The steam generator tubes of nuclear power plants have various types of corrosion failures during the plant operation. The stress corrosion cracking which occurs on the outer surface of tube is called the secondary side stress corrosion cracking and mainly occurs in the expansion-transition area of tube. The causes are the concentration of impurities by the sludge pile-up related to the geometry of its region and the residual stress by tube expansion in the process of steam generator manufacturing. Especially the directionality and sizes of residual stresses are differed according to the tube expansion methods and the direction and the frequency of tube cracks depend on their characteristics. In bases on the plant experiences, it is notified that circumferential cracks of tubes expanded with explosive expansion method are dominantly occurred compared to those of tubes done with hydraulic expansion one. Therefore in this study, according to tube expansion methods frequencies and sizes of tube cracks with specific direction are compared by means of accelerated immersion test and also the crack morphology and the specific chemicals from water-chemistry environment are observed through the fracture surface examination.

Due to the occasional occurrences of stress corrosion cracking(SCC) in steam generator tubing(Alloy 600), degraded tubes are removed from service by plugging or are repaired for re-use. Since electrodeposition inside a tube does not entail parent tube deformation, residual stress in the tube can be minimized. In this work, tube restoration via electrodeposition inside a steam generator tubing was performed after developing the following: an anode probe to be installed inside a tube, a degreasing condition to remove dirt and grease, an activation condition for surface oxide elimination, a tightly adhered strike layer forming condition between the electro forming layer and the Alloy 600 tube, and the condition for an electroforming layer. The reliability of the electrodeposited material, with a variation of material properties, was evaluated as a function of the electrodeposit position in the vertical direction of a tube using the developed anode. It has been noted that the variation of the material properties along the electrodeposit length was acceptable in a process margin. To improve the reliability of a material property, the causes of the variation occurrence were presumed, and an attempt to minimize the variation has been made. A Ni alloy electrodeposition process is suggested as a primary water stress corrosion cracking(PWSCC) mitigation method for various components, including steam generator tubes. The Ni alloy electrodeposit formed inside a tube by using the installed assembly shows proper material properties as well as an excellent SCC resistance.
Environmental change of consuming contents has led corporates to acknowledge the possibility of social media as being marketing platform. And as the importance of 'contents' is growing bigger at the same time, 'Content Marketing' is getting attention because 'Content' plays the key role in current marketing since it can deliver meaningful values to the companies and the customers both. Many companies are practicing contents marketing employing YouTube by not only creating their own YouTube channels and YouTube contents but also collaborating with YouTube creators. Purpose of this study is to figure out how domestic standalone beauty brands that are actively practicing content marketing, are exploiting the YouTube and to suggest design direction for future YouTube content marketing. 'Etude', 'Innisfree', 'Misha', 'The Face Shop' were selected for analyzing the content marketing cases using YouTube. As a result, this study could conclude that if the brand has inadequate number of subscribers, it is better to collaborate with the creators. Also, clarifying contents' purpose and distinguishing the way of delivering it is important.

An experimental study has been performed on the heat transfer characteristics of condensation by the injecting steam flow in the tube. The comparison between results of experimental data and available data concerning equivalent Reynolds number has studied. As the result, the followings were obtained. 1. The shear stress of the radial direction in the tube when the injecting steam flow was condensed can be written as root($\tau$sub(0)/$\tau$sub(0v))=1+1.46X sub(tt) super(0.20). 2. The effect of the heat transfer in the injecting steam flow was less than the value of equivalent Reynolds number. The reason are the nonuniform fluid film of the axial and radial direction in the tube. 3. The value of N sub(u) by the heat transfer of condensation can be written as N sub(u)=1.08$\times$[{$\rho$ sub(l) d/$\mu$ sub(l)}/{$\delta$+(2.5/P sub(rl)) ln(y sub(i)/$\delta$)}]$\times${$\tau$ sub(0)/ $\rho$ sub(l)} super(1/2).

