이 논문은 한국만화시장의 현황분석을 전제로, 국내 만화수용자 연구의 필요성을 제기하고, 만화수용자연구의 차별적인 연구방법론 제시를 통해 국내만화시장의 대안을 제시하는 연구이다. 기존 조사 연구되었던 만화수용자 연구성과를 토대로 변화하는 만화수용자의 현황을 체계적으로 분석할 수 있는 연구의 틀을 문화연구의 수용자론에 근거하여 제시한다. 그리고, 그러한 이론적 연구를 통해 급변하고 있는 만화의 패러다임의 변화에 맞춘 수용자의 환경분석과 수용행태분석의 틀을 마련하자는 것이다. 현재 국내 만화수용자는 이미 만화에 대한 적극적인 소비행위를 시도하고 있으며, 보다 다양한 시장접근방식을 통해 만화상품의 정보와 만화를 통해 시도할 수 있는 개인적 사회참여를 의도하고 있다. 그러한 수용자의 기호와 수용행태를 분석하는 것이 만화기획에 필요한 사전단계이며, 연구방법론이 필요한 이유이다.

It has been well known that the use of Saccharomyces cerevisiae can cause fungemia in critically ill patients and flavone shows an antimicrobial effect on S. cerevisiae. Therefore, we have investigated the activities of thirteen flavone analogues on S. cerevisiae in our studies. Because flavonoids including flavones have antioxidative effects, we try to carry out the activity studies of flavone analogues in vitro and in vivo. In addition, the relationships between the structures of flavone analogues and their biological activities, such as antimicrobial and antioxidative effects, were elucidated using Comparative Molecular Field Analysis calculations. Of the flavone analogues tested here, 3,2'-dihydroxyflavone showed both good antimicrobial and antioxidative activities.

본 논문에서 저자들은 혼잡도의 관점에서 해상 교통 환경에 대한 평가를 시도하였다. 이를 위해서 우선 평가를 위한 정보를 얻기 위하여 해상 교통류에 대한 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 이 시뮬레이션은 해상 교통 환경에 대한 광범위한 자료 조사를 바탕으로 하며 통계적인 방법들을 이용하여 이 조사 자료들을 시뮬레이션에 반영하였다. 다음으로 충돌 회피 시스템 개발을 위하여 제안된 충돌 위험도 추론 방법들을 이용하여 혼잡도 정의와 추론을 시도하였다. 이와 같이 정량화된 혼잡도는 해상 교통 환경의 설계 및 개선에 유용한 많은 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Objective : Generally speaking Reverting yin disease pattern(厥陰病) is the last step in cold damage(傷寒). Therefore recognized Yin cold disease(陰寒病) is increasing, and resist action One Yang qi(一陽) began to creep into body. But Ke Qin(柯琴) have a different way of thinking that Reverting yin disease pattern connected with the loss of Liver's function. Liver qi depression(肝鬱) make a ministerial fire(相火), and it make a nutrient and blood insufficiency(營血不足). Method : I will try to describe the Sanghanlun's Reverting yin disease pattern through the Ke-qin's JueyinbingJie(厥陰病解), and I would like to point out that the exact meaning of Reverting yin(厥陰) is connected with Liver's ministerial fire. Result : Ke Qin's JueyinbingJie explained the Reverting yin disease pattern was connected with Liver(肝), and according to Six qi theory(六氣學說) connected with ministerial fire, and according to meridian and Collateral theory(經絡學說) connected with closing referring to inward actions(闔) among the Opening closing and pivot(關闔樞). Conclusion : Ke Qin was recognized that Reverting yin disease pattern have relevance to the loss of Liver's function. In other world, It is connect with soothe the liver and purge fire(疏肝瀉火) and nutrient and blood insufficiency(營血不足).

In order to extend the lifetime of buildings and civil infrastructure, patch type fibrous composite retrofitting materials are widely used. Retrofitted concrete columns and beams gain stiffness and strength, but lose toughness and show brittle failure. Usually, the cracks in concrete structures are visible to the naked eye and the status of the structure in the life cycle is estimated through visual inspections. After retrofitting of the structure, crack visibility is blocked by retrofitted composite materials. Therefore, structural monitoring after retrofitting is indispensable and self diagnosis method with optical fiber sensors is very useful. In this paper, we try to detect the peel out effect and find the strain difference between the main structure and retrofitting patch material when they separate from each other. In the experiment, two fiber optic Bragg grating sensors are applied to the main concrete structure and the patching material separately at the same position. The sensors show coincident behaviors at the initial loading, but different behaviors after a certain load. The test results show the possibility of optical fiber sensor monitoring of beam structures retrofitted by the composite patches.

