable to a wide range of SGG models. Using the scene graph diagnostic toolkit on Visual Genome and several popular models, we achieved significant improvements over the previous state-of-the-art methods with our model. Compared to the TDE model, our model improved mR@100 by 70.5% for PredCls, by 84.0% for SGCls, and by 97.6% for SGDet tasks.
In this research work the potentialities of microemulsion bulk liquid membrane for the selective transport of L-tryptophan (L-Trp) and L-tyrosine (L-Tyr) are investigated at 298.15 K. Reversed micelle formed by sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinate (AOT) in dichloroethane, was used as mobile carrier to transport amino acids between a source and a receiving aqueous phase. The effects of pH, surfactant concentration and initial amino acid concentration on the extraction efficiency and transfer rate of the amino acids were studied. It is verified that for a mixture of two amino acids, L-Trp can be extracted selectively by using this type of the bulk liquid membrane with optimized condition.

In this investigation work, liquid-liquid extraction (L.L.E) through three distinctive frameworks have been examined for assurance of slip velocity (S.V), and characteristic velocity (C.V) in a non-center rotating column (N.C.R.C) with a wide extend of factors. Three double frameworks with distinctive interfacial tension comprising of toluene-water (high interfacial tension), n-butyl acetate-water (medium interfacial tension), and n-butanol-water (low interfacial tension) were investigated for tests. Two common relationships for the expectation of S.V and C.V, including phase stream rates, rotor speed, column geometry additionally physical properties, are displayed. The recommended relationships were compared with test information gotten from the writing and the display examination. Findings of this study, the present proposed correlations are more accurate than those previously reported.
Many successive liquid-liquid extractions occur enabling purification of the crude material to occur. In high performance counter-current chromatography (HPCCC), crude material is partitioned between two immiscible layers of solvent phases. The stationary phase (SP) is retained by hydrodynamic force field effect and the mobile phase (MP) is pumped through the column. Purification occurs because of the different solubility of the components in the liquid mobile and stationary phases. There are many key benefits of liquid stationary phases such as high mass and volume injection loadings, total sample recovery, and easy scale-up. Many researchers showed that predictable scale-up from simple test is feasible with knowledge of the stationary phase retention for the planned process scale run. In this review we review the recent advances in HPCCC research and also describe the key applications such as natural products and synthetics (small or large molecules).

Many technical and nontechnical issues hinder enterprise wide workflow management. The most significant technical issue is the inability to deal with the heterogeneity among users, workflow types, and WFMSs. Not all users demand the same workflow functionality, so user interfaces of different levels of sophistication are required. Because workflow types cannot always be fully predefined, they often need to be adjusted or extended during execution. Unlike relational database management systems, however, each WFMS often has differing workflow metamodels. This leads to incompatibility between WFMSs, making integration into an environment comprising many heterogeneous WFMSs a troublesome and sometimes impossible task. Current Workflow system consists mainly of Database system. It contains some problems like that the integration relationship among system processes cant be expressed properly. This research has been focused on two phases that should be considered in the Workflow system. First of all, the first phase is the analysis phase; one of its role is to figure out independent execution task unit(Workflow component). The second phase is design phase that provides with the framework to execute these task units actively. The Workflow component extraction method in the analysis phase uses a analysis method called C-C Net and, in the design phase, the architecture that makes the these Workflow component executed actively is provided. Through this research, each process is divided into a task unit and more effective Workflow system could be formed by executing these units actively. Current system layer calls task units, on the other hand, the Workflow system this research implemented provides with the architecture that places a layer between them that controls task units actively.
