The purpose of this study was to analyze the fashion trends of Korean men's golfwears and furnished the researchers of same major with reliable data base. Lately, Korean men were concerned about their appearance rather than social position. Moreover, they tried to express the needs of youthfulness with free lift through clothings. These trend had been showed itself not only development of golfwears, but also change of esthetic tastes of men's golfwears. First of all, the development of men's golfwears was affected by the major three factors out of many various factors. That is, popularization of golf by the international activities of Korean progolfers, appearance of young consumers after IMF and the casualization of the men's formal dress, the making an everyday dress of men's sportswears. The results of analyzing of fashion trends of the men's golfwears is as follow: 1. The characteristics with naturalness, comfort of men's golfwears was manifested casualization trends by the factors of downward tendency of golfer's age, 5-days working, men's biz casual preference, individual ism after IMF. 2. Men's character golfwears was showed by the ageless as a youthfulness expression, the Sportism as an international trend, 2002 world cup, etc. 3. All of golfwears have to be functional characteristics because the golf is an active sports spending long time in golf course. Unconstruction style was an important fashion trends of men's golfwears by using functional materials to meet the needs of consumers. 4. The men's clothing was deviated from a fixed idea called masculine after IMF. Moreover, this trend was increased by the appearance of lovely man, genderlessness and had an effect on men's golfwears. Consequently. men's golfwears was showed feminization characteristics as a feminine, sensitive style. In the future, Korean men will try to express their character and thought freely through golfwears, men's golfwears will be continued ‘beyond the golf course’ image reflecting in the future fashion trends.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the professionalism of elementary school teachers and to draw out factors which elementary teachers should try to improve their professionalism for environmental education. For the study, both Quantitative analysis and qualitative methodologies were applied: First, randomly selected 483 elementary teachers from Seoul and Gyeonggi self responded to 5 evaluation areas by Hungerford et al. (1994) to evaluate their environmental education professionalism through the use of five point Likert scale. Second, 2 elementary teachers' environmental classes were observed for the purpose of analyzing strengths and weaknesses in classroom instruction, and then the results of self-evaluation on environmental education professionalism and teacher professionalism as shown in the classes were compared. It was found that 483 elementary teachers including 2 teachers fer analyzing classroom instruction who performed a self-evaluation gave themselves mid-scores on the Hungerford et al.'s 5 evaluation areas. However, the result of self-evaluation did not correspond with the result of actual class observation and teacher interview. That is, the actual environmental classes conducted by 2 teachers did not seemed to reflect the evaluation areas which were the foundation of the study: the conceptual awareness, the investigation & evaluation, environmental action skills, and educational application. The results of this study can be used as the basis reference to develop teaching-learning program and in-service programs for professional development of teachers for successful application of environmental education in elementary school classes.
Interior Coordination is the activity of making characteristic living space by planning and harmonizing various interior elements. In modern society, the taste and needs of the residents are getting varied and segmented, and the role of interior coordination is getting more important because that reflects cultural codes and trends and satisfies residents' needs. This study aims to investigate awareness and needs about interior coordination targeting apartment residents, and to provide fundamental data that could attribute to the planning of unique and diverse residential spaces. Methods of study include the literature research and the empirical study. Elements of interior coordination were extracted through the literature review, and the questionnaire was developed using these elements. And then a survey was carried out targeting apartment residents of Busan. The result shows that most of the residents were much interested in interior coordination, and they recognized it's importance. They wanted to plan and select the elements by themselves, but were passive in actual execution because of the difficulties in execution methods and economical conditions. There were certain differences between the styles of their own houses and the preferred styles, but they did not try actively to reconcile the differences. Therefore, various methods of interior coordination should be developed and proposed which are easy and effective for actual execution, and various media should be provided by which residents could easily get informations on design elements. Also, the concept and method of interior coordination should be considered from the very first stage of residential planning, and the replacement and modification of interior coordination could be easily done according to the change of life cycle and life styles.
For the introduction of the electricity of the special design and supervision system to Protect the faulty-workmanship of the electricity equipment and to reserve the electricity safety, last 1995 "Electricity Technology Management Act" were carried out enactment. March 2002, we introduced the pre-Qualification system that is selected the competent company about the electricity design and supervision service over so much capacity which is ordered by the Public institution such as the nation, local autonomous entity, government investment institute and so on. December 2005, the electricity equipment over so much capacity was taken the housing construction plan's approval by the housing act in case, the municipal or district governor with the authority to approve who selected the electricity supervision company according to the pre-Qualification system. Due to the introduction of the system, we could expect the rights and interests increase of the consumer by eradicating dumping of the close relationship between supervision company and the builder, reduction and concurrent position of the supervisor, according to confirm the quality of the electricity equipment and electricity safety. In spite of introducing of the system, the problems occured as reducing the electricity designer's task range compared with different field, modifing the supervisor's rank system rationally, because of researching about the electricity design and supervision technique lacks. Also, KEEA(Korea Electric Engineers Association) manage the caller of the electricity design and supervisor(company or people), but the problems occured as opening to the public about the curler management, introducing automatic bidding system and We need the solution plan about this. Consequently, we consider the present situation of the domestic and outside and problem about the electricity design and supervision system in this paper, try to present rational operation plan through this.
