경기북부 노인복지 전문인력에 대한 만족도 연구 (Studies on the Satisfactions of Eldery Welfare Professionals in the Northern Gyeonggi-do Area)

  • The principal objective of this study was to assess the demands and satisfactions of silver welfare professionals for elderly individuals residing in the Northern Gyeonggi-do area. To this end, a survey was conducted to investigate elderly individuals and employees related with them in terms of their recognition, interest, and involvement in a labor training program. The sources of health information the subjects received included mass media(50%) and health professionals(41%), and they tended to trust the information they received from health professionals(64%) and the mass media(26%). In the case of health professionals working at silver care facilities, the sources of health information to which they had access were: mass media (51%), health professionals(20%), internet(14%), reliable health professionals(56%), mass media(22%), and books related to health(18%). Elderly subjects' reasons for satisfaction with the facilities were as follows: access to meals(32%), elderly communities(24%), and good facilities(22%), whereas the reason subjects reported dissatisfaction with social difficulties(68%), bad facilities(20%), and programs(12%). The degrees of satisfaction of the respondents with the facility's employees were reported as follows: life manager(28%), nurse(16%), and social worker(15%), whereas the subjects reported some degree of dissatisfaction with: nurses(29%), care helpers(17%), and facilities officers(13%). The priorities of the elderly welfare-related information were: disease and health(49%), daily life support(17%), nursing(11%), welfare facilities(8%), and the principal issues they reported as being relevant to elderly individuals were: palsy(16%), arthritis(14%), diabetes (12%), hypertension(10%), dementia(6%). They reported that the most important personnel for elderly in the future would be care managers(44%) and care helpers(21%). Via this developmental program of silver health care professionals, a variety of new job opportunities may be provided in the future, and a program related to the silver service industry must be established as soon as possible.

전자의무기록 공유 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (Study on the Factors Affecting the Intention to Share Electronic Medical Records)

  • 전자의무기록 공유를 추진하기 위해서는 사람들의 인식을 이해할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 합리적 행동 이론과 프라이버시 계산 모형에 기반하여 전자의무기록 공유에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증하였다. 또한 직업과 개인 병력 등 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 공유 의도가 달라지는지에 대해서 알아보았다. 145명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 이타적 즐거움과 개인정보 보호 인식, 법·제도적 역할 인식 및 건강에 관한 관심 정도가 전자의무기록 공유 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있었으며 의료기관에 대한 신뢰가 법·제도적 역할 인식과 공유 의도 간의 관계를 긍정적으로 조절하였다. 이에 사람들이 공유 과정에 의료기관뿐만 아니라 정부의 역할도 중요하게 인식하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 전자의무기록 공유에 대한 사람들의 참여와 수용을 촉진하기 위해서는 공유로 인한 공익적 혜택을 강조해야 할 것이며 법적으로 개인정보의 보안과 올바른 활용을 보장하는 가이드라인을 마련하는 것이 필요하다는 점을 제시하였다.

컴퓨터 관련 사무자동화 자격증취득을 위한 효율화 방안 (A Study on Efficient Plans for Acquisition of Office Automation Certificate of Qualification Relating to Computer)

  • When certificates of qualification relating to computer have shown up like dam water and meeting the age of office automation (OA) utilizing computer throughout the community, and at the point of time when the promotion of efficiency of duty is attempted by utilizing internet, the improvement plans should be groped for to expect to cultivate the national industrial manpower efficiently and by easily approaching the related OA certificates of qualification related to computer so that everyone can acauire the additional points for recognition of credit, entering company and promotion by the dimension of public trust, recognition degree, practial using level in actual affairs, reliability of problems and after manpower management of the certificates of qualification less expensively and saving time. the concrete plans are as follows: First, in the standard of making questions for the examination of 'Computer Utilizing Ability' executed by the chamber of commerce and Industry, there is the independent examination, but by inserting the presentation portion in the higher grade and middle grade, it should be contributed to improve office efficiency both in mane and reality. Second, though the internet retriever's examination is executed by the nongovernment specialized examination, since it is actually widely utilized in the office activities due to universality of using internet, it is now the time to newly establish and accommodate it as the national examination of 'internet Utilizing Ability', not the interest specialized retriever. Third, the applicants, shall take examination for the nongoverment certificate of qualification or enterprise's certificate of qualification at the date and place designated by the applicant, but there are much restrictions for the national certificate of qualification, so the date of examination shall be decided flexibly and efficiently to give chances to students by adjusting to the semesters of the students. Fourth, in this rapidly changing age of the informationalization community, the acquisition of the certificates of qualification through the university and the designated and entrusted educational institutes should be increased the proportion of activation to become officially recognized, and the extent of special treatment for obtainers of the certificate of qualification should be expanded to equip manpower competitive power in the age of informationalization.

