The idea for such an event was introduced by International Olympic Committee(IOC). The Federation of International Gymnastics(2009) designed the Code of Points and regulates for junior gymnastics at this time. The purpose of this study was to give crucial information and adapt to coaches and junior gymnasts at the time of changing code rapidly. For this study, The eight finalists rings exercise at the 1st Youth Olympic Games was recorded using a digital camcoder. The exercise contents analysis of rings was carried out by an experienced international judge using Code of Points(FIG, 2009). The C elements in various difficulties were performed the highest frequency. The elements group I was the most frequently performed in overall difficulties. Moreover, All the gymnasts performed the elements of the Jonasson and Yamawaki in Group I. Therefore, junior gymnasts need to consider Jonasson and Yamawaki elements correctly in elements group I. The 1st ranked ROU(132) gymnast performed high difficulty value for his routine with the highest E score(9.050). The average of D score were 5.125. In the E scores, 8th USA(140) gymnast received the lowest E score of 8.15, 5th MGL(127) gymnasts received the fewer E score of 8.475. Coaches and junior gymnasts should try to increase D score above 5.125 by higher swing elements in Group I and II as well, decrease deduction of elements in exercise contents.

Objective: To find the relevant stress factors of male and female employees. Method: The survey was collected from April 7th to May 10th in 2006 by formalized questionnaires targeted on male and female employees. The research used both quota sampling and accidental sampling to collect the data. Results: 1) It was found that relevant factors are related with ages in general traits for male employees and associated with ages, marital status and education level in general traits for female employees. In other words, age is the primary factor for both male and female employees at age 20s, and as the marital status is single and the education level is lower, the stress level is higher for female employees. 2) Occupation is the main relevant stress factor for male employees in employment traits and the period of employment, working hour and wages are relevant stress factors to the level of stress for female employees. That is to say, manufacture related job shows higher level of stress than other jobs for both male and female employees. As period of employment and working hour is shorter and wages are less, it appears to be high stress level for female employees. 3) It presents that stress level is decided based on if he exercises regularly or keeps regular hours for male employees in lifestyle aspect and it also shows drinking is an additional relevant stress factor to conclude the level of stress for female employees. So to speak, as the regular exercise is performed and regular hours are kept, it comes out low level of stress for both. In addition, it shows lower stress level from the group of female employees who do not drink than the other. Conclusion: The research is summarized that no matter what gender you are, both male and female employees should try to have a positive lifestyle. Specially, the research concludes that the regular exercise is the best way to get rid of stress.

Due to the high interests of image quality by consumers, the concerned market becomes more heated. Recent digital camera development tendency shows to perform the higher image quality to meet consumers demand of quality satisfaction. However it is hard to confirm that development of objective image quality performance means positive subjective image quality preference. And also, we cannot find out the previous researches concerned on correlation between objective and subjective image quality comparison. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the consumers preferred images based on objective image quality performance. Throughout this paper, we analyze statistical correlation between the objective and subjective image quality assessment methods by using ISO standards. In these results, we try to find attributes that enhance image quality. We suggest not only to analyze and reflect on customers' preferences, but also to pursue the high quality image performance practically. We expect the results of this paper to positively influence product development.
Game industry will be one of the fastest developed industries in the 21st century. It is the outcome derived from the development of hardware such as the accumulated technology and computer in the 20th century. The development of computer graphics and hardware technique has let games have more realistic expression. The reality shown in games has influences over the movement of 3-dimensional game character as well as its background. The animation of character has been influenced by animator's level of skill, but it was problematic to have unnatural movement and long-term production time. In this regard, this study will compare the most widely used animation techniques such as Key-Frame method and Motion-Capture method each other and try to figure out which one is the most appropriate and effective method in 3 dimensional game character animation.

IMO to issue some restricted maritime legislation for reducing the adverse environmental impacts arising from such ship exhaust emissions. According to the IMO policy, every ship entering the Baltic SECAs has to equip the gas cleaning scrubber. The discharged waste solution by gas cleaning scrubber contains many types of salts, which to recover some valuable materials before disposal. This study try to achieve valuable salts including AN and AS throughout a few process such as selective organic solvents salting out, low temperature extraction and thermal evaporation. Amongst them, Thermal evaporation with repetition extraction using inorganic solvent was the most optimum to purify the extracted AN. This valuable salt was evaluated by Elemental analysis and Differential scanning calorimetry.