The local heat transfer coefficient is experimentally investigated for the reflux condensation in a countercurrent flow between the steam-air mixture and the condensate. A single vertical tube has a geometry which is a length of 2.4m, inner diameter of 16.56mm and outer diameter of 19.05mm and is made of stainless steel. Air is used as a noncondensible gas. The secondary side is installed in the form of coolant block around vertical tube and the heat by primary condensation is transferred to the coolant water. The local temperatures are measured at 15 locations in the vertical direction and each location has 3 measurement points in the radial direction, which are installed at the tube center, at the outer wall and at the coolant side. In three different pressures, the 27 sets of data are obtained in the range of inlet steam flow rate 1.348 -3.282kg/hr, of inlet air mass fraction 11.8 -55.0%. The local heat transfer coefficient increases as the increase of inlet steam flow rate and decreases as the decrease of inlet air mass fraction. As an increase of the system pressure, the active condensing region is contracted and the heat transfer capability in this region is magnified. The empirical correlation is developed represented with the 165 sets of local heat transfer data. As a result, the Jacob number and film Reynolds number are dominant parameters to govern the local heat transfer coefficient. The rms error is 17. 7% between the results by the experiment and by the correlation.

Shell-tube heat exchanger is widely applied in industrial field by easily manufacturing as to various size and flow patterns. In this study, by changing baffle's cut direction, tilt angle and rotational angle as well as by using SST (Shear Stress Transport) $k-{\omega}$ turbulence model in ANSYS FLUENT v.14, the heat transfer rate and pressure drop characteristics of inner shell will be analyzed to improve heat transfer ability. As a result of analysis, heat transfer performance according to cut direction of baffle has been improved with vertical model B and angle $45^{\circ}$ model C than horizontal model A. In addition, the tilt $10^{\circ}$ of the baffle and rotational angle $0^{\circ}-90^{\circ}-180^{\circ}-270^{\circ}$ of model D showed better result in heat transfer rate and pressure drop.

Air is used as a noncondensible gas. The secondary side has a shape of annulus around vertical tube and the lost heat by primary condensation is transferred to the coolant water. The local temperatures are measured at 11 locations in the vertical direction and each location has 3 measurement points in the radial direction, which are installed at the tube center, at the outer wall and at the coolant side. In three different pressures, the 27 sets of data are obtained in the range of inlet steam flow rate 1.348∼3.282kg/hr, of inlet air mass fraction 11.8∼55.0%. The investigation of the flooding is preceded to find the upper limit of the reflux condensation. Onset of flooding is lower than that of Wallis' correlation. The local heat transfer coefficient increases as the increase of inlet steam flow rate and decreases as the increase of inlet air mass fraction. As an increase of the system pressure, the active condensing region is contracted and the heat transfer capability in this region is magnified. The empirical correlation is developed by 165 data of the local heat transfer. The Characteristics of the flowfield through tube banks with in-line and staggered arrangements were investigated by PIV. Strouhal numbers, velocity vectors and velocity profiles around the cylinders with in-line and staggered arrangements were observed at the pitch ratio Pt/D=2.0 and Reynolds number of Re=$Re=4.0{\times}10^3$. As the results The flow patterns through tube banks were almost a straight line in case of the in-line arrangement while it was almost 八 type in case of the staggered arrangement in the direction of the wake. The average velocity in the rear region of the tube banks with the staggered arrangement was far smaller than that with the in-line arrangement. The Strouhal number in the last rank was far smaller than that in the front ranks in both of the in-line and staggered arrangements. The wake of each cylinder changed with time and with the position of the cylinder.
There are normally two types of the energy absorbers used in the crashworthiness of trains. The first is a structure type, which mainly used in not only the primary structures of the train but also the crash energy absorbers at the accident. The second is a module type, which just absorbs the crash energy independent of the primary structures and attached to the structures of the train. The expansion and inversion tube are widely used as the module type crash energy absorbers, especially in the train. The tubes should not be buckled under the load acting on the end of the tube in longitudinal direction during absorbing the crash energy. The buckling stability of the tubes is affected by the boundary conditions, thickness and length of tube. In this study, the effects of the length and thickness of the tubes on the buckling load are studied by using the ABAQUS, a commercial finite element analysis program, and then presents the guideline to design the tube. The analysis processes to compute the buckling load consist of a linear buckling analysis and a nonlinear post-buckling analysis. The buckling modes are evaluated by the linear buckling analysis, as using these modes, the buckling loads are computed by the nonlinear post-buckling analysis.