Objective : "Sikryochanyo"written by Jeon Soonyi is the first Food-Therapy book at Korea. In "Sikryochanyo", there are many kinds of food-Therapy including prescriptions for thirst disease. Conception of hirst disease in traditional mendicine contains diabetes in some aspects. One of the Ingeative methods in diabetes limits taking protein but "Sikryochanyo" shows several prescriptions including protein. Method : We will try to find out cases of Food-therapy for thirst disease in "Sikryochanyo" and classify several prescriptions including protein. Result : In "Sikryochanyo", several prescriptions for thirst disease including protein were treated as materia medica widely such as stomach of cow and pig, intestine of pig, head of dear, rabbit, chicken, goose, pheasant, milk and lung of sheep. Conclusion : On several types of prescriptions for thirst disease including protein there are plenty of usage with its own effectiveness.

이 논문은 일본의 공공도서관에서 일어나고 있는 도서관의 관리운영의 민간위탁에 관한 연구이다. 연구의 목적은 1970년대 국가적인 행ㆍ재정개혁이라는 정책의 일환으로 시작된 효율적 운영과 지방재정의 위기가 맞물리면서 일어난 민간위탁에 대해서 그 이유와 배경, 역사를 살펴보고, 실태를 파악함으로써 앞으로의 대응 및 대비책을 찾아내고자 하는 것이다. 그 중에서도 이런 일련의 민간위탁이 진행됨에 따라 감량경영, 효율적 관리에 의한 사서의 감소, 사서직종의 폐지, 그리고 도서관의 얼굴인 대민봉사업무의 민간업자에 의한 위탁에 따른 비정규직이 증가함으로써 파생되는 사서직의 위기를 분석하고, 앞으로의 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하였다.

This study analyzed snatch technique in weight-lifting performed by female gold, silver, and copper medalists at the 75kg level in the 2002 Pusan Asian Games and obtained the following conclusions. 1. KSH used more extensor in the waist than those in ankles, knees, or hip joints during the second pull, So further training is required to manifest both each of joints and waist extensor effectively and thus for the line from shoulders through barbell to hip joints to form a smooth vertical pattern. 2. Contrary to those in other countries, Korean athlete KSH tended to be swift in starting but slow in the second pull section, showing less effectiveness in movement during the second pull; therefore, they must try to exert a swift movement in lockout. 3. KSH showed slowdown in the speed, which was a factor interfering with performance during second pull, despite the great maximum speed of moving barbell. It is important to use barbell sufficiently not to reduce the speed of vertical movement but rather to keep the speed increasing. 4. KSH, who kept doing inefficient movements such as failure to perform swift lockout after lifting the heel at the maximum angle of lower limbs, needs to reduce this meaningless extension of ankles, knees, or hip joints to exert energy effectively.

측정치를 이용하여 구조계를 규명하는 경우에 일반적으로 측정치를 주파수 영역으로 변환하고 이를 도식적으로 파악하는 방법이 주로 이용된다. 이러한 방법은 신뢰도가 낮고 토목구조물 특히 교량 구조물과 같이 근접한 모우드의 특성을 가지는 구조계의 규명에 불리한 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 시간영역에서의 데이터를 직접 이용하여 구조계의 모우드 특성을 규명하는 일련의 방법에 대한 적용성을 검토하였으며 이 때 발생할 수 있는 왜율에 대한 문제를 극복하기 위하여 최소자승법을 시간영역 규명기법에 중복하는 방법을 선택하였다. 제안된 방법의 타당성을 검토하기 위하여 현가계 모델을 이용하여 모의 해석을 수행하였다. 또한 실질적인 상황에서의 이용성을 검토하기 위하여 인위적인 잡음을 게재시켜 잡음에 대한 방범의 민감도를 검토하였다.

Advanced countries worldwide lead government leading management innovation by suggesting unique managing system which can be survived in global economy war including JQA of Japan and EFQM of Europe based basically on MBNQA of U.S.A. and by rewarding to suitable companies. Mckinsey, global management and consulting company points out that Korea has no management because Korean productivity level which dependence to small and medium sized companies is high by the limitation of elemental invests leading type growth strategy including labor and capital is only 1/2 of U.S.A. and 2/3 of Japan. In particular, the competitive power of Korean small and medium sized companies goes into a recession by productivity lowering according to the chinese follow-up, laboring time shortening, variety and aging, and fundamental management innovation activities for reinforcing survival and competitive power are needed. Therefore, in this study, we try to construct the model of productivity managing system of innovation type small and medium sized companies which make excellent results.
