This study aims to suggest the method for an effective conflict management to private security workers by investigating the impact of complicit management that recognized by private security, guard on trust for leader and turnover intention according to the complicit management type of private security, guard. The subjects was sampled by using purposive sampling method after selecting security, guard who work in private guard company registered in the Police Department in Seoul in 2010. Respondents of this study was sampled a total of 250 people and collected the sample of 234 people, and the number of cases used in the final analysis was 210 people. The entered data was processed by using SPSSWIN 17.0 Version to apply factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The result of reliability analysis of the questionnaire was Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value of 0.838~0.859. First, combination, compromise, and grace the sub factors of the conflict management of private security, guard affect on trust for leader. Second, compromise, grace, and rule the sub factors of the conflict management of private security, guard has a negative effect on turnover intention. Third, the trust to leader has a negative effect on turnover intention.
In recent times, with the development of virtual convergence technologies, the market for the Metaverse, a digitally virtual space that combines virtuality and reality, is experiencing significant growth. These Metaverses are realizing new value in both reality and virtual spaces through the development of diverse services and content. However, existing research on the Metaverse mostly revolves around its conceptualization and categorization, with limited exploration of intentions to use the Metaverse. Consequently, this study examined the impact of Metaverse service characteristic factors on trust and intention to use within the Metaverse. The results of this study are as follows. First, among the service characteristic factors of the Metaverse, presence, interactivity, and playfulness were found to have a positive impact on Metaverse trust. On the other hand, informativeness was found not to have a significant influence on trust in the Metaverse. Second, Metaverse trust was found to have a positive impact on intention to use the Metaverse. Based on the research results above, this study aims to propose effective communication strategies for activating the Metaverse and developing services within the Metaverse platform.
Purpose - This study aims to investigate factors affecting Chatbot service acceptance attitude. For wide use of Chatbot service, firms need to find barriers or obstacles for customers, if any, not to use Chatbot service. Research design, data, and methodology - We apply value-based accept model to investigate the quality of Chatbot, to verify the meaning of service value of Chatbot and to find the relationship among variables. To test hypotheses, we conducted survey. We collected 300 questionnaires. SPSS version 2.0 is used. Regression analysis, moderating effect test is conducted. Results - 4 Qualities of Chatbot, Ease of use, Usefulness, Enjoyment, Interaction are affecting acceptance attitude, and 5 service values, only interaction does not affect emotion. Trust, Specialty, Necessity, Social, Emotion moderating Chatbot service to accepting attitude. Regarding moderating effects by personal characteristics and personal tendency, innovation resistance, innovativeness, and social effects are turned to have influence while regulatory focus, construal level does not have moderating force. Also, the auxiliary service like Chatbot service affects customers' evaluation on the main service quality. Conclusions - Service firms adopt Chatbot service for various purposes. The results imply that customers are generally recognize the merits of Chatbot, but there are some barriers such as innovation resistance characteristic especially uncomfortable.

Purpose: This descriptive study was designed to explore the clinical nurse's ethical value regarding human life. Method: Data were collected from September to October, 2002. Study subjects were 527 clinical nurses working in General Hospital as tertiary located in Seoul. Ethical value was measured with questionnaire developed by researchers and consisted on items regarding ethical value on human life. Result: Among the items, most nurses highly agree with the item, "When a patient requests his/her health care provider to keep his/her personal secret, the health care provider is obliged to do so." and "When a patient asks for information on his/her medicinal and dietary contents, his/her wish must be granted." Most clinical nurses mainly agree with the item. "Health care providers must always be honest to the patient and/or his/her family". However, most nurses disagree with the item, "When a patient is on the verge of death after an accident, it is justifiable to soothe his/her family by saying 'he/she is OK' instead of telling them the truth, in order to avoid a sudden shock befalling on them". Conclusion: It is intensifying the notion of ethical underpinning for human rights, truthfulness is essential to a trust relationship under what circumstances. Also most clinical nurses agree with that It is essential to trust in the nurse-patient relationship, patients have the right to know and it is the ethical thing to do as health care provider.