Scene classification and concept-based procedures have been the great interest for image categorization applications for large database. Knowing the category to which scene belongs, we can filter out uninterested images when we try to search a specific scene category such as beach, mountain, forest and field from database. In this paper, we propose an adaptive segmentation method for real-world natural scene classification based on a semantic modeling. Semantic modeling stands for the classification of sub-regions into semantic concepts such as grass, water and sky. Our adaptive segmentation method utilizes the edge detection to split an image into sub-regions. Frequency of occurrences of these semantic concepts represents the information of the image and classifies it to the scene categories. K-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) algorithm is also applied as a classifier. The empirical results demonstrate that the proposed adaptive segmentation method outperforms the Vogel and Schiele's method in terms of accuracy.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the shape of gathered skirts using a three-dimensional measurement system. And in this experiment, I try to accumulate three-dimensional data of wearing model and to figure out analyzing method made by shape of clothes. The experimental design consists of two factorial designs. I set up three different kinds of fabrics, ratio of gathers. Therefore nine samples were made. The instrument and tools for three-dimensional measurement was whole body 3D scanner. Analysis program used in experiment is RapidForm 2004 PP1 and Pattern Design 2000. Data analysis utilizes SPSS WIN 10.0 Package. T-test to effect an inspection of evidence, there was difference about measurement times. One-way ANOVA to analysis effect of gather made by gathering conditions. The following results were obtained; 1. As a result of inspecting an error several times using a three-dimension measurement system, convinced data was obtained. 2. At front, distribution of gap amount was larger than back. And as ratio of gathers increased, distribution of gap amount showed regularly. 3. After analyzing horizontal sectional figure of skirts, as a height of skirt changed from waist to the bottom of skirts, the results showed as follows. While section width, section thickness, node width, node depth increased, node count decreased. 4. With the horizontal section levels of gather skirt, the silhouette on middle hip section was similar with the silhouette of body line. And as ratio of gathers around hip section increased, nodes showed regularly. At the bottom of skirts showed different nodes by different gathering condition.
Although 3D stereoscopic movies had been paid attention to a few times since the 1900's, the interest had not been last. Most researchers pointed out the reason came from human factors because the early in the 3D technology growth had to develop technological possibility to realize 3D videos and ignore the importance viewers' perspective. In the 2D video research, many studies have explored the factors which make people got immersed or involved and felt visual fatigue, but they have not been the main issues in the 3D research until now. The present research believes human factor issue is one of the most important parts to accelerate 3D industry and thus, we try to make reliable and valid assessments to evaluate 3D video which are perceived characteristics, impression, and presence.
The change of digital technology caused not only the whole human life but also the change of a thinking form and an expression method of human beings. Also, the interactive communication structure became to form in space structure, and space users also get changed to an active system. The interaction between a human being and space, which uses digital media as a medium, makes a human being experience sensitivity through a cognitive process of a human being. The present research aimed to find out characteristics and expression of emotional space applied with digital technology based on the relationship between media space and cognitive functioning and to realize new emotional space. The research method was to define on digital media and experience by cognition of a human being through a literature research and a precedent research and to consider on approach to emotional space through experience of a cognition process like this. Based on the theory like this, the present research progressed by focusing on dramatized characteristics of experience in the digital media space and emotional space expression by induced characteristics. Through the analysis like this, the space applied with digital media could appear as a field of communication that can experience by forming mutual relation through perception of a human being. Additionally, the space induces active participation of a human being through various productions of media and responds to movement, and thus, this suggested infinite possibility as emotional space that can try new experience by stimulating a sense as effect of a cognitive process of a human being.
The digital economy era is a knowledge-based society. Many organizations have been establishing KMS (Knowledge Management System), and there are no exceptions in military ones. In this study, we analyze the influencing factors for KMS utilization in a military organization, which is a specialized one. For this purpose, we investigate the current status of KMS of ROKAF (Republic Of Korea Air Force), derive problems and issues, and try to find out solutions for the KMS utilization in military organizations by analyzing a survey. At first, we derive three characteristics of the military organization that affect the knowledge sharing : formalization of organization, trust of organizational culture, and top management's will. And we verified that the users, who recognize that the top management has the will for the knowledge sharing, have high recognition for the knowledge sharing and utilize KMS more than others. This study shows that it is very important for the top management to participate in the knowledge sharing voluntarily especially in the military organization.
Most of the ShipHandling Simulators of full-mission-bridge system need vast area to install and even PC-based maneuvering simulators are often equipped with Steering Wheel or Engine Telegraphe etc. of data input interface, which necessarily makes the user face with excessive financial burden. These have been one of the obstacles for the officers, captains, pilots and students in access to maneuvering simulation whenever they want to try it in advance prior to actual ship maneuvering. Subsequently, all the officers and captains come to have little chances to train themselves until they arualified as a pilot after a long period of time of realship maneuvering practice on board, which means they have to control they have to control their own ship at sea without clear understanding on her maneuverability when they are forced to do it on the way. And these lack of capability for maneuvering have used so often to result in marine casualties of collision with other ships or pier facilities while maneuvering in harbor. To prevent those accidents by means of enhancing their maneuvering ability, PC-based DeskTop Simulator that allows anyong to access readily at anytime is needed and in conformation to such demand this simulator has been developed. The Software this simulator written in Turbo Pascal Ver. 5.0 has adopted MMG mathmatical model theoretically in part and also it was designed to make it possible that all numeric data inputs and outputs with graphic presentation for maneuvering operation be carried out just only with keyboard and monitor console. With the Simulation software, all the officers, captains, pilots and even students who has a proper computer at hand are expected to be able to make an attempt to simulate the maneuvering of their ownship or any other types of them at any port in which they want to do it.
