신뢰성이론을 바탕으로 한 통합 컴퓨터 보안 모형에 관한 연구 (An Integrated Computer Security Model Based on the General Trust Theory)

  • For the last two decades, there has been much research on computer abuse from the perspective of the general deterrence theory based on objectism, which covers security policy, security awareness programs, and physical security system. The traditional view offered by the general deterrence theory indicates that security policy, security awareness, and security system play a major role in preventing computer abuse. In spite of continuous organizational efforts and investments based on these systematic factors, the incidence of computer abuse in organizations is still rapidly increasing. This paper proposes another perspective-the social control theory based on subjectism-in preventing computer abuse. According to the social control theory, organizational trust, which comprises organizational attachment, commitment, involvement and norms, can prevent computer abuse by reducing insider's computer abuse. The aim of this article is to assess the role of organizational trust come from attachment, commitment, involvement, norms in preventing computer abuse. The results indicate that both organizational trust and deterrent factors are effective in preventing computer abuse.

몰입과 신뢰가 EDI 지원을 받는 유통경로의 성과에 미치는 영향

  • For more than a decade, trust and commitment have received much attention in marketing channels literature. This study investigates the effects of these two core relational dimensions on the performance of EDI-supported marketing channels. A survey of the 92 suppliers of large department stores in Korea indicates that commitment to EDI increases significantly the organizational and economic performance of EDI-supported marketing channels. Trust was found to increase EDI performance indirectly by enhancing commitment to EDI. Based on the Social Information Processing(SIP) theory the present study also explored the effects of time on trust and commitment to EDI and their impacts on EDI performance. Analyses supported the hypothesized time effects that trust and commitment to EDI develop positively as EDI moves from initial stage to application stage. However, the impacts of these two dimensions on EDI performance did not change significantly over time.

Civil Servant Commitment on Giving Cash Waqf: Does Trust Matter?

  • Purpose: This study analyzes civil servants' trust in cash waqf institution and their relationship with commitment. We use Key Mediating Variables (KMV) Theory with variables such as board benevolence, board integrity, board ability, board opportunism, communication, and accountability to predict the trust and commitment of civil servants in providing cash waqf. Research design, data and methodology: We used a quantitative research approach and an online questionnaire distributed to civil servants in Gorontalo Province; 410 respondents were obtained. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used, utilizing the SEM-PLS software to analyze the data. Result: This study found that the variables board benevolence, board ability, board integrity, board opportunism, communication, and accountability affected trust. As for the variable of accountability, the hypothesis was rejected Conclusion: The communication variable of cash waqf institutions has a strong influence in increasing the confidence of civil servants in providing cash endowments. However, trust in waqf institutions may diminish due to low accountability and poor governance of cash waqf institutions. The trust of civil servants in cash waqf institutions in the future will increase their commitment to waqf.

BtoB 관계에서 신뢰의 내용 및 대상 차원이 관계몰입 및 시민행동에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of the Nature of Trust on Commitment and Relational Citizenship Behavior in BtoB Exchanges Relationships)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업 간 관계에서 핵심 개념 중의 하나인 신뢰를 호의 및 역량과 같은 내용별 차원과 더불어 기업 신뢰 및 영업사원 신뢰와 같은 대상별 차원을 동시에 고려하여 이들 차원이 관계몰입 및 시민행동에 영향을 미치는 차별적 효과를 검증하였다. 수도권에 소재하고 있는 유통업체의 구매담당자를 대상으로 수집된 자료를 가지고 분석한 결과, 공급업체의 경우 역량 차원은 구매업체의 관계몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 호의 차원은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 반대로 영업사원의 경우 호의 차원은 구매업체의 관계몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있지만 역량 차원은 유의하지 않은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 관계몰입은 협력적 행동, 비불평성, 공익성과 같은 관계적 시민행동에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 이러한 결과의 이론적 및 실무적 시사점이 논의되고 연구의 한계점과 미래의 연구방향이 제시되었다.

온라인 상품추천 서비스에 대한 소비자 사용 의도 -신뢰-몰입의 매개역할을 중심으로- (Consumers' Usage Intentions on Online Product Recommendation Service -Focusing on the Mediating Roles of Trust-commitment-)

  • This study tests consumer responses to online product recommendation service offered by a website. A product recommendation service refers to a filtering system that predicts and shows items that consumers would like to purchase based on their searches or pre-purchase information. The survey is conducted on 300 people in an age group between 20 and 40 years in a panel of an online survey firm. Data are analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling by AMOS 20.0. The results show that personalization quality does not have a significant effect on trust, but relationship quality and technology quality have a positive effect on trust. Three types of quality of recommendation service also have a positive effect on commitment. Trust and commitment are factors that increase service usage intentions. In addition, this study reveals the moderating effect of light users vs heavy users based on online shopping time. Light users show a negative effect of personalization quality on trust, indicating that they are likely to be uncomfortable to the service using personal information, compared to heavy users. This study also finds that trust vs commitment is an important factor increasing service usage intentions for heavy users vs light users.

