The leader has an indispensable role in the enterprise. This article takes transformational leadership as the research object and introduces job satisfaction and job performance as variables. It is aimed to explore the impact of various dimensions of transformational leadership on employee performance and satisfaction, and to try to find the acting mechanism of the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. The study used a questionnaire survey method and SPSS23.0 for statistical analysis. Through the analysis of 378 questionnaire surveys, it was found that the four constituent variables of transformational leadership would have different degrees of influence on job performance and satisfaction. Enterprise leaders should put emphasis on the choice of leadership style and pay special attention to the work attitude of employees. This study provides useful enlightenment for companies to carry out human resource management work. However, this study did not verify whether job satisfaction has an intermediary role in between transformational leadership and job performance, which is also an area that needs to be further studied in the future.

The service quality is one of the most important issue for successful deployment of IPTV services. Currently, a number of parameters have been reported that they have an effect on the quality of IPTV services. However, it is almost impossible to monitor and manage all the parameters in real time. Key parameters, therefore, should be chosen as a service metric for efficient quality management of IPTV services. For this purpose, we implement an environment for monitoring and measuring the quality of IPTV services and try to figure out the effect of each parameter on the quality of IPTV services. In particular, we focus on a parameter called continuous count error (CCE) measured at the level of MPEG transport stream (TS) and show that it has a greater effect on the quality of IPTV services than other parameters.

As fashion is a reflection of a way of life, jean fashion seems to be a reflection of the background and process of social-human psychology. Modern jeans reflect personality and trend rather than traditional practicality as indicated by the concept and emphasis of fashion. Since the early 1990s, practical use of jeans has appeared consistently in products for interior use, various kinds of fashion-ware and fashion properties, as well as in fashion that is a conversion and interpretation of an outstanding fashion trend. And the search, providing that various symbols of jeans are sensualism, deviation, ostentation, amusement and multi-culture, shows that jeans represent the multifarious aspects of fashion culture. For the purpose and necessity of this search to meet different consumers' desires by the practical use of jeans and the development of fashion-ware. First, investigate the trend of jeans in 2005. Second, try to change the various uses of jeans by reflecting the trend of jeans. Finally, extend the range of choice by developing various goods. As a result, basic jeans have the strength of function, activity, and originality. Use of ornamental jeans can fully show their value as well as their emphasis of individuality in beauty. If we consider these points, we can minimize the limitations of jeans and make a practical use of the fashion trend, If we make the function of jeans stand out through the use of varieties of materials, the modem characteristic consumption will be met by the various change of use as well as by the clothes.

Objectives : This study was conducted to determine the analgesic effect of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus using the model of neuropathic pain and formalin-induced pain. Methods : A model of neuropathic pain was made by injuring the tibial nerve and sural nerve while the common peroneal nerve was maintained. After 2 weeks, the Acanthopanax sessiliflorus was orally administered to rats. The author performed behavioral teststo try out mechanical allodynia using von frey filament and cold allodynia using acetone, which are calculated by counting withdrawal response on foot. Thirty minutes after the Acanthopanax sessiliflorus injection in the abdominal cavity, the formalin test was performed. 2% formalin in a volume of $20{\mu}l$was injected subcutaneously into the plantar surface of the hindpaw with 26-G needle. To access formalin-induced pain behavior, paw licking time was measured every 5 min. Results : The Acanthopanax sessiliflorus 400mg/10ml/kg group showed significant decrease the withdrawal response of mechanical allodynia using von frey filament in the 10min, 30min, 60min and 120min increments compared with the control group. There were no significant differences in each group in the withdrawal response of cold allodynia using acetone. The Acanthopanax sessiliflorus group showed significant decrease in the formalin-induced pain behavior in the 15min, 20min and 25min increments compared with the control group. Conclusions : The Acanthopanax sessiliflorus may have a significant analgesic effect on the general pain as well as nerve injury pain.

Objectives The study was conducted to evaluate the acupuncture treatment for burns by reviewing international randomized controlled studies and case controlled studies. Methods In the review, ten academic literature archives; NDSL, OASIS, PubMed, Cochrane library, CNKI, WANFANG, CINAHL, J-STAGE, CiNii, and EMBASE were used as the main databases to search for the randomized controlled trials or the case controlled trials about acupuncture treatment of burns using the keywords "burns AND acupuncture", "burn AND acupuncture", and "scald AND acupuncture". Results Initially, a total of 852 studies were founded except duplicate studies. 801 studies were excluded after screening of title and abstract. After reviewing 51 papers, a total of four randomized controlled trials and two case controlled trials were selected. These studies were analyzed by year, subjects, treatment intervention, evaluation criteria, treatment effect, adverse events, and 'Risk of Bias' assessment for randomized studies and non-randomized studies. From the six papers out of 51 papers those were reviewed, patients with burns were divided into two groups. The experimental group received acupuncture treatment, while the control group did not. The results of the completed studies have shown that the experimental group receiving acupuncture treatment demonstrated significant improvement compared to the control group, and there was no serious adverse events. Conclusions According to some of the studies, acupuncture in burn treatment is worth to try. However, additional well-designed randomized controlled studies will be required to justify the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment of burns.

