  • Lipid characteristics of 6 species of fish frame (armored weasel-fish, AW; chum salmon, CS; spanish mackerel, SM; common mackerel, CM; conger eel, CE and skipjack tuna, ST) were studied by determining total lipid (TL) contents, lipid classes, and fatty acid composition. The highest yield of bone was obtained from ST frame (64.2%), followed by CS frame (57.9%), CE frame (54.6%), A W frame (41.6%), SM frame (41.7%), and CM frame (32.6%). The highest neutral lipid content was also found in total lipid (TL) from SM bone (23.3 g/100 g), followed by TL from CE bone (21.5 g/100 g), CS bone (16.0 g/100 g), and CM bone (15.5 g/100 g), while those from ST and A W bones were 7.2 g/100 g and 0.4 g/100 g, respectively. The prominent lipid classes of neutral lipids (NL) from all fish bones and muscles were triglyceride (TG), however, which was much lower in AW than in other fishes. The percentages of EPA and DHA in NL from fish bone were in the descending order of CS (29.3%), ST (27.1%), AW (27.0%), CM (25.7%), SM (21.6%), and CE (14.9%). Based on the lipid characteristics, the CS frame was the best resource for extraction of a functional lipid.

  • For the effective use of rainbow trout, the seasoned and dried rainbow trout slice (SR) was prepared and its characterization was compared with the commercial skipjack tuna (CSS) and pork products (CSP) by determining chemical components and sensory evaluation. The moisture content of SR, 20.5%, was lower, and the lipid content of SR, 7.5%, was higher than those of commercial products, CSS and CSP. The protein content of SR (41.4%) was higher than that of CSS (28.6%), but lower than that of CSP (50.1%). The water activity of SR was 0.654, which was lower than those of CSS and CSP, 0.724 and 0.771, respectively. According to the results, the color of SR was lower in lightness and redness and higher in browning index and ${\Delta}$E value than that of commercial products. The texture of SR was harder than that of CSS, but softer than that of CSP. According to the result of taste value, the taste of SR was stronger than that of CSP, while weaker than that of CSS. The mineral (Ca, P, and Fe), total amino acid contents, and the n-3/n-6 of SR showed significant levels in nutrition and health functional senses.

  • Purse seiner detects a fish school navigating in full speed with the aid of fish finder, sonar, helicopter, etc., and casts a net quickly to enclose the fish school in purse seine net according to the movement of the fish school, wind, and current. At this moment, if the time of casting a net, direction, speed, and turning circle are net suitable, it is unavoidable to lose fish school founded with hard efforts and we only consume our efforts of casting and hauling the net. Therefore, in order to enclose the fish school to enhance the amount of fish for each casting, the author investigated the type of ships equipped with purse seiners and examined maneuvering tests so that we provide some basic information to figure out the ability of steerage correctly. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. Block coefficients of pelagic tuna purse seiners with gross tonnage between 500 and 1500 tons are recorded between 0.50 and 0.55 which are greater than those of off shore purse seiners recorded as between 0.44 and 0.54 and less than those of various cargo ships recorded as between 0.56 and 0.84. 2. L/B, L/D, B/D, B/T, and T/D of the class of gross tonnage between 75 and 130 tons are respectively 4.49, 11.00, 2.45, 2.85 and 0.86 as their average and those of the class of between 500 and 1500 tons are 4.89, 10.53, 2.15, 2.73 and 0.75 respectively, which are quite different from those of various cargo ships recorded as 6.0~7.5, 11.0~12.0, 1.6~2.0, 2.2~2.8 and 0.65~0.75 respectively. 3. Rudder area ratio of purse seiners of the class of between 75 and 130 tons is 1/24~1/31 and that of the clase of between 500 and 1500 tons is 1/36~1/42 which is greater than that of various cargo ships recorded as 1.45~1.75. 4. On speed-length ratio of purse seiners. 111 Dong-a has the biggest value 2.94 the class of 130 tons has 2.52 the class of between 75 and 100 tons has 2.30~2.35 and the class of between 500 and 1500 tons has 1.99~2.05. 5. Turning circle of stern trawlers Pusan 404 and Haelim 3 are measured as below according to rudder angles 5$^{\circ}$, 15$^{\circ}$, 25$^{\circ}$ and 35$^{\circ}$ respectively. Advances are 11.3~13.6, 6.0~7.1, 3.6~4.8 and 2.5~3.5 times of LPP respectively. Tactial diameters are 15.2~18.6, 6.9~8.0, 4.2~4.9 and 2.9~3.5 times of LPP. Purse seiner 111 Dong-a with rudder angle 35$^{\circ}$ has a good yaw with quick responsibility since its advance is 2.2~2.3 times of LPP and since its tactial diameter is 2.0~2.1 times of LPP. 6. In full ahead going of purse seiner 111 Dong-a, it takes about 2 minutes and 10.6 times of LPP from the reverse turning its engine into full astern to the ship speed 0. In its full astern going, it takes about 1 minute and 5.1 times of LPP from the reverse turning its engine into full ahead to the ship speed 0. In its full ahead going, it takes about 2 minutes and 50 seconds and 12.3 times of LPP from stopping its engine to the dead slow ahead speed 3.2 knots.