스마트폰 애플리케이션 개발자의 마켓결속 요인에 관한 연구 (A study on Factors Affecting the Relational Commitment of Application Developers to the Market)

  • Since smart phones are changing the media for communication and its related mobile market, it is imperative to attract more application developers for success in application store business in order to attract more app users. By using aspects of the commitment marketing theory and the relationship marketing theory, this research study identified factors that influence on the relational commitment of application developers to the market. Survey of application developers from Korean mobile application developers' community was conducted to test the hypothesized model. The empirical results showed from an economic behavioral perspective market demand for applications and perceived usefulness of development tool led to relational commitment of developers mediated by perceived satisfaction while attractiveness of alternatives had no significant effect. In addition, fairness of review process and interactivity, based on the relationship marketing theory perspective, showed significant effect on the relational commitment of developers mediated by trust for application market.

Psychological contract-based Consumer Repurchase behavior On Social commerce platform: An Empirical study

  • Social commerce, integration of social media and e-commerce, provides potential opportunities for consumers to talk about their ideas and exchange product-related information on online shopping platforms. Given the substantial prospects related to business opportunities and consumers' perceptions, this study explores the factors driving fulfillment of the psychological contract in social commerce platforms. This research proposes, examines, and proves a theoretical model for the post-purchase behavior of the consumers, through an empirical investigation of online questionnaire-based data, gathered from 367 consumers in a cross-sectional setting. Results show that the fulfillment of psychological contract, consumer loyalty, and affective commitment fully mediate the impact of consumer trust on platform and repurchase intention. The level of commitment toward the consumer by the platform is strongly related to the degree of consumer trust, which is reciprocated through re-purchase intentions. This study offers essential theoretical implications with regards to the social exchange theory, attribution theory, and an moderating effect of the platform empathy on consumers' trust-psychological contract fulfillment relationship. Likewise, this research has significant implications for practitioners and managers.

  • Recent market environment shows a new relationship between customer and company. You can easily observe customers take initiatives to get involved in the marketing activities such as product development, pricing and distribution etc. Despite the fact there are a lot of marketing activities initiated by customers in the online travel market, customer participation has been given little attention in the academic literature. Our research is grounded in the well-known commitment-trust theory of relationship marketing, originally proposed by Morgan and Hunt(1994). According to the theory, trust is central to successful relationship marketing. This study explores the effect of trust on customer participation in the online travel market. Consequently, this study suggests some managerial implications for marketing strategies in response to customer initiative in the marketing activities on the online travel market.

관광호텔종사원의 서비스 품질이 고객만족, 신뢰.몰입에 미치는 영향 (A Study of Effect that Tourist Hotel Employee's Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction, Trust and Commitment)

  • 서비스품질이 차지하는 서비스 마케팅에서의 중요성과 관련하여 마케팅 분야에서는 다양한 논의가 있어왔으며, 서비스품질에 따른 고객만족의 원인과 결과를 파악하는데 많은 노력을 기울여 왔다. 이러한 선행연구의 이론적, 실증적 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 다양한 서비스접점에서 불가피하게 발생하는 서비스가 고객만족 나아가 관계 확대의 기초가 될 수 있는 신뢰, 몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법으로는 호텔서비스품질과 관련된 지금까지의 선행연구를 토대로 호텔서비스 품질에 관한 이론적 모델을 제안하였고, 구조방정식모델(structural equation model)을 이용하여 연구의 모델 및 설정된 가설을 실증적으로 검정하였다. 또한 제안모델과 가설검정에 앞서 선행연구에서 개발된 관련 측정척도를 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis), 확증적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis), 항목-척도 상관관계, Cronbach ${\alpha}$계수 등 다양한 계량심리학적 평가방법을 통해 신뢰성과 타당성을 평가하였다. 실증분석 결과, 본 연구에서 제안한 가설적 모델은 만족스러운 것으로 판명되었으며, 제시한 5개의 가설 가운데 4개가 유의한 것으로 검증되었다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고객이 호텔서비스 전달과정에서 지각하는 품질이 고객만족과 신뢰에는 강력한 정(+)의 영향을 미치나 몰입에는 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고객들이 서비스 경험과 관련하여 호텔서비스에 만족할수록 직접적으로 호텔에 대한 신뢰와 애착심이 높아지고 그들의 호텔을 위한 관계형성에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 신뢰와는 다르게 서비스품질이 몰입에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이러한 직접적인 영향이외에 서비스품질은 고객만족을 통하여 간접적으로 몰입에 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고객만족은 신뢰에 강하게 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 고객들이 호텔서비스에 만족할수록 직접적으로 호텔에 대한 신뢰와 애착심이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었고 간접적으로 서비스품질은 고객만족을 통하여 신뢰에 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 또한 고객만족은 몰입에 강하게 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 간접적으로 서비스품질은 고객만족을 통하여 몰입에 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