An Interdisciplinary Study of A Leaders' Voice Characteristics: Acoustical Analysis and Members' Cognition

  • The traditional roles of leaders are to influence members and motivate them to achieve shared goals in organizations. However, leaders such as top managers and chief executive officers, in practice, do not always directly meet or influence other company members. In fact, they tend to have the greatest impact on their members through formal speeches, company procedures, and the like. As such, official speech is directly related to the motivation of company employees. In an official speech, not only the contents of the speech, but also the voice characteristics of the speaker have an important influence on listeners, as the different vocal characteristics of a person can have different effects on the listener. Therefore, according to the voice characteristics of a leader, the cognition of the members may change, and, the degree to which the members are influenced and motivated will be different. This study identifies how members may perceive a speech differently according to the different voice characteristics of leaders in formal speeches. Further, different perceptions about voices will influence members' cognition of the leader, for example, in how trustworthy they appear. The study analyzed recorded speeches of leaders, and extracted features of their speaking style through digital speech signal analysis. Then, parameters were extracted and analyzed by the time domain, frequency domain, and spectrogram domain methods. We also analyzed the parameters for use in Natural Language Processing. We investigated which leader's voice characteristics had more influence on members or were more effective on them. A person's voice characteristics can be changed. Therefore, leaders who seek to influence members in formal speeches should have effective voice characteristics to motivate followers.

Usability Evaluation of Mobile Banking Applications in Digital Business as Emerging Economy

  • Mobile Banking Applications (MBAPs) is one of the recent fads in mobile trading applications (Apps). MBAPs permit users to execute exchanges of money and many more whenever it might suit them; however, the primary issue for mobile banking Apps is usability. Hardly any investigation analyzes usability issues dependent on user's age, gender, exchanging accomplices, or experience. The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of usability issues, and experience of mobile banking users. The survey employs a quantitative method and performs user experiment on 240 participants with six different tasks on the application's interface. The post experiment survey is done with concerning participants. On the other hand, banking experts and Information Technology (IT) expert's group is also involved after the experiment. Expert's opinions about existing mobile banking Apps and suggestions for improving usability of MBAPs are collected through physical means (like questionnaire and interview) and online means like Google form. After that comparison of the opinions of users and experts about MBAPs is performed. The experimentation measures the tasks usability of various mobile banking apps with respect to its effectiveness, efficiency, trustfulness, learnability, memorability and satisfaction. The usability testing was led at different Universities and the outcomes acquired show that there are privacy and trust issues with their mobile banking apps. There is also a gap between users and experts which should be minimized by applying customized usability models, modes concept like other application software and also by adding complete features of banking in MBAPs. It will benefit mobile banking apps users, developers and usability engineers by providing user-friendly which are up to the mark of user's requirements.

조직구성원의 개인-환경적합성과 정보시스템 수용요인이 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 사회자본의 매개역할 (A Study on the Impact of Employee's Person-Environment Fit and Information Systems Acceptance Factors on Performance: The Mediating Role of Social Capital)