  • The main contents of Baopuzi inner chapters becomes the basis for the claim "to be achieved Xian the way people can be" named and Shenxian theory that is deployed in the center of the universe body theory with a focus on Xuan and YI and Tao and a problem of "demonstration of Shenxian exist", or ancient science that describes the Chinese alchemy and Taoism spell in other words, inner chapters are writing and how to get prescription way of Shenxian, of medicine to become a predecessors, elephant of some of the changes in the ghost apparition, the longevity, how to avoid the epidemic out of the evil. Inner chapters are presented a regimen thought, the rationale for its mystical religion and philosophy of Monasticism ship on the basis of the theory Shenxian so. Baopuzi Inner chapters is presented in detail how to reach a comprehensive and realistic Shenxian long life in prison without the pre-Qin dynasty Taoism and Qinhan dynasty and times across the Weijin dynasty Shenxian ideas. And is presented in a typical Waidan and Neidan Taoism exercise this system and that in Taoism (Regimen) Thought the important position. Thought of Regimen is very important right information Inner chapters which constitutes the establishment of an important theoretical basis Shenxian Taoism of Gehong this research right in that you can see at a glance the thought of Regimen of Inner chapters is the desperate need for this requirement. It aims to illuminate the entire look of Regimen ever appeared immediately in Inner chapters this paper. After the analysis of the body Tao theory, The theory of the body and the spirit, The theory of Xingming, The theory of Shenxian theoretical foundations of thought appeared in Inner chapters Based on this, the first one conducted regulating the qi flowing in the channels method, Daoyin method, Pranayama, Closed breath, I saw one at the specifics of regimen method such, art of controlling and swallowing breath from the mouth, Convinced, Tuna breathing, Sishenshouyi method, Jinehuandan method, Fangzhongshu. And reporting features found Inner chaptersfinally saw the spirit of Regimen weigh its value.

  • Darangnon in Gachon Village, Namhae-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, is the first designated environment among Korea's industrial-based historical and cultural sites and is still the only one that involves agricultural activities. Although the stonework, which is the infrastructure environment here, has limitations that inevitably lead to natural and artificial deformation due to its nature, there has been no research to consider the situation so far. As of the end of May 2020, this study investigated and analyzed the damage in the sub-area of the survey, which is approximately 30% of the scope of the designation of the scenic spot, from a quantitative and qualitative perspective. As a result of the study, the state of loss, which reveals the physical damage of the arctic rice paddy stone retaining wall in the environment under investigation, was particularly serious around the coast, in the northern area with high slopes, and near tourist information centers and parking lots. On the other hand, the qualitative aspect of the damage to the stonework was noticeable in the repair of heterogeneous materials on the stone retaining wall adjacent to the village and parking lot, and the landscape damage caused by the cladding of plants was found in an environment far away from the residence. In addition, natural environmental factors such as slopes, elevations, and soil showed a close relationship with the degree of physical damage of the stone retaining wall, the higher the slope, the higher the elevation, and the better the soil drainage, the greater the impact. These results suggest that humanities environmental factors such as cultivation activities and management entities have important factors in the physical damage and management of stone retaining wall. Therefore, it is deemed essential to find management measures with local residents along with improving the agricultural environment, such as securing agricultural water and soil improvement, for the preservation of tuna paddies and stone retaining wall in the future.