In recent years, the central ministries and regional self are competitively developing program for creating a trail and theme path by the increase of the number of trekkers. Even though these projects are developed in rural areas, it has been pointed out that most of projects do not directly linked to the revitalization of rural villages and improvement of non-farm income because of the main road itself as a resource in rural area. Therefore, in this study, we try to connect the citizen and the agriculture and rural area through the development of the green road which is the experience road with rural resource. To achieve this, we investigated the status and characteristics of the 36 villages where are the village was promoted various major project of first step. In second step, we considered the distinct characteristics of the area with conference of expert and site investigation for the final selection of 15 villages. Through two rounds' expert group consulting with checking, related literatures review and similar case-projects benchmarking, a riverside green road which is linked long distance trail and adjacent to the riverside was developed 15 courses by 2-development types proposed.

Rural house came into the rapid change through the process of modernization and Saemaul movement in the past. This change continue to the current era, there is a such exotic forms and indiscriminate development of new house and Saemaul housing and existing conventional farmhouse in rural area. Such a phenomenon, ultimately creating disharmony in traditional environment of rural. In this respect, reflecting the location characteristics of the region which is based on the regional characteristics and unique model of rural housing, it is absolutely required for the development of rural housing customized to fit the diversity of modern. With that background, the purpose of the research is to try and find out the changes in rural houses and the transforming characteristics. To achieve this research purpose, this research selected a specialized magazine for architecture. Then, it identified contents which has specific keyword. lastly, it analyze type and contents of house in rural area from selected article. This process make up the rural housing for effective utilization. The result showed that the type of economic activity and residents information directly show the character of the members who located in the new homes after retuning to farming. The polarization of structure was clearly visible by the building time. And, propensity to western-style of major components was very high such as shape and form of housing. However, it was found to prefer to reflect traditional aesthetics in the components of the housing partially. Therefore, more research is needed to reflect of the results of a survey. Also, analyzing the characteristic of rural house's element and suggesting ways to take advantage in order to present suitable element of modern rural house.

By using CR image pixel data, We examined the way how to calculate the MTF and digital characteristic curve. It can be changed to the text-file(Excel) from a pixel data which was printed with a digital x-ray equipment. In this place, We described the way how to figure out and correct the sharpness of a digital images of the MTF from FUJITA. Excel program was utilized to calculate from radiography of slit. Digital characteristic curve, Line Spread Function, Discrete Fourier Transform, Fast Fourier Transform digital specification curve, were indicated in regular sequence. A big advantage of this method, It can be understood easily and you can get results without costly program and without full knowledge of computer language. It shows many different values by using different correction methods. Therefore we need to be handy with appropriate correction method and we should try many experiments to get a precise MTF figures.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the costume in $\ulcorner$The Goddess Abides$\lrcorner$ of Pearl S. Buck by applying "Dramaturgical Analysis" of Erving Goffman. The frame of analysis is the dramaturgical conception of Goffman that he expressed in $\ulcorner$The Presentation of self in Everyday Life (1959)$\lrcorner$. Among the conception, I analyzed by applying 'performance', 'technique of impression management', 'region and region behavior' which can be used for studying and costume behavior. The following is the summary of my study. First, the performance means the performer's behavior and the procedure of impression management if face to fact interaction, which includes personal front and setting. Setting is mainly a house on the Mt. in Vermont. The time is Winter. The personal front includes appearance and manner. actors and audiences form impression through persional front. And Istudied the performance of the actors (or actress), Edith, Jared, Edmond, Edwin, Amelia, June. As for technique of impression management, I cold observe that a varieth of that were being used, such as the most general one that Edith wants to look beautiful by making god appearance, or she sometimes try not to look beautiful And when Edith meets Jared, sometimes she changed her clothes, but other times she doesn't do that. As for region and region behavior, there appears the distinction of region and a lot of expressions about clothes related to the distinction. I could observe the expressions showing the movement from front to back and from back to front. Especially I could observe the behaviors that can be occured only in back region in everyday life, that is bathing, changing clothes, making up, checking their appearance before the mirror. Like above when I analyzed $\ulcorner$The Goddess Abides$\lrcorner$ of Pearl S. Buck by Goffman's Dramaturgical analysis, I could find out that the theory was very useful to the analysis of the costume behaviors of the characters.

When it comes to the architecture design, Kuma Kengo rejects a strong and violent subject-centered position and advocates the design that is object-oriented. As can be seen in 'gentle architecture', 'three lows principle', 'natural architecture', and 'connecting architecture', he clearly expresses the objective nature of architecture design in those terms. In this respect, the purpose of this study is to make a close inquiry into the meaning, effect and characteristics of objectivity. In particular, we try to identify the contents of 'impure architecture', which has a clear ambivalence to be an instrumental expression strongly settled in the objectivity, in an aesthetic standpoint. To do that, we systemized the concept of mimesis and the theory of subversive appropriation by Walter Benjamin and Theodor Adorno in to a frame of interpretation. By systemizing translation, subversion, verbalization and the dialectic structure of the aesthetics of negation, we interpreted the features of his works as an objective work and 'impure architecture'. His objectivity leads the situation by subversively appropriating the inherent elements of architectural conditions based on a dialectic solution in which inquiries on logical and scientific materials have played a critical role. Above all, through all these processes, he tried to suggest a language as a new technique for materials and structures. Ultimately, we could find out that this object oriented design sublates a subject oriented way that is monolithic and repetitive regardless of objects. Rather, it is a way that is effective in creating a new way of design by making a different approach to a new object rather unfamiliarly, yet deeply.