  • In a knowledge-based society, a firm's intellectual capital represents the wealth of ideas and ability to innovate, which are indispensable elements for the future growth. Therefore, the intellectual capital is evidently recognized as the most valuable asset in the organization. Considered as intangible asset, intellectual capital is the basis based on which firms can foster their sustainable competitive advantage. One of the essential components of the intellectual capital is a social capital, indicating the firm's individual members' ability to build a firm's social networks. As such, social capital is a powerful concept necessary for understanding the emergence, growth, and functioning of network linkages. The more social capital a firm is equipped with, the more successfully it can establish new social networks. By providing a shared context for social interactions, social capital facilitates the creation of new linkages in the organizational setting. This concept of "person-environment fit" has long been prevalent in the management literature. The fit is grounded in the interaction theory of behavior. The interaction perspective has a fairly long theoretical tradition, beginning with proposition that behavior is a function of the person and environment. This view asserts that neither personal characteristics nor the situation alone adequately explains the variance in behavioral and attitudinal variables. Instead, the interaction of personal and situational variables accounts for the greatest variance. Accordingly, the person-environment fit is defined as the degree of congruence or match between personal and situational variables in producing significant selected outcomes. In addition, information systems acceptance factors enable organizations to build large electronic communities with huge knowledge resources. For example, the Intranet helps to build knowledge-based communities, which in turn increases employee communication and collaboration. It is vital since through active communication and collaborative efforts can employees build common basis for shared understandings that evolve into stronger relationships embedded with trust. To this aim, the electronic communication network allows the formation of social network to be more viable to rapid mobilization and assimilation of knowledge assets in the organizations. The purpose of this study is to investigate: (1) the impact of person-environment fit(person-job fit, person-person fit, person-group fit, person-organization fit) on social capital(network ties, trust, norm, shared language); (2) the impact of information systems acceptance factors(availability, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use) on social capital; (3) the impact of social capital on personal performance(work performance, work satisfaction); and (4) the mediating role of social capital between person-environment fit and personal performance. In general, social capital is defined as the aggregated actual or collective potential resources which lead to the possession of a durable network. The concept of social capital was originally developed by sociologists for their analysis in social context. Recently, it has become an increasingly popular jargon used in the management literature in describing organizational phenomena outside the realm of transaction costs. Since both environmental factors and information systems acceptance factors affect the network of employee's relationships, this study proposes that these two factors have significant influence on the social capital of employees. The person-environment fit basically refers to the alignment between characteristics of people and their environments, thereby resulting in positive outcomes for both individuals and organizations. In addition, the information systems acceptance factors have rather direct influences on the social network of employees. Based on such theoretical framework, namely person-environment fit and social capital theory, we develop our research model and hypotheses. The results of data analysis, based on 458 employee cases are as follow: Firstly, both person-environment fit(person-job fit, person-person fit, person-group fit, person-organization fit) and information systems acceptance factors(availability perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use) significantly influence social capital(network ties, norm, shared language). In addition, person-environment fit is a stronger factor influencing social capital than information systems acceptance factors. Secondly, social capital is a significant factor in both work satisfaction and work performance. Finally, social capital partly plays a mediating role between person-environment fit and personal performance. Our findings suggest that it is vital for firms to understand the importance of environmental factors affecting social capital of employees and accordingly identify the importance of information systems acceptance factors in building formal and informal relationships of employees. Firms also need to reflect their recognition of the importance of social capital's mediating role in boosting personal performance. Some limitations arisen in the course of the research and suggestions for future research directions are also discussed.

휴먼형 로봇 손의 사물 조작 수행을 이용한 인간 행동 복제 강화학습 정책 최적화 방법 성능 평가 (Evaluation of Human Demonstration Augmented Deep Reinforcement Learning Policy Optimization Methods Using Object Manipulation with an Anthropomorphic Robot Hand)

  • 로봇이 사람과 같이 다양하고 복잡한 사물 조작을 하기 위해서 휴먼형 로봇손의 사물 파지 작업이 필수적이다. 자유도 (Degree of Freedom, DoF)가 높은 휴먼형(anthropomorphic) 로봇손을 학습시키기 위하여 사람 데모(human demonstration)가 결합된 강화학습 최적화 방법이 제안되었다. 본 연구에서는 강화학습 최적화 방법에 사람 데모가 결합된 Demonstration Augmented Natural Policy Gradient(DA-NPG)와 NPG 의 성능 비교를 통하여 행동 복제의 효율성을 확인하고, DA-NPG, DA-Trust Region Policy Optimization (DA-TRPO), DA-Proximal Policy Optimization (DA-PPO)의 최적화 방법의 성능 평가를 위하여 6 종의 물체에 대한 휴먼형 로봇손의 사물 조작 작업을 수행한다. 그 결과, DA-NPG 와 NPG를 비교한 결과를 통해 휴먼형 로봇손의 사물 조작 강화학습에 행동 복제가 효율적임을 증명하였다. 또한, DA-NPG 는 DA-TRPO 와 유사한 성능을 보이면서 모든 물체에 대한 사물 파지에 성공하여 가장 안정적이었다. 반면, DA-TRPO 와 DA-PPO 는 사물 조작에 실패한 물체가 존재하여 불안정한 성능을 보였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법은 향후 실제 휴먼형 로봇에 적용하여 휴먼형 로봇 손의 사물조작 지능 개발에 유용할 것으로 전망된다.