Based on the social exchange theory and innovation diffusion theory, this study is to identify the correlation between factors influencing investor's funding intention in crowdfunding and to analyze moderating effect of trust in the relationship of shared value, communication and individual innovation. The purpose of this study is to consider the funding trends of crowdfunding investors from a personal point of view through the results of the study and to help fundraiser of crowdfunding establish specifically strategies for financing. In order to conduct empirical analysis, an online survey was conducted on people who had participated in crowdfunding, and a total of 228 questionnaires were collected and a total of 186 responses were finally analyzed, excluding outliers. For data analysis, structural equation model analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 and Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study showed that shared value in the relationship between fundraiser and investors has a significant effect on the perceived risk. High level of communication between fundraiser and investors showed positive effects on the level of commitment of the crowdfunding project and the innovation of the individual investor. And commitment had a positive effect on the funding intention. According to the results of this research, trust has moderating effect only in relationship between shared value and perceived risk. It is significant that investors share the value of fundraiser together is a motivation factor to fund in crowdfunding and an opportunity to recognize the risk. Through this study, it is expected to utilize them in establishing strategies for start-ups and marketing plans to raise funds through crowdfunding and to empirically identify factors influencing the funding intention through individual levels of crowdfunding investors.
The continuous increase in life expectancy and high interest in health has brought about significant changes in the use of health information by the public according to the development of information technology represented by the Internet and smartphones. As the medical market expands to the mobile health environment, many health-related apps have been created and distributed, but the acceptance rate is slow as it has become challenging to provide services due to various regulations. In this study, perceived value, perceived risk factors (psychological risk, risk of time-loss, legal risk), and perceived benefits (usefulness, interaction, autonomy) were derived and verified as factors that affect the acceptance resistance of personal health record apps based on the privacy calculation model. In addition, by analyzing the moderating effect of trust in the manufacturer, how the perceived risk and perceived benefit affect the perceived value was verified. A survey was conducted on Korean college students who recognized the personal health record apps but did not use them, and 127 samples were analyzed using structural equations. As a result of hypothesis verification, perceived value has a negative effect on acceptance resistance, perceived risk (risk of time-loss) has a negative effect on perceived value, and perceived benefits (usefulness, interaction, autonomy) were found to have a positive effect on perceived value. Trust in manufacturers has weakened the impact of perceived risks (legal risk) on perceived values. This study is expected to play an important role in maintaining a competitive advantage in the personal health record app market environment by identifying and proposing detailed criteria for reducing the acceptance resistance of personal health record apps.
Recently, there are high expectations of a society benefitting from a digital sharing economy. However, to establish a digital sharing economy, one needs to first create a reliable social structure. Transparency is recognized as the most important measure of value in not just politics or economics, but also in all domains of our lives. Although all nations strive to create "societies based on credit and trust," in truth, rigidity, irregularity, corruption, and inefficiency are widespread in all aspects of society. Thus, there is a growing interest in blockchain technology, also called the "second Internet revolution," seeking trust in digital environments, although it is difficult to obtain trust in such environments. However, the principles and methods of evaluating blockchain technologies are still unclear and not standardized. This study addresses the evaluation indexes such as transaction per second, maximum data size per one transaction, accuracy and blockchain technology application methods in the digital sharing economy and suggest ways to safely vitalize a blockchain-based digital sharing economy.

Literature indicates an increased risk of suicide among women who have had cosmetic breast implants. An explanatory model for this association has not been established. Some studies conclude that women with cosmetic breast implants demonstrate some characteristics that are associated with increased suicide risk while others support that the breast augmentation protects from suicide. A systematic review including data collection from January 1961 up to February 2014 was conducted. The results were incorporated to pre-existing suicide risk models of the general population. A modified suicide risk model was created for the female cosmetic augmentation mammaplasty candidate. A 2-3 times increased suicide risk among women that undergo cosmetic breast augmentation has been identified. Breast augmentation patients show some characteristics that are associated with increased suicide risk. The majority of women reported high postoperative satisfaction. Recent research indicates that the Autoimmune syndrome induced by adjuvants and fibromyalgia syndrome are associated with silicone implantation. A thorough surgical, medical and psycho-social (psychiatric, family, reproductive, and occupational) history should be included in the preoperative assessment of women seeking to undergo cosmetic breast augmentation. Breast augmentation surgery can stimulate a systematic stress response and increase the risk of suicide. Each risk factor of suicide has poor predictive value when considered independently and can result in prediction errors. A clinical management model has been proposed considering the overlapping risk factors of women that undergo cosmetic breast augmentation with suicide.
P2P (Peer-to-Peer) network depends on cooperation of peers considerably. However, some peers do not share files at all and only download files. Peers also share low quality files or unpopular files. These selfish behavior of peers is referred to 'free riding'. The free riding of peer may decrease participation of other peers or the system performance. In this paper, we propose an incentive mechanism, called IcMFS (Incentive Mechanism for File Sharing System), which provides the correct use of incentive mechanism using trust peer, computes contribution values referring behavior of peers and rewards peers. The proposed mechanism assigns bandwidth and TTL(Time-To-Live) to a peer and differentiates the use of service. A case study on simulations shows the service differentiation according to the contribution value of peer, the correct use of incentive mechanism using trust peer and the advantage by use of trust peer. To prove the stability of proposed mechanism, we also show the disadvantage that a peer receives from the incorrect use of incentive mechanism.
Objectives : The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the core properties of professional socialization and social status satisfaction, economic reward satisfaction, and subjective class identification. Methods : Medical knowledge and skill, autonomy, and professional value factors were used as essential properties of professional socialization to determine the association with job satisfaction and subjective class identification. The authors used a self-administered questionnaire survey and collected nationwide data between July and August 2003, with 211 responses used for final analysis. Results : 'Age' and 'trust and respect' were positively associated with social status satisfaction, and 'occupation' was negatively associated. 'Income' and 'trust and respect' were positively related to economic reward satisfaction, and 'practicing for oneself', and 'a sense of duty and attendance' were negatively related. 'Practicing for oneself', 'not believing explanations', and 'a sense of duty and attendance' had a positive relationship with subjective class identification. 'Income', 'knowledge system', 'medical mistakes', 'treating like goods', 'meaning and joy', and 'trust and respect' had a negative relationship. Conclusions : The core property variables of professional socialization had a different relationship with social status satisfaction, economic reward satisfaction and subjective class identification. In particular, many core property variables were associated with subjective class identification positively or negatively. The development of professional socialization would help promote job satisfaction and subjective class identification.