  • 인터넷 가상환경에 존재하고있는 온라인 쇼핑몰은 새로운 거래유형을 정착시키기 위한 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있으며 새로운 환경에 걸 맞는 생존모델의 구축에 더할 나위 없는 노력을 경주하고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 온라인 쇼핑몰에게는 고객을 유지해야할 필요를 느끼고 있으며 다양한 마케팅적 접근이 시도 되도 있다 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 구축에 있어서 다양한 구성환경 특성을 바탕으로 고객유지에 영향을 미치는 변수를 찾고자 시도하였다 이러한 발상의 바탕으로 고객이 쇼핑의 행동을 직 접적으로 행하는 데 있어서 핵심적인 효과인 쇼핑가치의 틀을 동원하고자 한다. 즉 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 특성이 쇼핑가치에 영향을 미칠 수 있게 구성된다면 쇼핑가치로 인해서 고객은 유지될 수 있다고 연구의 구성을 설정하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 의해 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 구성에 있어서 도구적 틀을 제시하는데 기여하고자 하며 종국적으로 고객의 유지에 대하여 가치를 판단해 보고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 감성적 특성(디자인, 원격실재감) 웹인지도 기능적 특성(고객배려, 상품검색, 정보제공, 제품가치, 거래시스템)이 쇼핑가치(쾌 락적 쇼핑가치, 실용적 쇼핑가치)와 고객유지(신뢰, 고객만족, 관계지향)에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 분석결과 웹인지도, 고객배려, 정보제공은 기각되었으며 그 외 변수는 채택되었다

한국과 일본의 온라인 관계망의 특성과 효과에 대한 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Characters and Effects of the On-Line Social Network in Korea & Japan)

  • 본 연구는 한국과 일본에서 나타나는 인터넷 이용행태의 기본적인 특성과 전반적인 인식이 온라인에서의 관계망의 형성과 유지에 어떤 영향을 주고 받는지를 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 한국과 일본의 이용자들의 온라인 관계망의 현황과 개인적 성향, 인터넷 이용패턴, 그리고 인터넷에 대한 인식 등을 설문조사를 통해 알아보았다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 온라인 관계망의 크기와 활용에 있어서 한국의 이용자들이 보다 적극적인 것으로 나타났으며, 양국 모두 자주 만나기 어려운 사적인 관계의 대상들과 관계하는 비율이 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 한국의 이용자들은 개인적 성향이나 인터넷 관련 행태 및 인식이 전반적으로 만남의 방식에 영향을 미치지 않았던 데 비해 일본의 이용자들은 관계지향적인 인터넷 이용 패턴과 인터넷의 유용성에 대한 인식이 온라인에서의 접촉 양상에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 온라인 관계망의 크기와 관련하여 양국 모두에 공통적으로 나타난 것은 인터넷을 정보지향적으로 이용할수록 등록된 대화상대가 증가한다는 점이었다. 이는 인터넷에서의 관계형성에 있어 약한 유대에 기반한 관계가 효율적이고, 이러한 관계를 통해 얻을 수 있는 혜택이 정보적 혜택이라는 기존의 이론과 잘 부합하는 결과라고 할 것이다. 아울러 일본의 경우 온라인에서의 관계형성 전반에 있어 온라인 공간에 대한 위험인식 정도, 즉 신뢰의 여부가 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

온라인 트래킹 기술 분류 및 이용자 관점에서의 시사점 (Classification of Online Tracking Technology and Implications in User Perspective)

  • 이용자의 정보를 수집하여 활용하는 온라인 트래킹 기술이 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 온라인 트래킹은 제품과 서비스 질의 향성, 이용자 경험의 증진의 측면에서 그 필요성이 강조되지만, 이용자의 프라이버시 침해나 정보 보안 취약성 등의 문제를 내포하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인 트래킹 기술들을 탐색하고, 이를 통해 온라인 트래킹과 관련한 정책 수립시, 고려해야 할 사항을 파악하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 온라인 트래킹 기술은 '일반쿠키', '슈퍼쿠키', '핑거프린팅', '디바이스 ID 트래킹', '크로스 디바이스 트래킹' 등으로 구분되었다. 온라인 트래킹의 발생 단계, 기술 생성주체, 활용목적, 정보의 유지기간 및 저장형식, 기술의 변화 등이 정책적으로 고려되어야 할 사항인 것으로 나타났다. 정책입안자와 산업관계자는 온라인 트래킹 기술의 특성에 따라 이용자가 인지하는 위험 정도가 다를 수 있음을 인지해야 한다. 그리고 온라인 트래킹 기술의 분류에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다양한 요인에 대한 정책적인 이해가 필요하다. 마지막으로 산업계에서는 통합적 프라이버시 시스템을 구축 등의 선제적 대응이 필요하다.
